Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang metode pengoperasian Excavator Liebherr 920 dalam proses memuat material (top soil) ke Dump Truck Scania P360 di area PT SBS. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana cara mengoperasikan unit excavator dengan aman dan efisien selama proses pemuatan material. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami prosedur pengoperasian excavator, termasuk teknik loading material secara langsung ke dump truck. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemeriksaan prestart check untuk memastikan alat dalam kondisi baik, dan analisis teknik-teknik pemuatan seperti direct loading dan swing loading. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan prosedur dan teknik yang tepat, proses loading dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien, meminimalkan waktu siklus dan meningkatkan keselamatan kerja. Kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah posisi excavator yang tidak optimal dan kondisi medan yang sulit, yang dapat mempengaruhi waktu siklus serta mengurangi produktivitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya posisi excavator yang tepat, teknik loading yang efisien, dan perawatan berkala alat berat untuk mendukung kinerja optimal di lapangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui praktik langsung di Pabrik Briket dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan Prosedur Pemeriksaan dan Pengecekan Harian (P2H) pada unit Wheel Loader WA 200-5 yang rutin digunakan di pabrik tersebut. Selain praktik lapangan, proses penelitian juga mencakup sesi tanya jawab dan wawancara langsung dengan operator serta staf yang bekerja di Pabrik Briket Tanjung Enim PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mendetail mengenai prosedur pemeriksaan dan pengecekan yang diterapkan pada unit Wheel Loader WA 200-5. Selain itu, dilakukan pengamatan dan pengambilan data terkait durasi operasional, khususnya untuk membedakan waktu standby on dan standby off pada unit Wheel Loader tersebut. Pengumpulan data ini berlangsung sejak tanggal 2 Juni 2025 hingga 25 Juli 2025. Dengan demikian, diperoleh data yang valid mengenai Prosedur Pemeriksaan dan Pengecekan Harian (P2H) untuk unit Wheel Loader yang kemudian diterapkan secara rutin dan berkala di Pabrik Briket Tanjung Enim PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran jelas terkait efisiensi dan pelaksanaan prosedur pemeriksaan harian alat tersebut.

Abstract

Industri pertambangan berada di persimpangan kritis antara tuntutan produksi sumber daya mineral dan imperatif global menuju keberlanjutan lingkungan dan transisi energi. Profesi insinyur tambang, sebagai pengambil keputusan teknis, memegang peran sentral dalam menavigasi dilema ini. Penelitian konseptual ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis kerangka Kode Etik Insinyur yang berlaku dan memformulasikan prinsip-prinsip etika tambahan yang mengintegrasikan secara eksplisit prinsip lingkungan (stewardship) dan efisiensi energi terbarukan. Melalui pendekatan deontologis dan teleologis, ditemukan bahwa kode etik saat ini cenderung menafsirkan tanggung jawab lingkungan sebagai kepatuhan regulasi (standar minimal). Kami merekomendasikan Prinsip Stewardship Energi dan Kewajiban Integrasi KET sebagai komponen wajib dalam etika profesi, mendorong insinyur untuk menjadi pelopor keberlanjutan dan aktif mengurangi jejak karbon melalui optimalisasi operasional alat berat dan pemanfaatan sumber daya energi bersih

Abstract

The Bara Agro Circular Program is an initiative of PT Bukit Asam Tbk – Tanjung Enim Mining Site (PTBA-TEMS) designed to empower communities surrounding the company’s operational areas through a circular economy approach, specifically within the plantation subsector. This program aims to enhance community welfare by integrating sustainable and efficient plantation practices. This study analyzes the social, economic, and environmental impacts of the implementation of the Bara Agro Circular Program with a focus on plantation activities. Data collection methods included surveys of plantation farmers, observation of agricultural practices, and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. The collected data comprised information on productivity improvements, technology adoption, changes in income, and environmental impacts resulting from the implemented plantation practices. The findings indicate a significant increase in farmers’ knowledge of modern and sustainable plantation techniques, improved crop yields, and rising income levels. The utilization of plantation waste as compost also contributed to improving soil quality and reducing the use of chemical fertilizers. Furthermore, the program encouraged crop diversification, strengthened community economic resilience, and created new employment opportunities. Therefore, the Bara Agro Circular Program can serve as an effective model for sustainable plantation development and community empowerment in mining regions.

