Abstract

TAPERA (Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat) has generated considerable debate in Indonesia. Intended to assist low-income communities with affordable housing, the program has faced criticism due to policy inconsistencies and mandatory monthly contributions, which some argue impose significant financial burdens on participants. Concerns about the transparency and accountability of fund management further complicate its reception. This study utilizes sentiment analysis with the TextBlob library within Google Colab to evaluate public opinions on TAPERA. The research involved collecting data from YouTube comments via the API, followed by data preprocessing through six stages: Data Cleaning, Stopword Removal, Tokenization, Normalization, Stemming, and Translation. Sentiments were then analyzed using TextBlob, with the final dataset comprising 2,228 comments. The sentiment analysis revealed that 76% of the comments were negative, 23% positive, and 1% neutral. The predominance of negative sentiment indicates widespread dissatisfaction, suggesting issues with TAPERA’s effectiveness, coverage, and implementation. Negative feedback reflects broader concerns about transparency and communication. These findings highlight the need for continuous evaluation and transparent communication to enhance TAPERA’s effectiveness and address public concerns. Sentiment analysis proves to be a valuable tool for gauging public perception and guiding policy refinements, ensuring that the program aligns more closely with community needs and expectations.

Abstract

Replication is a data distribution technique for synchronization between databases so that data remains consistent. Replication can overcome data loss problems and perform system recovery quickly if a problem occurs on one of the servers. One of the problems is when a natural disaster occurs at the server location. As a result, if you do not have data replication in different locations, it will cause the system to not run and possibly lose data. Then, geo-replication can reduce latency because the distance between the client and the data center is much closer. The application of geo-replication in general replicates data in all data centers. As a result, the cost of implementation is high because it requires a lot of resources. Because of the various advantages and disadvantages in its application, it is necessary to group geo-replication techniques to make it easier for researchers and technicians to adjust as needed. Therefore, this paper surveys the articles on Geo-replication techniques to implement cost-effectiveness and latency. The articles surveyed included a method for selecting replication sites, a method for reducing round trip time, a method according to data type, and selecting a leader to determine which server node to use. The results of the article survey show that implementing geo-replication for cost-effectiveness is more suitable for use in systems where all users do not need to access all data. Meanwhile, low latency is more suitable for systems used by various types of users. This paper can utilize the techniques that have been reviewed to overcome the problem of cost-effectiveness and latency in implementing Geo-replication.

Abstract

There are three factors that has significant role in the organization of Islamicboarding school system. Those are, management as the factor of efforts, theorganization as the factor of Facility, and the administration as the factor ofintention. These three factors give direction and cohesion in defining, controlling,organizing, supervising and assessing the implementation of the policies in aneffort to organize educational activities in accordance with the aim of every Islamicboarding school.One of the components of management in an effort to Islamic boarding schoolis financial management. Financial management of the Islamic boarding school isan activity undertaken in order to achieve the purpose of boarding schools that hadplanned to develop and manage resources and sources of funding and the potentialheld in the boarding school system effectively and efficiently. This activity can bestarted from the planning, organizing, implementing up to scrutiny. In thefinancial management at the school began with budget planning up to monitoringand financial accountability.Financial management of the Islamic boarding school is one of the substancesmanagement of educational institutions which will in turn determine the smoothoperation of the Islamic boarding school. As the case on the substance of educationin general management, financial management activities of the boarding schoolshould be done through the process of planning, organizing, directing,coordinating, monitoring or controlling. Some activities such as financialmanagement and assign an activity to obtain funding sources, utilization of funds,reporting, inspection and accountability.AbstrakAda tiga faktor yang berperan dalam sistem penyelenggaraan PondokPesantren yaitu, manajemen sebagai faktor upaya, organisasi sebagai faktorSarana, dan administrasi sebagai faktor karsa. Ketiga faktor ini memberiarah dan perpaduan dalam merumuskan, mengendalikan,penyelenggaraan, mengawasi serta menilai pelaksanaan kebijakankebijakan dalam usaha menyelenggarakan kegiatan pendidikan yangsesuai dengan tujuan setiap Pondok Pesantren.Salah satu komponen manajemen sebagai upaya dalam pondokpesantren adalah manajemen keuangan. Manajemen keuangan pondokpesantren merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan guna mencapai tujuanpondok pesantren yang telah direncanakan dengan mengembangkan danmengelola sumber daya dan sumber dana serta potensi-potensi yangdimiliki dalam sistem pondok pesantren secara efektif dan efisien. Kegiatanini dapat dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan sampaidengan pengawasan. Dalam manajemen keuangan di sekolah tersebutdimulai dengan perencanaan anggaran sampai dengan pengawasan danpertanggung jawaban keuangan.Manajemen keuangan pondok pesantren merupakan salah satusubstansi manajamen lembaga pendidikan yang akan turut menentukankelancaran kegiatan pondok pesantren. Seperti halnya yang terjadi padasubstansi manajemen pendidikan pada umumnya, kegiatan manajemenkeuangan pondok pesantren seyogyanya dilakukan melalui prosesperencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengkoordinasian,pengawasan atau pengendalian. Beberapa kegiatan manajemen keuanganberupa kegiatan memperoleh dan menetapkan sumber-sumber pendanaan,pemanfaatan dana, pelaporan, pemeriksaan dan pertanggung jawaban.

