Abstract

Meningkatnya penjualan di bidang otomotif setiap tahunnya, memaksa perusahaan pendukung dalam menunjang kegiatan produksinya. Meningkatnya produktifitas, maka meningkat juga risiko-risiko yang muncul dan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap perusahaan, salah satunya adalah perusahaan percetakan karet, sebegai perusahaan pendukung. Salah satu lingkup yang sangat rentan oleh risiko ialah lingkup supply chain. Kompleksitas dari struktur supply chain yang melibatkan banyak pihak sangat rentan munculnya risiko dan menjadi tantangan dalam mengelolanya. Maka dari itu, pengelolaan risiko, tindakan proaktif dan monitoring pada supply chain sangatlah diperlukan untuk meminimasi kerugian yang akan terjadi. Model yang cocok dalam menanggulangi masalah ini ialah House of Risk (HOR). Model HOR terbagi menjadi dua tahapan. HOR1 digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menentukan peringkat setiap risk agent yang teridentifikasi. HOR2 digunakan untuk memprioritaskan tindakan proaktif yang harus diaplikasikan oleh perusahaan dengan risk agent yang terpilih pada HOR1. Dalam kasus ini, terdapat 15 risk agent teridentifikasi dan 8 tindakan proaktif yang diprioritaskan dalam melakukan manajemen risiko.Kata Kunci—risk management, supply chain, manufacturing, house of risk, proactive actions

Abstract

Perekonomian Indonesia tengah didorong olehkenaikan konsumsi rumah tangga, terutama dalam industrimakanan dan minuman.. Roasted Bar sebagai salah satu yangbergerak di sektor makanan dan minuman tentu menghadapitantangan dalam mengelola rantai pasoknya secara efektif.Pemilihan supplier bahan baku tidak hanya melibatkanperbandingan harga, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan kriteriakriteria penting seperti kualitas dan keandalan. Denganmempertimbangkan masalah yang dihadapi Roasted Bar,metode ANP diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk membantu dalampengambilan keputusan pemilihan supplier. ANP dapatmendukung pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan kriteria atausubkriteria untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Permasalahanyang dihadapi Roasted Bar tidak memiliki metode pengambilankeputusan dalam penentuan alternative supplier pada prosespengadaan bahan baku daging ayam. Tujuannya merancangdan menentukan pemilihan supplier yang tepat dalam prosespengadaan bahan baku pada Roasted Bar serta mengusulkanrancangan strategi perusahaan. Penggunaan matrik InternalEksternal (IE) untuk mendapatkan strategi yang sesuai padaRoasted Bar yaitu startegi intensif (pengembangan produk).Penggunaan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) denganmemperoleh 5 kriteria dan 15 subkriteria yang terpilih sebagaireferensi penilaian supplier menggunakan metode ANP,semakin tinggi nilai bobot, semakin tinggi juga kepentingannya.Perhitunagan WP ini termasuk kedalam metode ANP dapatmenentukan peringkat alternatif pemasok berdasarkanpenilaian dari expert dengan bobot acuan sub kriteria dariperhitungan ANP. Abstract

Unoyon Textile Limited faces challenges in its production line, leading to delays and affecting customer deadlines. To overcome these issues, they are considering implementing the SCOR Racetrack 12.0 process. Key areas requiring improvement include production scheduling, sustainable raw material procurement, and production and test cycle time. To address these, Unnoyon Textile Limited proposes implementing maintenance planning and optimizing the production layout using lean management and 5S principles. These improvements aim to create an efficient, sustainable, and green supply chain, reducing waste, enhancing productivity, and meeting production targets. By adopting these measures, the company can improve overall operational efficiency, product quality, and cost savings while ensuring a positive environmental impact. Implementing these changes will position Unnoyon Textile Limited as a responsible and competitive player in the market, appealing to environmentally conscious customers and achieving long-term success. Based on the observations and analysis conducted for Matrix 2.1 Production Cycle Time, there is a discrepancy of 1.8 days between the actual time and the internal target time. Further analysis at Matrix Level 3 reveals three metrics with gaps. These metrics are as follows: RS. 3.1 Production Scheduling activities with a gap of 0.30 days, RS. 3.2 Sustainable raw material procurement activities with a gap of 0.8 days, and RS. 3.3 Production and test cycle time with a gap of 0.85 days. Abstract

Technology has grown up massively, which is numerous aspects. Whether the system is limited or open source, had to adapt to certain circumstances. For instance, decades ago, people mainly used to have a paper to work on reporting or to make notes. These days, people started to migrate the work stuff into digitalization. Furthermore, environmental pollution has been triggered by emissions from vehicles. Moreover, due to a lack of knowledge and resources to solve this issue, the manufacturing process does not apply the sustainability process. This matter has led to an impenetrable environmental issue in the manufacturing area for years. Therefore, developing a sales module dashboard system that is configured on Sales Order (SO) transactions and customer data could assist the problem-solving process. The reason for this matter is to highlight the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) at the sustainability that has been added by the open-source Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System and display the indicator of data visualization application. Furthermore, the development of the ERP system is aligned with the purpose of the Quickstart methodology that was applied in this research. Abstract

To support health services at nuclear medicine installations certainly requires various types of goods, ranging from medical devices, radioactive materials, medicines, and various other needs. The right procurement process is key in ensuring the smooth running of quality nuclear medicine installation health services. The process of procurement of goods at nuclear medicine installations in public hospitals is still carried out conventionally and separately between divisions or sections, this can cause communication problems, lack of data integration, and difficulties in monitoring stock and fulfilling requests quickly. Therefore, a system that can manage the procurement of goods is needed. ERP system development using open-source Odoo to support the integrated procurement process using the Quickstart method. The ERP system can facilitate the procurement of goods for nuclear medicine installations in designing systems starting from the bidding process to vendors, purchasing goods, receiving goods to enter the warehouse, to the payment process to vendors. The ERP system will combine business processes and data from various divisions or parts in one centralized database. This integration allows the use of consistent and real time information in decision making, transparency, and data accuracy. The results of this research are in the form of a system design using the ERP purchase module to support the procurement of nuclear medicine installation goods.
