Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang kebijakan persediaan bahan baku kulit kina impor di PT MNO dalam rangka meminimasi terjadinya stockout. Peramalan permintaan dilakukan menggunakan forecasting dengan model Simple Seasonal yang menunjukkan bahwa pola permintaan tahun 2025 bersifat musiman, dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 253.244 kg dan terendah 58.144 kg. Hasil tersebut digunakan dalam perhitungan kebijakan persediaan menggunakan metode Periodic Review (R, s, S), dengan parameter optimal berupa review interval setiap 2 hari (0,0040045 tahun), reorder point sebesar 131.365 kg, dan maximum inventory level sebesar 132.770 kg. Sebelum kebijakan diterapkan, jumlah stockout tercatat sebesar 132.969 kg dan berhasil ditekan menjadi 233,81 kg. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sistem data pendukung keputusan yang divisualisasikan menggunakan Power BI. Sistem terdiri dari dua halaman. Halaman input yang menampilkan parameter biaya dan data permintaan, serta halaman output yang menampilkan hasil perhitungan kebijakan secara visual. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pengambil keputusan dalam memahami kondisi persediaan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan di PT MNO. Abstract

CV XYZ merupakan usaha mikro di bidang konveksi yang mengalami kendala dalam pemilihan supplier karena belum memiliki sistem atau standar evaluasi yang jelas. Proses pemilihan selama ini dilakukan berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi tanpa dasar pembobotan kriteria, sehingga berisiko pada ketidakkonsistenan kualitas bahan dan keterlambatan pengiriman. Selain itu, berdasarkan data internal tahun 2024, ditemukan bahwa masalah pembayaran yang menyulitkan terjadi 9 kali, supplier sulit dihubungi saat mendesak sebanyak 8 kali, bahan tidak sesuai pesanan sebanyak 7 kali, tidak tersedia layanan retur sebanyak 4 kali, serta keterlambatan pengiriman sebanyak 3 kali. Untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan analisis menggunakan diagram fishbone yang menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan bersumber dari belum adanya sistem dan dasar dalam proses pemilihan supplier, kriteria yang digunakan belum spesifik, serta penilaian belum spesifik, serta penilaian masih bersifat subjektif. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan supplier menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria, serta Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk melakukan perankingan supplier. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan lima kriteria utama, yaitu kualitas, biaya, pengiriman, komunikasi, dan garansi, dengan total 12 subkriteria. Subkriteria dengan bobot tertinggi adalah konsistensi kualitas sebesar 19,9%. Dari tujuh supplier, tiga peringkat teratas diperoleh oleh supplier C (0,7665), Supplier F (0,3652), dan Supplier A (0,3270). Validasi dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan dan menunjukkan bahwa hasil pemeringkatan sesuai dengan pengalaman performa supplier di lapangan. Sistem dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Excel berbasis makro dan berhasil memuat seluruh fitur penilaian, pembobotan, serta perhitungan otomatis. Abstract

