Abstract

Ecoprint bags can be used as a lifestyle for the community because ecoprint uses leaves and flowers that come from nature. The purpose of this community service activity is that PKK mothers can add insight and creativity, starting from the introduction of plants and how to make ecoprints. The purpose of the introduction of ecoprint is to provide knowledge in utilizing plants. The method used is practice and evaluation, in the final result the totebag bag gets maximum results. The evaluation used direct observation of the totebag ecoprint products made by the PKK women. PKK women are able to print motifs and colors from leaves and flowers on the appropriate totebag bag

Abstract

This study explores the representation of colonial law in 19th-century literary texts, examining how these works reflect and critique the colonial legal system. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis, the research focuses on how colonial law influenced various aspects of indigenous life, including social, cultural, and economic spheres. The study identifies key themes such as colonial law as a tool of oppression, resistance against colonial law, social stratification reinforced by colonial law, and law as a symbol of colonial power. Through literary works like "Hikayat Siti Mariah," "Hikayat Abdullah," and "Syair Perang Mengkasar," the study reveals how these texts serve as both a mirror and critique of colonial legal practices. By analyzing these narratives, the research highlights the role of literature as a social and legal archive, offering alternative perspectives to the official colonial narrative. The study also examines how literary texts document resistance and contribute to an ongoing critique of colonial law, remaining relevant for understanding postcolonial legal dynamics

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Indonesia dengan integrasi pendekatan kontekstual. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi serta tantangan dalam penerapan pendekatan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa, kendala seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber sejarah, dominasi metode ceramah, serta kurangnya keterampilan analisis dokumen masih menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan aksesibilitas sumber sejarah, pelatihan keterampilan berpikir kontekstual, serta penerapan metode pembelajaran interaktif berbasis eksplorasi agar pendekatan ini dapat lebih efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran Ilmu Sosial Budaya Dasar (ISBD) melalui media video berbasis multikultural, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran Ilmu Sosial Budaya Dasar (ISBD) melalui media video berbasis multikultural, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran Ilmu Sosial Budaya Dasar (ISBD) melalui media video berbasis multikultural. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas 2018 A tahun akademik 2021/2022 PGSD STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri atas narasumber ketua program studi, dosen dan mahasiswa. Sumber dokumen berupa kurikulum, rencana pembelajaran semester, rancangan program perkuliahan, serta tempat dan aktivitas pembelajaran. Validitas data dilakukan dengan teknik trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dimulai dengan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi rencana pembelajaran semester dan rancangan program perkuliahan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan akhir yang diharapkan. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan penyampaian materi pembelajaran dan pemberian penugasan membuat media video secara berkelompok. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi penilaian diskusi dan penilaian hasil penugasan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman minat belajar siswa kelas VA SD Nation Star Academy dalam penulisan teks pantun. Hal tersebut ditinjau dari sejauh mana kemampuan siswa saat pembelajaran berlangsung serta kesulitan yang dialami siswa terkait pembelajaran materi pantun. Kemampuan pemahaman siswa pada materi pantun cukup kurang, dan masih diperlukan bimbingan penuh khususnya pada materi penulisan teks pantun. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena jenis penulisan seperti pantun ini, pernah mereka temui di pembahasan materi puisi. Dalam puisi ciri-ciri yang terdapat dalam pantun dirasa cukup memiliki kesamaan. Oleh karena hal itu, siswa cukup kesulitan untuk membedakan antara pantun dan puisi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode pembelajaran langsung, data yang diambil berupa penugasan secara langsung, pengumpulan tugas harian, dan bentuk lisan pengucapan berpantun pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pemberian materi pantun secara bertahap mulai dari perkenalan materi pantun, pemberian latihan dan bimbingan penulisan teks pantun kepada siswa, hasilnya sebagian besar siswa kelas VA SD Nation Star Academy Surabaya dapat membuat pantun beserta tema topik yang sudah ditentukan, sebagian siswa lainnya menuliskan pantun dengan susunan atau strukturnya masih kurang tepat

