Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial saat ini semakin banyak digunakan di kalangan mahasiswa. Akan tetapi, media sosial dapat mempunyai dampak baik dan buruk bagi penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan kualitas tidur terhadap disiplin belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi logistik ordinal. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa S1 semester 2 dan 4 karena memiliki jumlah mata kuliah dan durasi mata kuliah dalam satu Minggu lebih banyak daripada mahasiswa semester 6 dan 8. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 342 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,817 > 0,05. Sedangkan, kualitas tidur ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk memperbaiki disiplin belajar di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen kelas, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang ada di pondok pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan, karena pondok pesantren Al-Amien ini merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren terbesar yang ada di Madura dan terkenal dengan bahasa Asingnya salah satunya yaitu bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari pengajar dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Implementasi anajemen kelas dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di kelas IA TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan adalah: Pertama, perencanaan yang dilakukan berjalan dengan baik. Karena sebelum proses pembelajaran guru mengadakan Kumpul Guru Bidang Edukasi satu kali dalam seminggu dan munyusun RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran). Kedua, pelaksanaan implementasi manajemen kelas di kelas IA ini dilakukan dengan baik oleh guru pengampu karena bisa menciptakan suasana kelas yang baik dan kondusif. Ketiga, evaluasi manajemen kelas IA dinilai cukup efektif, karena sesuai dengan rancangan pembelajaran. Kedua, Faktor pendukung berasal dari dua faktor yaitu faktor guru dan faktor murid

Abstract

Perceived organizational support is known that employees feel lacking in the perception of organizational support provided by the company to employees. Employee engagement with rapid technological changes and a very dynamic environment in every aspect of human life. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, employee engagement on employee performance, Work Motivation on employee performance. This research uses a correlation research design. The sample for this research consisted of 40 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The statistical tool used is SPSS. The research results show that perceived organizational support does not significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan furudhul 'ain dalam pembentukan akhlak mulia peserta didik di MI Tarbiyatul Wathan Kraksaan Probolinggo. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kewajiban-kewajiban agama, seperti shalat, puasa, zakat, dan membaca Al-Qur'an, diterapkan dalam kurikulum sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma fenomenologis dan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, peserta didik, dan kepala sekolah, serta melalui observasi kegiatan di kelas dan analisis dokumentasi kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MI Tarbiyatul Wathan berhasil mengintegrasikan kewajiban furudhul 'ain ke dalam rutinitas sekolah dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur. Program-program shalat berjamaah, puasa Ramadan, zakat, dan membaca Al-Qur'an memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan akhlak mulia siswa. Shalat sebagai ritual harian, puasa yang diiringi dengan kegiatan sosial, zakat yang melibatkan distribusi amal, serta pembelajaran Al-Qur'an secara rutin, semuanya berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai kewajiban agama tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti variasi dalam pemahaman agama di kalangan siswa, pengaruh lingkungan sosial yang tidak mendukung, dan keterbatasan fasilitas pendidikan agama. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, sekolah menerapkan berbagai strategi, termasuk pelatihan untuk guru, peningkatan fasilitas, dan memperkuat keterlibatan orang tua. Kesimpulannya, penerapan furudhul 'ain di MI Tarbiyatul Wathan efektif dalam pembentukan akhlak mulia peserta didik, meskipun memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan praktik pendidikan agama di lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya. Abstract. This study aims to explore the implementation of furudhul 'ain in shaping the noble character of students at MI Tarbiyatul Wathan Kraksaan Probolinggo. The primary focus is to understand how religious obligations, such as daily prayers (shalat), fasting (puasa), almsgiving (zakat), and Quran recitation, are integrated into the school curriculum and their impact on students' character development. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and the principal, as well as observations of classroom activities and curriculum documentation analysis. The results indicate that MI Tarbiyatul Wathan effectively incorporates furudhul 'ain into daily school routines with a structured approach. Programs such as congregational prayers, Ramadan fasting accompanied by social activities, zakat collection and distribution, and daily Quran recitation contribute significantly to the development of students' noble character. These activities not only fulfill religious duties but also serve as tools for teaching moral and ethical values. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including variability in students' religious understanding, the impact of unsupportive social environments, and limitations in educational resources. In response to these challenges, the school has implemented strategies such as teacher training, facility improvements, and enhanced parental involvement. In conclusion, the application of furudhul 'ain at MI Tarbiyatul Wathan is effective in shaping students' noble character, though it requires ongoing support from various stakeholders to address existing challenges. The findings provide valuable insights for enhancing religious education practices in other Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia telah merenggut banyak korban. Untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19 pemerintah telah menyarankan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). Potensi TOGA sebagai imunomodulator telah disosialisasikan di lingkungan Kecamatan Tanggulangin, salah satunya di Desa Kalidawir. Kalidawir merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Tanggulangin yang mempunyai potensi untuk mengelola TOGA. Salah satu usaha yang dilaksanakan oleh tim PKK desa Kalidawir yaitu mensosialisasikan TOGA melalui pembuatan buku resep olahan TOGA menjadi berbagai olahan pangan. Tetapi tim PKK Desa Kalidawir mengalami kesulitan untuk membuat buku resep tersebut karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang ada di Desa Kalidawir. Oleh karena itu pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Kalidawir bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku resep olahan TOGA. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengembangan adalah ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Tetapi pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, hanya dilakukan tiga tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, dan Development. Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan angket. Teknik wawancara dilakukan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan tim PKK Desa Kalidawir. Pada tahap design pengabdi menggunakan Adobe Illustrator dan Paint Tool Sai. Pada tahap development pengabdi melakukan proses validasi produk kepada ahli design visual dan mendapatkan hasil bahwa buku resep olahan TOGA layak digunakan oleh masyarakat khususnya Desa Kalidawir. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia has claimed many victims. To reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the government has advised the public to increase their immune system, one of which is through the use of family medicinal plants (TOGA). The potential of TOGA as an immunomodulator has been socialized in the Tanggulangin Subdistrict, one of which is in Kalidawir Village. Kalidawir is one of the sub-districts in Tanggulangin District that has the potential to manage TOGA. One of the efforts carried out by the PKK team in Kalidawir village was to socialize toga by making a recipe book for processing TOGA into various food preparations. However, the Kalidawir Village PKK team had difficulty making the recipe book due to limited human resources (HR) in Kalidawir Village. Therefore, the community service carried out in Kalidawir Village aims to develop a TOGA recipe book. The method used in the development process is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). But in this community service, only three stages are carried out, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The data collection instruments used were interviews and questionnaires. The interview technique was conducted to analyze the needs of the Kalidawir Village PKK team. At the design stage, the servant uses Adobe Illustrator and the Paint Tool Sai. At the development stage, the servant carries out a product validation process with visual design experts and gets the result that the TOGA recipe book is suitable for use by the community, especially Kalidawir Village.

