Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of revenue sharing, the realization of local revenue and regional expenditure on the APBD budget deficit in the Provincial Government of North Sumatra for the 2011-2014 fiscal year. This study uses secondary data from BPS and BAPPEDA North Sumatra. The population in this study is the Provincial Government Budget of North Sumatra for the 2011-2014 Budget Year. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that the revenue-sharing and regional expenditure variables have a positive effect on the APBD budget deficit in the Provincial Government of North Sumatra, while the realization of regional revenue has a negative effect on the APBD budget deficit in the North Sumatra Provincial Government.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel  (4,790 > 1,98447) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel (5,554< 1,98447) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car. Hasil uji F diatas diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar (16,217 > 3.09) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of price, completeness of products, and location on customer satisfaction in 212 marts, to know the influence of prices on consumer satisfaction in 212 marts, to know the effect of product completeness on customer satisfaction in 212 marts, and to know the influence of location on customer satisfaction in 212 marts. The population in the study was all customers who shopped at 212 marts as many as 96 respondents. Data is collected through the dissemination of questions to respondents. The approach of this study is associative with multiple linear regression analysis tools, testing is conducted with classical assumption tests and hypotheses. The results of the discussion are known to have a significant and positive relationship of prices to consumer satisfaction in 212 marts. Product completeness has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at 212 marts. Location has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at 212 marts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants of debt policy and firm value (Study on Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The research approach uses an associative approach. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), especially pharmaceutical sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The population used in this study is the pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019, amounting to 10 companies. The sample of this study were 8 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The collection technique uses documentation techniques. Data analysis using Path Analysis or Path Analysis. institutional ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. institutional ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on debt policy, firm size has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, debt policy has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, institutional ownership on firm value through debt policy has no significant effect and firm size on firm value through debt policy has no significant effect.

Abstract

Pangarungan village is one of the sub-districts located in Torgamba sub-district, Labuhan Batu district, south of North Sumatra Province with an area of 12,393Ha. Village potential is all natural resources and human resources owned by the village as the basic capital that needs to be managed and developed for the survival of the village. The needs contained in the potential for education in the village of Pangarungan are the lack of mastery of the use of technology in the learning process and facilities are also still minimal, the need for industrial potential, namely, the lack of marketing capabilities for industrial products (SMEs) so that the distribution of products outside the region is still minimal and results in no increase in production in the field industry. The need for agricultural potential is normal soil nutrients, but micro nutrients are still very lacking. Therefore, PkM implementers can assist the community to be motivated to optimize agricultural products. The community can develop local potential and community creativity. People can be innovated to live clean, healthy and have a high spirit of cooperation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on Go-ride customer satisfaction in Pematangsiantar city. The associative approach is an approach where to find out that there is a relationship or influence between the two variables (the independent variable and the dependent variable). The population in this study is all Go-ride service users in Pematangsiantar city whose number is unknown. The researcher determined that the sample size was 100 Go-ride users. The data collection technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. There is a positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. There is a positive influence between price and service quality on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of decisions on purchasing decisions, to analyze and to analyze the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions, to know and to analyze the influence of products on decisions made by decisions and to analyze the influence of the influence, promotion and product quality. partially or simultaneously on purchasing Samsung smartphones for Umsu students. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all students while the sample that met the sampling criteria was carried out with 100 people using non-probability. The data analysis technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 22.00. The results of this study prove that partially the price has an effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Earnings management is an action taken by company management to influence reported earnings. The purpose of this study is to analyze earnings management of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan by using financial ratios, namely leverage ratios and profitability ratios for the period 2014-2017. Earnings management in this study is proxied by discretionary accrual (DA) and measured using the Jones Modified Model. While the leverage ratio is proxied by the debt to assets ratio (DAR) and profitability ratio is proxied by the return on assets ratio (ROA). This study uses quantitative data and data is collected by documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis based on time series methods. The results of the study concluded that Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan practices earnings management with a pattern of increasing profits in 2014, 2016 and 2017. Earnings management practices are motivated because of high leverage values. While profitability does not motivate managers to practice earnings management, because high or low profitability generated by the company is ignored by investors. Abstract

The importance of human resources for companies because it is the main factor where they have different emotions, feelings, desires and abilities, from which they have grown and developed so that a good level of work productivity can be achieved. Thus, it is necessary to integrate these aspects according to the needs of the organization. In this research will be discussed about performance appraisal and incentives as independent variables and work performance as the dependent variable with research at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum. While the formulation of the research problem is: "How big is the influence of performance appraisal and incentives on improving employee performance at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum ”. The purpose of this study was to describe the incentive program and work performance improvement implemented by PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum, to measure the level of work effectiveness of employees at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum and to describe the significant level of influence of performance appraisals and incentives on improving employee performance at PT. Aluminum Asahan Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the incentive program and work performance improvement implemented by PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum basically includes the provision of salaries and wages as well as overtime pay as well as the provision of social security for workers, in the form of old-age benefits, occupational health and safety benefits, bonuses and others. The level of work effectiveness of employees at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum showed very significant results where from the results of the distribution of the questionnaire it was known that the answers given were quite valid and reliable. Meanwhile, from the test results, it is known that the calculated r value > from r table, namely rx 1 y = 0.772, rx 2 y = 0.631 and rx 1 x 2 = 0.548 > 0.423. So that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the variable x 1 (performance appraisal) with x 2 (incentive) on the variable y (work performance) of employees at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum . The significant level of influence of performance appraisal and incentives on improving employee performance at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum is found in the coefficient interval 0.80 – 0.100, then the relationship between the variables x 1 (performance appraisal) and x 2 (incentives) and jointly correlated with the variable y (work performance) is included in the category of a very strong relationship with the value determination of 84.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the people of Medan complied during the Covid-19 pandemic in fulfilling their tax obligations. In terms of tax compliance, the author assesses the aspect of awareness and also the services provided by the Medan City Government. This study took samples from the Medan City Primary Tax Service Office with a total sample of 100 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. The results of the study found that taxpayer awareness has an effect on tax compliance and services affect tax compliance. Simultaneous testing produces awareness results and also services have a simultaneous effect on compliance with paying taxes during the covid 19 pandemic in Medan City.
