Abstract

Hibiscus tiliaceus is one of the plants that is still used by the Bakumpai Dayak Community. The Hibiscus tiliaceus plant is one of the plants found in Bagus Village, Barito Kuala Regency and has the potential to be used as a source of ethnobotany learning. This study aims to examine the ethnobotanical aspects of the Hibiscus tiliaceus plant. And using a descriptive research approach with interviews with the community to describe the ethnobotany of the Hibiscus tiliaceus plant. The results of the descriptive study showed 6 ethnobotanical studies of the Hibiscus tiliaceus plant. The results of the analysis show that the botanical study has a habitus in the form of a tree, the ethno-pharmacological study of Hibiscus tiliaceus is used as a wound dressing for diabetics, the ethno-ecological study of Hibiscus tiliaceus based on the growing conditions that meet the optimal requirements, the ethno-socioanthropological study of Hibiscus tiliaceus is used as a bracelet. Legs and propulsion, ethno-economic studies Hibiscus tiliaceus is used as rope, wrapping peanuts/kuaci and firewood. the ethno-linguistic study of Hibiscus tiliaceus was given the name "new". Abstract

The teaching and learning process in the classroom is the main means of achieving student behavioral transformation, both in intellectual, moral, and social aspects. In this process, the teacher acts as a manager of interactions between students and the learning environment through various strategies that are designed systematically. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the use of animation-based learning media impacts students' understanding of what they learn in class X IPS at MAN 1 Medan. This research applies an associative quantitative method with a survey approach through the distribution of structured direct questionnaires to understand the impact of using animation-based learning media on the learning comprehension of students in class X of the MAN 1 MEDAN program. The total population in this study includes 35 students who were selected using the total sampling technique. The validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the measurement tool, and the results showed that the validity met the standards and the reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.955. Data analysis through simple linear regression indicates that the use of animation media has a positive and significant impact on students' learning comprehension, evidenced by the t-value of 2.134 being greater than the t-table value of 1.69236 and the significance level of 0.040 being less than 0.05. This shows that animation-based learning media has a positive impact on improving students' understanding. Students find it easier to understand the lesson material when using animation-based learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of interest rates on Domestic Investment (PMDN) in North Sumatra Province during the period 2015-2024. Using a quantitative approach and time series data for ten years, this study uses simple linear regression analysis to assess the strength and direction of the relationship between variables. The results showed that interest rates have a negative and significant effect on deposits.  The t-test results confirmed the significance of this relationship. This finding supports the economic theory that high interest rates will increase the cost of capital and inhibit investment expansion. This study highlights the importance of maintaining an optimal interest rate level as a strategic tool to foster sustainable regional investment growth.

Abstract

This research entitled Development of Mathematics Based Module of Ethnomathematics using Inkuiri method. This study aims to find out how the development of mathematics learning module based on ethnomathematics using inquiry method, and to know the teacher and student response to the development of mathematics learning module based on ethnomathematics using inquiry method. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) using 4D model. Based on the results of the validation of stage 1 by the material experts obtained a cumulative average of 65.36% with the criteria of "good enough" which means that there is an improvement of some aspects contained in the module. After performing a series of revisions, the average score of cumulative of 84.02% validation with "good" criterion was obtained, so there is no revision of the module. The average score of cumulative validation of stage 1 by a media expert is 60% with a "good enough" code which means that it needs to be revised in some parts of the module. In the second stage of validation, the average cultivation is 86.66% with "very good" criteria so that the module is valid and ready for a field trial. From the results of research teacher response to the module obtained an average of 86.15% with the criteria "very interesting". In the small group trial, the average of 85% was obtained with interesting criteria and large group trial obtained an average of 87.28% with very interesting criteria so that the module is feasible and ready to be used as teaching materials.

