Abstract

Beggars in the Batang Tuaka Tembilahan City traffic light area are considered to be a lot of disturbing to the community, namely the people who are around the traffic lights themselves. The beggars around the traffic lights are quite disturbing to the surrounding community, not many of them ask for money forcibly and do not move quickly before being given money, this makes people very disturbed by the presence of beggars who force to be given money. The treatment of beggars like that makes you feel uncomfortable when you are in the traffic light environment. In the current pandemic, there are many beggars roaming around the traffic lights, unlike during the non-pandemic, there are only a few beggars and they don't bother the community too much. Various reasons given by beggars when asked why they beg, not infrequently they are children who drop out of school and choose to beg in order to still earn money. The treatment of beggars like that makes you feel uncomfortable when you are in the red light environment. In the current pandemic mass, there are many beggars hanging around the traffic lights, unlike when it was not a pandemic, there were only a few beggars and they didn't bother the community too much. Various reasons were given by beggars when asked why they were begging, not infrequently they were children who dropped out of school and chose to beg in order to still earn money. The research was conducted to find out: 1) Public perception of beggars, 2) What are the factors that influence public perception of beggars, who are in the traffic light area of Batang Tuaka Tembilahan City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research obtained are: 1) Perception of the people who are in the traffic light area of Batang Tuaka Tembilahan City. Most of the community admitted that they were disturbed by the presence of beggars at this time. 2) There are two factors that influence people's perceptions of beggars, namely positive perceptions and negative perceptions, positive perceptions describe someone who can accept and support the perceived object, while negative perception describes someone who opposes or rejects the perceived object. Abstract

Religion serves as a guarantor of the actions of the human in achieving a balance and maintaining a social system prevailing in the community by way of organizing all facets of life using the values and norms.This study aims to determine the level of religiosity, level of prosocial behavior and the correlation between the level of religiosity with prosocial behavior on the student board Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Universitas Riau.This research uses a quantitative inferential approach method. As the reference, this study uses Functional theory (AGIL) from Talcott Parson. The population in this research is all students board of the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Universitas Riau amounted to 1.738 people, then by using table of the sample from Isaac and Michael obtained a magnitude of a sample of 289 people.Sampling technique in this research is proportional random sampling. The results of the research showed that the overall level of religiosity of the respondents is 81% in the high category, 19% in the medium category and 0% in the low category. The level of prosocial behavior of the respondents is 59.9% in the medium category, 40.1% in the high category, and 0% in the low category.The results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation test showed that the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of religiosity with variable prosocial behavior that is equal to 0.643 with the sig. 0.000 (sig. <0.05), so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this research can be accepted. That means against a strong and positive correlation between level of religiosity with prosocial behavior on the student board Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Universitas Riau. The results of the simple regression values obtained of the coefficient of determination (r-square) is equal 0,413 that influence the level of religiosity toward prosocial behavior on the student board Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Universitas Riau, amounting to 41,3%, while 58,7% influenced by other variables. Keywords: The Correlation, Religiosity, Prosocial Behavior

Abstract

Looking at the authority given to the Civil Service Police Unit, it is undeniable that the existence of the Civil Service Police Unit is very important and strategic in the administration of regional government in accordance with its scope of duties, including the implementation of public order and public peace. The focus topic of this research is "The Role of Satpol PP in Structuring Street Vendors (PKL) At Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang Resident of Siak in 2021", the problem raised in this study is How the Role of Civil Service Police Unit in Five Feet (PKL) At Tuah Serumpun Market? And what are the inhibiting factors for Civil Service Police Unit in the arrangement of Five Feet (PKL) at Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang District Siak Resident? The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Civil Service Police Unit in Five Feet at Tuah Serumpun Market. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research location is in Perawang City, Tualang District. As for the informants in this study amounted to 5 people according to predetermined criteria (purposive sampling). The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation, The role given by the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the arrangement of five feet at Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang Residentt is still not carried out optimally and the solution must be good coordination from the UPT Market Tualang Resident so that the role carried out by Civil Service Police Unit can be carried out properly and maximum because of the involvement of other agencies and help add enforcement personnel at the Serumpun Tuah Market. The inhibiting factor of Civil Service Police Unit in Five Feet (PKL) is the lack of Civil Service Police Unit personnel, many traders do not want to be moved for reasons of fear of losing their customers, then far from where they live, and they have to start looking for new customers again. Abstract

