Abstract

The article is presenting how to implement the framework of scrum in IT service support domain and software quality assurance (SQA). Basicly, scrum framework is being used in other software development methods such as agile, but the reseach found that there is merely a few could support the software development. This framework could be implemented in small, medium and large projects. By promoting the usage of scrum framework could add more valu to organization and reach its goal. The collection of scrum framework implementation from previous researcher could present the real example of scrum framework in IT service domain and SQA. As this framework is still new in practice to IT domain, so that the guidance of this scrum framework will help developer to have more experience in applying in any software development projects. As the result, the company will enhance their business value

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve regional digital banking services is through the development of Bank Aceh Syariah's Action Mobile application. This application is designed to facilitate customers in conducting various transactions online, such as transfers, payments, and mutation checks. However, despite being available on the Google Play Store and receiving favorable ratings, the usage of this application is still relatively low compared to other regional banks' mobile banking applications. Some of the problems found are related to user experience, including limited e-commerce payment features and digital wallet top-up services that only support certain platforms such as OVO, GoPay, and LinkAja. In addition, the information displayed in the transaction mutation section is also considered incomplete, resulting in complaints from users. This problem has the potential to hinder comfort in using the application and affect the level of customer satisfaction. To overcome these challenges, an evaluation of the application's usability was conducted using the Human Centered Design approach and the Heuristic Evaluation method. The evaluation involved users and experts who provided feedback based on Nielsen's ten heuristic principles. The results showed some weaknesses in the application design, such as navigation that was not fully intuitive, information delivery that was not clear, and inadequate service features. Based on these findings, a solution was designed in the form of a new application prototype that was more responsive and user-friendly. The design was carried out using the Figma application, focusing on improving the interface and adding the required features. With these improvements, it is expected that Action Mobile Bank Aceh Syariah can be more competitive in the midst of the rapid development of digital banking services. This technology is also part of a strategic step in supporting digital banking transformation in the region, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The growth of technology is developing very rapidly in various fields, ranging from industry, offices, government, to education. One interesting innovation is the application of facial recognition to an Android-based attendance system. This system allows attendance to be carried out by scanning employee faces using Android devices in certain areas such as offices or companies. By using this technology, the attendance process which is usually done manually or using fingerprints can be optimized, thereby reducing the risk of long queues when employees are present together. In some offices, attendance is still done manually by filling in attendance books or using fingerprints. This method often causes problems, especially when many employees come at the same time. The queues that form will of course interfere with their productive time. Therefore, to overcome this problem, an Android-based attendance application is needed that integrates facial recognition technology. This application is designed so that it can only be accessed in an office environment, with certain area coverage settings. This study uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm which is effective for image processing in facial recognition. In addition, researchers also apply the GPS Locking or Geotagging method to ensure that attendance can only be carried out in predetermined areas, thereby increasing the security and accuracy of attendance data. The dataset used in this study consists of facial images, where each individual is photographed in five different angles to improve the accuracy of the system. The results of this study are expected to create a more efficient and effective attendance system. By simplifying the attendance process, this technology not only saves time but also increases employee satisfaction, because they no longer have to face long queues. This is a step forward in utilizing technology to improve human resource management in the digital era.

Abstract

Modern computer network implements tasks from routing, monitoring traffic, accessing control and balancing server load. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has become a new radical model where the network is programmable. The network can be simplified and managed through network programmability. In addition, SDN offers a very good interface between networking devices and the software that control this activity. This paper presents the SDN architecture, ForCES, and OpenFlow protocol to allocate information exchange. Oracle and HP is presented as an organization that built SDN product by having different architecture. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di SD Negeri 28 Sawang, Aceh Utara, melalui pengembangan dan implementasi game edukasi berbasis teknologi, Mathematics Adventure. Game ini dirancang untuk siswa kelas III dengan tujuan membantu mereka memahami konsep operasi bilangan bulat, seperti penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian, melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan game menggunakan platform Unity, pelatihan bagi guru, serta implementasi dan evaluasi langsung kepada siswa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Mathematics Adventure berhasil meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika, dengan 90% siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang lebih besar dan peningkatan pemahaman konsep sebesar 20%. Guru juga merasakan manfaat signifikan dari media pembelajaran ini, yang dinilai efektif dalam menyampaikan materi matematika dengan cara yang lebih menarik. Melalui program ini, siswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan digital dasar. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi inspirasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, serta mendorong kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan antara pendidik dan pengembang.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam sistem administrasi serta kinerja organisasi. SDIT Al-fatih Peusangan sebagai Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu yang mengintegrasikan sains dan Al-Quran, memanfaatkan TI untuk menunjang kegiatan akademik. Namun, hingga saat ini, belum dilakukan audit dan analisis terkait tata kelola TI yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI di SDIT Al-fatih Peusangan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019, dengan fokus pada proses APO13 (Manage Security) dan DSS05 (Manage Security Services) untuk menilai kapabilitas keamanan informasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas keseluruhan Domain APO13 berada pada level 3 (Established Process) dengan nilai index 3.33 dan rating scale sebesar 67% yakni Largely Achieved, yang mengindikasikan bahwa proses keamanan TI telah direncanakan, dipantau, dan diimplementasikan secara teratur. Sedangkan Domain DSS05 menunjukkan tingkat kapabilitas pada level 3 (Established Process) dengan nilai index 3.29 dan rating scale sebesar 66% yakni Largely Achieved, yang menunjukkan bahwa layanan keamanan informasi telah didefinisikan dengan jelas dan diterapkan secara terorganisir sesuai prosedur. Rata rata dalam nilai kematangan dari kedua domain tersebut yaitu 3,31 atau berada pada level 3 (Established Process) yang dimana diharapkan dalam sistem administrasi teknologi informasi seharusnya mencapai level 3 sehingga penelitian ini menekankan perlunya rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tata kelola TI di SDIT Al-fatih Peusangan, agar keberlangsungan kegiatan akademik dan perlindungan aset teknologi informasi dapat terjaga dengan lebih baik. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesar mendorong peningkatan kualitas perangkat lunak, terutama pada platforrm profesional seperti LinkedIn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website LinkedIn dengan menerapkan usability testing, functionality testing, dan evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010. Pengujian Usability dilakukan menggunakan lima aspek utama Nielsen’s Attributes of Usability (NAU), yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, error rate, dan satisfaction menggunakan System Usability Scale, yang menghasilkan skor keseluruhan sebesar 72,16% yang menunjukkan bahwa pengguna cukup puas menggunakan website LinkedIn. Akan tetapi, masih memerlukan perbaikan pada struktur navigasi dan konsistensi antarmuka. Pengujian functionality menggunakan Katalon Studio menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama LinkedIn berjalan dengan baik tanpa error. Evaluasi kualitas dengan pendekatan ISO/IEC 25010 dan analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan hasil hipotesis bahwa functional suitability, compatibility, usability, dan maintainability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performance efficiency, sedangkan reliability, security, dan portability tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap kualitas website LinkedIn dari perspektif pengguna, yang dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan pengalaman pengguna, efisiensi sistem, dan pengembangan fitur yang lebih intiutif.

