Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi pemnfaaan media sosial ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan Hibah program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan. Pada kegiatan ini, tim program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan mengundang mengundang UMKM binaan  Universitas IBBI untuk meningkatkan promosi dan  penjualan dengan cara memanfaatkannya untuk menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat dalam mengembangkan usaha sehingga membuka peluang bagi Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan penggunaan media social bertujuan untuk menambah nilai, membantu dan menerbitkan konten yang bagus maka pegikut atau pemirsa (audiens) media sosial kita yang akan bekerja bagi usaha kita.Tim program pembinaan UMKM sebagai narasumber memberikan pemaparan materi tentang pemanfaatan media untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dihasilkan UMKM binaan.

Abstract

The hotel accommodation service industry in Medan City has witnessed significant growth following the pandemic, driven by increased business and tourism activities. With over 200 hotels in the city, there is a notable presence of middle-class hotels offering affordable prices. This study aims to determine consumer preferences in choosing low-budget accommodation services using Choice-Based Conjoint (CBC) analysis. The CBC method presents consumers with a series of menus featuring different hotel attributes, such as location, facilities, and price, to identify which attributes most influence their preferences. A sample of 40 respondents was analyzed to identify key factors influencing their hotel choices. The results revealed that consumers prioritize hotels located outside the central city area, with free internet service, basic room amenities, availability of a café or lounge, breakfast services, and non-smoking rooms. The study found that breakfast service is the most important attribute, followed by the availability of non-smoking rooms. These insights can help low budget hotel or managers in Medan City to modify their services to better meet consumer demands and improve market positioning.

Abstract

Konsultasi Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) adalah sebuh proses yang dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa suatu kegiatan usaha yang direncanakan pada sebuah lingkungan tidak berdampak negatif dan memenuhi persyaratan hukum yang berlaku untuk mendapatkan izin penyelenggaraan usaha atau kegiatan tersebut. Dalam pembangunan fisik seperti sekolah, proses pembangunan serta operasional lainnya kemungkinan besar akan berpotensi membawa dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Oleh karena itu dengan melakukan kegiatan konsultasi publik terlebih dahulu sebelum pembangunan dan operasional Sekolah Pendidikan Dini dan Dasar Y.P. Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi pada awal tahun 2020 telah berdampak pada persaingan bisnis dan kondisi keuangan banyak perusahaan secara global. Salah satu perusahaan yang terdampak pandemi ini adalah PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini adalah melemahnya kinerja keuangan perusahaan, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis potensi kebangkrutan PT Sepatu Bata Tbk selama periode 2015–2024 menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Metode ini mengukur lima rasio keuangan utama, yaitu Net Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets (X3), Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt (X4), dan Sales to Total Assets (X5). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa PT Sepatu Bata Tbk mengalami penurunan kinerja keuangan sejak tahun 2020, yang ditandai dengan turunnya nilai Net Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, dan Earnings Before Interest and Taxes to Total Assets secara signifikan. Pada tahun 2023 dan 2024, nilai Z-Score berada di bawah ambang batas 1,81, yang menunjukkan potensi kebangkrutan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perusahaan memerlukan strategi keuangan yang lebih adaptif dan fleksibel sehingga PT Sepatu Bata Tbk dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis terutama di bagian penjualan sepatu.

Abstract

This study examines the interrelationship among data privacy practices, cybersecurity readiness, and business continuity planning in enhancing sustainable digitalization within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach using structured survey data collected from 250 SMEs operating in manufacturing, retail, and service sectors in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to assess both direct and mediated relationships among the three digital capabilities and their influence on sustainability outcomes. The results reveal that data privacy practices significantly contribute to improving cybersecurity readiness, and cybersecurity readiness has a positive impact on the development of business continuity plans. Furthermore, business continuity planning mediates the effect of cybersecurity readiness on sustainable performance, which includes operational reliability, digital trust, and environmental responsibility. The findings of this study suggest that secure digital capabilities, when integrated systematically, enhance the long-term viability and resilience of SMEs operating in emerging markets. This research provides empirical evidence supporting a triadic framework linking digital security components with sustainability outcomes in resource-constrained settings.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into digital business strategies is reshaping industries and revolutionizing how organizations operate. This study aims to explore the dynamic relationship between digital business and AI by assessing the impact of AI adoption on business outcomes such as operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. The research employs a qualitative approach, specifically a comprehensive literature review, to analyze key studies, identify trends, and understand the challenges organizations face in integrating AI technologies into their business models. By synthesizing existing literature, the study investigates the role of AI in transforming business operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving innovation across various industries. The findings suggest that AI has significantly enhanced business processes by automating tasks, improving decision-making, and personalizing customer interactions, thus enabling companies to maintain competitive advantages. However, the research also highlights several barriers to AI adoption, including challenges related to data quality, skilled workforce, and ethical considerations. Furthermore, the study identifies future trends in AI integration, such as the potential for AI to drive innovation in business models and contribute to strategic decision-making. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding of AI in digital business while offering practical insights for organizations seeking to leverage AI for sustained growth and innovation.

Abstract

This training aims to provide practical understanding to the congregation of the Cathedral Church of the Archdiocese of Medan in utilizing social media as a digital marketing tool. With the widespread use of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business among the public, this training focuses on branding strategies, content creation, and effective digital promotion techniques for MSMEs. This activity is a collaboration between the Cathedral Church and the Information Technology & Management Study Program of IBBI University and was held on July 20, 2025, in the Van De Hurk Hall. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing and motivation to market products more professionally through social media platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, price and location on the decision to buy CCTV ZKTeco.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical test data analysis. The sample in this study were 80 consumers. The test instruments used are validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is a partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and determination test. The results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = 2.109+ 0.046 X1 + 0.203 X2 - 0.144 X3 + 0.722X4 + e. The results showed that partially product quality affects purchasing decisions, brand image affects purchasing decisions, price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions and location affects purchasing decisions and simultaneously product quality, brand image, price and location affect ZKTeco CCTV purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah terjadinya penurunan kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict, family work conflict, dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam memecahkan masalah penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari 32 karyawan pria dan 32 karyawan wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh (total sampling), sehingga ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan wanita. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuestioner (angket). Skala penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala Liket dengan lima opsi pilihan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda, sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda, maka dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearlitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa. Pertama, work family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita PT BBC. Kedua, family work conflict berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Ketiga, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Kesimpulan, work family conflict semakin tinggi, kinerja karyawan wanita semakin menurun, sealnjutnya family work balance dan work life balance semakin tinggi, kinerja karyawan wanita tidak terlalu meningkat secara signifikan.
