Abstract

Monitoring the electrical energy of the MSME sector is necessary because the current use of electricity is less effective and consumes more electrical power. The use of electrical power can only be seen through the kWh meter measuring instrument and only shows the cumulative amount of electrical energy used. The analog panel design constraint only displays aggregate consumption data, not real-time. This study aims to develop an energy management system through Internet of Things communication for monitoring and controlling electrical devices in MSME sector buildings. Designer of a real-time measurement system that can read the parameters of the amount of electricity consumed so that MSME users can monitor the use of electricity consumption quickly and accurately via the internet and become a solution for more efficient monitoring work. The monitoring system is designed for load groups in buildings by using the ESP32 NodeMCU as a data processor for data received from the PZEM-004T sensor and sent directly to the Blynk server so that the data can be monitored and controlled on the Blynk interface via a smartphone. The data displayed on the Blynk application is in the form of voltage (volts), current (amperes), power (watts), electrical energy (kWh), and electricity usage rates in rupiah in real-time. The results of the study obtained show that the proposed method can read the energy consumption data of the electrical load used with an error value of 0.54% in voltage measurement and an error value of 2.93% in current measurement and has a delay in sending data to the monitoring application of an average of 3 seconds. The proposed draft Energy Management System can improve electricity efficiency if applied to solve the problem of electrical energy consumed in MSME sector buildings.

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate how much influence user satisfaction has in increasing interest in adopting existing e-government services, especially in Indonesia. User satisfaction with electronic-based government services is considered an essential factor to be managed as an indicator of success for governments implementing service innovations. However, this does not automatically increase interest in adopting e-government services. The research method is carried out by analyzing the results of a service user survey, analyzing exploratory and confirmatory factors, and investigating the influences that affect the interest in adopting e-government services based on the hypotheses built. Primary data comes from respondents using e-government services, as many as 200 people, and processed using the Smart-PLS tool for further analysis. At the same time, the feasibility test of the model uses the SEM technique. The study results show that user satisfaction can affect the adoption of e-government services with a power level of 0.184. Meanwhile, user satisfaction as a mediator of service quality on the adoption of e-government services is proven to affect service quality significantly. This study can assist the government in providing the community with alternative strategic policy measures and service innovations. In addition, it contributes to developing theoretical knowledge into a modified model framework that can explain the significant effect of implementing e-government service adoption.

