Abstract

Basically, education is one of the most important factors in improving human resources and the nation's standard of living. In the midst of rapid world change, students need cultural and civic literacy so they can maintain their identity as Indonesians and can live together in diversity both within the school environment and in the community. Cheating is something that is often encountered in the learning process. Cheating is one of the efforts made by students to get good grades in an easy and short way.

Abstract

Indonesia was born as a country that is a paradise for culture, local wisdom, ethnicity, religion and many other diverse things. There are many phenomena that show students who are not enthusiastic, are too focused on technology and modern things, consider the local culture in the area where they live to be old-fashioned, so that they do not develop a sense of love for their local culture. The aim of this research is to describe the integration of cultural literacy and citizenship into learning as an effort to shape the character of loving local culture. This research method uses the library method, this method is carried out by collecting various information through books, scientific works, theses and so on. The results of this research are that cultural and civic literacy can be integrated into learning, the form of activities can be visiting cultural tourism, playing various regional games, and even using extracurricular activities as a medium for introducing regional culture

Abstract

The transformation of education through the use of digital media has had a significant impact on the world of education. This encourages increasing digital literacy as an important role in facing the digital era. Digital literacy can improve access to information, critical thinking skills, learning quality, competitiveness and national progress. Education in Indonesia is currently facing special challenges in managing rapid changes in times. To increase digital literacy, increased training programs, sharing of experiences and further research are needed. There are eight basic elements in developing digital literacy, namely cultural, cognitive, constructive, communicative, self-confident, creative, critical and responsible. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The literature study research method involves a thorough analysis of relevant literature and information sources by collecting data from books, scientific journals, articles, and other sources, then analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing the information obtained to prepare a comprehensive argument or summary. Qualitative research is descriptive and tends to use inductive analysis, so that processes and meaning based on the subject's point of view are emphasized more in this qualitative research. This qualitative research design can be used as a research method because it is explained comprehensively and is easy for researchers to understand. This research aims to determine the effect of educational transformation by increasing digital literacy among Indonesian society.

Abstract

This research aims to strengthen students' character education which has begun to diminish due to the globalization that continues to spread through the application of digital literacy. The use of technology such as the internet is easily accessed by various groups, giving rise to unhealthy internet. This research was conducted using a qualitative method through an analytical descriptive approach, where the theory or basis of discussion is taken from the results of literature studies such as books, articles and journals by also describing theories, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as the basis for research activities to develop a framework of thinking related to character education, digital literacy, and its role in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research can be used as a reference for the world of education, namely teachers, especially in elementary schools in strengthening student character. The results of this study show that the role of digital media is very influential for students' lives so that it can be used as an alternative for strengthening character education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as it is now. By paying attention to aspects of digital skills, knowledge of the use of technology and awareness to use technology as well as possible can develop norms and ethical values.

Abstract

Cultural and civic literacy are very important things for everyone to master in the 21st century, especially for the millennial generation, so that they can always love and participate in preserving Indonesian culture. It is important to provide cultural and civic literacy in the surrounding environment, such as the family, school and community. In society, especially for the millennial generation, so that they always love and can participate in preserving culture in Indonesia both nationally and internationally. Cultural and civic literacy is not only to save and develop local culture and national culture, but also to build identity for the Indonesian nation in the midst of a global society, so that people always love and preserve culture.

Abstract

Disinformation is the result of the spread of fake news that is spread online in cyberspace, so that many people easily accept the information they receive without having to look for the original source of the information. Finally, people do not have the analytical skills needed to use information. Therefore, the aim of this research is to provide an overview of the disinformation that exists in society and to clarify how civic and cultural literacy can be used to address disinformation. The method used is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is data obtained from literature studies. The results of this research found that the application of cultural and civic literacy is very necessary to prevent and overcome disinformation.

Abstract

Abstract. In an increasingly advanced era of globalization, it is important for people to have a strong understanding of various cultures and nationalities. Primary school is an ideal place to build this understanding early on. Cultural and civic literacy refers to a person's ability to act as part of a culture and nation in their social environment. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method based on literature study. It is hoped that the literature studies obtained by students can develop an understanding of cultural and civic literacy through activities and learning approaches.

Abstract

The decline in culture in the current generation is a form of the negative impact of the development of technology and digital media, basically a culture will continue to develop so that it can become a cultural adoption or produce a new culture, the same is true for language culture, especially in the use of regional languages in everyday life. In this case, Pancasila values need to be instilled in the current generation in order to increase the feeling of love for the country so that the presence of this technology does not erode the culture that existed before. This research on the cultural decline in using regional languages in the current generation as the identity of the Indonesian nation uses qualitative research with a type of literature study, so this research is based on previous research that has been carried out with similar studies.

Abstract

The educational process cannot be separated from the culture that exists in a society. Therefore, the implementation of the educational process is not only a means to transfer knowledge to students, but is also used as a means to foster a sense of love for the country towards existing culture. Therefore, schools as places where the educational process is carried out have a very important role in the process of cultural preservation. Apart from that, schools must be able to be responsible in the process of students acquiring cultural values ​​around them so that they can cultivate self-authenticity which will become the nation's next generation. Schools can carry out various methods in the process of preserving culture for students, which can be done in learning activities or other activities outside of school.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the influence of school cultural base literacy in elementary schools in various different applications, so the author needs to examine several articles to find out the application of literacy in these schools. The research method used in this article is a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The method for reviewing journals was used by searching and collecting literature studies with the keyword "school cultural base literacy in elementary school". The author found 5 articles that could be studied according to the purpose of writing this article. The result of the study of the five articles is that the application of literacy in elementary schools based on school culture has been implemented as it should, only the difference between the five articles lies in their application. Some use traditional games, applications supported by the application of character education, and others are integrated with the Pancasila student profile.