This research was conducted in Dusun 1 Bukit Taras, Delik Village, Pelalawan District, Pelalawan District, Riau Province. As the purpose of this study is to find out: 1) Front stage impression processing in the use of the tiktok application. 2) Backstage life and use of the tiktok app from a tiktok celeb. Therefore, to achieve this goal, a descriptive qualitative method was used by taking two people as key informants and two people as supporting informants. This study used a purposive sampling technique through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of a study regarding dramaturgical analysis of adolescent users of the tik-tok application. Judging from the impression processing on the front stage that happened to the first key informant and the second key informant both showed the impression presented on the front stage by building trust about the character shown in the eyes of their followers by displaying glamor, humility and sociability. Judging from the life of the back stage and the use of the tiktok application that occurred in the first key informant and the second key informant, there is a difference between what he displays on the front stage and the back stage in the reality of his life. As the two key informants use the social media tiktok according to their interests. As with the first informant who had the desire that he would use his social media tiktok for a platform for existence that would be recognized by other tiktok users and gain popularity. Whereas in the second informant there was a desire for him to take advantage of social media tiktok as a place for existence as well as getting rupiah coffers. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Sijunjung, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency. As the aims of this study are to know the froms of social behavior of adolescent who use the tiktok application and know the positive and negative impacts of tiktok social media for students who use the tiktok application. Therefore, to achieve this goal, a qualitative method was used by taking key informants from this study, namely 10 teenagers who used the Tik Tok application at SMP 7 Sijunjung. This study used a purposive sampling technique through observation and interview techniques. The results of research regarding. The results of the analysis of changes in student behavior through social media tick tock. Judging from the forms of changes in social behavior of students who use social media tiktok SMP Negeri 7 Sijunjung is the behavior of imitating and adapting things that are displayed on tiktok social media such as appearance, speaking the language used, forming social groups with a specific purpose, sorting -sort out friends according to specific goals and consumptive behavior in shopping. The positive impact of students using the TikTok application at SMP Negeri 7 Sijunjung is that students are more able to express themselves, explore their potential and discover new things. Meanwhile, the negative impact of students using the TikTok application at SMP Negeri 7 Sijunjung lies in not socializing with the surrounding environment, forming social groups based on their own goals and inviting social groups not to be active in learning. Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a means of educational institutions whose role is to guide, direct, and provide advice to students in solving a problem or in finding their potential, so it is very important that guidance and counseling services exist in a school. This research was conducted to find out more about the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student delinquency at SMP Negeri 2 Kubu, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research was conducted to find out: 1) How is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student delinquency in SMP Negeri 2 Kubu Rokan Hilir Regency? 2) the what are obstacles of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student delinquency at SMP Negeri 2 Kubu Rokan hilir regency This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the research were obtained from interviews with sources and also using comparisons from previous research. Factors causing child delinquency are influenced by 3 factors, namely, 1) student family factors, 2) the community that is near students, and 3) student friend factors. The form of role in overcoming student delinquency can be seen from the way teachers look for student pontensi, and motivate students to follow the norms that apply at school, besides that the role of the teacher can also help students in recognizing morals. Meanwhile, the obstacles of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student delinquency can be seen in the form of student discomfort with the lessons delivered by teachers who are considered less interesting in terms of teaching. In other forms, the obstacles of counseling guidance teachers can also be felt from the lack of student attendance in the teaching and learning process and the lack of communication between students and teachers. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Sungai Pagar Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency with the aim of knowing: language development of children with speech delays. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method by taking 4 children as subjects. This study used a snowball sampling technique or snowball samples through data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that language development based on the number of vocabulary children has in this study is still very minimal at the age of two. In addition, the average subject's articulation is still unclear and they are only able to pronounce fragments of words. But for non-verbal language development they are all very well. It turns out that children who experience speech delays are dominated by boys. Children who experience speech delays spend more time playing at home than playing and socializing in the surrounding environment. Parents give children the freedom to watch television and play mobile phones from when they were small until now without any control from their parents. The socialization function that occurs in families with children who are late in speaking does not go well because on average, the parents of the children do not have a special time to interact with their children, only communicating when the children are doing their activities. The socialization pattern used by parents on average uses a democratic socialization pattern, where parents give special rules to children in speaking, but are accompanied by reasons for the advice given. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk interaksi sosial anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di Sekolah Inklusi SD Negeri 136 Kota Pekanbaru selama berada di lingkungan sekolah dan mengetahui hambatan yang diterima anak berkebutuhan khusus dan orang di sekitarnya selama berada di lingkungan sekolah dalam melakukan interaksi sosial. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dengan jumlah 7 (tujuh) informan, diantaranya Wakil Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru , 2 Guru, 2 Orang tua siswa ABK, dan 2 Siswa reguler. Siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa ABK penyandang Autis, Cacat, dan Tuna Grahita. Hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa adanya interaksi sosial yang terjadi diantara siswa ABK dengan Guru dan Siswa reguler di sekolah Inklusi. Bentuk interaksi sosial yang dilakukan siswa ABK di sekolah inklusi SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru terjadi dalam benttuk Kerjasama dan bentuk akomodasi yang sudah cukup terjalin karena semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses interaksi memahami kekurangan siswa ABK. Selain proses asosiatif, interaksi disosiatif juga terjadi seperti adanya persaingan dalam proses belajar walaupun tidak berujung konflik. Interaksi yang dilakukan oleh ABK sudah terjalin dengan Siswa reguler dan dengan Guru baik dalam proses pembelajaran maupun diluar proses pembelajaran. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam proses interaksi sosial yang dihadapi oleh siswa ABK dengan siswa reguler dan Guru di Sekolah Inklusi berupa hambatan komunikasi dan kontak sosial.