Transportasi memegang peranan krusial dalam sistem rantai pasok, khususnya pada tahap last mile delivery yang sering menjadi komponen biaya terbesar. Salah satu outlet PT.XYZ yang berlokasi di Baktisegara, Buleleng mengalami peningkatan biaya transportasi hingga melebihi budget perusahaan yakni > Rp 14.450.000 selama tiga bulan terakhir akibat rute yang belum terstandarisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem perutean yang lebih efisien guna menekan biaya transportasi. Permasalahan diklasifikasikan sebagai Vehicle Routing Problem dengan tipe Multiple Trips, serta diselesaikan menggunakan pendekatann heuristic nearest neighbor berbasis Google Spreadsheet. Selain itu, strategi Greedy-Based Load Balancing diterapkan untuk pembagian beban kerja antar kendaraan secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem perutean yang diusulkan mampu mengurangi jarak tempuh yang hingga 38,27% dan menurunkan biaya transportasi sebesar 9% atau sekitar Rp1.333.321,43. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode VRP menggunakan pendekatan heuristik dapat meminimalkan biaya transportasi dalam proses distribusi last mile delivery. Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 berdampak pada banyak bidang termasuk dalam pendidikan keagamaan. Penelitian mengenai Eksistensi Pendidikan Islam di Era revolusi industri 4.0 menyatakan bahwa terjadi dampak yang besar pada pendidikan Pesantren dan Madrasah. Lembaga pendidikan harus mempersiapkan diri supaya dapat beradaptasi dan menghasilkan lulusan yang bisa kompetitif sekaligus kontributif bagi kemajuan bangsa. Kecerdasan buatan, otomasi, robotik, dan cyber physical system adalah jenis keterampilan yang harus dimiliki dalam menghadapi era RI 4.0 Saat ini kurikulum pendidikan dan kegiatan ekstra kurikuler di Madrasah ar-Ruhama belum mendukung hal tersebut, hal ini merupakan salah satu tujuan abdimas, desain dan implementasi kurikulum Robotik dan otomasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kurikulum sekolah di tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Ruhama. Implementasi abdimas ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu : (1) Pengembangan kurikulum robotik; (2) Pengembangan kapasitas pengajar terkait kurikulum robotik; (3) Pembentukan ekstrakurikuler Robotik. Penilaian hasil abdimas dilakukan melalui kuisioner pada peserta menghasilkan data bahwa lebih dari 50% peserta setuju atas keberlanjutan dan manfaat program abdimas.

Abstract

Gudang merupakan bagian penting dalam rantai pasok. Pada industri manufaktur saat ini terdapat beberapa jenis gudang antara lain, gudang bahan baku, gudang bahan baku kemasan, gudang produk setengah jadi, dan gudang produk jadi. PT. X merupakan industri manufaktur yang memproduksi makanan ringan. PT. X memiliki variasi produk yang sering berganti kemasan dan adanya penghentian produksi makanan ringan yang mengakibatkan adanya penumpukan bahan baku kemasan yang tidak terpakai di gudang. Penumpukan bahan baku tidak terpakai memberi dampak bertambahnya biaya sewa gudang dan gangguan aliran pergerakan barang. PT. X belum memiliki rancangan mitigasi risiko terkait aktivitas gudang bahan baku kemasan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkannya rancangan mitigasi pada aktivitas gudang bahan baku kemasan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasikan aktivitas gudang, memetakannya kedalam SCOR, mengidentifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko dengan metode FMEA dan merancang mitigasi terbaik risiko dengan AHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini, teridentifikasi total 17 kejadian risiko dan 29 sumber risiko pada aktivitas gudang bahan baku kemasan PT. X. Hasil alternatif mitigasi terpilih aktivitas source pada risiko adanya dead stock memiliki bobot 0,596, sedangkan aktivitas deliver pada risiko ketidaksesuaian stok sistem gudang dengan aktual memiliki bobot 0,512, dan aktivitas return pada risiko tidak hadirnya salah satu pihak terkait pada pemasukan barang memiliki bobot 0,682.Kata Kunci : Gudang, Rantai Pasok, Risiko, SCOR, FMEA, AHP

Abstract

The leather tanning industry is one industry that has a high value in Indonesia because this industry is not only for domestic supplies but rather abroad. This industry using primary materials that is water mixed with chemicals. It cause the leather tanning industry produce a lot of waste liquid that can pollute the environtment. Currently, the government in Indonesi has been encouraging the industry to adopt green system and sustainable. In addition, one of export requirement are environtmentally friendly. Realizing these environtmentally friendly industry that must implemented green manufacturing system first. Green manufacturing system can be applied easily if there is a performance measurement and monitoring activities in the manufacturing process. Model SCOR (supply chain operation reference) as a reference in measuring performance and monitoring the activities of manufacturing. The conceptual model in this study begins identifying stakeholders, business process identification, identification of green requirements, identification of green objective and selection of KPI. KPI is defined based on SCOR metrics. After the design of KPI done advanced weighting using AHP method.

