Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tukka Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Upaya kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan berbagai kendala pembinaan menajemen dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa masuk perguruan tinggi favorit dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penentu dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa masuk perguruan tinggi favorit ? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman yang dilakukan tiga tahapan, yaitu : reduksi data, (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan menarik kesimpulan (conclution drawing/verification). Adapun pengecekan keabsahan datanya menggunakan kredibilitas, tranferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan: (1) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa adalah menyusun konsep yang jelas dan terperinci serta mudah dilaksanakan. Tahapannya adalah menyusun perencanaan, melakukan seleksi, melakukan pembinaan, dan mengikuti event lomba dan evaluasi; (2) upaya kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan berbagai kendala dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa adalah memperkuat kesolidan team, membuat program yang berbeda, melakukan pendekatan kepada orang tua, menjalin komunikasi yang efektif, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana,memahamkan dan menanamkan nilai perjuangan, mengadakan rapat; (3) faktor- faktor yang yang menjadipenentu dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa adalah faktor internal meliputi soliditas team, semangat untuk berprestasi, kinerja yang tinggi, ikhlas dan faktor eksternal meliputi soliditas wali murid, dukungan yayasan, networking, sarana prasarana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees of the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 32 employees of the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, work has a significant effect on work motivation. And indirectly work motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance, work motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on performance through employee satisfaction at the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and training on the performance of employees at Martha Friska Brayan Hospital in Medan. The research method used is quantitative analysis where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method is done using a questionnaire. The study was conducted using a validity sample of 61 people taken from the total population of 61 people. Data processing using SPSS version 24 software with descriptive analysis, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that (1) the leadership style obtained a t-count value of 2,928, which was higher than the table of 1,672. Thus, the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect in part. on the performance of hospital employees (2) Work discipline obtained an account value t of 3,929 is greater than the table t. Thus, the work discipline variable partly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of hospital employees. (3). For the training variable, the results of t-count 4,302 are higher than those of table t, which means that partially the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of hospital employees. Martha Friska Brayan Medan. (4) Simultaneously, a value of 19.746 is obtained, which is greater than the f table of 2.77. Thus, simultaneously, the independent variables, leadership style, work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Martha Friska Brayan Medan Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of communication and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Regional Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all state civil servants at the Regional Representative Council office of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used a sample of the Slovin formula totaling 52 state civil servants at the Regional Representative Council office of North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Processing data in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly communication, workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and indirectly communication and workload have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Regional Representative Council office of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong Sebanyak 32 Pegawai sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Nonprobability sampling atau Sampling Jenuh sebanyak 32 Pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Daftar Pertanyaan melalui menyebarkan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software IBM SPSS Statistik 23. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the work environment, work discipline and job satisfaction with employee performance at the Representative Office of the Population Agency and theNational Planning Agency (BKKBN) of North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative type of research and used an associative approach, the sample from this study was taken from all permanent employees at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) north Sumatra which amounted to 84 employees. Data collection techniques used with media interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires (questionnaires). Data analysis techniques in this study used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, training, and compensation on the performance of the Labuhanbatu District Education Office employees. The population of this study was the employees of the Education Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency, totaling 43 employees. The data collection technique in this study is a list of questions (questionnaire), while the data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. From the t test There is an influence of Work Culture, Training, and Compensation on the Performance of Education Office Employees of North Labuhanbatu Regency. The F test obtained means that Work Culture, Training, and Compensation have a significant effect on performance. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.494 or 49.40%, indicating about 49.40% of the variable performance can be explained by the variables of Work Culture, Training, and Compensation. The rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Performance is the result of certain work operations carried out in a planned manner in a certained place and at a certained time by employees of the organization concerned. Every company/organization usually has an a expectations the worked assigned to its employees can be completed properly. This case is a very ineffective for the continuity of the company/organization. Because poor performance like this will make it difficult for the company/organization to provide services to consumers or the public for government organizations, which will certainly hurt the company/organization's profits and reputation. One of the supporting factors for employees who can produce good performance is of course inseparable from the role of the level of education, competence, and how the process of receiving (Rekturmen) these employees in the company/organization. Therefore, this study is intended to examine the effect of education level, competence, and recruitment on the performance of the Village Consultative Body in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 160 people with a sample size of 98 people who became respondents. The results of this study are that the Education Level Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance Variable, as well as the Competency Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance Variable. Meanwhile, the Recruitment Variables have a positive but insignificant influence on the Performance Variables of the Village Consultative Body in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan guna mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi serta Motivasi pada Kinerja Penyuluhan Pertanian di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Asosiatif dipakai sebagai pendekatan di studi ini. 50 Pegawai Penyuluhan Pertanian di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara jadi populasi dan sampelnya sebab memakai nonprobability sampling (Sampling Jenuh) sebanyak 50 Pegawai. Metode penghimpunan data di studi ini memakai teknik Daftar Pertanyaan melaui menyebarkan angket/quesioner. Teknik analisis data di studi ini memakai Uji regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data memakai program software IBM SPSS Statistic 23. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan secara langsung dampak Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi berdampak positif dan signifikan pada Kinerja Pegawai Penyuluhan Pertanian di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara.