Abstract

Upaya untuk melakukan pernikahan secara sah terdapat syarat-syarat dan rukun-rukunnya yang menjadi syarat sahnya sebuah pernikahan, baik itu dalam melaksanakan pernikahan berdasarkan hukum islam dan juga berdasarkan undang-undang. Namun berbeda dengan fakta yang terjadi di masyarakat, di Desa Serakit Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur, peneliti menemukan adanya kasus pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali ba’id yang dinikahkan oleh kepala KUA sendiri padahal ayahnya masih hidup tanpa adanya pelimpahan kuasa dari wali aqrob. Dalam pernikahan tersebut yang bertindak sebagai wali adalah kakanya dan menikahnya secara tercatat dan disaksikan oleh orang banyak. Yang harusnya pernikahan tersebut menggunakan wali hakim bukan kaka nya yang bertindak sebagai wali. Penelitian ini bersifat studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti datang langsung ke lokasi penelitian untuk mendapatkan kasus perpindahan wali dalam pernikahan, serta untuk mendapatkan data-data yang diperlukan yakni kepada informan yang melakukan perpindahan wali dalam pernikahan di Desa Serakit, Kecamatan Batu Sopang, Kabupaten Paser. Faktor penyebab perpindahan wali nasab dalam pernikahan tersebut disebabkan pada beberapa faktor dari kasus-kasus yang telah diteliti diantara pada kasus I faktornya karena sang ayah berada jarak tempuh yang jauh atau berbeda kota tempat tinggal, dan untuk menghemat biaya keluarga. Dan pada kasus II yang kedua dikarnakan ayah kandungnya tidak ingin menjadi wali dalam pernikahan anaknya, karena MV menikah dengan laki-laki yang sudah beristri. Dengan perkawinan yang dilakukan perpindahan wali dari wali aqrab ke wali ab’ad atau menggunakan wali muhakkam karena ayahnya tidak merestui. Pada kasus pertama dapat dikatakan dikatakan pernikahannya tetap dikatakan sah tetapi tidak berkekuatan hukum dan pernikahan kasus kedua tidak sah, karena tidak sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang telah ditetapkan baik dari hukum Islam atau Perundang-undangan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning models on learning outcomes, (2) The effect of high and low learning interest on physics learning outcomes, (3) Interaction between models Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) types with interest in learning about physics learning outcomes. Thetype of research used was quantitative research. The populations in this study were all class XI IPA MA NWDI Pancor as many as 2 classes. While the sample used in this study was non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was XI IPA 2 as an experimental class using the NHT learning model. Then, XI IPA 1 as a control class using the TSTS learning model. The research design used was 2x2 factorial design. Thedata collection techniques used was questionnaire and test. After that the data wereanalyzed using two-way ANOVA. The conclusions of this study were (1) there was an effect of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) on student physics learning outcomes on elasticity material. Based on the results of further tests, it was found that students who were taught using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) method gave better average results compared to students who were taught using the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) method with F-count > F-table. 4,52 > 4, 14, (2) There was an influence between students who had high interest in learning and students who had low interest in learning on student learning outcomes. Based on the further test, it was found that students who had high interest had better average results than students who had low interest. Students who had a high interest were more active and enthusiastic in learning activities with F-count > F-table 4.75 > 4.14, (3) There was no interaction between the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) type models with interest in learning on the physics learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA MA NWDI Pancor on elasticity material. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted using two-way ANOVA, it was found that F-count < F-table with F-count < F-table. 0.61 > 4.14.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role and contribution of Islamic social finance institutions in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the community of Palembang City, South Sumatra. The study is driven by the ongoing challenges of sustainable human development: particularly in the areas of education, health, and welfare for underprivileged communities, despite a recent decline in poverty and unemployment over the past three years. However, these issues still require further attention and strategic solutions. Dompet Dhuafa, as a prominent Islamic social finance institution, plays a significant role in enhancing human development outcomes in Palembang. This study employs a qualitative methodology using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with selected informants, and document analysis. To ensure research credibility, triangulation and rich, thick descriptions were utilized. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively, supported by the Analytic Network Process (ANP) model. The impact of Dompet Dhuafa’s program on community development was measured based on targets established by Dompet Dhuafa. The findings indicate that Dompet Dhuafa contributes meaningfully by providing free healthcare services through the Layanan Kesehatan Cuma-Cuma (LKC), education scholarship for underprivileged students, and business capital asssitance to increase the income level. Funding for these programs is primarily sourced from productive waqf, supplemented by zakah and infaq contributions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuisioner berbasis google form untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi AI dan literasi digital terhadap minat belajar baik secara parsial maupun simultan di kelas XI jurusan Perkantoran SMKN 1 Medan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 127 siswa dengan total sampel sebanyak 30 siswa yang dipilih secara simple random sampling dan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara komputasi menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis inferensial memperlihatkan bahwa variabel penggunan AI memiliki nilai thitung = 0,346 < ttabel = 2,048 kemudian tingkat signifikan t sebesar (0,732 > 0,05) artinya tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan AI secara parsial terhadap minat belajar. Variabel Literasi memiliki nilai thitung 4,892 dan ttabel sebesar 2,048 (thitung > ttabel) . Kemudian  tingkat signifikan t sebesar (0,000 < 0,05). Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Literasi Digital secara parsial terhadap minat belajar. Hasil uji F diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung = 27,876 dan Ftabel = 3,37 (Fhitung > Ftabel).
