Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the factors that influence trust and interest in using e-money in Medan City.Methodology - The population in this study is the people of Medan City who already know about e-money as a tool for making transactions. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are Indonesian people who use e-money products issued by 26 companies that already have official permits from Bank Indonesia. While the sample size in this study was 200 people. The data source in this research is the primary data source. Data collection techniques used. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model from the LISREL 8.80 statistical software package.Findings - The results showed that Perceived Benefit had a positive effect on Trust significantly. Perceived benefits have a positive effect on interest significantly. Perceived risk has a negative effect on trust significantly. Perceived risk has a negative effect on interest significantly. Trust has a positive effect on interest significantly. Trust can positively mediate the effect of Perceived Benefits on Interest and trust can mediate the effect of Perceived Risk on Interest.Originality/Novelty - The research model uses four (4) variables and applies the concept of mediation, where each relationship in the research model is analyzed with SEM-Lisrel.Implications - This study has shown that trust has a mediating effect on the effect of perceived benefits and perceived risks on interest. Starting from the results of this study, the recommendation for further research is to try to analyze or use the trust variable as an independent variable, not as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja memiliki kegunaan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan hal itu harus di perhatikan oleh perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan akan menjadi faktor yang sangat diutamakan khususnya pada keuntungan perusahaan dalam jangka panjang dalam membantu menghadapi tanggung jawab yang lebih besar di waktu yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk (Auto2000 Medan )dengan besarnya sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian secara simultan menujukan bahwa Lingkungan kerja fisik dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (9.7003.09) dengan tingkat signifikan 0.004 dari 0.05.Secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2.914 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1.98525 maka nilai thitung ttabel (2.9141.98525) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.004 0.05, secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung ttabel (2.9141.98525) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.004 0.05. Kata kunci : Lingkungan kerja fisik, disiplin kerja, kepuasan.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi merupakan upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan-kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas dan kemandirian dengan melibatkan masyarakat untuk mewujdukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada merupakan bentuk pemberdayaan berbasis potensi lokal yang sangat mendukung pengembangan masyarakat. Pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang baik mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat timbang lawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di desa timbang lawan Kabupaten langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftip dan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat desa timbang lawan.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat metode penelitian wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Untuk menentukan sampel, menggunakan teknik Purpose Sampling.Adapun sampel penulis mengambil dari Masyarakat pembuat lidi sawit

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of destination image and tourist facilities on Revisit Intention and Recommendation Intention through Domestic Tourist Satisfaction at Lake Toba Tourism Destinations. The population in this study is domestic tourists. This study will be tested on tourists visiting tourist destinations on Lake Toba during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample size in this study was calculated from the size of the indicator multiplied by 5 to 10. Because this study used 4 construct variables with a total of 55 indicators, the sample required in this study was at least 55 x 5 = 275, people. The types of data collected to support the variables studied are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model from the LISREL 8.80 statistical software package. The results of the study show that the image of tourist destinations and facilities has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourism facilities have a significant positive effect on Recommended Intention. Destination Image and Tourist Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Revisit Intention. Tourist satisfaction has a positive effect on recommended intention significantly. Satisfaction can positively mediate the effect of Destination Image on Revisit Intention and tourist satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of tourist facilities on the Revisit Intention of Domestic Tourists at Lake Toba Tourism Destinations.

Abstract

Hutan mangrove merupakan ekosistem utama pendukung kehidupan masyarakat pesisir. Jenis mangrove yang terdapat di Desa Pasar Rawa adalah nipah yang menghasilkan sapu lidi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode observasi dan metode wawancara. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 10 hari dengan jumlah partisipan 12 orang. Alhamdulillah dapat terlaksanakan dengan baik, mendapatkan respon yang posistif dari pemilik usaha kerajinan tangan sapu lidi dan para pekerjanya juga para warga desa, mereka sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi yang dibuat dengan memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan pengetahuan warga tentang pemanfaatan hasil daun nipah dan memotivasi warga untuk mengetahui tentang sistem penjualan pasar yang benar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi, lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pada PT. Kantor Cabang Koordinator Bank Sumut Medan baik sebagian maupun serentak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Kantor Cabang Koordinator Bank Sumut Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin yang berjumlah 60 karyawan di PT. Kantor Cabang Koordinator Bank Sumut Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan supervisi, lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kantor Cabang Koordinator Bank Sumut Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lifestyle, Self-Concept and Peer Groups on Consumptive behavior, and to examine the role of Financial Literacy in moderating the influence of Lifestyle, Self-Concept and Peer Groups on Consumptive behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. To determine the size of the sample used Maximum Likelihood estimation in the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of 100-200 samples, then researchers will take a sample of 100-200 respondents to fulfill one of the requirements for a data analysis approach using SEM. As a result, as many as 167 students were used as research samples. The results of the study show that lifestyle, self-concept and peer groups have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. Financial Literacy does not play a role in moderating the effect of Lifestyle and self-concept on Consumptive behavior. Financial Literacy plays a role in moderating the influence of Peer Groups on Consumptive behavior.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v5i3.9514

Abstract

information and communication technology has developed rapidly so that it becomes a necessity for anyone and even in professionalism, work is required to use information technology devices. Information technology devices in question include smartphones, laptops, smartwatches and so on. In line with that, data communication such as the internet, which is part of the device, is a primary need so that individuals can communicate without distance and time limitations. Google, as the largest company engaged in information technology, especially software development, develops special services to help children use smartphones safely and more purposefully, namely Google Family Link. Parents play an active role in controlling the use of their children's smartphone devices even though they cannot accompany them all the time. Muliorejo Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, through the PKK Team, as monitored by the author, saw the condition of children using smartphones without any restrictions, especially outside of school. Even outside of school hours until late at night, children are still found using these devices to play games outside of learning content.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Diskon Dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen GoFood pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Medan Helvetia Kota Medan, baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis linear berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan Diskon terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen GoFood. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan word of mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen GoFood. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara  Diskon dan Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen GoFood di Kecamatan Helvetia Kota Medan. Hasil perhitungan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R square) yang diperoleh sebesar 28,2, hasil ini memiliki arti bahwa 28,2% variabel Keputusan Pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Diskon dan Word of Mouth  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71,3% diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