Abstract

The variety of culture in small islands of Sumenep regency has some uniqueness to be observed. For instance, the ethnic group in Masalembu island consist of Bugis, Mandar, Button, Bajo, Java and Madurese. That culture variety (multiculture) need an education innovation especially in Islamic education at Masalembu Junior High School 1 Sumenep. Multiculture education is a learning way that is oriented to the process of making personality and attitude of students to make them understand about plurality, equality, and tolerance to others in the society. Furthermore, the writer try to observe about Multiculture Education at Masalembu Junior High School 1 Sumenep through a teaching model to Islamic education subject of Fiqh side which the students condition is vary in ethnic groups and culture. This research is a qualitative field research using descriptive approach. The data collection in this research using observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research shows that Multiculture Education through acomodative strategy is a learning process that give knowledge to the students about culture, tradition, attitude patterns in society and become an identity for future progress of individually and the society itself. Through this teaching strategy Multiculture Education can be applied in Masalembu Junior High School 1 Sumenep. Acomodative Learning Model at Masalembu Junior High School 1 Sumenep has a clear lesson plan, so that students able to have appreciatiation and positive impact to the students who has different culture in the classroom and able to understand the culture variety in their society. The students’ appreciation in the classroom shows that they have pluralist attitude. There is no differences or similarity and tolerance to their friends inside or outside the classroom. Whereas, the appreciation of students to the society shows that the students able to understand the differences between Islamic education of Fiqh side that they received at school and the plurality of culture in their society.

Abstract

Pagerungan Besar Village is one of the villages in the Sapeken District with outstanding natural resource potential. This community service activity is essential, as many housewives still require financial literacy, particularly in managing household finances effectively. Two primary issues are identified: the lack of understanding of financial reports and the inability to prepare them. This activity aims to educate housewives on the benefits of financial reporting and offer training on creating financial reports. The activity was conducted on Monday, October 7, 2024, with 20 housewives participating. The socialization and training were held at a resident's house located on Jl. H. Mohammad Said, Pagerungan Besar Village, Sapeken District, Sumenep Regency. The method used was deemed appropriate for addressing the existing problems. The program consisted of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the outcomes observed during the activity, there was a noticeable improvement in the participants' understanding of simple financial reporting.

Abstract

In this era of sophisticated and knowledge-based technology, public awareness of environmental issues has increased significantly throughout the world. Problems related to the environment and its negative impacts are currently a global issue. This research utilizes four dimensions of the green marketing mix, as well as environmental knowledge and purchase intentions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of green marketing mix elements, namely product, price, promotion and place, on the purchasing intentions of generation Z consumers in Sumenep. Then, what is the role of environmental knowledge as a moderating variable in the relationship between green marketing mix and purchase intention? The approach used is a quantitative approach. The location of this research was carried out in Sumenep Regency. The objects used in this research are environmentally friendly products. The number of respondents involved in this research was 192 people, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and Hierarchical Moderated Regression (HRM). The research results show that the green product variable does not have a significant influence on consumer purchase intentions. Meanwhile, the green price, green place and green promotion variables partially show a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Testing the moderating effect of environmental knowledge shows that the environmental knowledge variable moderates the influence of green products, green price, and green promotion on purchase intentions, but environmental knowledge does not moderate the influence of green places on consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis optimasi rute distribusispare part pada PT Padma Soode Indonesia denganmenggunakan Algoritma Artificial Bee Colony. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan rute distribusi danmengurangi biaya operasional perusahaan. Metode yangdigunakan adalah Algoritma Artificial Bee Colony denganmembandingkan Algoritma Ant Colony yang nantinyaditeruskan pendekatan split delivery untuk mengatasipermasalahan overloading pada kendaraan. Data yangdianalisis mencakup delapan rute distribusi denganmempertimbangkan kapasitas kendaraan maksimum 220 box.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AlgoritmaArtificial Bee Colony dengan sembilan rute berhasilmengoptimalkan rute distribusi dengan memangkas waktu danjarak tempuh lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan AlgoritmaAnt Colony dan kondisi sebelumnya. Optimasi ini menghasilkanpenghematan biaya bahan bakar dan peningkatan efisiensioperasional perusahaan. Untuk implementasi jangka pendek 1-2 tahun, direkomendasikan menggunakan outsourcing dariDeliveree dengan biaya Rp144.000.000 per tahun. Sedangkanuntuk jangka panjang 3-5 tahun disarankan membeli armadabaru tipe 136 MDL STD dengan biaya Rp166.067.114,3 pertahun, atau tipe FL 280 JW untuk periode 5-10 tahun denganbiaya Rp292.083.114,3 per tahun jika perusahaan melakukanekspansi besar.Kata kunci— optimasi rute, artificial bee colony, distribusi sparepart, Vehicle routing problem, capacited vehicle routing problem

