Abstract

Kerusakan jalan merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Kerusakan jalan dapat menyebabkan gangguan dalam mobilitas masyarakat, meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan, meningkatkan resiko kemacetan, dan mempengaruhi kegiatan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut, sehingga diperlukan solusi yang efisien untuk rekomendasi perbaikan jalan. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi geografis rekomendasi perbaikan jalan dengan metode AHP-SMART yang kemudian hasilnya dipetakan menjadi pemetaan kerusakan jalan. Pada penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu Research and Development (R&D). Serta metode RAD sebagai metode pengembangan sistem.

Abstract

Saat ini, kemajuan informasi dan teknologi terus mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Meskipun memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia, pengguna internet juga bisa mengalami risiko dalam keamanan dan privasi data mereka. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, UU ITE dibuat sebagai bentuk perlindungan bagi pengguna internet. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang melanggar peraturan dalam UU ITE. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengguna internet, teknologi Machine Learning digunakan dengan metode Text Mining untuk mengklasifikasikan pelanggaran UU ITE berdasarkan teks kronologi pelanggaran dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pasal 27 dan 28 dengan total data sebanyak 245 kronologi pelanggaran. Pada implementasinya pada aplikasi web, menggunakan micro web framework Python yaitu Flask yang membantu dalam mengeksekusi teks kronologi dari text pre-processing, weighting, learning, dan testing sehingga menghasilkan informasi mengenai ancaman pasal yang mempunyai probabilitas tinggi untuk dilanggar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 80% dengan 196 total data latih dan 49 total data uji. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes mampu menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam mengklasifikasikan sebuah teks.

Abstract

Tempat bersejarah, bangunan tua, museum, tempat ibadah, wisata pedagang kaki lima, danau buatan dan lain sebagainya menjadi daya tarik utama yang bisa dinikmati oleh setiap pengunjung kota Medan. Namun potensi ini harus dibantu promosi dan implementasi pengenalan destinasi menarik, termasuk penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dan metode Location Based Service (LBS), harus mendukung potensi destinasi tersebut. Integrasi realtime dari objek virtual yang ada dan dihasilkan komputer dengan objek dunia nyata dikenal sebagai augmented reality. Kemudian dengan adanya layanan LBS dapat digunakan untuk untuk menentukan suatu tujuan atau area. Penulis mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kajian literatur sebagai bagian dari metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Pembangunan sistem dibuat dengan Rapid Application Development (RAD), yaitu versi kustomisasi cepat dari model waterfall dengan pendekatan pembuatan komponen. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem dan implementasi sistem.

Abstract

Augmented Reality was regarded as one of the technologies that merged the real world with the virtual one. Its development was carried out by developers across various fields, including businesses such as floral services, exemplified by Berkah Florist. In practical application, Berkah Florist encountered challenges related to efficiency and customer satisfaction in the floral design process. The prevailing methods, such as displaying photographs or employing paper-based designs, were time-consuming and susceptible to paper damage, thus hindering customers from expressing their preferences accurately and disrupting the design process. To address these challenges, an application was developed to streamline the floral design process, aiming to make it more appealing. This research aimed to assist customers and streamline Berkah Florist's operations by facilitating the modeling and visualization of more captivating and effective designs. The application, based on a simulation game, was developed using Research and Development (R&D) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies. The application presented floral designs through an AR-enabled camera, replicating real-world conditions. The incorporation of Augmented Reality in the application garnered interest and engagement from prospective customers while alleviating boredom. Designed to provide a delightful experience for potential customers, the application aimed to enhance their interest in reusing it. Consequently, Berkah Florist could enhance customer experience and improve efficiency in the floral design process.

