Abstract

Abstrak Garasi Kampus merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa sewa mobil. Sasaran segmen pelanggan Garasi Kampus saat ini hanyalah pelanggan mahasiswa. Garasi Kampus bermaksud untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya agar pendapatan dapat meningkat. Pada penelitian ini, evaluasi model bisnis dilakukan pada Garasi Kampus menggunakan Business Model Canvas untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Langkah-langkah yang diperlukan adalah memetakan model bisnis Garasi Kampus saat ini. Langkah berikutnya dilakukan pemetaan customer profile dan analisis lingkungan bisnis. Evaluasi model bisnis juga didukung dengan melakukan analisis SWOT sebagai dasar perancangan strategi bisnis. Setelah semua analisa dilakukan, selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan value map dan business model canvas Garasi Kampus yang baru. Terdapat beberapa penyesuaian yang perlu dilakukan Garasi Kampus. Yang pertama adalah pengembangan value proposition menjadi private mobility management. Selain itu, diusulkan juga untuk menambah channels, menyesuaikan customer relationship, customer segment, dan beberapa penyesuaian pada blok lain untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Kata Kunci : Business Model canvas, Analisis Lingkungan Bisnis, Value Proposition, SWOT, Jasa Sewa Mobil Abstract Garasi Kampus is a business that is engaged in car rental services. The current customer segment target of the Garasi Kampus is college students. Garasi Kampus plan to develop its business to increase its income. In this study, the evaluation of Garasi Kampus business model was carried out using Business Model Canvas. The steps needed are mapping the existing business model of Garasi Kampus. The next step is mapping customer profile and analyzing the business environment. Evaluation of business model is also supported by conducting a SWOT analysis as a basis for designing business strategies. Next step is developing the value map and the new business model canvas of Garasi Kampus based on the result of all previous analysis. The first improvement proposed in this research is changing the value proposition. The new value proposition is private mobility management. The other improvements including adding new channels, customer relationships, customer segments, and some adjustments in other blocks. Abstract

Abstrak Reclays.id merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang fashion. Reclays.id memproduksi kaos dengan desain-desain ilustrasi yang unik agar brand tersebut memiliki ciri khas dibanding brand lain. Kaos yang diproduksi Reclays.id pun terbuat dari material terbaik sehingga menghasilkan kualitas yang bagus dan nyaman ketika digunakan. Namun, Reclays.id memiliki permasalahan pada penjualannya yaitu penjualan dari produk kaos Reclays.id mengalami fluktuasi pada setiap bulannya dan tidak dapat memenuhi target. Permasalahan tersebut dapat terjadi karena program komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Reclays.id belum maksimal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan dan memberi rekomendasi program komunikasi pemasaran untuk Reclays.id dengan menggunakan metode benchmarking dan tool Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Benchmarking digunakan untuk mencari praktik terbaik dari kompetitor agar dapat diimplementasikan oleh Reclays.id sesuai dengan kemampuan internal dan dibantu dengan tool Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan benchmark partner yang sesuai dengan Reclays.id. Rekomendasi program komunikasi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Reclays.id adalah dengan mengiklankan melalui majalah, menambah program giveaway dan program diskon pada tahun baru, mengadakan seminar mengenai wirausaha minimal satu kali dalam setahun, menggunakan Line sebagai platform aplikasi chat, mengikuti expo berskala nasional minimal satu kali dalam setahun, meningkatkan frekuensi posting dan jumlah likes, dan menambah jumlah outlet di luar kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Benchmarking, Benchmark Partner, Fashion, Program Komunikasi Pemasaran, UKM Abstract Reclays.id is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which is engaged in fashion. Reclays.id produces t-shirts with unique illustration designs so that the brand has a characteristic compared to other brands. T-shirts produced by Reclays.id are also made of the best material so that it produces good quality and comfortable when used. However, Reclays.id has a problem in its sales, namely the sales of Reclays.id's t-shirt products fluctuate every month and cannot achieve the target. These problems can occur because the marketing communication program implemented by Reclays.id is not optimal. This study aims to make improvements and provide recommendations for marketing communication programs for Reclays.id using benchmarking methods and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) tools. Benchmarking is used to find best practices from competitors so they can be implemented by Reclays.id in accordance with internal capabilities and assisted by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) tools to determine benchmark partner that are compatible with Reclays.id. Marketing communication recommendations that can be applied by Reclays.id are with advertising through magazines, adding to giveaway programs and discount programs in the new year, holding seminars on entrepreneurship at least once a year, using Line as a chat application platform, attending a national-scale expo of at least one times a year, increasing the frequency of posts and the number of likes, and increasing the number of outlets outside the city of Bandung. Abstract