Abstract

Palm sugar is the flagship product of Pernasidi Village, Banyumas Regency, which is managed in an integrated manner by KUB Merci. KUB Merci faces several obstacles in the production and management process, including a lack of knowledge about food safety and digital marketing, which results in suboptimal turnover. Traditional production methods also affect the cleanliness of the production kitchen, increasing the risk of contamination. This community service aims to improve participants' understanding of Good Processed Food Processing (CPPOB) and digital literacy. The program is carried out through three stages: pre-service, implementation, and post-service, based on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The methods used include socialization and training, including material provision, hands-on practice, and discussion. The results of the program showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of CPPOB (72%) and digital marketing (52%). In addition, the evaluation of participants' satisfaction with the program showed positive results with an average score of 3.87. The long-term impact of this program is expected to improve the production standards and competitiveness of palm sugar products from Pernasidi Village through the sustainable application of CPPOB and digital marketing. The program is also expected to contribute to an increase in KUB Merci's turnover and the economic welfare of the local community. However, a thorough implementation of CPPOB and intensive assistance in social media management is needed for the artisans to maximize marketing and expand market reach.

Abstract

The United Development Party (PPP), as one of the oldest Islamic parties in Indonesia, experienced electoral failure in the 2024 Election by failing to pass the 4% parliamentary threshold, only winning 3.87% of the national vote. This study aims to analyze the factors of PPP's failure by focusing on two main aspects: political propaganda and image marketing (political branding). A qualitative approach with case studies is used to examine the mismatch between PPP's traditional image and the demographic characteristics of young voters who dominate the election. The findings show that PPP's failure was triggered by the party's inability to adapt its political communication strategy to social and technological changes. PPP still relies on classical religious symbolism and conventional campaigns that are ineffective in reaching millennial and Gen Z voters who are more critical, pragmatic, and digital-oriented. Weak digital marketing, the absence of young figures, internal conflicts, and the lack of synchronization of ideological narratives with contemporary issues such as the digital economy and social justice have also worsened the party's political performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for structural reform, ideological rebranding, and adaptation of communication strategies to restore PPP's political relevance amidst the ever-changing landscape of digital democracy.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat industri kuliner di Purwokerto menuntut pelaku usaha seperti Rokaville Purwokerto untuk memahami preferensi konsumen secara mendalam guna meningkatkan daya saing. Sebagai restoran yang menawarkan menu ayam boneless dengan cita rasa khas, Rokaville menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen serta mengevaluasi kualitas menu dan pelayanan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk merumuskan strategi bisnis yang efektif.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Struktur hierarki keputusan disusun dalam tiga level yang mencakup tujuan, kriteria, dan alternatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan format perbandingan berpasangan yang didistribusikan kepada konsumen Rokaville. Analisis data dilakukan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas setiap kriteria dan diuji validitasnya menggunakan Rasio Konsistensi (CR) dengan ambang batas CR?0,1. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa kualitas rasa merupakan faktor paling prioritas bagi konsumen dengan bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,42. Kriteria berikutnya secara berurutan adalah pelayanan dengan bobot 0,26 , porsi makanan dengan bobot 0,18 , dan harga dengan bobot terendah sebesar 0,14. Pengujian validitas data menunjukkan nilai Rasio Konsistensi (CR) sebesar 0,08, yang menandakan bahwa data yang dikumpulkan bersifat konsisten dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsumen Rokaville memprioritaskan rasa makanan di atas faktor lainnya, diikuti oleh pentingnya pengalaman pelayanan. Meskipun harga memiliki bobot terendah, faktor ini tetap perlu dikelola secara cermat agar tetap kompetitif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan agar Rokaville memfokuskan strategi bisnisnya pada peningkatan kualitas rasa secara konsisten dan meningkatkan standar pelayanan untuk memperkuat kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan.