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the history of the establishment of the Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) or Religious Harmony Forum, how the development of character education and what roles are performed by FKUB. It uses a historical method with a case study approach, including collecting information through interviews, archival documents, observation, and documentation. The results of the study state that the FKUB of Sidoarjo Regency functions as a regular forum for religious leaders and community leaders to strengthen relations between religious communities. The government established FKUB to maintain inter-religious harmony and ensure a harmonious society, in accordance with PBM No. 9 and 8 of 2006. In Character Education Development, it is also important to instil positive values such as integrity, cooperation and responsibility. FKUB also has a significant role in shaping positive and healthy community views, responding to misleading issues, accommodating the aspirations of religious organisations and providing advice regarding the construction of houses of worship. The data shows that the percentage increase in the number of mosques in Sidoarjo from 2021 to 2022 is around 4.47%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of discovery learning learning model in history subject at SMA Bhayangkari Porong. The research questions asked are :How is the planning of discovery learning learning model in history subject at SMA Bhayangkari Porong,How is the implementation of discovery learning learning model in history subject at SMA Bhayangkari Porong ,How is the evaluation of the discovery learning learning model in history subjects at Bhayangkari Porong High School. This study found that students' learning outcomes were influenced by the learning model applied by educators and students' learning independence. The use of the discovery learning model is considered to be able to increase students' learning independence, which has an impact on improving their learning outcomes. The application of the discovery learning model is also beneficial for educators, because in addition to acting as a facilitator, educators can understand the learning characteristics of students. Based on the research results, it is known that the discovery learning model and learning independence have a positive influence on students' learning outcomes, and are considered more effective in stimulating students to be more active in learning activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether students' creative thinking skills in history class improve after using the Canva-assisted PJBL Learning model with a guided inquiry approach. The location of the research was at SMA Negeri 1 Porong. This study uses quantitative research. In this study, XI-2 and XI-3 are two classes that function as control and experimental groups, respectively, in accordance with the research design, namely quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design. Pretest and posttest are data collection instruments using multiple-choice questions. To evaluate the hypothesis, the data were analyzed using an Independent Sample T-test. The experimental group averaged 87.14 on the posttest, while the control group averaged 80.22. The results showed that Hi was accepted and Ho was rejected based on the results of the hypothesis test, namely ttitung = 5.848 > ttable = 1.993. With the results of this study, students can improve their thinking skills while participating in interactive and imaginative learning experiences. The results of this study provide evidence that the PJBL model can improve creative thinking skills in history subjects.

Abstract

Hukum perdata di Indonesia saat ini masih bersifat pluralisme yaitu yang masih beraneka ragam. Hukum perdata berlaku di Indonesia sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan UUD 1945, Pancasila, dan peraturan perundang- undangan nasional lainnya. Hukum perdata merupakan hukum yang mengatur hubungan antar individu atau badan hukum yang salah satu cakupannya yaitu hukum keluarga yang mengatur warisan seperti dalam suatu kasus sengketa boedoel warisan di Indonesia yang masih menjadi permasalahan pertimbangan dengan KUHPerdata dan hukum yang dibenarkan. Dikarenakan tidak adanya pembagian/pemisahan harta antara 2 pasangan suami istri kemudian bercerai dan terjadilah sengketa antara pihak suami dan pihak saudara kandung. Sehubung kedua belah pihak dan pihak keluarga beragama Kristen, maka sistem yang berlaku adalah pewarisan berdasarkan Hukum Waris sesuai dengan Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Perdata. Dikarenakan penguasaan boedoel warisan dikuasai oleh salah satu ahli waris tanpa persetujuan dan pembagian yang jelas kepada ahli waris lainnya yang sudah jelas bertentangan dengan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) yang mengatur bahwa semua ahli waris memiliki kedudukan dan hak yang sama terhadap warisan yang ditinggalkan pewaris. Yang membuat salah satu menggugat sengketa tersebut ke Mahkamah Agung dan memberikan keputusan pertimbangan hukum yang adil dengan membagi harta sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum waris perdata.

Abstract

Bullying remains a pervasive issue in vocational high schools, adversely affecting students’ psychological well-being, academic performance, and social development. This study aims to implement socialization and training programs to prevent bullying by raising awareness, enhancing peer relationships, and equipping students and educators with effective prevention strategies. Using qualitative methods, the study identifies challenges such as the trivialization of bullying and the influence of social media, and evaluates the effectiveness of school-based interventions. The findings suggest that comprehensive, community-involved approaches are essential to foster safer and more inclusive educational environments
