Abstract

ABSTRACT: Young Women Overview Knowledge About Sexually Transmitted Infections in the Village District of North Ternate Sangaji 2014 (Supervised by Rusny Muhammad And Nur Eda Mansur). Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) are diseases that are transmitted through sexual intercourse . Indonesia , sexually transmitted infections are most commonly found are syphilis and gonorrhea . The prevalence of sexually transmitted infections in Indonesia is very high is found in the city of Bandung , Surabaya , and Jakarta . The survey results were received by Badan Koordinasi Keluarga Berencana ( BKKBN ) in 2008 , there were 63 % of adolescents in Indonesia between the ages of middle and high school already had sexual intercourse outside marriage . Impact on adolescent sexual behavior resulted in many teenagers are infected with an STI. The purpose of this study was to Looking Young Women Overview Knowledge About Sexually Transmitted Infections in the Village District of North Ternate Sangaji 2014 ". This research is descriptive Analytical approach cross section . This study was carried on in the Village District of North Ternate Sangaji on 20 January to 1 February 2014 . With a sample of 82 respondents and a sampling technique that Quota Sampling . The instrument used was a questionnaire enclosed , while the techniques of data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed the level of knowledge of adolescents about sexually transmitted infections in the Village District of North Ternate Sangaji that adolescents who have a good knowledge of 40 respondents ( 48.8 % ) , knowledge quite as many as 34 respondents ( 41.4 % ), and lack of knowledge as much as 8 respondents (9.8 %)

Abstract

Keperawatan merupakan pelayanan profesional dalam pelayanan yang komprehensif dan karakteristik esensial dalam mewujudkan pelayanan keperawatan ini harus berorientasi pada pelayanan yang berkualitas. Pelayanan Keperawatan pada intinya adalah merupakan sebuah proses interpersonal. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan elemen yang penting dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara perawat dengan klien. Relevansi antara teori komunikasi dengan praktek keperawatan tampak nyata diantaranya komunikasi sebagai alat untuk membina hubungan terapeutik. Komunikasi nonverbal perlu dipertimbangkan dalam suatu teknik komunikasi Interpersonal perawat dalam menciptakan hubungan yang teraupetik dapat menentukan kualitas hubungan tersebut sehingga hubungan perawat klien menjadi tidak baik bahkan menimbulkan kecemasan klien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan komunikasi nonverbal dengan teknik komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa jurusan keperawatan dalam praktik klinik keperawatan di RSUD Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan non eksperimen dan pendekatan Cross-Sectional karena antara kausa dan pengaruh diukur dan dilakukan pada titik waktu yang sama. Responden berjumlah 40 orang yang berpraktik di lima ruangan pelayanan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan teknik komunikasi interpersonal Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekes kemenkes ternate dalam praktik klinik keperawatan di RSUD. Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate, dengan tingkat korelasi sedang (moderat). Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, nonverbal, komunikasi interpersonal, perawat, klien.   ABSTRACT   Nursing is a professional services in a comprehensive range of services and essential characteristics of nursing care in realizing this must be oriented on quality service. Interpersonal communication is an important element in influencing the relationship between nurses and clients. Relevance between communication theory and practice of nursing is evident among communications as a tool to build a therapeutic relationship. Nonverbal communication needs to be considered in a nurse Interpersonal communication techniques in creating relationships that teraupetik can determine the quality of the relationship that the nurse client relationships to be not good even cause anxiety clients.The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of nonverbal communication in interpersonal communication techniques nursing students majoring in nursing clinical practice at the Hospital Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. This study uses a quantitative method with a non-experimental design and Cross-Sectional approach because the causes and effects of measured and performed at the same time point. Respondents were 40 people who practiced in five nursing service room. The results showed that There is a significant relationship between knowledge and skills in interpersonal communication techniques to implement the Nursing Department of the Ministry of Health Poltekes ternate in nursing clinical practice in hospitals. Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate, with a moderate level of correlation.
