Abstract

Consumer loyalty is customer loyalty to a product or service, which is influenced by service quality and trust. Good service quality and high trust increase customer satisfaction. This satisfaction then becomes an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality, trust and consumer loyalty. This research aims to find out what influence Service Quality, Trust has on Consumer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction as an Inteirveining Variable for Consumers at Caffei Kubik Koffiei Padang. The data collection method was through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used are external model analysis, good quality of fit, descriptive analysis, and structural model testing using SmartPLS 3. The results of this research indicate that service quality has a positive and insignificant influence on customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. Trust has a negative and insignificant influence on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. Service quality cannot mediate customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Trust is able to mediate customer satisfaction regarding consumer loyalty to Caffei Kubik Koffiei Padang. This research provides insight for the management of Caffei Kubik Koffiei Padang regarding the importance of increasing customer trust and satisfaction to build consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study sought to investigate a depiction of students’ parallel social engagement pattern in MTS Muhammadiyah of Curup, Bengkulu. In so doing, it dealt with whether their peers played a role in the formation of students’ morality. The foregoing question was answered through field research using a qualitative approach. The subjects as well as informants of this study were the principal, teachers, and students at MTs Muhammadiyah of Curup. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews, and then the data were analyzed using Miles’ et al approach, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study concluded that the role of peers for the formation of students’ morality was seen in students’ tendency to choose their playmates at school. If they preferred good friends, then they would follow those friends’ behavior, and vice versa. Efforts made by the school to overcome students who were not morally good were in a way that teachers consolidate with counseling teachers, class teachers, and parents in order to work together to overcome this problem.

Abstract

This service aims to improve services and use of social media as a sharia-based camping ground promotion in Twin Lakes, Solok Regency. The service method includes initial identification and analysis of the application of social media carried out by sharia-based camping ground managers on the Twin Lakes, preparation of improvement plans in accordance with the characteristics of sharia-based camping grounds through social media, training and assistance for camping ground business managers, as well as evaluation and monitoring to measure the impact of implementing improved services, social media as promotion, it is hoped that the management of the Twin Lakes sharia-based camping ground can improve services and optimize the use of social media. The results of this service can help managers increase interest in visiting, increase visitor attraction, increase promotion of sharia-based camping grounds. Feedback from managers will also be evaluated to assess the success of the service. It is hoped that through this service, Management can have a better understanding of the importance of improving service quality, optimizing effective and efficient social media in promoting sharia-based camping grounds. Abstract

Buying and selling is exchanging something you want for something equivalent through certain useful methods. The exchange must be beneficial for humans so that carcasses, liquor and blood are not included in things that may be traded or exchanged, because these objects are not useful for Muslims. According to Article 20 paragraph 2 of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, this research uses library research, collecting books and writings that are directly or directly related to the issues above. After the data is collected, classification analysis is then carried out using deductive methods to reach conclusions. Ba'i is buying and selling between objects and objects, or the exchange of objects for money. Primitive society when money was not used as a means of exchanging goods, namely with a barter system. Even though buying and selling using the barter system has been abandoned, and replaced by a currency system, sometimes the essence of such buying and selling still applies, even if it is to determine the amount of goods exchanged but is calculated using a certain currency value, for example, Indonesia buys vehicle spare parts to Japan, then the imported goods are paid for.

Abstract

Dampak gizi pada balita menjadi permasalahan yang serius bagi Sumber Daya Manusia dan memerlukan penanganan gizi yang tepat. Masalah yang sering ditemui pada balita yang mengalami tumbuh kembang yang kurang optimal ditandai dengan penamaan stunting. Balita yang mengalami stanting merupakan suatu kondisi dimana balita mengalami tumbuh kembang yang kurang baik diantara balita lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya memberikan makanan sehat pada balita dengan tidak memperhatikan nilai gizi yang terkandung pada makanan balita. Permasalahan ini terjadi dikarenakan kurang adanya pemahaman bagi masyarakat terhadap stunting untuk tumbuh kembang balita. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan adalah membantu masyarakat dengan menyampaikan informasi bagi para ibu tentang bahaya stunting pada balita. Metode pada pengabdian ini adalah pemaparan dari para narasumber dan melakukan berbagai konsultasi dengan para kader posyandu serta para dokter. Posyandu nangka pada kelurahan Cipondoh mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dan sebagai tempat pelayanan bagi para balita yang termasuk pada kelompok balita dengan tumbuh kembang yang rendah dengan memberikan menu makanan yang bergizi kepada balita. Pada pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk dapat menekan angka stunting pada balita dengan pemberian makanan yang bergizi pada balita sebagai strategi pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Peran teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik di segala bidang, salah satu pemanfaatannya adalah dengan penyebaran informasi melalui media cetak maupun media digital. Penyebaran informasi yang akan dibahas pada pengabdian ini adalah manfaat pemberian ASI Ekslusif. ASI Ekslusif diberikan kepada bayi dalam rentang usia 0 sampai 6 bulan tanpa memberikan asupan makanan dan minuman lainnya. Pemberian ASI Ekslusif memberikan manfaat yang sangat berharga terhadap bayi dan ibu. Proses pemberian ASI Ekslusif dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh terhadap bayi, sehingga bayi dapat terhindar dari berbagai jenis penyakit. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan manfaat pemberian ASI Ekslusif kepada bayi usia 0 sampai 6 bulan melalui desain ilustrasi dan media cetak di POSYANDU Nangka Cipondoh. Aplikasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Adobe Illustrator, hasil dari proses pembuatan desain ilustrasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kepada orang tua terutama ibu yang memiliki bayi tentang manfaat pemberian ASI Ekslusif.
