Abstract

Abstract: Ms Glow Putri Shop is a business that operates in the beauty sector, selling beauty products, namely skincare and bodycare, which are useful for maintaining healthy body and facial skin. However, Ms Glow Putri currently often experiences problems, namely tight competition and inventory management that is less effective in terms of sales numbers. Every month reaching ±1300 products, Ms Glow Putri also often experiences shortages and build-ups in skincare and bodycare stocks. This can reduce customer confidence so that Ms Giow Putri often experiences losses in the form of finance and other things, so this method is needed to predict some skincare and other stock supplies. bodycare provided in the following month. This method uses the Weighted Moving Average and Single Exponentiation Smoothing methods to predict supplies of skincare and bodycare stocks. The results of research on Ms GIow daughter using the Weight Moving Average Method with a weight of 5 with a MAPE of 1.08% and the SingIe Exponentiation Smooting Method with an Alpha of 0.1, namely 0.84%, then the comparison between the two methods can be stated that the SES method is the best method good, because it has the lowest error.      Keywords: forecasting; ms glow putri; ses and wma Abstrak: Toko Ms Glow Putri adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang kecantikan, menjual produk kecantikan yaitu skincare dan bodycare berguna untuk menjaga agar kesehatan kulit tubuh dan wajah tetap terjaga. Namun Ms Glow Putri saat ini sering kali mengalami permasalahan yaitu persaingan yang ketat dan manajemen persediaan yang kurang efektif dengan jumlah penjualanan. Setiap bulan mencapai ±1300 produk maka Ms Glow Putri juga sering mengalami kekurangan dan penumpukan pada stok skincare dan bodycare ini dapat mengurangi kepercayaan pelanggan sehingga Ms Glow Putri sering mengalami kerugian berupa finance dan lainnya maka perlu metode ini untuk memprediksi beberapa persediaan stok skincare dan bodycare yang disediakan pada priode di buIan berikutnya. Metode ini menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Averege dan Single Exponential Smoothing untuk memprediksi persediaan pada stok skincare maupun bodycare. HasiI penelitian pada Ms GIow Putri dengan mengggunakan Metode Weight Moving Averege dengan bobot 5 dengan MAPE 1,08% dan Metode Single Exponential Smooting dengan Alpha 0,1 yaitu 0,84% maka perbandingan antara dua metode tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa metode SES adaIah metode paling baik karena memiliki error terendah. Kata kunci: ms glow putri; peramalan; ses dan wma

Abstract

Abstract: Employees are a key element in the success of a company, because they play a role in determining the success of the company as a whole. Therefore, employee appraisal has a significant impact on many aspects of human resource (HR) management in the company. In this context, an objective and accurate employee appraisal system is needed so that companies can determine the best employees appropriately. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System that uses the AHP-WASPAS combination method. This system is designed to assist companies in evaluating and selecting the best employees for promotions, salary increases, and career development. The results showed that the developed Decision Support System was able to increase objectivity in employee assessment compared to manual methods. By using the AHP-WASPAS combination method, companies can be more effective and accurate in determining employee assessment, thus helping in better decision making in HR management.Keywords: Employee; AHP method; WASPAS method; Performance Appraisal; Ranking; Objectivity; Decision Support System Abstrak: Karyawan merupakan elemen kunci dalam kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan, karena mereka berperan dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penilaian karyawan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap banyak aspek pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di perusahaan. Dalam konteks ini, diperlukan sistem penilaian karyawan yang objektif dan akurat agar perusahaan dapat menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan metode kombinasi AHP-WASPAS. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi dan memilih karyawan terbaik untuk promosi, kenaikan gaji, dan pengembangan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan objektivitas dalam penilaian karyawan dibandingkan dengan metode manual. Dengan menggunakan metode kombinasi AHP-WASPAS, perusahaan dapat lebih efektif dan akurat dalam menentukan penilaian karyawan, sehingga membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam manajemen SDM.Kata kunci: Karyawan; Metode AHP; Metode WASPAS; Penilaian Kinerja; Rangking; Objektivitas; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Padasa Enam Utama, a palm oil plantation company, currently assesses the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) based solely on physical aspects. They use Microsoft Excel without a specialized application system, which can lead to subjective assessments and the risk of fraud. This research aims to develop a predictive system for the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches. Data collection was conducted using quantitative methods through direct observation and interviews with relevant parties. The study shows that the use of the K-Nearest Neighbor method provides the best accuracy with a more efficient calculation process. With this system, the company’s performance in making decisions regarding FFB quality is expected to improve. The system helps reduce human errors in quality assessments and offers visualizations that make it easier for users to understand the classification of production quality. Although the results are reliable, there is still room for further development, such as improving accuracy through more advanced data preprocessing techniques or using more complex machine learning models.Keywords: Data Mining; K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm; Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB); Python;  Streamlit.                                                           Abstrak: PT. Padasa Enam Utama, sebuah perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit, saat ini menilai kualitas produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) berdasarkan aspek fisik saja. Mereka menggunakan Microsoft Excel tanpa sistem aplikasi khusus, yang dapat menyebabkan penilaian tidak objektif dan risiko kecurangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem prediksi mutu kualitas Tandan Buah Segar. Dalam pengumpulan data, digunakan metode kuantitatif melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode K-Nearest Neighbor memberikan akurasi terbaik dengan proses perhitungan yang lebih efisien. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan kinerja perusahaan dalam membuat keputusan terkait mutu produksi TBS dapat meningkat. Sistem ini membantu mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam penilaian mutu TBS dan memberikan visualisasi yang memudahkan pengguna memahami klasifikasi mutu produksi. Meskipun telah memberikan hasil yang dapat diandalkan, masih ada ruang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti peningkatan akurasi melalui teknik preprocessing data yang lebih canggih atau penggunaan model-machine learning yang lebih kompleks.Kata kunci: Data Mining; Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor; Tandan Buah Segar (TBS); Python;  Streamlit

