Abstract

Plagiarism in research can occur due to accident or intentional. Plagiarism is an act that violates copyright and includes actions that harm others. In submitting the title of the research, for example, for the final assignment research, not a few students who repeatedly submitted titles were rejected and considered doing plagiarism because the title proposed had already existed before. Then we need a system that can detect the similarity between the titles to be submitted and the existing titles so that it is expected to reduce the occurrence of plagiarism. This study uses a winnowing algorithm to find the percentage similarity between titles. The Google Scholar will be used to obtain data on research titles that have been previously available as comparison titles. Web scraping with CURL (Client URLs) and simple HTML DOM parser is used to retrieve title data from Google Scholar. The results of the study with the application of a Winnowing algorithm to find the percentage similarity to data from Google Scholar were able to present a percentage of similarities in percent with the category of mild, moderate or severe plagiarism, while also helping early detection as prevention of plagiarism.

Abstract

The implementation of the online education fee payment system is one of the efforts to improve the quality of academic services. The process of paying academic fees by involving banks has facilitated financial data processing for higher education institutions. But because academic payment data is stored in the banking system, the payment data information cannot be automatically recorded in academic information systems managed by higher education institutions. The lack of recognition of academic information systems managed by tertiary education with information systems on the payment of academic fees managed by banks, has caused disruption to the smooth running of the academic process. Students who have made payments through a bank must submit proof of payment to the academic department at the higher education institution, to manually input data on the academic information system. This activity takes time and is repeated every payment period. In order to overcome these problems, system integration is done using web service technology. The experimental results from the research have built 3 main services (apiDataTumpul, apiUpdate, apiReversal), which are implemented on a host-to-host system architecture. Web service implementation can integrate both systems, so that data updates between systems can be done in real time.

Abstract

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Universitas Siliwangi yang baru di dirikan pada tahun 2017 dalam pelakasanaan  pelayanan permohonan sertifikasi profesi belum secara komputerisasi, selain itu data dan informasi belum terhubung dengan website BNSP. Sehingga banyak terjadi redudansi data dan masih banyak data dan informasi yang harus diinput manual berulang. Diperlukan Teknik khusus untuk mendapatkan informasi dan data secara otomatis dari website BNSP. Salah satu cara untuk pertukaran data yaitu dengan memanfaatkan API (Application programing interface), namun belum tersedia pada website BNSP, sehingga cara lain dapat menggunakan Teknik Web Scraping dengan menggunakan HTML DOM agar data dan informasi BNSP dapat langsung diambil untuk sistem LSP Universitas Siliwangi. Hasil penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat sistem dengan menerapkan Teknik web scraping sehingga sistem LSP UNSIL mendapatkan data dan informasi terkini secara otomatis.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenjaga kebersihan masjid merupakan suatu hal yang harus dilakukan secara rutin. Namun masih terdapat beberapa masjid yang melakukan kegiatan bersih-bersih tidak sercara rutin dan kurang optimal. Keberadaan organisasi yang memberikan layanan kebersihan masjid merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat mengatasi masalah ini. “Tim Bebersih Masjid (TBM)” merupakan suatu organisasi non profit yang salah satu aktivitasnya memberikan layanan kebersihan masjid tanpa biaya. Beberapa kendala yang ditemui TBM dalam operasional diantaranya: terbatasnya fasilitas media penyebaran informasi layanan kebersihan masjid, terbatasnya informasi bagi masyarakat yang akan menjadi donatur, terbatas jumlah tim personil kebersihan. Agar operasional kegiatan TBM lebih optimal, dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini diusulkan untuk membuat Aplikasi Tim Bersih-bersih Masjid (TBM) berbasis mobile yang terhubung dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian terbagi menjadi tiga bagian, diantaranya: persiapan, pengembangan aplikasi TBM berbasis web dan berbasis Android, pelaksanaan.Aplikasi dirancang untuk dapat menghasilkan informasi: data masjid yang akan dibersihkan, jadwal membersihkan masjid, narahubung Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) dan histori aktivitas kebersihan. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian, informasi layanan kebersihan masjid dapat diakses melalui tautan http://masjidbersih.org dan permintaan layanan kebersihan dapat diakses melalui aplikasi berbasis android yang tersedia di google playstore dengan nama “Tim Bebersih Masjid – Layanan Bebersih untuk Umat”. Kata kunci: android; aplikasi; bersih; masjid. ABSTRACTMaintaining the cleanliness of the mosque as a place of worship for Muslims is something that must be done regularly. However, in its implementation, there are still several mosques that have not carried out routine cleaning activities and are less than optimal. The existence of an organization that provides mosque cleaning services is one solution that can overcome this problem. The existence of mosque cleaning services is one of the ideas to overcome this problem. “Tim Bebersih Masjid (TBM)” is a non-profit organization whose activities include providing mosque cleaning services at no cost. Some of the obstacles encountered by TBM in its operations include: limited media facilities for disseminating information on mosque cleaning services, limited information for people who will become donors, limited number of cleaning personnel teams. In order for the operation of TBM activities to be more optimal, in this service activity it is proposed to create a mobile-based Tim Bebersih Masjid (TBM) Application that is connected to a web-based application. The application is designed to be able to generate information: mosque data to be cleaned, mosque cleaning schedules, contact person for the Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) and history of cleaning activities. After the service activities have been carried out, information on mosque cleaning services can be accessed via the link http://masjid Bersih.org and requests for cleaning services can be accessed through an Android-based application available on the Google Playstore under the name “Tim Bebersih Masjid – Layanan Berbersih untuk Umat”. Keywords: android; application; clean; mosque.