The Cozy merupakan usaha toko online yang bergerak pada bidang fashion. Saat ini, The Cozy ingin mengembangkan usaha nya dengan menambahkan produk baru yaitu hijab, yang akan ditawarkan kepada konsumen di pasaran. The Cozy berlokasi di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. The Cozy sendiri menargetkan semua kalangan masyarakat khususnya pencinta fashion. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa aspek yang menjadi acuan penelitian, yaitu aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan aspek keuangan. Pada aspek pasar, hasil penyebaran kuisioner dengan 100 responden, didapatkan perhitungan jumlah pasar potensial sebesar 84%, pasar tersedia sebesar 74% dan pasar sasaran sebesar 0,002%. Pada aspek teknis, akan ditentukan kebutuhan dan biaya investasi awal, kebutuhan dan biaya bahan baku, kebutuhan dan biaya tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan dan proses bisnis untuk pemesanan produk. Pada aspek keuangan, terdapat 3 kriteria utama yang menentukan kelayakan suatu usaha yaitu NPV, PBP dan IRR. NPV dinyatakan layak apabila NPV>0. NPV yang didapatkan selama 5 tahun proyeksi oleh The Cozy sebesar Rp 176.872.062. IRR dinyatakan layak apabila IRR>MARR. IRR yang didapatkan oleh The Cozy sebesar 57.91%>16%. PBP adalah periode pengembalian invetasi atau modal. PBP yang didapatkan adalah selama 2.24 tahun, kurang dari 5 tahun proyeksi. Berdasarkan ketiga kriteria tersebut, maka pengembangan usaha oleh The Cozy dinyatakan layak. Juga, terdapat analisis sensitivitas terhadap kenaikan bahan baku sebesar 37.4%, kenaikan biaya tenaga kerja sebesar 38% dan penurunan harga jual sebesar 18.6%. Abstract

Abstrak Industri fashion Indonesia saat ini sedang berkembang pesat, salah satu UKM yang berfokus pada fashion alas kaki yaitu Bearpath. Sejak Januari 2018 hingga September 2019 Bearpath mangalami penjualan yang cenderung tidak stabil. Didukung dengan awareness masyarakat terhadap brand Bearpath yang sangat rendah serta variasi model dan fitur produk yang kurang beragam dibandingkan dengan kompetitor. Hal tersebut dikonfirmasi kepada konsumen melalui survei pendahuluan, dan didapatkan hasil berupa tingginya keluhan terhadap produk. Penyebab dari penjualan tidak stabil, dan tingginya keluhan terhadap produk diindikasikan bahwa Bearpath kurang memperhatikan preferensi konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Conjoint Analysis dengan pendekatan full-profile yang bertujuan untuk menggali preferensi konsumen terkait dengan atribut yang dinilai penting, dan juga membuat alternatif rekomendasi atribut berdasarkan preferensi atau keinginan konsumen. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 orang konsumen Bearpath, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan output yang menyatakan bahwa warna menjadi atribut terpenting menurut preferensi konsumen, dan rekomendasi atribut untuk perancangan produk Bearpath yaitu model sandal two strap, fitur interchangeable strap, warna gelap, bermaterial polyester 300D, dan dengan harga berkisar antara Rp250.000 – Rp350.000. Kata Kunci : Conjoint Analysis, Preferensi Konsumen, Bearpath Abstract Fashion industry is currently booming in Indonesia, one of the low to medium sized business that focused on footwear fashion is Bearpath. Since January 2018 until September 2019, Bearpath tend to have an unstable sales. The researcher discover that the community awareness towards this product is very low and has a very few variety of product model & features. These facts have been confirmed by the consumers through preliminary survey and discover that the product has been receiving high amount of complaints. The cause of the instability of sales and the high amount of complaints indicates that Bearpath have not given the attention needed towards the consumers preference. The researcher used Conjoint Analysis method with Full Profile approach for this research which aims to explore the consumer’s preference regarding the most important attribute in their products, and also makes alternative recommendations of attributes based on the consumer’s preference or desire. 100 respondent has been used for this research as the sample for purposive sampling method. From this research, the researcher discover that color is the most important attribute based on the consumer’s preference, and the recommended of attributes for Bearpath product design are two strap sandal mode, interchangeable strap feature, dark color, 300D polyester material, and with the price range of Rp250,000 – Rp350,000. Abstract