Abstract

This study examines the dimensions of politeness of speech acts in the interaction of coastal tourism management communities in Bimorejo Village, Banyuwangi. The main focus of this study is to reveal the forms of politeness of speech acts and the factors underlying community-based tourism (CBT). With an exploratory descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, it was found that the forms of speech acts used include locution, illocution, and perlocution, which are influenced by social, cultural, and pragmatic contexts. The results of this study provide important insights for community-based tourism management in Indonesia and encourage a broader understanding of the role of language in strengthening the tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based interactive learning media on isim dhamir to improve the comprehension and learning autonomy of eleventh-grade students at MA Miftahul Ulum Al-Azizah. The study stems from students’ low interest in learning Arabic grammar, mainly due to the use of conventional teaching methods that do not align with the characteristics of digital-native learners. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Validation results showed a content feasibility level of 97.72% and a design quality score of 96.21%, indicating that the media is highly appropriate and engaging. A limited trial was conducted with 21 students as the sample. In the effectiveness test, a Paired Sample T-Test yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test results. The students’ average score increased from 24.6 to 85.4, with a gain of 60.8 points. Moreover, the correlation value of r = 0.666 demonstrated a strong positive relationship between the two scores. The developed product includes explanations of isim dhamir, interactive quizzes, educational games, and an online score-tracking system. The findings confirm that this media effectively enhances learning outcomes and makes the learning process more engaging. However, the study is limited by its small sample size and focus on a single grammatical topic.

Abstract

Research on digital da'wah has tended to be descriptive and has not examined much about how narratives of happiness are discursively framed. This study aims to analyze the framing of narratives of happiness in Dr. Fahruddin Faiz's digital lectures on the Ngaji Filsafat YouTube channel using William A. Gamson's framing theory. This study uses a qualitative discourse analysis approach with data in the form of transcripts of lectures on the theme of happiness collected through documentation, observation, and reflective field notes. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions according to Miles and Huberman. The results show that narratives of happiness are constructed through framing devices in the form of metaphors, key phrases, illustrative examples, and visual imagery supported by spiritual-existential reasoning patterns. Happiness is positioned as a process of self-management and ongoing spiritual orientation. Implicatively, these findings emphasize the role of digital da'wah as a psycho-religious framework in building the psychological resilience of audiences in the contemporary digital space.
