Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of person job fit and work life balance, the influence of person job fit and job involvement. influence of work life balance and employee performance. the influence of job involvement and employee performance. The influence of person job fit and employee performance. The influence of person job fit and employee performance is mediated by work life balance. The influence of person job fit and employee performance is mediated by job involvement. This research adopted an associative research design with a sample of 100 respondents who were employees of PT. TELKOM Witel Medan. The data collection technique involves a list of statements such as a questionnaire, and data analysis using Path Analysis. The Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) application tests the seven hypotheses proposed in this research. The research findings show that person job fit and work life balance have no effect, the influence of person job fit and job involvement is significant. Work life balance and employee performance have a positive and significant influence. Job involvement and employee performance have a positive and significant effect. Person job fit and employee performance have a positive and significant effect. Person job fit and employee performance are mediated by work life blank which has no effect or does not mediate. Meanwhile, person job fit and employee performance, mediated by job involvement, have a positive and significant effect. This research offers important lessons for thinkers in management, human resources (HR), person job fit and employee performance. However, companies in the telecommunications sector must be aware of the important role that person job fit plays in improving work-life balance and employee performance as well as the role of job involvement that can be paid attention to and considered. This study provides us with a comprehensive review of the various Work Life Balance studies conducted by state-owned telecommunications companies to date and their possible impact on various organizational outcomes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, psichologycal well being terhadap innovative work behaviour mediasi work engagement pada PT. KAI Persero begerak dibidang jasa transportasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. KAI Persero. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala likert. Untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian, ini adalah aplikasi SMPLS3. Hasil Penelitian: adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan self afficacy terhadap Inovative work behaviour, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan psichologycall well being terhadap innovative work behaviour, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan work engagement terhadap innovative work behaviour, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan self efficacy terhadap work engagement, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan psichologycall well being terhadap work engagement, sedangkan work engagement tidak memediasi self efficacy terhadap Inovative work behaviour, adanya pengaruh Psichologycall well being terhadap innovative work behaviour dimediasi work engagement. Ukuran ini berguna bagi praktisi organisasi untuk melakukan penilaian secara efisien IWB karyawan, untuk menentukan kebutuhan dukungan IWB di tingkat organisasi

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penerapan Teknolgi Budidaya Ikan Lele sebagai salah satu usaha Warga Masyarakat Kel. Limau Mungkur Kec. Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok calon wirausaha agar bisa menjadi wirausaha baru di Kecamatan Binjai Barat, mitra akan diberikan pembelajaran tentang budidaya ikan lele yang layak untuk dijual dan bisa memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang dimiliki oleh warga sehingga bisa menjadi kelurahan yang produktif. Program jangka pendek dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah para Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang budidaya ikan lele dan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan pembuatan kolam terpal, sedangkan program jangka panjang dari PKM ini adalah terciptanya usaha baru di Kelurahan Limau Mungkur Kecamatan Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara.  Program PKM ini akan dilaksanakan dalam 10 (sepuluh) bulan. Pelaksanaan program Program Kemitraan Masyarakatini dilakukan secara bermitra (berkolaborasi) dengan Kelompok calon Wirausaha Jalan Letnan Umar Baki di Lingkungan V Limau Mungkur Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai dengan dua kelompok Calon Wirausaha yaitu Kelompok Ternak Mandiri (3 orang) dan Sukses Mandiri (3 orang). Tahapan-tahapan kegiatan PKM dimulai dari Persiapan, Incubation. Implementation, Evaluasi, Pengembangan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Metode Pendekatan Partisipatif, Metode Pendekatan Kognitif,  Metode Pendekatan Afektif, Metode Pendekatan Keterampilan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini Mitra telah memiliki usaha ikan lele, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, peningkatan keterampilan produksi, manajamen usaha usaha dan pemasaran, peningkatan daya saing, peningkatan ipteks di masyarakat dan perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat berupa ketentraman.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of university library performance, service quality, and leadership support on user satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. This study employs a sample of 380 students from nine faculties with data analysis techniques using SmartPLS. The study results prove that library performance, service quality, and leadership support significantly influence library user satisfaction. Service quality is an essential predictor of library user satisfaction. The leadership support becomes a quasi-moderation that strengthens library performance, service quality, and library user satisfaction. Consequently, users are satisfied with the services provided by the UMSU library and will help decision-makers to provide more support for library management in the future. The authenticity of this study provides knowledge about UMSU library's strategies in comprehensively using library performance indicators and service quality to increase user satisfaction and support the implementation of MBKM.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk memungkin manajemen dalam mengembangkan inovasi dalam organisasi dengan menguji hubungan emotional intelligence, job crafting terhadap innovative work behaviour juga mempertimbangkan efek moderat dari psychological empowerment pada PT. Bank sumut. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan survei langsung dan mengisi koisioner angket yang disebar, dan populasi dan sampel diperoleh dari 103 karyawan PT Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat dengan sampel seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 103 karyawan dan subjek penelitian PT.Bank SUMUT Kantor Pusat. Data dikumpulkan pada survei koisioner melalui gogle drive. Analisisi faktor digunakan untuk menilai realibilitas dan validitas data menggunakan SEM PLS 0.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Emotional intelligence tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative work behaviour. Emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif terhadap Psychological empowerment. Job crafting tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative work behaviour. Job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap Psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative work behaviour. Emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative work behaviour dimediasi Psychological empowerment. Terakhir Job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative work behaviour dimediasi Psychological empowerment. Penelitian ini menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dan akademisi yaitu perilaku kerja inovatif di tempat kerja cenderung tidak muncul jika organisasi tidak fokus meningkatkan job crafting diperusahaan. Kedua perusahaan layakmnya dapat membina karyawan agar lebih mengontrol emotional intelligence untuk meningkatkan innovative work behaviour.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata secara langsung akan menunjukkan keterkaitan langsung antara dunia pendidikan dan upaya perwujudan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Beberapa aspek yang diperlihatkan dalam pelaksanaan kuliah kerja nyata adalah yang pertama keterpaduan pelaksanaan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang berupa pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Program utama kegiatan KKN ini menyusung tema ekonomi dan kewirausahaan dengan metode pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Kegiatan sosialisasi dampak positif penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran produk keripik emping dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat seperti pengertian, tujuan dan manfaat dari media sosial. Pengguna media sosial ini sangat bermanfaat dan berdampak positif bagi UMKM rumahan untuk lebih meningkatkan penjualan produknya guna meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Selain itu, masyarakat juga diberikan edukasi bagaimana cara menggunakan media sosial untuk menjual atau memasarkan produknya. Tujuan dari pelatihan menerapkan media sosial yaitu guna meningkatkan penjualan masyarakat,dan menunjang perekonomian di Desa Kampung Kolam

