Mari Photo is a hobby company for people who want to do studio or outdoor photography for whatever needs, such as graduation photography or model photography. Mari Fotostudio Setia Budi still has several obstacles in the service system for consumers related to the lack of service because many customers come, causing less than optimal service to customers. The purpose of this research is to design a service information system that can overcome existing problems to build a service information system using the priority queue method at Mari Photo Studio and improve the performance of photo services for customers. And also use the system development method with the prototype method in making the application design. The system built with the priority queue method that has been developed can make it easy for customers to order services at Mari Photo Studio Setia Budi.

The demand for vaccines for toddlers at the Rasmi Pekan Bahorok Clinic is currently considered not optimal. There is still a tendency to buy vaccines excessively, which results in the accumulation of vaccine stocks in storage. This increases the risk that the vaccine will become ineffective because it has passed its expiration date, while if the number of immunization vaccines is reduced, it could result in a shortage of vaccines for children. The lack of a proper calculation process to determine vaccine needs often results in errors in estimating the amount needed. As a result, vaccine stock at the Rasmi Pekan Bahorok Clinic is currently unstable. This situation is a problem at the clinic, so it is necessary to implement a forecasting system to calculate the vaccine stock that will be available each following month. To deal with this problem, it is necessary to forecast or predict to understand the situation in the future using past data. This can help in managing vaccine stocks to remain stable and optimize company operations. Therefore, a system was developed that can predict the number of vaccines needed. This system is expected to assist in decision making to resolve problems that arise. The methods used in this information system include the Trend Projection method and the Triple Exponential Smoothing method.

Kesultanan Deli Medan merupakan suatu kesultanan megah yang didirikan di Kota Medan oleh kesultanan Ma’Amun Al Rasyid pada tahun 1890 dan dinamakan dengan Istana Maimun. Beberapa sultan dalam Istana Maimun yang sangat berpengaruh adalah Sultan Mahmud Al-Rasyid, Sultan Ma’Moen Al Rasyid, Sultan Amaludin Al Sani Perkasa Alamsayah, Sultan Osman Al Sani Perkasa Alamsyah, Sultan Deli Azmi Perkasa Alam Alhaj dan Sultan Otteman Mahmud Perkasa Alam. Mereka mampu memberikan pengaruh signifikan di bidang ekonomi khususnya perkebunan. .Salah satu kebudayaan yang mencolok adalah peninggalan Kesultanan Deli yang ditandai dengan berdirinya Istana Putri Hijau di pusat kota sebagai salah satu simbol ciri khas Kota Medan. Dan ada beberapa peninggalan Kesultanan Deli lainnya di simpan di Istana Maimun. Banyak diantara masyarakat baik kalangan anak-anak, remaja maupun dewasa yang masih belum mengenal tentang sejarah Kesultanan Deli serta peninggalannya, karena kurangnya dokumentasi berupa foto yang sangat minim serta naskah sejarah riwayat Kesultanan Deli yang jelas membuat kebanyakan masyarakat masih kurang mengenal Sultan Deli yang pernah berkuasa di Istana Maimun, dan juga kurangnya minat baca pada masyarakat tentang sejarah Kesultanan Deli yang masih di dominasi oleh buku, sehingga menyebabkan masyarakat kurang tertarik untuk mempelajarinya. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sekarang yang dapat menarik perhatian khalayak umum adalah Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality atau lebih dikenal dengan realitas tertambah dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi dan tiga dimensi ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata tiga dimensi lalu memproyeksikan benda-benda maya tersebut dalam waktu nyata. Augmented Reality atau disingkat dengan AR adalah perwujudan dari benda di dunia maya ke dalam dunia nyata baik dalam dua dimensi ataupun tiga dimensi.

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was chosen because it is the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia and in accordance with the researcher's study program, namely Information Systems. The results of practical work show that PT Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra still records goods manually which results in difficulties in finding and managing inventory data. The business process of incoming goods and outgoing goods experiences several obstacles, especially in the efficiency of delivery time. Therefore, researchers recommend an improvement plan by combining goods in one shipment and using a larger container, as well as utilizing bubble wrap for the safety of goods. The implementation of these changes is expected to reduce the delivery process time and increase customer satisfaction. In addition, suggestions for the development of an application for ordering goods and monitoring shipments are also proposed to facilitate consumers and improve the efficiency of reporting goods data. Thus, PT Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra can design and create a goods data collection information system to improve business processes that occur in the company.

