Abstract

Di tahun 2019, sektor Property dan Real Estate mengalami penurunan seiring dengan melemahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi di tahun itu. Tahun 2020, nilai ekonomi sektor properti mencapai Rp 324,3 triliun atau 3,02% dari total perekonomian nasional, walau sempat turun di awal hingga pertengahan 2020, tetapi nilai tersebut meningkat pada akhir 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftrar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2020. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Teknik analisis daya mengunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, saran yang dapat diberikan adalah bagi investor agar lebih cermat sebelum menginvestasikan modalnya, dan bagi perusahaan diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan hutang sebagai modal perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinant factors of firm value during the COVID-19 pandemic and the role of dividend policy as a mediation variable. This study uses multiple linear regression and the Sobel test as a data analysis tool to measure dividend policy as a mediating variable between profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, leverage, company growth, investment opportunities, and company value during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study show that profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, leverage, company growth, and COVID-19 have an effect on dividend policy and company value. However, investment opportunities have no effect on dividend policy or firm value. While the results of the Sobel test showed interaction, this study found that dividend policy mediates the effect of profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, leverage, company growth, and COVID-19 on company value. This study expands on empirical evidence on the determinants of firm value in the COVID-19 pandemic that is currently reported to be inconclusive and fills a gap in the existing literature by focusing on the issue of the determinants of firm value in the context of dividend policy as a mediating variable in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Measuring the ability of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable; perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) of digital media to stimulate the passion (P) of SMEs through creating satisfaction in utilizing digital technology. This type of research is quantitative, using a pre-existing measurement scale related to PU, PEOU, satisfaction (S), and passion (P). Involving a sample of SMEs during the Covid pandemic, using the PLS SEM model as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that two elements of TAM, namely PU and PEOU, are not significantly able to stimulate SMEs passion. The success of TAM to stimulate passion is determined by its ability to create satisfaction in using digital media. Satisfaction has played a significant role as a full mediation on the influence of PU and PEOU on SMEs passion to use digital media. Apparently, SMEs passion to use digital media is largely determined by the evidence or tangible results that satisfy them. If digital technology has not been proven to provide satisfaction, it is difficult for SMEs to accept digital media to market their products. This research offers new insights, filling gaps in studies measuring TAM's ability in creating passion. Previously it has not been adequately explored.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is essential for companies because it encourages a collaborative and supportive work environment, improves teamwork, and improves employee morale by enabling employees to look beyond their formal job descriptions. This study aims to analyze OCB in employees with job satisfaction as a mediator of leadership and organizational climate. This exploratory study uses a quantitative descriptive method based on a pattern of relationships that describes the causal relationship between variables. The population in this study was all 53 employees. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection method with a questionnaire. Data collection instruments with questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques with inferential statistics. The study's results indicate that leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction affect OCB, and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership and OCB. OCB leads to better productivity, improved customer service, and a positive organizational culture. This proactive behavior encourages organizational flexibility, reduces employee turnover and operating costs, and strengthens the company's reputation. Ultimately, OCB impacts the company's success and sustainability by creating a more engaged and motivated workforce.

Abstract

Scientific literacy is essential in improving students' skills to deal with the rapid development of science and technology. This quantitative descriptive research aims to: obtain information about the scientific literacy skills of prospective elementary school teacher students in hybrid learning with a STEM approach at a university in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this research applied convenience sampling involving 101 students of semester two as the subjects. The scientific literacy of primary school teacher candidates was collected using a self-developed, multiple-choice questionnaire following the scientific literacy competence of PISA, and it has been validated, achieving a score of 3.50 (perfect category). The results of this research show that scientific literacy of the 2nd-semester students of the primary elementary school teacher department is categorized as low with an average value of competency one is 53.96% (low category), competency 2 is 56.19% (low category), and competency 3 of 63.61% (medium category) so that the overall average of the three competencies is 57.92% (low category). Following up on the findings of this research, the scientific literacy of primary school teacher candidates in hybrid learning with a STEM approach can be further optimized by paying attention to the design of lesson plans, learning modules, and the implementation of a STEM-based learning approach.