Abstract

Kegiatan penambangan terbuka membutuhkan sinergi antara alat utama dan alat penunjang di Pit 2 Swakelola, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti rendahnya efektivitas kerja, downtime tinggi, dan ketidaksesuaian antara alat dan kebutuhan lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode ripping dan blasting dalam mendukung produktivitas Excavator PC3000, serta mengevaluasi kontribusi optimalisasi alat penunjang seperti bulldozer, water truck, dan excavator PC210. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur, observasi langsung, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi optimalisasi berbasis kondisi aktual dan sistematis mampu meningkatkan produktivitas PC 3000 sebesar lebih dari 20%. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk peningkatan efisiensi operasional di sektor pertambangan batubara, alat penunjang tambang yang tidak hanya mempertimbangkan aspek teknis, tetapi juga mencakup efisiensi waktu, biaya operasional, Efektivitas dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung peningkatan efisiensi operasi tambang secara keseluruhan, dengan meminimalkan waktu henti operasional serta mempercepat pencapaian target produksi. Penelitian difokuskan pada kondisi aktual di PIT 2 Swakelola Tambang Banko Barat PT Bukit Asam, sehingga hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi strategis terhadap perumusan kebijakan operasional yang lebih adaptif, efektif, dan produktif.

Abstract

This study aims to design interactive learning media for improving students' learning interest in computer systems material. The research employs Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE development model, encompassing Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Seventh-grade students at MTs Ar-Rahmah, Tasikmalaya City, participated as research subjects. Subject matter and media experts validated the interactive learning media, yielding validation results of 100% and 96% respectively, both categorized as "very feasible." Student learning interest effectiveness was measured through questionnaires administered before and after media implementation. Results demonstrated a significant increase in student learning interest following interactive media usage, with an average N-Gain score of 0.70, classified within the high category. The findings indicate that visual displays, animations, and interactive features successfully engaged students and enhanced their participation during learning activities. Statistical analysis confirms the media's capability to address monotonous teaching methods and abstract material challenges. The interactive learning media developed proves both feasible and effective for improving student learning interest in computer systems material, offering a practical solution for educators seeking innovative teaching approaches.

Abstract

Wheel loaders play a crucial role in material handling operations at briquette plants, and their operational condition is strongly influenced by operator performance. Effective operator performance management, including technical competence, work discipline, compliance with standard operating procedures, and awareness of daily equipment maintenance, is essential to ensure unit reliability and service life. This study aims to analyze operator performance management and its impact on the condition of the Komatsu WA 200-5 wheel loader operating at the Tanjung Enim Briquette Plant. A descriptive quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through field observations, interviews, equipment maintenance records, and operational reports. Operator performance management was evaluated based on indicators of operating skills, procedural compliance, and responsibility for daily inspections, while unit condition was assessed using indicators such as damage frequency, breakdown occurrences, and equipment availability. The results indicate that well-implemented operator performance management has a positive impact on wheel loader condition, as reflected by reduced damage rates, lower downtime, and improved equipment availability to support production activities. These findings demonstrate that improving operator performance management not only enhances operational efficiency but also contributes to the sustainability and reliability of heavy equipment usage. Therefore, strengthening operator performance management systems is a strategic approach to maintaining equipment condition and supporting continuous production operations at briquette plants.

Abstract

Young children today live in a modern age that is inseparable from technology. They can easily use electronic devices. Children’s technological skills in this modern era need to be harnessed and nurtured by developing their logical and creative thinking abilities, one of which is through coding. This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of how coding can enhance young children’s thinking skills. This study employs a literature review methodology. The findings indicate that coding enhances children’s thinking processes, encompassing creativity, imagination, logical reasoning, systematic thinking, critical thinking, and meticulousness when solving problems. The driving force behind coding education is computational thinking (CT). Coding and CT are closely interrelated. CT is a thinking process that involves formulating problems, analyzing, designing, scientific and logical thinking, algorithmic and numerical thinking, recognizing patterns, and developing cooperative and creative thinking. Coding refers to the act of programming or giving instructions to a computer. Coding can be taught through plugged coding, unplugged coding, and, gradually, through communication, the use of landmarks, and robot programming. Coding education demonstrates that digital skills are necessary to support the thinking required in the 21st century.
