Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of the GoFood service on the Gojek application among university students in Pontianak City. This research employs a quantitative approach using an associative method. The study involved a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The instrument testing techniques used in this research include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test), and hypothesis testing which consists of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (F-test), and partial test (t-test). Based on the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 1.042 + 0.438 X₁ + 0.254 X₂. The correlation coefficient result is 0.738, indicating that the relationship between service quality and price variables on customer satisfaction falls into the strong category. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.544, meaning that 54.4% of customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality and price, while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that both service quality and price variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of GoFood users on the Gojek application among university students in Pontianak City. The partial test results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the price variable also has a positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction of GoFood users on the Gojek application among university students in Pontianak City.

Abstract

Ibra' (rebate) is a word used in Islamic banking that refers to Islamic banks offering refunds in exchange for the customer making an early settlement prior to a specified situation. After Bank Negara Malaysia issued a guideline on providing Ibra' to all Islamic financial institutions, the applicability of Ibra became widely accepted. There are several concerns that come from the use of ibra' and how ibra' has been implemented by Islamic banks, and this paper investigates these issues utilizing library research and case studies. Because of the Islamic banks' policy, real-world examples of how ibra' is used in Islamic banks are few. This paper traces and discusses that development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management procedures for ZIS (zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh) in the MSME empowerment program organized by Lazismu. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method approach, namely data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation in obtaining information related to the management of ZIS fund. The results showed that in the distribution of ZIS funds in the empowerment of MSMEs, it is expected to improve the economy of the people by carrying out MSME empowerment program activities that have been planned by Lazismu. There are two patterns of approach that can be chosen by prospective mustahik, including the empowerment of bound and unbound MSMEs. First, the empowerment of bound MSMEs is the empowerment of MSMEs that has been provided by Lazismu Kalbar (West Kalimantan) which is intended for mustahik. Second. The empowerment of unbound MSMEs is an empowerment intended for mustahik who apply for assistance to MSMEs that are just about to be run or that have been run by mustahik

Abstract

Penetrasi pesat dari perkembangan teknologi telah merubah landskap wajah perekonomian Indonesia menuju digital ekonomi dan teknologi keuangan (fintech), termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terus menghadapi masalah klasik seperti pendanaan, marketing digital, bahkan sampai manajemen keuangan yang menghambat pertumbuhan usaha. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor intensi UMKM dalam mengadopsi layanan fintech syariah di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data didistribusikan melalui kuesioner kepada 98 pedagang UMKM dan dianalisa dengan model Smart PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling) dengan meleburkan dua teori terkenal dalam memprediksi perilaku individu dan penerimaan teknologi, Model Penerimaan Teknologi (Technology of Acceptance Model TAM) dan Teori Perilaku Terencana (Theory of Planned Behavio/TPB. Hasil nya Persepsi Kegunaan (PU), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU) berpengaruh signifikan pada Sikap Terhadap Perilaku (ATB). Hal sama Sikap Terhadap Perilaku (ATB), Persepsi Kontrol Perilaku (PBC) mempengaruhi Intensi Berprilaku (BI). Sebaliknya, Persepsi Kegunaan (PU), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU), Norma Subjektif (SN) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Berprilaku (BI). Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada kebutuhan kolaborasi antara regulator (OJK) dan seluruh stakeholder termasuk UMKM untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dengan terus melakukan edukasi produk dan layanan fintech syariah dengan harapan UMKM bisa berintegrasi dengan fintech syariah tidak hanya dalam pembiayaan, tetapi juga pada peningkatan skala usaha, keuangan, sumber daya manusia dan lainnya.