Abstract

Empirically tourism has shown increasing growth marked by an increase in the frequency of people who travel. Tourism activities create many benefits including the spread of development, foreign exchange earnings, regional income through tax collection, employment and creating business opportunities. The problem that often arises is that there are still many people who travel, but instead it creates new thoughts. Traveling is also an important physical need without us knowing. One of the decision-making problems faced with various criteria is the process of selecting tourist attractions. In the process of profile matching in broad outline is the process of comparing the competency of visitors into the competence of tourist attractions so that the competency differences can be known (also called a gap), the smaller the gap produced, the greater the value weights which means it has a greater chance for the priority of certain tourist attractions chosen by tourists (visitors). While the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method is a multi-criteria decision making method. This multi-criteria decision making technique is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that illustrates how important compared to other criteria. Each tourism object has the value of road access criteria, facilities, prices and visitors from the results of the previous profile matching calculation, then the weight normalization calculation from the simple multi attribute rating method is calculated and summed to find out the final score results, and then descending. From the results, the selection of suitable tourism object is very objective because it has fulfilled the assessment of each criteria.

Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus outbreak, or commonly abbreviated as Covid-19, is currently almost paralyzing human life in various sectors. Compared to other coronaviruses such as SARS-Cov and MERS-Cov, Covid-19 spreads very quickly in multiple countries and regions. Also, the difficulty of information obtained accurately and in real-time for the community. The role of information technology is vital for the community in monitoring the coronavirus. This research utilizes web service technology to collect data and integrate services from various sources. The protocol and web service architecture used is representational state transfer (REST), with independent data exchange using the JSON format. Web service is made with node.js as well as android applications using an android studio. The results of this study have obtained a mobile-based android application that can present covid-19 data accurately and in real-time. Data recapitulation coronaviruses distribution from four service sources that have been integrated can display globally and locally in Indonesia.

Abstract

Bentuk komunikasi yang sedang menjadi trending saat ini adalah bertukar pesan atau chatting. Chatting sendiri memanfaatkan teknologi berkirim pesan secara real time menggunakan teks melalui jaringan internal. Metode chatting dimulai dari synchronous sampai sekarang Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX). AJAX memiliki dua metode yaitu polling dan long polling. Long polling memiliki permasalahan yaitu, request data dari server secara terus-menerus apabila hanya satu client yang melakukan request berulang seperti itu, mungkin tidak masalah, akan tetapi apabila ada beberapa client yang mengakses satu server dan berulangkali melakukan metode Polling maka, server akan jadi sibuk dan rentan terkena serangan DDOS. Sehingga untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dibuatlah protokol yang menyediakan saluran komunikasi full-duplex melalui koneksi TCP tunggal yang biasa disebut websocket. WebSocket merupakan bagian dari HTML5 yang menghadirkan pengurangan besar dalam lalu-lintas jaringan yang tidak penting dan latency, dibandingkan dengan solusi polling dan long-polling yang telah digunakan untuk mensimulasikan koneksi dua arah dengan cara menjaga dua koneksi tetap terhubung. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dibuat untuk melakukan perbandingan antara websocket dan ajax, dengan hasil akhir menunjukan persentase transmit data network ajax 90,37% dan websocket 9,63% serta receive data network untuk ajax 94,88% dan websocket 5,12%.

Abstract

Google Scholar is a web-based service for searching a broad academic literature. Various types of references can be accessed such as: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles from academic publishers, professional communities, pre-printed data centers, universities and other academic organizations. Google Scholar provides the profile creation feature of every researcher, expert and lecturer. Quantity of publication from an academic institution along with detailed data on the publication of scientific articles can be accessed through Google Scholar. A recap of the publication of scientific articles of each researcher in an institution or organization is needed to determine the research performance collectively. But the problems that occur, the unavailability of recap services for publishing scientific articles for each researcher in an institution or organization. So that the scientific article publication data can be utilized by academic institutions or organizations, this research will take data from Google Scholar to make a recap of scientific article publication data by applying web scraping technology. Implementation of web scraping can help to take the available resources on the web and the results can be utilized by other applications. By doing web scraping on Google Scholar, collective scientific article publication data can be obtained. So that the process of making scientific publications data recap can be done quickly. Experiments in this study have succeeded in taking 236 researchers data from Google Scholar, with 9 attributes, and 2,420 articles.

Abstract

Perjuangan University is developing an information system in its campus, but the system is partially built. This has resulted in its own problems, there is no connectivity between systems and the difficulty of developing data integration. So that in the business process that occurs many experience difficulties in data synchronization and the amount of duplicate data that must be entered. One solution to overcome this problem is to utilize web service technology. The web service architecture used is REST. REST as a bridge that is able to integrate data in a stateless format. The results of the application of the web service as a backend system are able to integrate the existing academic information systems and library information systems without changing existing structures, programs or architecture. Format data exchange between systems using the JSON format. In addition, officers do not need to input and verify data several times, when the data in the library information system changes automatically in the academic information system the changes are immediately read.

Abstract

Public attention to the place of health clinics greatly affect the needs that are very important in their lives, there are health clinics scattered in the Tasikmalaya area. The community does not only think about clinics that are worth visiting but also thinks about the actions given to patients suffering from certain diseases to be handled by medical workers, and also viewed from the facilities provided to provide comfort for the community. Therefore an application is needed to provide health clinic recommendations. This study aims to create a health clinic recommendation system using the Slope One algorithm and Term Frequency Rank as a substitute for a manual system and provide appropriate recall. The steps to complete this research are to design, manufacture, test and improve the recommendation system. The results of the study were in the form of a website-based health clinic recommendation system application. From the tests that have been done, it can be seen that the design of a health clinic recommendation system can provide health clinic recommendations in accordance with the Slope One algorithm and Term Frequency Rank algorithm designed.