Abstract

Kebakaran adalah timbulnya api yang tidak dikehendaki dan sangat sulit di kendalikan, yang mengakibatkan kerugian berupa material maupun moril, yaitu harta benda, dan korban jiwa manusia. Kebakaran bisa terjadi dimana saja maupun itu di gedung kantor, tempat tinggal atau fasilitas publik. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keamanan untuk mendeteksi dini kebakaran diperlukan sebuah sistem keamanan yang dapat di-monitoring dan terintegrasi untuk memberikan informasi secara tepat dan cepat agar kebakaran yang terjadi tidak berkembang menjadi lebih besar. Dengan terdeteksinya cikal bakal kebakaran maka intervensi untuk mematikan api dapat segera dilakukan, sehingga dapat meminimalisasi kerugian sejak awal. Rancang bangun sistem peringatan alarm kebakaran terintegrasi berbasis mikrokontroler ini menggunakan NodeMCU sebagai pengontrol utama dan kemudian menggunakan komponen penunjang seperti sensor asap dan sensor panas yang dipasang dibeberapa tempat yang berfungsi sebagai deteksi kebakaran, buzzer yang berfungsi sebagai alarm peringatan pada saat sensor aktif, Hasil dari data sensor akan dikirimkan ke Telegram sebagai notifikasi peringatan. Tujuannya untuk mepermudah dan bertindak lebih cepat kelokasi terjadinya deteksi kebakaran sehingga proses pemadaman dan evakuasi dapat dilakukan langsung pada titik yang mengalami kebakaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini jarak api maksimal mendeteksi sebesar 49 cm, jarak asap kondisi aman dengan jarak 15 cm sampai 1 meter.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi dampak pandemi COVID-19, UMKM, di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, mengalami tantangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan anggaran. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat diarahkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas usaha UMKM melalui pendampingan pengelolaan anggaran menggunakan aplikasi Macro Excel Berbasis Dashboard View. Namun, UMKM sering menghadapi masalah seperti ketidakpahaman tentang anggaran, keterbatasan pengetahuan keuangan, dan sumber daya terbatas. Solusi yang diajukan termasuk pelatihan, pendampingan, penggunaan aplikasi Macro Excel, dan pengembangan rencana kontinjensi. Program dilaksanakan melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring & evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup pengembangan aplikasi, pelatihan, dan konsultasi menggunakan aplikasi Excel. Dengan pendekatan holistik dan berkelanjutan, dapat membantu UMKM mengatasi tantangan pengelolaan anggaran dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mitra terkait konsep anggaran, serta aplikasinya dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Hasilnya, sistem pengelolaan keuangan mitra menjadi lebih terstruktur, transparan, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar. Implementasi Macro Excel berbasis Dashboard View telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan memudahkan pemantauan keuangan secara real-time. Selain itu, mitra juga berhasil menyusun rencana kontinjensi keuangan yang solid, memungkinkan untuk lebih siap menghadapi fluktuasi pasar dan mengambil keputusan keuangan berbasis data. Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini memperkuat ketahanan dan daya saing UMKM hidroponik dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan digitalisasi, serta mendorong keberlanjutan usaha dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Pentingnya strategi penetapan harga sebagai komponen penting dari bauran pemasaran online juga telah disorot. Seiring lanskap digital yang terus berkembang, perusahaan harus tetap gesit dan responsif terhadap perubahan perilaku konsumen dengan teknologi inovatif untuk secara efektif memanfaatkan kehadiran online dan upaya pemasaran. CV. RNS berdiri sejak 2022, merupakan UMKM yang menyediakan produk suku cadang Alat-Alat Berat (A2B). Pelanggan UMKM ini meliputi Perusahaan di bidang pertambangan, dimana lokasi Perusahaan banyak di wilayah onsite tambang batu bara. CV. RNS saat ini melakukan komunikasi secara intensif dengan pelanggan melalui Telepon maupun WhatsApp. Pengembangan Company Profile dan E-katalog Suku Cadang A2B pada CV. RNS menjadi salah satu alternatif strategi pemasaran dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Implementasi skill passport membantu siswa dalam merencanakan dan memantau perkembangan mereka sendiri, tetapi juga memfasilitasi proses evaluasi yang holistik oleh guru dan pihak terkait dalam mengukur pencapaian keterampilan. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi skill passport di SMK bidang keahlian tata boga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam mengenai implementasi skill passport di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan data dari wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, kaprodi, ketua LSP, dan guru produktif di SMK Pusat keunggulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan para guru telah mengetahui terkait ASEAN Toolsbox yang dikembangkan dari ACCSTP dan CATC. Namun, sebagian besar guru dan SMK belum menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis ASEAN Toolsbox. Faktor penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya pemahaman dan pelatihan tentang ASEAN Toolsbox dan standar ACCSTP; tantangan dalam menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan standar ASEAN, keterbatasan waktu dan beban kerja guru; dan keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang kebutuhan industri dan globalisasi. Selain itu, pelaksanaan uji kompetensi (UKK) di SMK bidang keahlian Tata Boga dilaksanakan melalui Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) 1. Adanya perubahasan skema uji kompetensi siswa SMK yang semula skema klaster berubah menjadi skema kualifikasi dan pada akhirnya saat ini berubah menjadi skema okupasi. Temuan lainnya, implementasi perekaman capaian kompetensi sebagai portofolio siswa di SMK bidang keahlian Tata Boga di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur masih terbatas pada bentuk asesmen capaian pembelajaran mata pelajaran yang dilakukan setiap semester dan hanya sebatas evaluasi penguasaan konten mata pelajaran dan belum mengarahkan evaluasi capaian kompetensi baik berdasarkan SKKNI maupun ASEAN Toolsbox.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia has implemented the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) to advance the payment system in Indonesia, focusing on safety and efficiency. The use of QRIS technology has accelerated transaction processes, reducing queues and increasing efficiency in various sectors. The electronic money component has seen significant growth, especially in non-bank institutions, with a rise in shopping transactions and the number of merchants. Trust in QRIS technology is high due to ease of use and secure transactions, supported by government regulations. This research investigates the factors influencing the adoption of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) technology as an electronic payment system in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic. The study focuses on the cultural dimensions of Power Distance (PD) and Uncertainty Avoidance (UA), and their influence on Trust and the Attitude to Use QRIS. A quantitative methodology using a questionnaire was employed, involving 103 active QRIS users, with analysis conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS. Results show that Uncertainty Avoidance has a significant positive effect on Trust, which in turn significantly influences the Attitude to Use QRIS. However, Power Distance does not significantly impact Trust, suggesting that while government regulations are important, they do not directly enhance trust in the system. The findings highlight the importance of improving user confidence by reducing perceived risks and enhancing the security of the QRIS platform to foster wider adoption of cashless payments. Future research should explore the role of government policies in further detail to enhance user trust in digital payment systems.

