Islamic Boarding School is a type of Islamic education in Indonesia that is traditional and has special characteristics as a place for parents to send their children to school. The spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools need to be planted as an effort to increase economic resilience. This community service aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the Islamic boarding school in Carenang, namely the Darul Ahibah Islamic Boarding School so that students can be independent in entrepreneurship after graduating from the Islamic Boarding School and contribute to improving the community's economy. The service is carried out from April 09 - April 23, 2022 with 3 approaches including preparation for service including observing service locations, interviewing partner needs, designing service programs and preparing service programs that have been prepared. The next stage is the implementation of the service which consists of entrepreneurship training, the use of waste recycling, and the provision of entrepreneurial stimulus for students. Participants in this service focus on class XII Islamic boarding school students, totaling 48 students. The results of the dedication of students get new knowledge and knowledge and are more confident to try entrepreneurship and form a fund business unit, a good response is also obtained from the Manager Islamic Boarding School who is very appreciative of the service carried out

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal conflict and workload on employee performance mediated by work motivation at PT Lung Cheong Brothers Industrial. The method used is descriptive quantitative method The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents and the analysis used is instrument test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test, path analysis and Sobel test using SPSS V25 for windows. The results of this study can be concluded that Interpersonal Conflict has a positive and significant effect on work motivation , workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation , interpersonal conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, with the Sobel test work motivation can mediate the relationship between interpersonal conflicts on employee performance, with the Sobel test work motivation can mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan dan sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Indonesia Power. Dengan pemberdayaan di perusahaan, karyawan akan merasa dihargai dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan dapat bekerja dengan baik. Untuk mendukung kinerja yang baik, harus ada sistem informasi yang memadai untuk menyelesaikan tugas kerja karyawan. sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang akurat bagi para pemimpin dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan karyawan dapat dinilai mampu membantu para pemimpin dalam membuat keputusan di hadapan informasi yang akurat, relevan dan kuat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan sampel 87 responden dan melakukan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pemberdayaan Karyawan dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Indonesia Power Suralaya Generating Unit, baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of public sector employees. This research method uses quantitative methods with a population of 70 employees of the Serang Regency Communications, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics Service. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The data sources obtained in this research were through observation, questionnaires and library research. Data analysis techniques were processed using the SPSS V.25 program. The results of this research were obtained using hypothesis testing which was carried out with a partial test (t test). The results show that, (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational culture has a significant negative effect on employee performance. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Environmental health problems are one of the social problems in life that have not been resolved since then until now. Individuals' lack of awareness of cleanliness is a factor that greatly influences environmental health. Therefore, providing understanding to the public regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in managing household waste, must be improved. Raising public awareness to live clean and free from waste is our common goal, not only for people in urban areas but also for people in rural areas. The lack of knowledge and awareness of the people of Serang Subdistrict regarding the importance of protecting the environment, and how to manage waste, can be seen from the large number of Serang Subdistrict residents who throw rubbish in gardens and even rivers, as well as the lack of rubbish bins in homes or in public places. To raise public awareness about caring for the environment requires education that must be carried out continuously, in order to change people's habits and mindset. This service aims to raise public awareness about throwing away rubbish in its proper place and socializing how to make rubbish bins from used plastic drums. The author uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to solve environmental problems. The activities take the form of socializing information about environmental cleanliness and providing training to the community to make trash cans from items around us that are no longer used, one of which is using used plastic drums. The result of the activity is an increase in public knowledge of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through the use of trash cans that have been made in view of the residential environment being free of rubbish, as well as the community's ability to make their own trash cans from used plastic drums.

Rendahnya kesadaran pelaku usaha terkait dengan pentingnya merek dagang dan kemasan sehingga mempengaruhi pembelian konsumen berdasarkan hal tersebut tim pengabdian masyarakat tergerak melakukan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha terkait dengan implementasi manajemen merek dan kemasan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian dihasilkan merek dagang Kerupuk Pedas ketilas dan AR Damai Kacang Saghrai dengan terbentuknya merek dangang dan kemasan yang layak pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan daya saing, produk lebih diterima di masyarakat, dan citra merek terbangun. Dan yang terpenting dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah pengetahuan mitra terkait dengan manajemen merek dan kemasan mengalami perubahan yang lebih baik. Katakuci: Merek dan Kemasan

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan, work life balance, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Krakatau Engineering. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sumber data yaitu data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 orang responden melalui Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regeresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja, work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, secara simulant promosi jabatan, work life balance, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Promosi jabatan, Work Life Balance

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to find new criteria that influence the intention in and out of private lecturers in Banten Indonesia Methodology – This study used convenience strategies to obtain 102 samples. This study investigates the influence of viral marketing, brand awareness, and trust on the purchase decisions of pro-Israel products in Banten Province. Anchored in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, the research conceptualizes viral marketing and brand awareness as external stimuli (S), consumer trust as the internal organismic state (O), and purchase decisions as the behavioural response (R). The study employs a purposive sampling technique targeting individuals who previously purchased pro-Israel products but have since discontinued or become more selective in their choices. Data were collected through an online survey involving 278 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 23. The results indicate that viral marketing and brand awareness have a significant negative effect on consumer trust. Furthermore, viral marketing, brand awareness, and trust each have a negative influence on purchase decisions regarding pro-Israel products. These findings underscore the mediating role of trust within the SOR framework, highlighting how consumer perceptions shaped by external marketing stimuli impact ethical decision-making. The study concludes that brands operating in sensitive socio-political contexts must carefully manage their marketing communications to maintain trust and consumer alignment. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers aiming to influence behaviour through ethical and culturally sensitive branding strategies.

Purpose: This study examines the impact of career development, compensation, and work environment on honorary employees’ engagement at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Banten Province. Methodology/approach: Using a quantitative method, 58 respondents were selected from a population of 140 honorary employees through Slovin's formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected via an online survey and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The analysis included both reflective (validity and reliability tests) and formative model assessments (multicollinearity and weight significance tests), followed by hypothesis testing using inner model evaluation. Results/findings: The bootstrapping results show that career development, compensation, and work environment each have a significant and positive effect on employee engagement. Conclusion: Structured career development fosters emotional commitment, fair compensation builds loyalty, and a supportive work environment enhances employee engagement. Institutions are encouraged to improve these aspects, along with promoting inclusive culture and effective communication. Limitations: Future studies should consider additional or mediating variables and involve larger samples for broader insights. Contribution: This study contributes to public sector HRM by identifying key drivers of engagement among honorary employees.
