Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between advertising and personal selling to volume of spare parts sales at PT. Calispo Multi UtamaMedan. The population in this study is the buyers who make repeat purchases. Where 7.5% of the buyers population who make repeat purchases as sample for this study is 74 people. Thedata collected by using a questionnaire distributed to the buyer where the question regarding the indicators of advertising, personal selling and sales volume of spare parts at PT. Calispo Multi Utama Medan. The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical analysis method that uses linear multiple regression analysis, significant Tests And Testing simultaneous partial significant. The execution method of data analysis using SPSS 19.0 for Windows . The data used is primary and secondary data . This research using 74 respondents in the sample Participants were drawn by accidental sampling . Results based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables advertising and significant positive effect Against sales volume of spare parts at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest, to determine the partial effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest and to determine the simultaneous effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in Gen-Z in Dairi Regency. The population in this study was generation Z in Simallopuk Village with a total of 1,688 people. The sample in the study was 94 people taken using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest, there was an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest and there was an effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in Gen-Z in Dairi Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current ratio, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan subsektor logam yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam peneloitian ini adalah semua perusahaan subsektor logam yang sudah terdaftar di BEI. Jumlah sampel ini sebanyak 7 perusahaan dengan mengumpulkan data- data keuangan yang lengkap dari berbagai perusahaan logam tersebut. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dimana data yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 18. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t), ditemukan bahwa variabel current ratio memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji statistik dengan nilai t hitung (5.385) yang melebihi nilai t tabel (2.10982), dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. Namun, variabel Return on Asset tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji statistik dengan nilai t hitung (0.277) yang lebih kecil dari t tabel (2.10982), dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.785 yang lebih besar dari 0.05. Demikian pula, variabel Return on Equity juga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, yang dapat dilihat dari hasil uji statistik dengan nilai t hitung (0.863) yang lebih kecil dari t tabel (2.10982), dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.400 yang lebih besar dari 0.05.Variabel Current Ratio, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji Fhitung >Ftabel (10.174> 3,20) dengan sig F 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically how to improve the SME's performance and sustainable competitive advantage in North Sumatera through Entrepreneurial Marketing, Intellectual Capital, Service Quality, and Innovation Capability as intervening variables. The research population consists of all 84,758 SMEs. Determining the samples in this research uses purposive sampling: a data source sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample size was 218 leading SME samples, from eight leading SME product categories: foods and beverages, handicrafts, fashion, agribusiness, bakeries, restaurants, services, and coffee shops. Data analysis uses Smart PLS. The results of this research show Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on Innovation Capability; Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Innovation Capability; Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on SME Performance; Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on SME Performance; Entrepreneurial Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Innovation Capability and SME Performance; Innovation Capability positively and significantly mediates the relationship between Intellectual Capital and SME Performance; Service Quality with SME Performance; Entrepreneurial Marketing with SME Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2022 berubah sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa tiga rasio kinerja keuangan—Return on Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity (DER), dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO)—dibandingkan dalam sampel lima perusahaan. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dengan ambang batas signifikansi 0,05. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ROA memiliki pengaruh positif namun perbedaannya tidak signifikan, DER juga berpengaruh positif dengan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan, dan TATO menunjukkan pengaruh positif dengan perbedaan yang tidak penting untuk produsen yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode tersebut.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper analyzes how to increase micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) performance through Cutting Edge Innovation Capability. Design/methodology/approach – This study’s population consists of all 84,758 MSMEs in North Sumatera. A purposive sampling approach was used to select the respondents, with closed question for a sample of 218 leading MSME owner-managers in North Sumatera using the structural equation modelling technique (PLS-SEM). The main MSMEs in North Sumatra with the the following the categories of products: culinary, handicrafts, fashion, coffee shops, bakeries, garment, and services.Findings – The findings of this study show that Cutting Edge Innova¬tion Capability has positive and significant effect on performance of MSMEs from data processing and hypothesis testing results. Cutting Edge Inno¬vation Capability is innovation capabilities that combine product innovation, process innovation, market innovation, and organi¬zation innovation as: Sensing Capability, Seizing Capability, Trans¬forming Capability, Break¬through Concept Capability, and Superior Marketing Capability.Research limitations/implications – There needs to be a more balanced composition of leading MSMEs data, not too much many in food and beverage MEMEs. The research data for this category is 103 MSMEs (47%) while others MSME categories are also in need innovation capabilities such as souvenirs, agribusiness, and services. Practical implications – Based on research results, as input for MSME manager, MSME business actors in efforts increasing the innovation capabilities of MSMEs in line with the Government’s wishes the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, target MSMEs can move up a class (scaling up), MEMEs can go international.Originality/value – Cutting Edge Innovation Capability is needed to improve the MSMEs performance. In line with previous research, Market Orientation and SME Performance needed to be mediated by marketing capabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 perusahaan perkebunan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan model efek tetap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) perusahaan perkebunan; 2) Struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) perusahaan perkebunan; 3) Pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur modal secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) perusahaan perkebunan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perkebunan harus terus berupaya meningkatkan penjualan melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien, serta mengelola struktur modalnya dengan baik dengan mengurangi tingkat utang dan meningkatkan ekuitas, agar profitabilitas perusahaan dapat meningkat. Bagi investor, penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi pada sektor perkebunan dengan memperhatikan faktor pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur modal perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to test "the influence of personality, lifestyle and self-concept on the purchase decision of ms glow beauty products on the people of Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency". This type of research is associative, which is research with the aim of finding out the relationship of influence between two or more variables. The population in this study is the entire community of Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency who use ms glow beauty products, whose number is not known for sure. The sampling method uses Leme show. The number of samples used in this study was 96 people. The data analysis in this study included a validity test, reliability test, normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and determinant coefficient test (r2) using the statistical package for the social science for Windows (spss) 25. Based on the r2 test, a value of 0.162 was found. This states that the variables of personality, lifestyle, and self-concept affect the purchase decision by 16.2%, while the remaining 83.8% are influenced by variables that are not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study's goal is to ascertain “The Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation, and Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in Angkringan Culinary Businesses in Kesawan City Walk Medan”. This research was prepared using causal associative quantitative methods with a population of 116 respondents and a sample of 90 respondents who were angkringan business actors at Kesawan City Walk Medan. The sampling method employed in this study was purposive sampling. Data was collected through the direct distribution of questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using SPSS to derive the research results. The study's conclusions show that competitive advantage is positively and significantly impacted by both market orientation and product innovation. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that product innovation, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation all favorably and significantly impact competitive advantage. Moreover, the coefficient of determination (R2) test yielded a value of 0.327, or 30.3%. This describes that the value of variance owned by the Competitive Advantage of the Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation, and Product Innovation variables is 30.3% and the remaining 69.7% is influenced by other variables or factors not explored and not addressed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the business capital, labor and pond area partially and simultaneously affect the income of the Carp business in Lawe Pangkat Village, Deleng Pokhkisen District, Southeast Aceh Regency in Lawe Pangkat Village. The population in this study were people who had a Carp business in Lawe Pangkat Village, Deleng Pokhkisen District, Southeast Aceh Regency in Lawe Pangkat Village as many as 50 people. The sample in the study was 50 people obtained using saturated samples. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test) and coefficient of determination. The results showed that business capital, labor and pond area had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the income of the Carp business in Lawe Pangkat Village, Deleng Pokhkisen District, Southeast Aceh Regency in Lawe Pangkat Village. Based on the determination coefficient test (R2) shows that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.562% means that business capital, labor and pond area affect business income by 56.2% and the remaining 43.8% are other variables not examined by this study, such as experience, entrepreneurial ability and other variables.
