Abstract

In today's digital era, selecting the best employees in this case effective Customer Service is one of the key factors in increasing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This article discusses the analysis of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Produ ct (WP) methods in the context of selecting new employees. The SAW method is a decision-making technique that prioritizes the sum of the weights of predetermined criteria, while WP gives weight to each alternative based on the multiplication of relevant criteria . In this research, we conducted a case study on a company engaged in Customer Service. We identified several important criteria for customer service assessment, such as response speed, communication quality, and problem-solving rate. The results of the analysis show that the SAW method is simpler and easier for managers to understand in the decision-making process, while WP provides more comprehensive results by considering interactions between criteria. Although both methods show consistent results in the selection of the best Customer Service, the use of the WP method provides an advantage in situations where the interdependence between criteria is very significant. The conclusion of this article emphasizes the importance of choosing the right analysis method in making decisions regarding the best customer service. By understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each method, companies can be more effective in improving service quality and meeting customer expectations.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat di era Industri 4.0 telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor ekonomi. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami perubahan drastis adalah sektor e-commerce. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sejak masa pandemi Covid-19 pada Maret 2020 lalu jumlah UMKM berbasis e-commerce di Kota Malang meningkat drastis hingga 123 persen. Hal ini, tentu saja dinilai cukup membanggakan sejalan dengan upaya Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang untuk terus mengoptimalkan digitalisasi di semua sektor ekonomi kreatif (Ekraf).(Firdausi, n.d.) Kemudahan akses internet dan perangkat mobile telah mendorong pertumbuhan e-commerce secara eksponensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana transformasi teknologi e-commerce dapat menjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha di era Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi teknologi e-commerce memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha. Hal ini dikarenakan e-commerce menawarkan berbagai kemudahan bagi para wirausahawan pemula, seperti biaya operasional yang relatif rendah, jangkauan pasar yang luas, dan fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat dalam menjalankan bisnis. Selain itu, e-commerce juga memungkinkan para wirausahawan untuk mengakses berbagai sumber daya, seperti platform marketplace, layanan pembayaran online, dan logistik. Namun, di sisi lain, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para wirausahawan e-commerce, seperti persaingan yang ketat, risiko penipuan, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperhitungkan untuk sepenuhnya memanfaatkan e-commercekarena menyadari peran pentingnya dalam pembangunan ekonomi negara. Penyelesaian Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PMSE) yang memuat nilai-nilai perlindungan konsumen, peningkatan pelaku usaha dan produk lokal, serta pemerataan perlakuan merupakan salah satu upaya tersebut(Sofyaningrum and Maulana 2022) Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas bagi para wirausahawan, serta penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mendukung pertumbuhan e-commerce.

Abstract

Perjalanan solo atau Wisata.Id menjadi pilihan populer bagi banyak individu yang mencari kebebasan dan pengalaman personal dalam bepergian. Namun, kebutuhan akan platform yang mempermudah perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan keamanan perjalanan solo sering kali belum terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun aplikasi Wisata.Id berbasis web menggunakan metode Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD). Metode DAD dipilih untuk memberikan pendekatan fleksibel dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan fokus pada kebutuhan pengguna dan pengelolaan tim yang adaptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu menyediakan fitur-fitur utama seperti pembuatan itinerary, rekomendasi destinasi berdasarkan preferensi pengguna, serta fungsi sosial untuk berbagi pengalaman dengan sesama perjalanan. Uji coba sistem menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai 90%. Implementasi DAD terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan sistem secara iteratif dengan waktu yang efisien.

Abstract

Pemulihan data yang hilang pada sistem operasi Windows menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam bidang forensik digital. Autopsy, sebagai salah satu perangkat lunak sumber terbuka (open-source) yang populer dalam digital forensik, menawarkan solusi komprehensif untuk menganalisis dan memulihkan file yang terhapus atau rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan efektivitas Autopsy dalam proses recovery file pada lingkungan Windows. Studi ini dilakukan melalui simulasi skenario kehilangan data, di mana berbagai tipe file dihapus dari perangkat berbasis Windows, kemudian diupayakan pemulihannya menggunakan Autopsy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Autopsy memiliki kemampuan yang signifikan dalam mengidentifikasi dan memulihkan file, termasuk file yang telah terhapus permanen, namun keberhasilan pemulihan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti jenis file, waktu penghapusan, dan aktivitas sistem setelah file dihapus. Dengan demikian, Autopsy dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk profesional di bidang forensik digital dalam upaya pemulihan data, meskipun diperlukan penyesuaian lebih lanjut untuk situasi-situasi yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