Planning degrees have been focusing on rural studies, which make the best planning system for prevailing social welfare in villages. While village governments know development studies by demographic data in tabulation to evaluate/design the planning policies better or not. Different rural study models have been enriched and implemented in the past time. We use GIS to prove planning measures to be effective in rural governance to expand the decision-making process in planning policies. The participation/action research experienced a targeted planning policy in Covid 19 at Langensari-Lembang, Indonesia, found a method of static to dynamic, aggregated to disaggregated, and macro to micro. The results can visualize planning support in general solutions to specific adjustments of some public goods. Covid 19- suitable indicator schemes can design in isolated areas. Targets are how population aggregation and household mobilities in rural areas are affected by these planning policies. We believe action research improvements will employ a practical future on big data and artificial intelligence. Keyword: Spatial Planning, GIS, Decision Making

Abstract

Kemandirian ekonomi merupakan salah satu fondasi penting keberlangsungan proses pendidikan di pesantren. Kesadaran akan hal tersebut membuat pesantren berusaha membuat berbagai usaha kecil menengah untuk dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi. Pesantren At taqwa Salawu Tasikmalaya, salah satunya, merintis usaha pembuatan gula semut yang merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan yang dimiliki oleh daerah Salawu. Pesantren sudah mampu melakukan produksi gula semut dengan baik. Namun, kemampuan produksi tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan kemampuan pengemasan yang baik. Padahal, kemasan merupakan aspek pertama yang dilihat oleh konsumen. Kemasan yang tidak menarik dengan kualitas produk yang bagus dapat kalah bersaing dengan produk yang sebaliknya. Oleh sebab itu, pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk mendampingi pesantren dalam merancang kemasan gula semut yang tidak hanya memiliki nilai estetik namun juga didukung dengan fungsional kemasan yang baik. Perancangan kemasan dilakukan dengan metode focus group disertai dengan in-depth interview dan market observation untuk dapat melakukan deliver yang baik dari keinginan pesantren, keinginan pasar kepada rancangan kemasan. Uji coba kemasan baik terhadap desain dan bahan kemasan dilakukan beberapa kali. Rancangan kemasan yang dihasilkan memiliki warna dominan coklat dengan jenis full color printing pada seluruh bagian kemasan yang dilengkapi dengan zipper.