Abstract

Information systems are made in stores so that they can easily process data and produce the information needed quickly, accurately, precisely, effectively and efficiently in spending costs. Kagas is a clothing store engaged in fashion that has been established since 2020. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weighted Moving Average method to the forecasting system in determining sales of robe clothes.  The results of calculating the stock of gamis clothes manually and calculating using a forecasting system using the previous year's data from May 2023 to April 2024 are the same. Forecasting of gamis clothes for the May 2024 period is 175 with a MAD value of 8.04, an MSE value of 135.33 and a MAPE value of 4.7%. With a forecasting system using the weight moving average method, it makes it easier for Toko Kagas to forecast the stock of gamis clothes inventory in the following month.

Abstract

Nada Nadine Skincare Store is a business engaged in the sale of beauty skincare. Nada Nadine Skincare Store was established in 2023 and is located on Jalan Lingkungan IV Air Joman, Asahan Regency. The problem at Nada Nadine Skincare Store is that it has difficulty in estimating the level of demand for beauty skincare (Wardah) for inventory because it is still guessing and experience from the production department of Nada Nadine Skincare Store and there is no beauty skincare sales forecasting system that will make it easier for Nada Nadine Skincare Store to determine the amount of beauty skincare (Wardah) inventory. The purpose of this system is to be able to apply the single moving average method to the beauty skincare (Wardah) sales demand forecasting system at the Nada Nadine Skincare Store and to be able to design a website-based beauty skincare (Wardah) sales demand forecasting system at the Nada Nadine Skincare Store using the PHP programming language and MySql database. From the problem analysis, the author tries to predict the amount of beauty skincare demand using the Single Moving Average (SMA) method. The conclusion that can be drawn from research on the Single Moving Average (SMA) based skincare sales forecasting system forecasts the sales demand for beauty skincare (wardah) at the Nada Nadine Skincare Store so The system calculation results are the same as the manual calculation forecast July 2024 is 33,50, forecast August 2024 is 32,75, MAD value is 2,70, MSE value is 11,31 and MAPE value is 8,84%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the application of the Just In Time (JIT) method and web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, a company engaged in shrimp paste production. The main problem faced by the company is the instability of raw material inventory, which leads to stock buildup, increased storage costs, and inefficiencies in the production process. The JIT method is integrated into a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve inventory management efficiency by minimizing the amount of raw materials that are not needed, reducing waste, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to actual needs. The results show that the implementation of web-based JIT and SCM improves real-time stock monitoring, which improves inventory-related planning and decision-making. Additionally, the system strengthens communication between companies and suppliers, speeds up response to changes in demand, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, reducing potential delays in the production process. Thus, the implementation of the JIT method in web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia has succeeded in improving operational efficiency and reducing inventory costs.        Keywords:. just in time (jit); inventory management; supply chain management (scm); stock management; shrimp paste production Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) dan manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi terasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakstabilan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan penumpukan stok, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan inefisiensi dalam proses produksi. Metode JIT diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dengan meminimalkan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak diperlukan, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT dan SCM berbasis web meningkatkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, yang memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini memperkuat komunikasi antara perusahaan dan pemasok, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan permintaan, dan memastikan pengiriman bahan baku tepat waktu, sehingga mengurangi potensi keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode JIT dalam manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Abstract

Rumah Keripik Lely Tittiana is a business in the field of selling banana chips. Problems at Rumah Keripik Lely Tittiana include chips stock management experiencing shortages and excess stock due to delays in supplying raw materials by suppliers because ordering is still manual. Excessive stock causes product quality to decrease because it has an expiration period so that it can result in losses. The purpose of this research is to design an E-SCM application system for stock management of chips that experience shortages and excess stock at Lely Tittiana Chips House and implement a web-based E-SCM application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database at Lely Tittiana Chips House. E-SCM includes various parties ranging from suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, to customers with the aim of creating quality products. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. The results of the implementation of this web-based E-SCM design make stock management more effective in overcoming the problems of excess and shortage of stock. This system helps in monitoring stock availability in real-time, so that decision making can be done more accurately.

