Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop, evaluate, and test antecedent model with trust as an intermediary variable of Technology Acceptances Model (TAM) and Virtual Experiential Marketing (VEM) for buying intention. It used purposive sampling technique with 300 respondents. The questionnaire results were evaluated and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the analysis tools (the third version of SmartPLS). The research result shows that there is no effect between TAM and trust. In addition, there is a direct and positive influence of VEM on trust. The trust and TAM have a positive effect on buying intention. However, VEM does not affect buying intention. The results indicate that the trust cannot mediate TAM and buying intention. Meanwhile, trust can mediate between VEM and buying intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi CV. Mega Lestari Plasindo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan produksi CV. Mega Lestari Plasindo dengan jumlah responden 42 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kesioner/angket. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the motivation of millenials generation to do solo traveling. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The data analysis was Miles and Huberman’s model and tested by triangulation of sources. The result of this study found several motivations for millenials generation doing solo traveling, including consumer behavior that indicates psychological factors, utilitarian motivation, and hedonic motivation. This study also found that the dominant factor is hedonic motivation, which satisfies the emotional aspect.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan para pengusaha alat dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menjadi seorang content creator yang efektif dalam memasarkan produk atau layanan mereka secara online. Pelatihan ini akan fokus pada beberapa aspek utama yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang pengusaha yang ingin menjadi content creator yang sukses. Pertama, peserta mempelajari strategi pemasaran konten yang efektif, tentang audiens target, riset kata kunci, dan penentuan saluran distribusi yang tepat. Peserta diperkenalkan dengan berbagai jenis konten yang dapat mereka ciptakan, belajar bagaimana membuat konten yang menarik, informatif, dan relevan dengan merek atau produk mereka. Pelatihan ini juga akan membahas teknik-teknik kreatif seperti storytelling, fotografi, editing video, dan desain grafis yang akan membantu peserta menghasilkan konten yang menarik dan profesional. Peserta akan diberikan wawasan tentang penggunaan alat dan perangkat lunak yang populer dalam industri konten kreatif, strategi pengelolaan konten yang efisien dan efektif, cara mengatur jadwal produksi konten, mengelola platform media sosial, dan menganalisis kinerja konten. Kesimpulan: Peningkatan Keterampilan Komunikasi; Peningkatan Brand Awareness; Meningkatkan Interaksi dengan Pelanggan; Meningkatkan Konversi dan Penjualan; Penghematan Biaya Pemasaran.

Abstract

Fams Organizer merupakan bisnis pada bidang pelayanan (event organizer) yang tengah naik daun dan menjadi favorit masyarakat. Kinerja dari event organizer adalah merencanakan suatu acara, hingga pada saat pelaksanaan acara guna menentukan kepuasan pelanggan. Bekerja pada bidang ini tentunya diperlukan seseorang yang berkompeten pada bidangnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengkaji serta menganalisis data secara objektif berdasarkan fakta yang ditemukan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran atau paparan tentang bagaimana proses rekrutmen yang berlangsung pada Fams Organizer, sehingga mendapat crew yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan menempatkan calon pelamar menjadi crew pada tempat yang tepat.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses rekrutmen pada Fams Organizer telah terlaksana dengan terstruktur dari tahap mengidentifikasi jabatan, pendaftran, seleksi administrasi, wawancara hingga training. Diketahui bahwa Fams Organizer mengagunkan strategi rekrutmen yang berbeda dalam proses wawancara yaitu secara kelompok, hal ini dinilai Fams Organizer cukup efektif dalam mencari pelamar yang sesuai dengan kriteria.

Abstract

  The effectiveness and  efficiency of the production administration at  MSMEs MAMIN Pakis process needs to be supported by competent human resources.  The reason for the dedication is because the production administration system is not yet perfect. The aim is to provide practical knowledge of strategy and application of performance evaluation in a continuous improvement manner. Targets of a continuous structured work evaluation system and employee motivation in improving performance. The training process carried out, namely manual data collection, structured recording of integrated production application program input for each department, provides important insight and becomes the basis for progress so that the discipline of manual data input and programs becomes an error controller.  Activities processed from analysis of errors in inputting service release materials increase success and insight into production administration performance in a sustaainable manner.

Abstract

This research aims to measure LIKU financial application can improve financial literacy and help Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) run their business with the ease of digital bookkeeping. The research method is used descriptive analysis using primary data sources in the form of questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who are MSMEs in Jombang and have fulfilled several criteria set by the researcher. The research results show that MSMEs need financial applications that prioritize: general experience and needs, financial application features and functions, ease of use, security and privacy, cost and accessibility. The LIKU financial application is a financial application that is easy to use, has security and privacy, has easy access because it uses an Android-based cell phone, and is affordable because MSMEs only need to use internet data to access the application. The LIKU application can also increase insight into financial literacy to avoid business fraud for MSMEs in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Usaha manufaktur yang berkembang dan ingin maju membutuhkan sistem operasional yang profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan program microsoft excell sederhana terhadap kinerja karyawan pada tugas manajemen kualitas produksi. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu mengamati peran pelatihan terhadap keberhasilan kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian pada tim beberapa karyawan usaha manufaktur. Fase pelatihan disini adalah perencanaan, penjadwalan, pelaksanaan serta analisa dan evaluasi pelatihan terhadap karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini mendukung pemenuhan Standart Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dijalankan dan memberi hasil kinerja lebih baik sesuai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian terhadap pelatihan ini dilakukan secara continuous improvement dapat membantu dan mengendalikan kinerja serta meminimalisir kesalahan sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Motivation and assessment are ways to determine the results of program work both individually and in general for the organization as a whole. The research method is Paired Sample Test, namely comparing the roles before and after the roles of Motivation and SOTH Assessment. Meanwhile, qualitatively, skills are assessed, namely consisting of coordination and teamwork abilities; discipline and solutions to problems. Assessment data from January to March 2024. The time limit was chosen due to ongoing program adjustments. The research results show that SOTH motivation and assessment have an average impact of 26% and make motivation and assessment more attention to all members of the organization. Based on the Paired Sample Test, it can be concluded that from the Paired Sample Test calculations it is proven that there is a significant difference in the average role of Motivation and Assessment before and after the delivery of the material begins (Pre Test) for the participants (students) at a confidence level of 95%. And proves that motivation and assessment are useful for program efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and are able to encourage participants (students), managers and presenters to contribute to even better performance.
