Abstract

The application of sharih and kinayah lafaz requires in-depth study because current developments require a re-examination of the meanings of lafaz in sharia texts so that they remain relevant to societal conditions, therefore this paper discusses the study of lafaz in terms of the use of sharih and knayah meanings. To obtain relevant research results, this research uses data collection techniques or literature study methods. The results of this research are that sharih and kinayah lafaz have contradictory meanings and applications, where sharih lafaz is a lafaz whose pronunciation and application is clear, does not require explanation and is not accompanied by intention, for example if the husband says "I am divorcing you with one divorce" without there is an intention in it, then the divorce still falls on the wife. Meanwhile, the lafaz kinayah is a lafaz which when pronounced has another meaning, namely that it must be explained, and accompanied by an intention, for example, a husband says to his wife, "Go home to your mother's house", then the meaning of these words is that the husband intends to return his wife to her parents, in other words, he wants to abandon his wife.

Abstract

The study of murādif (synonyms) and musytarak (polysemy) in the texts is an important aspect in the study of Arabic, especially in understanding the Al-Qur’an and Hadith. This research aims to explore the meaning, application and legal implications of these two types of pronunciation. Murādif is used in the text to provide semantic variations that enrich the meaning and adapt the language style to a particular context, while musytarak is often a source of differences in interpretation due to its meaning depending on the context of its use. The application of murādif in the text aims to emphasize spiritual and legal messages. Meanwhile, the application of musytarak requires in-depth context analysis. The legal implications of this study show that a wrong understanding of murādif and musytarak can lead to differences in the interpretation of sharia law. This research contributes to the development of the science of interpretation and fiqh, especially in bridging differences in interpretation that arise due to variations in language meaning.

Abstract

Schools of Writing Usul Fiqh After as-Syafi'i, many scholars began to compile books on ushul fiqh. Some summarized it, while others discussed it at length. Then two schools of thought emerged in writing ushul fiqh, the theological school (ahlu al-kalam) and the Hanafi school. Each uses a different method. From this background, the author sees that Imam Syafi'i had knowledge of the two schools of thought that differed, so he was indeed the right person to be the first to write a book on the science of ushul. In addition to Ar-Risalah, Imam Syafi'i also has other works on the science of ushul, such as: the book Jima'ul-ilmi, Ibthalul-istihsan, and Ikhtilaful-hadith. From this study, it was found that the rules of ushuliyah are guidelines or basic rules used to istinbath (take) sharia law from existing evidence. The goal is to achieve human welfare through the establishment of laws in accordance with sharia principles. The principles of Usuliyah are an important methodology in the science of ushul fiqh which functions to explore and establish sharia law from its sources, such as the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

The application of the Muraadif and Musytarak lafaz requires in-depth study according to the demands of the increasingly developing times, to review the meanings of the lafaz in the text so that it remains relevant to the conditions of society. Therefore, this article specifically discusses lafaz studies related to the meaning of Muraadif and Musytarak. To achieve significant research results, the method used in this research is data collection techniques through literature study. The research results show that the study of Muraadif and Musytarak pronunciations in texts has a crucial role in the study of Islamic Law, especially in understanding the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This research aims to explore the meaning and implications of Islamic law. Lafaz Muraadif is used to provide semantic variations that enrich meaning and adapt language style to certain contexts. Meanwhile, the Musytarak pronunciation is often a source of differences in interpretation, because its meaning is very dependent on the context of its use. The application of Muraadif in the text aims to emphasize spiritual and legal messages, while the application of Musytarak requires deeper context analysis. The implications of this study indicate that a misconception of Muraadif and Musytarak can result in differences in the interpretation of Islamic Law. Thus, this study contributes to the development of the science of tafsir and fiqh, especially in the differences in interpretation that arise due to variations in meaning in language. Abstrak : Penerapan lafaz Muraadif dan Musytarak memerlukan kajian yang mendalam sesuai tuntutan zaman yang kian berkembang, untuk meninjau kembali makna-makna lafaz dalam teks agar tetap relevan dengan kondisi  Masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas secara khusus kajian lafaz terkait makna Muraadif dan Musytarak. Untuk mencapai hasil penelitian yang signifikan, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian mengenai lafaz Muraadif dan Musytarak dalam teks-teks memiliki peranan yang krusial dalam studi Hukum Islam, terutama dalam memahami Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna serta implikasi hukum Islam. Lafaz Muraadif digunakan untuk memberikan variasi semantik yang memperkaya makna dan menyesuaikan gaya bahasa dengan konteks tertentu. Sementara itu, lafaz Musytarak sering kali menjadi sumber perbedaan dalam penafsiran, karena maknanya sangat bergantung pada konteks penggunaannya. Penerapan Muraadif dalam teks bertujuan untuk menekankan pesan-pesan spiritual dan hukum, sedangkan penerapan Musytarak memerlukan analisis konteks yang lebih dalam. Implikasi dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang salah terhadap Muraadif dan Musytarak dapat mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penafsiran Hukum Islam. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu tafsir dan fikih, khususnya dalam perbedaan interpretasi yang muncul akibat variasi makna dalam bahasa.