Setiap kelas pada kenaikan semester di Universitas Pamulang memiliki pemilihan ketua kelas. Dalam situasi di mana ketua kelas yang lama diganti dengan yang baru, setiap pergantian ketua kelas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kelas. Dalam proses pemilihan ketua kelas ini, metode Analitycal Hierarkhi Process (AHP) menggunakan beberapa proses perhitungan sebagai acuan data. Nilai bobot matriks perbandingan yang berpasangan antara kriteria, matriks nilai kriteria, matriks penjumlahan setiap baris, rasio konsitensi, dan eigen vector adalah semua bagian dari proses tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan AHP berhasil mendapatkan ketua kelas terbaik dengan akurasi yang cukup tinggi; data nilai diurutkan dari yang tertinggi ke yang terendah.

Abstract

The absence of an application to assist in the scheduling of the Communication and Informatics department's duties at TVRI has resulted in ineffective schedule distribution, causing a TVRI staff member to receive two coverage schedules simultaneously, while others may not receive any schedule at all. The purpose of this final report is to create an Application for Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedules at TVRI using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MYSQL database, and designing its interface using Bootstrap. The issue faced by TVRI's Communication and Informatics Department (Diskominfo) is the operational data processing of broadcasting schedules using Microsoft Excel, which poses several challenges including insufficient data security, unorganized data storage making it difficult to search, and the risk of losing previously saved data, thereby slowing down TVRI's reporting process. This application comprises three User levels: admin, User, and TVRI head. The research adopts the Prototype development method to create the Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedule Application at TVRI. Through the Prototype, the development team can quickly visualize the application's design and functionality, gather early User feedback, and address potential issues or design improvements before full implementation. The research outcome, in the form of the application, provides a concrete solution to the challenges of scheduling effectiveness at TVRI, enhancing efficiency, addressing data security concerns, ensuring organized data storage, and improving workflow speed.

Abstract

Pamulang University's Information Technology Strategy Plan aims to develop a comprehensive strategy to maximize IT efficiency and effectiveness in the institution. Using the COBIT 4.1 approach, SWOT analysis, and Balanced Scorecard, this plan identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the current IT infrastructure and develops an integrated strategy for IT development. COBIT 4.1 provides a framework for managing and controlling IT by ensuring that IT processes support business objectives and meet stakeholder needs. The SWOT analysis explores the internal and external factors that influence IT at Pamulang University, while the Balanced Scorecard helps in establishing balanced strategic metrics and objectives across multiple perspectives, including financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. This strategic plan is expected to improve IT management, support the achievement of Pamulang University's goals and facilitate data-based decisions for innovation and continuous improvement.

Abstract

The proliferation of big data has raised new challenges in terms of network security. This research proposes a network architecture inspired by the concept of software-defined networking (SDN) to provide high flexibility and scalability in the face of exponential data growth. In addition, an artificial intelligence-based security system is developed to detect increasingly sophisticated threats. The test results show that the designed network architecture is able to improve system performance and reliability, while the security system succeeds in reducing the false detection rate and increasing the intrusion detection rate. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of a more secure and efficient network infrastructure in the big data era.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought significant transformation in various sectors, including education. The use of Big Data in learning has become one of the main focuses in an effort to improve the quality of education, especially in vocational schools. Through a systematic review of relevant scientific literature, this study reveals the great potential of Big Data in learning personalization, student performance analysis, curriculum development, and improving the efficiency of managing educational institutions. However, it also identifies a number of challenges that need to be addressed, such as the lack of technological infrastructure, the lack of competence of educators, and the lack of supportive policies.The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more comprehensive education policies in the utilization of Big Data. In addition, this research is also expected to serve as a reference for education practitioners, technology developers and policy makers in an effort to improve the quality of education in the digital era.