Abstract

Permasalahan umum pada suatu organisasi berkembang adalah bagaimana mengelola aliran data yang masuk dengan cepat tetapi tetap memperhatikan keakuratan hasil informasinya. Masalah ini sering terjadi terutama pada perusahaan dibidang logistik yang memiliki resiko cukup besar ketika suplai barang dikelola masih menggunakan cara konvensional dengan tingkat kompleksitas tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pendukung keputusan pemilihan gudang sehingga bisa mempersingkat waktu dalam proses pengelolaan barang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem informasi pendukung keputusan berdasarkan metode Simple Additive Weighting dalam penentuan gudang tempat penyimpanan barang. Dalam penelitian ini SAW berfungsi untuk melakukan pembobotan berdasarkan kriteria barang sehingga sistem dapat merekomendasikan gudang penyimpanan yang sesuai. Pengkodean sistem menggunakan Single Page Application dengan konsep Model, View dan Controller. Metode seperti ini mampu menghemat bandwith dan sangat cepat ketika diakses karena terdiri atas komponen individual yang dapat diganti atau diperbaharui secara independen, sehingga seluruh halaman tidak perlu dimuat ulang. Penelitian ini mengembangkan metode penjumlahan terbobot yang dikodekan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman dengan menyesuaikan kondisi aliran logistik dan kriteria barang. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam menentukan lokasi penyimpanan barang sesuai dengan jenisnya antara lain, masa penggunaan (C1), daya (C2), jumlah (C3) dan harga (C4) dengan bobot masing-masing sebesar 25%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil memberikan rekomendasi gudang tempat penyimpanan barang sesuai dengan jenisnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan cara membandingkan hasil antara perhitungan manual dengan proses inputan sistem menggunakan sample yang sama yakni barang elektronik komputer. Perbandingan menunjukkan hasil yang sama yaitu merekomendasikan barang disimpan ke dalam gudang elektronik. AbstractA common problem in a developing organization is how to manage the incoming data flow quickly but still pay attention to the accuracy of the results of the information. This problem often occurs especially in organizations or companies in the field of logistics that have a significant risk when the supply of goods is managed using conventional methods with a high level of complexity. The purpose of this study is to produce an information system supporting warehouse selection decisions so as to shorten the time in the process of managing goods. The study was conducted by designing and implementing a decision support information system based on the Simple Additive Weighting method in determining the warehouse where the goods are stored. In this study SAW functions to do weighting based on the criteria of goods so that the system can recommend an appropriate warehouse. The coding system uses Single Page Application with the concept of Model, View and Controller. This method saves bandwidth and is very fast when accessed because it consists of individual components that can be replaced or updated independently, so that the whole page does not need to be reloaded. This research develops a weighted sum method coded into a programming language by adjusting logistical flow conditions and item criteria. The criteria used in determining the location of storage of goods according to their types include, period of use (C1), power (C2), amount (C3) and price (C4) with a weight of 25% each. The results showed that this system succeeded in providing recommendations for warehouse storage of goods according to its type. This is evidenced by comparing the results between manual calculations with the input system using the same sample of computer electronic goods. The comparison shows the same results, namely recommending the goods to be stored in an electronic warehouse.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze and test variables that influence implementation E-government, especially in Balikpapan city. The study uses the information system success model DeLone and McLean which has six main variables that can be used to measure the success rate of information systems. Variables that support the success of e-government that support this research include system quality and information quality as exogenous variables. Furthermore, the use and user satisfaction variables are endogenous variables that also affect the net benefits variable. Based on previous research, service quality variables have not been proven to affect endogenous variables, so the researchers omit these variables. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to users of e-government services in Balikpapan City as many as 100 respondents. Data processing methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS 3.0 approach. This research proves the R-square value of the dependent variable user satisfaction is 62%, and the net benefit variable is 59.1%, which means that the dependent variable can be explained through independent variables in this research model. Based on the findings in the study, it shows that the quality of the system has an effect on user satisfaction but has no impact on use.