Abstract

Gay are identified as people who have an interest in psychological and emotional terms, especially towards men who are commonly called s. Besides that, Gay also have biological needs like humans in general. Factors that cause someone to be , namely the condition of an incomplete family will have a negative impact on personality development, social development, and emotional development. This also results in adolescents experiencing adjustment difficulties in the form of behavioral problems, learning difficulties, or withdrawal from the social environment and adolescents will feel less attention and affection or even experience stress and trauma from having a relationship with the opposite sex. The purpose of this study is to analyze the self-concept of actors in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects that became my research were 5 Gay. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation while data analysis techniques use qualitative methods. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the informant as a person has a positive self-concept and follows their conscience in acting. However, human attitudes and behavior are always looking for reasons to reject their existence and attitudes that cause the emergence of various diseases such as AIDS, venereal diseases, and so on. Traders are people who carry out trade, trade goods, both those that are not self-produced and those that are self-produced to make a profit. Commercial acts in general are acts of buying goods for resale. Traders usually sell around the market, but there are also those who sell outside the market by gathering and selling the same type of goods so as to form certain groups of goods traders. individual attachment to social relations is a reflection of oneself as a social being. Social networks are formed because of mutual trust, knowing each other, informing each other, and reminding each other of something. As Putnam said, thoughts and theories about social capital are indeed based on the fact that "networks between people" are the most important part of a community. In their daily lives, pineapple traders along the Long Jungle Road do not only sell pineapples to the public. The duration of experience in selling pineapples makes old traders have a lot of networks in terms of supplying merchandise so that they become traders.