Abstract

Abstract: In the retail industry, effective supply chain management is essential to ensure stock availability aligns with market demand. Gasti Jaya Store, a growing shoe retailer, faces challenges in optimizing inventory management, often leading to stock surpluses or shortages. These issues can impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. To address this problem, this study the implementation of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) as a solution to optimize supply chain management. E-SCM enables the integration of technology-based systems for real-time stock monitoring, procurement, and distribution. Using a case study method and a qualitative approach, this research evaluates the effectiveness of E-SCM in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing excess stock, and accelerating the distribution process at Gasti Jaya Store. The findings indicate that E-SCM implementation improves data transparency, speeds up decision-making, and enhances customer satisfaction. Additionally, the system helps reduce operational costs by optimizing inventory management and minimizing the risk of stock imbalances. In conclusion, the adoption of E-SCM can serve as an effective strategy for mid-sized retail businesses to improve their competitiveness and supply chain efficiency.Keywords: E-SCM; inventory stock; operational efficiency.  Abstrak: Dalam industri ritel, manajemen rantai pasok yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Toko Gasti Jaya sebagai salah satu toko sepatu yang berkembang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola persediaan secara optimal, yang sering kali menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Permasalahan ini dapat berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) sebagai solusi dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen rantai pasok. E-SCM memungkinkan integrasi sistem berbasis teknologi dalam proses pemantauan stok, pengadaan barang, hingga distribusi secara real-time. Dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas E-SCM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kelebihan stok, serta mempercepat proses distribusi di Toko Gasti Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-SCM mampu meningkatkan transparansi data, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, sistem ini membantu mengurangi biaya operasional dengan mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan dan meminimalkan risiko ketidakseimbangan stok. Kesimpulannya, penerapan E-SCM dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif bagi bisnis ritel skala menengah untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi rantai pasok mereka.Kata Kunci: E-SCM; efisiensi operasional; persediaan stok.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven digitalization across various sectors, including drug inventory management in the pharmaceutical field. Toko Obat Lamtama still faces challenges in stock management due to the absence of a computerized system, leading to risks of stock shortages, surpluses, and expired medications. This study aims to design and implement a web-based drug inventory information system integrated with the concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to improve operational efficiency and customer service. The methodology includes needs analysis, system design using UML, and implementation of a web-based system. The results show that the system can automate the processes of recording, monitoring, and ordering drugs more accurately, while also supporting faster and more precise decision-making. The implementation of SCM within this information system has also successfully reduced waste caused by unused medications and enhanced the efficiency of supply chain management.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service initiative aims to enhance the economic value and competitiveness of the POKDAKAN Tani Makmur fish farmer group in Asahan Regency through catfish product diversification and digital marketing. The main problems identified include dependency on fresh fish sales and reliance on middlemen for distribution. The proposed solutions involve training on producing three processed products (nuggets, meatballs, and catfish chips), vacuum packaging techniques, and E-CRM-based marketing via WhatsApp Business and TikTok Shop. The program was implemented in five stages: socialization, technical training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. Initial results showed a 8 kg/day increase in processed product output, the activation of three online marketing platforms, and the development of a digital point-based customer loyalty system. The outcomes indicate that a technology-driven and participatory training approach can increase income, expand market reach, and support the digital transformation of community-based aquaculture businesses. This activity supports several SDGs, particularly food security, poverty alleviation, and inclusive economic growth. Keyword: catfish; digital marketing; E-CRM; product diversification; MSMEs. Abstrak: Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi POKDAKAN Tani Makmur di Asahan melalui diversifikasi produk lele dan pemasaran digital. Masalah utama mitra adalah ketergantungan pada lele segar dan distribusi yang dikuasai tengkulak. Solusi mencakup pelatihan olahan lele (nugget, bakso, keripik), pengemasan vakum, dan promosi melalui WhatsApp Business dan TikTok Shop berbasis E-CRM. Metode kegiatan terdiri dari sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan produksi olahan hingga 8 kg/hari, terbentuknya tiga kanal pemasaran digital aktif, dan sistem poin pelanggan digital. Evaluasi berbasis omzet dan pertumbuhan pelanggan digital menunjukkan keberhasilan pendekatan pelatihan berbasis teknologi dan partisipatif. Program ini terbukti memperluas pasar, meningkatkan pendapatan, dan mendukung transformasi digital UMKM perikanan.