Abstract

Capital structure is a very important issue for companies because capital is one of the driving factors in a company to be able to carry out company operations. The size of a company can be measured by company size, the company's ability to make a profit is measured by profitability, apart from that, company tax savings can be measured by interest expenses by tax rates. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of company size, profitability and tax savings on the capital structure of Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The research object used in this research is the influence of company size, profitability and tax savings on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling method in this research is to use techniquesnon probability sampling with methodpurposive sampling, where a sample of 36 observation data was obtained. Data analysis techniques use the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Analysis, t Test, F Test. The results of this research show that company size has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tax savings have a positive and significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Di zaman yang serba modern ini penggunaan internet menjadi salah satu strategi efektif untuk melakukan penjualan produk maupun jasa secara digital. Apalagi, terdapat beragam media sosial yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan suatu produk yang dikemas secara menarik ke khalayak umum untuk mempertahankan suatu produk maupun jasa. Seperti yang terjadi pada Uma di Bali Property yang biasanya menggunakan strategi pemasaran tradisional yang mengakibatkan target penjualan kurang optimal. Melihat kondisi tersebut, Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar hadir yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memotivasi para karyawan dalam memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan penjualan secara digital melalui media sosial. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, luaran yang diharapkan yaitu terciptanya sumber daya manusia yang lebih memaksimalkan penggunaan sosial media sebagai media promosi barang maupun jasa.

Abstract

People's Credit Bank (BPR) is a bank that carries out business activities conventionally or based on sharia principles. PT. BPR Sanur Village is a business engaged in banking services, in the form of a limited liability company (PT) that accepts deposits in the form of deposits, savings, credits, and other forms that are perceived equally and provide financial service products in the form of loans or credits. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Sanur Village. The object of research used in this study is the Effect of Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Sanur Village. This research took the object at PT. BPR Sanur Village. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample or census technique, which was a total of 46 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, correlation analysis tests, determination coefficient tests, and t statistical tests. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t-count value of - 0.237 with a significance level of 0.043 (0.043 < 0.05), (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t-count value of 0.383 with a significance level of 0.001 (0.001 < 0.05), and (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t-count value of 0.333 with a significance level of 0.005 (0.005 < 0.05).

Abstract

Pemasaran produk tabungan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh koperasi maupun bank untuk mempromosikan produk tabungan yang dimiliki. Produk tabungan harus dipasarkan supaya anggota maupun calon anggota mengetahui manfaat yang akan diperoleh jika mereka menabungkan sejumlah uangnya kepada lembaga keuangan. Pemasaran produk tabungan dilakukan untuk mencapai salah satu tujuan dari lembaga keuangan yakni memperoleh pendapatan atau laba. Pandemi covid-19 mengakibatkan masyarakat mengalami kehilangan pekerjaannya sehingga masyarakat mengalami penurunan pendapatan, hal tersebut berdampak ke masyarakat tidak dapat menabungkan sebagian uangnya. Salah satu sektor koperasi, usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (KUMKM) di Kabupaten Gianyar yang berdampak yakni Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Duit Kita Mandiri. Penurunan pendapatan tabungan yang dialami mitra dikarenakan pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini karena banyaknya anggota mitra yang kehilangan pendapatnnya disisi lain mitra kurang gencarnya dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran akan produk yang dimiliki mitra. Dengan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian, mahasiswa dapat memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan tabungan dengan melakukan memberikan penyuluhan serta membuatkan desain produkproduk tabungan yang dimiliki guna memasarkan produk-produk tabungan melalui platform media social, membuatkan dan mendampingkan dalam membagikan selebaran brosur guna memasarkan produk-produk tabungan yang dimiliki mitra serta membagikan souvenir berupa masker dan handsanitaizer bagi anggota baru yang mau menabungkan uangnya di KSP Duit Kita Mandiri. Kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi mitra di dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi mempengaruhi segala aspek kehidupan. Secara social banyak aspek yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh pandemi Covid-19. Masyarakat diminta untuk memulai kebiasaan dengan gaya hidup baru yang dianggap dapat meminimalisir penyebaran virus Covid-19. Hal tersebut dimulai dengan mencuci tangan, memakai masker, mengurangi kerumunan, Menjaga jarak, serta mengurangi mobilitas. Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 terlihat pegawai Wisma Werdhapura Denpasar kurang semangat dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kemudian seringkali terlihat banyaknya pegawai yang tidak mentaati protokol saat jam kerja yaitu tidak memakai masker pada saat jam kerja dan saat melayani tamu yang menginap di Wisma Werdhapura Denpasar. Dari hal tersebut dapat dilihat kurangnya kesadaran pegawai untuk mentaati protokol kesehatan dimasa pandemi covid-19. Dari Masalah tersebut penulis termotivasi untuk melakukan program kerja berupa melaksanakan briefing untuk seluruh karyawan dengan memberikan motivasi sebelum memulai pekerjaan, mengedukasi terkait pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan saat bekerja dan membagikan masker kepada pegawai, serta meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dengan melaksanakan senam pagi setiap hari jumat.