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze work discipline, work supervision, and communication on employee performance at the Forestry Service Office of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this study is associative. In contrast, the population in this study is employee performance employees at the Forestry Service Office of North Sumatra Province, 666 employees; using the slovin formula, a sample of 87 people was obtained. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results prove that simultaneously and partially, work discipline, work supervision, and communication significantly affect employee performance at the Forestry Service of North Sumatra Province. The implication of this research is on the communication variable, where communication is essential and very needed for employees so that there are no mistakes in the work being done, which causes a decrease in employee performance.

Abstract

Universities have a social responsibility to contribute to the progress of society, not only at the local or national level but also at the global level. This form of collaboration is carried out with partners such as overseas orphanages which can overcome obstacles and problems in realizing the synergy of the three dharmas of higher education by providing clean and healthy living behavior programs through personal hygiene health education activities in the orphanage environment to increase knowledge among children in the orphanage. The activity method focuses on interaction by providing counseling to increase knowledge about the importance of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) as an effort to strengthen a clean culture that prioritizes health. The service to the international community carried out collaboratively between the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra and the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia went smoothly and provided positive feedback and results to the children in the orphanage, including cognitive abilities as the main capital to improve the experience and quality of health education for children in the orphanage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of talent management practices, including talent recruitment practice, training and development practice, and compensation practices, on Medical Representative performance, with the mediation of organisational learning and innovative behaviour. Based on data collected from companies in the pharmaceutical industry sector in Medan City, Indonesia, with a sample size of 260 and sampling techniques using accidental sampling, the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM - PLS) with SEM PLS 4.0 software. The study’s results indicate that talent management practices (talent recruitment, training and development, and compensation practices) significantly positively affect sales performance. Only talent recruitment does not directly affect Medical Representative performance but hurts learning. In addition, learning organisations are proven to mediate the relationship between talent management practices and Medical Representatives. At the same time, innovative behaviour also plays a role in mediating the effect of talent management practices on Medical Representative performance. These findings provide insight for practitioners in designing more effective sales force management policies in improving sales performance and highlight the importance of learning organisations and innovative behaviour as the main supporting factors.

Abstract

Penggalangan dana konvensional di SMP Muhammadiyah 50 masih terbatas pada jangkauan lokal, proses manual yang berbelit, serta minimnya transparansi pelaporan, sehingga menurunkan kepercayaan dan partisipasi donatur. Studi ini mengusulkan dan merancang website rumah donasi sebagai solusi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan donatur hingga nasional–internasional, menyajikan kebutuhan pendanaan sekolah secara terbuka, serta menyederhanakan alur donasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi perancangan berpusat pada pengguna dengan pelibatan sekolah, alumni, orang tua, dan masyarakat; pengembangan fitur inti (halaman kampanye kebutuhan, payment gateway aman, dasbor laporan real-time, cerita dampak, dan profil prestasi sekolah); serta rencana evaluasi berbasis metrik (pertumbuhan donatur lintas wilayah, nilai donasi, tingkat konversi, waktu/klik untuk berdonasi, dan tingkat keterlibatan komunitas). Implementasi diharapkan meningkatkan transparansi (akses laporan penggunaan dana secara waktu nyata), mempercepat proses donasi (alur ringkas beberapa klik), dan memperkuat branding sekolah yang profesional dan akuntabel. Kontribusi utama riset ini adalah model penggalangan dana berbasis web yang replikatif untuk satuan pendidikan, yang bukan hanya menutup kesenjangan pendanaan jangka pendek, tetapi juga membangun jejaring dukungan berkelanjutan melalui keterlibatan alumni, orang tua, dan masyarakat luas. Dengan memaksimalkan transparansi dan kemudahan akses, SMP Muhammadiyah 50 berpotensi menjadi pelopor penggalangan dana digital pendidikan di tingkat lokal hingga internasional