Abstract

The implementation of strategic management in Islamic educational institutions is a crucial process to ensure the effective and sustainable achievement of the institution’s vision, mission, and objectives. This study discusses the stages of strategic management implementation, the influencing factors, and the challenges encountered during its execution. The findings indicate that successful implementation is strongly influenced by the quality of human resources, organizational culture, stakeholder support, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Furthermore, external factors such as technological developments, government policies, and socio-cultural dynamics also play a significant role. The main challenges faced include limited resources, resistance to change, and the complexity of the external environment. With a comprehensive understanding of these factors, Islamic educational institutions can design adaptive and responsive strategies to changing times, thereby enhancing quality and competitiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The language of the Qur’an does not only convey teachings explicitly but also employs indirect expressions such as kināyah, especially in delivering legal messages with ethical values. This study explores how kināyah functions as a legal tool in the Qur’anic discourse, using the methodology of uṣūl al-fiqh and thematic analysis of specific verses. By examining verses such as al-Baqarah 2:228, 2:187, and 2:235, it becomes evident that kināyah serves as a means of conveying legal rulings while maintaining ethical sensitivity and social decorum. The study demonstrates that kināyah can shape a more refined understanding of Islamic law without losing its normative implications.

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic education plays a strategic role in building an educational system that emphasizes not only academic achievement but also the development of students’ character, morals, and spirituality. This article discusses the importance of integrating religious, humanistic, and local wisdom values in Islamic educational leadership, as well as the challenges faced in the era of globalization. Using a library research method and qualitative analysis, this article highlights how the principles of justice, wisdom, trustworthiness, and deliberation serve as the main foundation in decision-making and the management of Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that Islamic education leaders must be adaptive, innovative, and able to balance the demands of modernity with the preservation of noble Islamic values and local culture. The integration of religious, humanistic, and cultural perspectives is key to creating an inclusive, relevant, and sustainable Islamic education system.

Abstract

The problem of Islam is a balanced and integrated view of life designed to usher in human happiness through increasing human needs through human moral and material needs, and acculturation of socio-economic relations and brotherhood between societies.  This can be reflected in the practice of worship, for example in Zakat worship because it includes these two elements, namely social and economic Muslim communities in general. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait fenomena perkawinan anak yang terjadi di kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendektan ilmu pendidikan islam dalam menganalisis fenomena perkawinan anak. Selain itu, lebih khusus kepada Muslimat NU dalam melihat fenomena perkawinan anak. Berangkat dari fenomena krusial kasus perkawinana anak yang sangat tinggi di kabupaten Bone menjadikan peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitianNamun sangat disayangkan tidak semua masyarakat menyadari akan pentingnya mengikuti pengajian yang dilaksanakan oleh yayasan Hidmat Muslimat NU. Masyarakat umumnya mengira bahwa majelis taklim hanya ajang pamer baju seragam dan belajar mengaji. Selain itu Majelis taklim selama ini umumnya tidak melibatkan anak dalam bermajelis. Inilah yang melatar belakangi penulis meneliti tentang “Peran Muslimat NU dalam Mencegah Perkawinan Anak di Kabupaten Bone Analisis perspektif pendidikan Islam”.

Abstract

The study of the term Amar (command) is one of the important topics in ushul fiqih, as determining the meaning of syar’i law largely depends on the understanding of commands found in the Qur'an and Hadith. Experts have differing views on whether the term Amar indicates an absolute obligation, merely a recommendation, or just permission. This article aims to explore the foundation of the term Amar, its application in verses and Hadith, and its legal implications in the context of modern fiqih. The research method used is literature review with a textual and contextual analysis approach. The results show that most ushul scholars agree that the term Amar essentially indicates obligation, unless there is a qarinah that diverts that meaning. However, in modern fiqh, the legal impact of Amar is greatly influenced by maqasid al-shariah and social situations. This emphasizes that the understanding of Amar needs to be flexible while still being grounded in the principles of classical ushul fiqh.