Abstract

Indonesia menempati rangking pertama pada sepuluh destinasi favorit untuk liburan, dengan indeks 78 pada GMTI 2019. Pemerintah gencar mencanangkan pengembangan pariwisata halal. Namun perkembangan Hotel Halal di Indonesia tidak semarak di Thailand, yang diduga ada permasalahan komunikasi antara pemerintah dengan industri.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji strategi komunikasi yang efektif dalam menyosialisasikan konsep hotel halal.Metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, dan teknik purposive sampling, pada pengelola hotel Halal di Bandung dan Bangkok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dari pemerintah penting dalam memperkuat persepsi tentang product value dan benefit dari pariwisata halal. Latar belakang ada hotel halal karena faktor intrinsic yaitu agama dari pemilik dan exstrinsic yaitu, permintaan wisatawan dan biaya. Perbedaan perkembangan hotel halal, di Bangkok minat wisatawan muslim sangat tinggi, sehingga inisiatif datang dari pengusaha,sedangkan di Bandung, standar dasar halal dianggap sudah menyatu dalam kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga tidak urgent untuk menerapkan “branding” hotel halal. Untuk itu Model strategi komunikasi pariwisata efektif diperlukan pemerintah dalam pengembangan wisata halal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of information technology encourages banking institutions to provide digital services, such as Mobile Banking applications. Bank Aceh released the Action Mobile application to facilitate practical financial transactions. However, there are stilla number of problems, such as servers often going down,account mutations are not updated, and bugs in the TopUpE-Wallet feature. This study aims to measure the quality of the Action Mobile applicationBank Aceh using the McCall method, which includes five factors: correctness,reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability.The assessment was carried out through a quantitative approach by distributing a questionnairebased on McCall's indicators to 250 active user students. The data was analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results show the correctness value of 81.88% (very good), reliability 63.50% (good), efficiency54.83% (quite good), integrity 43.23% (quite good), and usability 62.30% (good). In general the quality of the application is feasible, although the aspects of efficiencyand integrity still need to be improved. These findings are expected to be thebasis for improving Bank Aceh's digital services in the future.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan suatu pemahaman agama yang moderat dan pengamalan ibadah sesuai ajaran agama, seimbang, tidak ektrem dan tidak berlebih-lebihan. Tidak jarang sering kali terjadi kesalah pahaman disebabkan perbedaan latar belakang, seperti perbedaan kepercayaan dan multikultural. Salah satu isu terpenting dalam multikulturalisme adalah persoalan mayoritas dan minoritas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dalam Al-Qur’an terdapat ajaran kepada pemeluknya untuk melakukan kekerasan dan teror terhadap umat beragama lain, dan seperti apakah moderasi beragama bagi kaum minoritas yang terdapat di dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuliatatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Penulis menggunakan beberapa ayat dan beberapa tafsir untuk melihat bagaimana Al-Qur’an dan tafsir memandang moderasi beragama bagi kaum minoritas, serta penulis juga menggunakan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah sebagai pendukung pembuatan artikel. Adapun hasil penelitian yang di dapat adalah Al-Qur’an tidak mengajak umat Islam untuk melakukan kekerasan dan teror, dan bersikap ekstrem terhadap umat beragama lain. Al-Qur’an juga menjaskan terkait perlindungan dan hak bagi kaum minoritas itu sendiri. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah Al-Qur’an mendorong rasa aman dan nyaman bagi agama minoritas dalam menjalankan kewajibannya sebagai umat beragama.