Abstract

The business sector faced intensifying competition due to significant advancements in information systems and technology. PT. Florindo Makmur, a leading private company in the cassava processing industry producing tapioca flour, has proven to implement quality standards to uphold product quality and ensure customer satisfaction. The product quality inspection process had to meet standards before packaging; however, reporting remained manual using paper sheets, elevating the risk of data loss and reducing monthly evaluation efficiency due to manual calculations. The aim of this research was to design an efficient information system for monitoring product quality at PT. Florindo Makmur, utilizing the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The quality control monitoring system played a central role in gathering quality control data to support management decisions regarding product quality certainty. Therefore, obtaining monitoring information promptly was crucial to ensure products met quality standards and reduce rejected product quantities. The research approach included observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection strategies, while the system development method used was the waterfall method encompassing system requirement analysis, design, coding, and implementation. This information system enabled PT. Florindo Makmur to efficiently monitor its products by applying SQC concepts such as data analysis and creating control charts to swiftly identify improvements in product defects and take appropriate actions.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the world of education is also developing towards the digitalization era. Therefore, the use of information technology is needed to support the progress of the world of education. At SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar, students who receive counseling guidance are students who do not obey school regulations such as undisciplined behavior in learning activities and extracurricular activities. According to psychologists, there is a relationship between negative behavior and the level of stress experienced by children. Signs that a child is experiencing stress include anger, aggressive behavior, and disobedience. It could be concluded that one of the triggers for negative behavior in children at school can be caused by stress. This study was conducted to determine the effect of student stress on their academic grades. By applying Data Mining using K-Means Clustering Algorithm, students can be grouped based on stress levels and academic achievement. So that a potential relationship can be found between these variables. In addition, the use of a counseling information system can improve the implementation of counseling to be more effective and efficient. Based on the research results, by collecting 960 student samples that will be used as calculation samples, the value of cluster one (C1) is at the average academic value (sufficient) with a moderate stress level percentage and cluster two (C2) at the average academic value (good) with a low stress level percentage. So it can be concluded that the percentage of stress experienced can affect their academic value.

Abstract

Absorption words are words that are absorbed from foreign languages or regional languages which are then integrated into Indonesian so that they become common words for everyday people. However, people do not know that the words we often use are sometimes not native Indonesian words. Balai Bahasa as a unit whose task is to research the development of Indonesian vocabulary also needs a media that can inform the public about the results of its research related to borrowed words, apart from printed books or a large Indonesian dictionary. The most widely absorbed loanwords into Indonesian are Arabic, Dutch, and English. Therefore, the idea was born to build an application that is useful as a source of knowledge for the community and the media to document the results of loanword research for language halls. The application will be built on the Android platform and using the Java programming language, with a SQLite database. Speech Recognition is done by connecting the Google Speech API with the system, so that the percentage of voice detection becomes text is greater. The resulting application is an Android-based loan word dictionary application that contains 3 foreign languages and is equipped with a voice detection feature that is connected to the google speech API.

Abstract

Inventory information system is an important aspect of running a business, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Barbekoe Coffee is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in the city of Medan engaged in coffee shops (Coffeeshop). In carrying out its operations, Barbekoe Coffee still uses manual recording on a piece of paper on raw material inventory ranging from incoming raw materials, outgoing raw materials, raw material inventory, to ordering raw materials. This often causes problems ranging from damaged or lost records, repeated ordering of raw materials on the same raw materials and employees who often remove raw materials from the warehouse not in the order in which the raw materials enter. So often found raw materials in damaged and expired warehouses. The purpose of this study is to create and implement an appropriate and accurate inventory information system in order to minimize losses and optimize profits in the Barbekoe Coffee business. The methods used are Buffer Stock, First Expired First Out (FEFO), and Reorder Point. After testing, the system runs as expected. Barbekoe Coffee can implement precise and accurate inventory flows to increase profits and avoid losses due to damaged or expired raw materials.

Abstract

Mari Photo is a hobby company for people who want to do studio or outdoor photography for whatever needs, such as graduation photography or model photography. Mari Fotostudio Setia Budi still has several obstacles in the service system for consumers related to the lack of service because many customers come, causing less than optimal service to customers. The purpose of this research is to design a service information system that can overcome existing problems to build a service information system using the priority queue method at Mari Photo Studio and improve the performance of photo services for customers. And also use the system development method with the prototype method in making the application design. The system built with the priority queue method that has been developed can make it easy for customers to order services at Mari Photo Studio Setia Budi.

Abstract

The demand for vaccines for toddlers at the Rasmi Pekan Bahorok Clinic is currently considered not optimal. There is still a tendency to buy vaccines excessively, which results in the accumulation of vaccine stocks in storage. This increases the risk that the vaccine will become ineffective because it has passed its expiration date, while if the number of immunization vaccines is reduced, it could result in a shortage of vaccines for children. The lack of a proper calculation process to determine vaccine needs often results in errors in estimating the amount needed. As a result, vaccine stock at the Rasmi Pekan Bahorok Clinic is currently unstable. This situation is a problem at the clinic, so it is necessary to implement a forecasting system to calculate the vaccine stock that will be available each following month. To deal with this problem, it is necessary to forecast or predict to understand the situation in the future using past data. This can help in managing vaccine stocks to remain stable and optimize company operations. Therefore, a system was developed that can predict the number of vaccines needed. This system is expected to assist in decision making to resolve problems that arise. The methods used in this information system include the Trend Projection method and the Triple Exponential Smoothing method.
