Abstract

The development of air transport industry in Indonesill will have impact on the national (llJUltionbusiness. The air transport is really needed to mave passengers and goods. At some airports cargoservices have been subjected to cargo service charge (CSC) to improve service and security. Theresearch used WfP (willingness to pmj) method through questionnaires and interoiews to 16 forwarderat Ngurah Rai Airport. The results of the study showed that the fonvarder willing (wi1lingnessto pmj) to pay cargo seruice charge with a range of value of Rp240, - to Rp395, - and 54.55% ofservice users to judge the level of service (level of service) provided biJ the management of cargo hasthe good criterill. It is recommended that the establishment of CSC refers to the futuring poliaJ tomake it enforceable and CSC's revenue at Ngurah Rai Airport can be used to imprave cargo services.Keywords: willingness to pay, Cargo Service Charge, forwarder

Abstract

The Research aims to identify the factors that affects the pioneering flight routes change to route commercial. This research use sample purpose to get the sample to observed. Factor analysis is used to obtain neuJ factors as the criteria to change non-commercial route (pioneer) to commercial route. The results of this study obtained four factors from the highest to the lawest of importance level that is potential routes (22.04%), air transport companies that operated (21.43%), air fare and airtransportation networks (19.43%), then air transport demand (15%).Keywords: pioneer route changes, commercial route, factor analysis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi perubahan rute penerbangan perintis menjadi rute komersial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sample. Analisis Faktor digunakan untuk memperoleh faktor baru sebagai kriteria perubahan rute non komersial (perintis) menjadi rute komersial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh empat faktor dari yang tertinggi sampai yang terendah tingkat pentingnya yaitu potensi rute penerbangan (22,04 % ), perusahaan angkutan udara yang beroperasi (21,43%), tarif penerbangan dan jaringan angkutan udara (19,43%), dan demand angkuta:n udara (15%).Kata kunci: perubahan rute perintis, rute komersial, analisis faktor

Abstract

Impravement of passenger service at PT.Lion Air must be considered in order to meet desires and expectations of airlines services users. Research of Satisfaction Service User of Lion Air had taken sampling at the Djalaluddin - Airport Gorontalo. The number of sampling was 200 pasangers. The objective of the study is to determine the level of air transport services by PT. Lion Mentari Air during pre flight, in flight and post flight. Analysis method used the quadrant analysis by comparing the satisfaction value and expectations of the airline passenger. The study results showed that the attributes should be further enhanced its performance in order to satisfy the passengers is on time departure service, speed of baggage claim, and complaint handling goods I luggage (In the event of loss I damage).Keywords: services, satisfaction, airlines, passenger.

Abstract

Research about Flight Approval for Extra Flight Domestic Route in the Ngurah Rai Airport Bali has been done. The aim of research is to kncnv the difference of the perception behveen the airlines for the mechanism of the implementation flight approval to extra flight in the Ngurah Rai Airport - Bali by the Director General of Aviation Transportation by using the Kruskal Wallis Test method. The results of the research show that there are significant difference perception bet-ween the airlines, but in the principle perception of airline was together positive tawards the process of flight approval in hard copy (physical) was compared through the short message service, the facsimile or the electronics letter (the e-mail/g-mail). As long as period in September 2010 up to March 2011 (7 months), total flight approval to extra flight was 685 and it was increased on the day or the holiday season like at the time of the New Year holiday (in December - in January) and the school child's holiday (in May - in June) on 2010. Abstract

Research about factors that differences in seniices of air transport has been done. Tire discriminationanalysis indicates tire differences and clnssifies the passengers into several obsenied groups. Tire aimof this research is to annlyz.e factors tlmt affect airlines choices. TI7e discrimination analysis indicatestire differences and clnssifies the passengers into seueml obsenied groups. Tire result shows that tiremost differentiating factor in standard seniices are in-flight sen1ices (newspapers, magazines, video,etc), flight frequency/ shcedule, and punctuality.

Air transport business in Indonesia is undergoing rapid changed, the cxmqrition is rery high rehreenthe national air transport companies. The research used descriptire statistics and Kruskal - Wallis test,The results showed that PT.Garuda Indonesia Airlines passenger the most widely journetj in orderbusiness (52.4%) with m;erage inromes above 10 million rupiah (78.2%), PT. lion Air passengerjournetj fur the purpose official. task (27.1%) due to lower prices (32.4%). PT. Batavia Air passengerjournetj fur the purpose of school I studies (40.7%) due to ease of getting tickets (36.5% ), PT. MandalaAir passenger journey fur the social and family purposes (21.5%) with arerage inromes are lower than2 million (14 % ), and PT. Sriwijaya Air passenger journey fur social purpose return home, and otkrs. (91.7%) and reasons fur choosing the airline because the provided services (28.2%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) persepsi dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan pada pelayanan angkutan lanjutan (DAMRI) dan (2) variabel pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan oleh penyedia jasa angkutan lanjutan (DAMRI) di Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner skala Likert 5 dan disebarkan secara acak pada 83 responden penumpang angkutan lanjutan (DAMRI). Terdapat 12 butir variabel untuk menganalisis persepsi pelayanan angkutan lanjutan (DAMRI). Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis dan model Kano. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data penelitian dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) persepsi pelayanan angkutan lanjutan (DAMRI) di Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma secara rata-rata sebesar 3.44 dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 68,78%, yang berarti bahwa pengguna merasa cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia jasa dan (2) variabel pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan oleh penyedia jasa angkutan lanjutan (DAMRI) di Bandar Udara  Halim Perdanakusuma adalah kepastian jadwal (on time) kedatangan/keberangkatan angkutan lanjutan, waktu tunggu angkutan lanjutan yang tidak terlalu lama (antara 10-20 menit) dan rute/trayek angkutan lanjutan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 secara langsung telah mempengaruhi perilaku pergerakan masyarakat, khususnya di bidang angkutan udara dan adanya kebijakan pemerintah tentang pembatasan dan protokol perjalanan dalam menggunakan moda angkutan udara. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi penumpang angkutan udara terhadap protokol kesehatan dan syarat perjalanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah serta terhadap risiko penularan COVID-19 pada moda angkutan udara pada libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru). Pemantauan dan evaluasi kegiatan libur Nataru telah dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui persepsi penumpang di Bandar Udara Soekarno-Hatta pada Natal 2020 dan Tahun Baru 2021. Kajian ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi secara langsung terhadap penumpang yang berada di bandar udara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak penumpang yang melakukan perjalanan dengan alasan mudik atau keperluan keluarga. Tingkat kepatuhan penumpang terhadap protokol kesehatan sebesar 66% penumpang dan 60% percaya bahwa melakukan perjalanan dengan pesawat udara aman dari paparan virus COVID-19.Kata kunci: COVID-19, lalu lintas penumpang, profil responden.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas IV SD Negeri 008 Samarinda Ulu. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu, peserta didik di kelas 4 SDN 008 Samarinda Ulu yang berjumlah sebanyak 31 peserta didik, terdiri dari 20 peserta didik laki-laki dan 11 peserta didik perempuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan in dept interview dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa 81% peserta didik memperoleh nilai mencapai KKM (70).