PT. Neora Infrastructure Indonesia is an industrial company engaged in telecommunications and/or telephone transmission network construction services, collaborating with Fiberstar. This necessitates the company to constantly require competent human resources. However, the company must compete with others to acquire competent personnel. Nevertheless, the employee selection process at PT. Neora Infrastructure Indonesia is still manual and takes 2 - 4 weeks, making it difficult for the company to compete in acquiring competent personnel. Therefore, it was decided to develop a decision support system to assist the company in efficiently and effectively selecting employees. The decision support system for employee selection uses the ROC and CPI methods. The ROC method is used to determine the criteria weight values, while the CPI method is used for ranking all alternatives. Quantitative method is the research method used, and several types of UML diagrams including Activity diagram, Class diagram, and Use case diagram are utilized for system design. The RAD method is employed for system development. With the establishment of the decision support system for employee selection using the ROC and CPI methods, it is expected that the company can compete with others in obtaining competent human resources and that the employee selection process becomes efficient and effective

Flooding is one of the most common natural disasters in Indonesia, including in Merbau Sub-district, North Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This disaster can cause huge losses, both material and non-material. One of the efforts to reduce the impact of flooding is to immediately distribute aid to affected communities. The distribution of post-flood aid requires careful planning so that it can run quickly and on target. In this research, we propose the use of greedy algorithm to support the decision of choosing post-flood aid distribution route in Merbau District. The greedy algorithm is an algorithm that chooses the best solution at each step, hoping to find the optimal solution as a whole. This research was conducted using data on the location of disaster points, the location of aid distribution points, and the distance between points. The results showed that the greedy algorithm can produce a faster aid distribution route compared to the conventional route.

Health facilities are important facilities used to provide health services to the community. Types of public health facilities include hospitals, health centers, clinics, pharmacies, poskesdes, and pustu. Knowing the location of the nearest health facility is very important, especially in emergency situations. One effective solution to access such information is through location-based mobile applications. This study aims to build a mobile application that can help users, especially pregnant women and postpartum mothers, in finding the nearest maternal health services in Bandar District by utilizing the Haversine Formula. This formula is used to calculate the distance between the user's location and health facilities based on geographic coordinates. This application also presents an ordered list of health facilities based on the closest distance and can be filtered based on the type of service needed. Functional testing is done using the black box method which shows that all application features run well according to the design. Interim results show that the application is able to display accurate data about the position and distance of maternal health services efficiently, and get positive feedback from early users who state that the application is very helpful in urgent conditions and for routine control needs.

The rapid development of the digital era encourages the utilization of information technology to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs, including Bumie Belepot. Problems in the sales system, which is still manual and lacks a bundling feature, have led to unstable transactions and long queues. This study aims to develop a website-based system that applies bundling strategies to increase the number of transactions and improve customer satisfaction. The Apriori method is used to analyze customer purchasing patterns based on transaction data from January 2024 to January 2025, with a minimum support threshold of 60%. The analysis results identified five itemset 3 combinations with strong correlations between menu items, such as Bumie Belepot – Mie Ayam Bakar – Lemon Tea and Mie Ayam Bakar – Teh Manis – Lemon Tea, which are considered potential bundling options. Unlike previous studies, this research not only focuses on analyzing association patterns but also develops a website-based system equipped with bundling features, order management, and sales data reports. The system design utilizes UML modeling to describe the website's structure and workflow in detail. With this approach, the research is expected to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the competitiveness of Bumie Belepot in the culinary industry.

Solo Fried Chiken merupakan pelaku usaha UMKM yang terletak di Jl. Terusan Dusun III, Bandar Klippa, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang menyediakan menu seperti ayam goreng, bakso goreng, dan beberapa menu lainnya namun timbul permasalahan dalam proses pemesanan produk menunya. Solo Fried Chicken masih menggunakan sistem konvensional , sistem konvensional yang di maksud adalah pelanggan harus datang langsung ke toko atau kontak langsung dengan karyawan toko untuk membeli produknya, dari hal itu membuat kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas usaha pada UMKM Solo Fried Chicken. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang sebuah website E-Commerce pada UMKM Solo Fried Chicken guna meningkatkan kebutuhan daya saing di era digital dengan di lengkapi fitur utama nantinya berupa keranjang pesanan , riwayat pesanan serta pemesanan dan pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan secara online untuk pelanggan UMKM Solo Fried chicken itu sendiri. E-Commerce adalah platform teknologi yang memungkinkan hubungan antara bisnis dan komunitas tertentu melalui kegiatan online, Ini mencakup transaksi penjualanan produk antara produsen dan konsumen dalam skala yang luas dengan diterapkannya perkembangan internet. Analisa dan perancangan sistem akan digambarkan menggunakan metode UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan implementasinya dalam sebuah website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP Native. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat meningkatkan pemesanan pelanggan dan penjualanan pada UMKM Solo Fried Chicken dengan mengikutin pemanfaatan dan perkembangan E-Commerce.

Penelitian ini mengusung gagasan menerapkan sistem pemesanan laundry berbasis Android dengan menggunakan React Native Framework dan Firebase Realtime Database. Tujuannya adalah memudahkan pelanggan dan penyedia jasa laundry dalam menentukan lokasi dan memberikan informasi biaya layanan. Bagi Noda Laundry di Kota Medan, aplikasi ini menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi kendala pengelolaan data dan transaksi manual di era kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang hampir seluruhnya terkoneksi online. Dengan menerapkan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), penelitian ini menghasilkan desain sistem informasi yang efisien melalui tahap perencanaan, workshop desain, dan implementasi. Integrasi Midtrans Payment Gateway menjadi bagian krusial untuk memfasilitasi pembayaran online, meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam transaksi pemesanan layanan laundry secara digital. Harapannya, penelitian ini memberikan solusi efektif dan meningkatkan kehandalan sistem informasi dalam pengembangan aplikasi Android.