Abstract

Firms always compete to add efficiency and effectiveness in generating products by links on supply-related costs or access to subtle knowledge to gain value added. Firms connect an island of industrial parts and knowledge to utilize supplementary unity in industrial clusters.  Competitors in industrial clusters outperform and strive to get evidence in the success levers. Good levers indicate excellent research, capacity, and transfer knowledge impacting inter-structured shift of success. Disseminative capability methods investigate and focus on the capabilities of the knowledge interaction as transfer performance. Partner will charge some of the key knowledge to transfer with know-how from industrial relevant work by communicating and deploying the practical grounding of fields. The concept will explain a picture of the knowledge giver and relevant measures of the capabilities. The knowledgeable process will present the theoretical stream of disseminative capabilities. Research findings have found the implication of disseminative capabilities and empirical results of Indonesia-styled weaknesses and strengths in deploying transfer knowledge. It will be helpful in the successful transfer of knowledge to gain a competitive advantage as a lesson learned. This case study will evaluate Karawang's manufacturing industry readiness for the electric motorcycle supply chain involves assessing infrastructure, technology, regulatory support, and workforce skills to determine its ability to meet market demands and international standards.

Abstract

The Micro Hydro Power Plant of Gunung Halu was established in 2007. While electricity from the national power grid is available in the village of Gunung Halu, not all hamlets receive a consistent power supply, particularly those with hilly topography and areas surrounded by forests like Dusun Tangsijaya. The existence of the micro hydro power plant in Tangsijaya is supported by a stable water flow from the river. However, one of the challenges faced by the operator is the lack of a monitoring system for the micro hydro power generator that can provide information about its condition, such as power output and electric current. Until now, the operator has checked the data by visiting the location of the micro hydro power plant directly, which is located outside the residential area. Manual recording relies on the existence of human resources and produces results with a low level of accuracy. In this community service activity, a monitoring system was installed at the Tangsijaya's micro hydro power plant. Leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology, this system can display data in real time, so that data visualization can be monitored by relevant parties. With a monitoring system, micro-hydro operators can control the usage and distribution of the generated electricity. In addition to obtaining records of daily electricity usage data, recorded data provide very valuable information in assessing current and potential electricity usage for making decisions related to electricity production. After the implementation of the monitoring system, the main benefits are felt by microhydro operators where the work processes they do become more efficient. Efficiency is obtained in terms of travel distance where operators do not need to visit the PLTMH location directly, and also efficiency in the recording process which no longer needs to be done manually.

Abstract

The XYZ Beauty Clinic in Bandung, operating since 2007, has experienced a decline in monthly revenue due to increasing competition, limited marketing, lack of product variety, outdated equipment, insufficiently trained staff, poorly implemented SOPs, and an unappealing room design. A business model evaluation and improvement are conducted using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to address these issues. The process begins with data collection through interviews with business owners, customer interviews to profile customers, and direct observations. The clinic's current business model is analysed using the 7 Questions framework, while a SWOT analysis identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Based on this analysis, a new business model is formulated and translated into an updated BMC for XYZ Beauty Clinic. A verification stage ensures the proposed business logic, followed by a financial simulation to assess the feasibility and profitability of the strategies. Improvements include targeting a new market segment, particularly youth, recruiting additional doctors, and enhancing human resource quality through therapist training. The clinic should diversify its services, adding sexually transmitted disease consultations, redesigning spaces and product packaging, and leveraging TikTok and influencer partnerships for marketing. Additionally, technology-based financial management is recommended. The economic simulation predicts an incremental IRR of 65% and an NPV of IDR 111,267,697, assuming a 15% sales increase. Further validation is required to align strategies with consumer needs and ensure long-term success.Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Business Model, XYZ Beauty Clinic

Abstract

The ideas of civic empowerment have transformed the discourse on sustainable suburban development, particularly through the active involvement of young people and the use of digital participatory media. This study, conducted in Manglayang, Bandung, employs an observational method using participatory action research to explore pathways toward the final evolutionary stage of sustainable development, focusing on rural agriculture and social, legal, and welfare citizenship. The research identifies key typologies of youth engagement in sustainable development, including social empowerment, entrepreneurship, and millennial agricultural movements, all facilitated by digital participatory media platforms. It also highlights a redefined notion of youth citizenship, emphasizing membership and participation in both civil and economic spheres through voluntary and profit-oriented activities. The findings reveal that this active, empowered form of citizenship, supported by digital participatory media, is a critical driver of modernization and sustainable economic development in Manglayang, Bandung.