Abstract

A green supply chain performance measurement system is needed to manage the environmental risks that are often being the major issues of industry. Claim from the government to implement the green supply chain system will certainly be a boost to major industries in Indonesia. As for PT. Elco lndonesia Sejahtera, to create an industry that applies green perspective in the industry, of course PT. EIS requires a model of its own enterprise performance measurement system design. Therefore, this study aims to design a performance measurement system from Green Sales and Distribution in the supply chain of leather tanning industry. The model used as a tool for designing performance measurement systems from the supply chain is Green SCOR model. The conceptual model is designed by involving activities such as stakeholder identification, needs analysis of green stakeholders, green destination identification, and KPI weighting. The supply chain operation reference metric (SCOR) is applied to identify key performance indicators (KPIs). The weight of the KPI is determined using the AHP method. The results of this study are six green objectives and also fifteen Key Performance indicators under it. Green objectives and Key performance can help companies to improve the performance of Green Sales and Distribution in the company.

Abstract

XYZ Company is a distributor focused on distributing floor and wall ceramic tiles. XYZ Company has its own warehouse for storing finished goods with Last In First Out rotation. The XYZ Company Warehouse has an area of 12,312 m2 with floor stack system. An issue currently risen to the warehouse is that the warehouse is currently overcapacity that urges the company to store some of its SKUs to be stored out of the block or even outside the warehouse. The overcapacity causes some problems including accessibility problem, distribution of storage and retrieval activities, and damaged product. In addition, higher throughput items allocation were not placed near to the input/output point so the material handling went through long travel to do its activities and it caused higher total travel distance. This research is focused on determining the warehouse layout to increase warehouse storage capacity and reduce travel distance. The procedure taken to solve the issue is by redesigning warehouse layout through heuristic approach method. The heuristic approach method is comprised by algorithms that can determine dimensions of storage zone and material assignment needed in designing warehouse layout. It is aimed at having some combinations of lane depths and storage zones to increase the warehouse storage capacity by considering the throughput of each SKU. The next step is allocating the items so it can reduce the monthly travel distance. The proposed design layout, shows that warehouse capacity increases by 35.53% or 5,319 pallet positions and monthly travel distance decreases by 24.58% or 216,032 meters. Abstract

The objective of this paper is to compare two PHP frameworks with execution time, peak memory usage and throughput metrics. This performance comparison was done for Laravel and Yii2 frameworks using MySQL employee database [26] which freely downloaded for testing necessary. The database provided a large amount of data included million entry records. Using a large amount of record, we try to give some view to another developer for considering when choosing the PHP framework for their development. The result in this paper give Laravel has better performance in execution time and throughput measurement but not in memory usage. This result can be affected by many factors including the testing environment in when comparison process implementation. Keywords—Laravel, Yii2, PHP Framework, Performance Comparison.

Abstract

In the transportation process is closely related to the route, the route is the path through which a mode / vehicle to arrive at a destination. The route is related to the number of vehicles and the location where it goes. PT XYZ is a company engaged in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), with the field makes the flow of goods speed will be high until the goods distribution process becomes fast and often. In the process of distribution is done by using 1 fleet in each customer. Currently in the process of distributing goods, the company still ignores the utility of the vehicles used, so the availability of empty space in capacity is still occurring and this makes the cost of transportation is high. Consolidation of multiple customers becomes possible, keeping in mind the time window, capacity and multiple products. This study designs a route by considering the limits to get the route, the number of vehicles, the utility increase of each vehicle and the optimal distance so that it can minimize transportation costs. The use of a genetic algorithm preceded by the nearest neighbor algorithm is used to solve this problem. Later the route will be formed and get the number of vehicles, the increase in vehicle utility and the optimal distance. This resulted in average vehicle utility improvement of 35,317%, vehicle repairs amounted to 34.05%, and distance of 10.075% so as to reduce transportation costs by 26.56% from initial conditions.
