Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di CV Sumber Jaya Springs Gresik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana responden terdiri dari pemilik, administrator, dan karyawan CV Sumber Jaya Springs Gresik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi berfokus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman secara luas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi di perusahaan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk pengakuan, penghargaan, peluang pengembangan karir, serta lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Selain itu, budaya organisasi yang kuat dan positif, yang mencakup nilai-nilai seperti kerjasama, inovasi, dan dukungan manajemen, terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan yang merasa termotivasi dan bekerja dalam budaya organisasi yang positif cenderung menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih tinggi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan bahwa CV Sumber Jaya Springs Gresik memperkuat program motivasi kerja dan terus mengembangkan budaya organisasi yang mendukung untuk mencapai kinerja optimal. Selain itu penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi manajemen CV Sumber Jaya Springs Gresik dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan memperkuat budaya organisasi, serta menawarkan kontribusi penting bagi literatur akademik mengenai motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi dalam konteks perusahaan manufaktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang inovatif dapat meningkatkan kemandirian wanita melalui digitalisasi program PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) di RT 01 RW 04, Medokanayu Surabaya (“PKK Kosagrha”). Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi modern, PKK Kosagrha telah mengintegrasikan sistem manajemen proyek, platform kolaborasi, dan program mentoring digital untuk memberdayakan anggotanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami dampak teknologi terhadap keterlibatan dan partisipasi anggota, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih inklusif dan kolaboratif. Anggota merasa lebih terlibat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan memiliki akses yang lebih baik terhadap informasi yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan program. Selain itu, pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan mentoring terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan digital anggota, yang pada gilirannya mendorong kemandirian mereka. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan akses internet dan kebutuhan untuk pelatihan yang lebih inklusif masih perlu diatasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi literatur mengenai manajemen SDM dan pemberdayaan wanita, serta menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mencapai tujuan sosial.

Abstract

Tahun 2015 menjadi momen lahirnya Emina, brand kecantikan lokal yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation, Emina memposisikan diri sebagai merek yang menyasar segmen remaja dan konsumen muda dan berhasil memanfaatkan peluang tersebut. Penelitian ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga & inovasi produk terhadap omset pembelian kosmetik merek lokal Emina di wilayah Surabaya dan Sidoarjo, memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, peneliti mengumpulkan data sebanyak 63 responden pengguna produk Emina melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis regresi linear berganda mengindikasikan bahwa harga & inovasi produk berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial dan simultan atas omset pembelian, dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,4% terhadap variasi omset. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa strategi harga yang kompetitif dan inovasi produk yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan penjualan secara efektif. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah mempertahankan harga yang terjangkau, mengikuti tren kecantikan, dan memantau preferensi konsumen secara berkala untuk memperkuat posisi Emina di pasar kosmetik lokal yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Promosi (X1) dan Diskon Harga (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) di kalangan pengguna TikTok Shop di Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui Google Forms, dengan 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan sampling purposif berdasarkan kriteria yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 31, termasuk Uji Instrument (Validitas dan Reliabilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik (Normalitas, Multikolinearitas, dan Heteroskedastisitas), Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis (t-test, F-test, dan Koefisien Determinasi). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa baik Promosi maupun Diskon Harga secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil uji t parsial menunjukkan bahwa Promosi (t = 6.745) dan Diskon Harga (t = 7.219) lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (1.984 pada α = 0.05, n = 100), mengonfirmasi signifikansi statistik. Uji simultan melalui uji F menghasilkan nilai 82,264 dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0,001, menunjukkan bahwa diskon harga dan promosi secara bersamaan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti bahwa strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan Promosi dan Diskon Harga sangat relevan dalam konteks belanja online melalui platform perdagangan sosial seperti TikTok Shop. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan dan UMKM lokal mempertimbangkan untuk mengintegrasikan strategi Promosi dan Diskon Harga, karena kombinasi ini merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen dan meningkatkan kinerja penjualan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The research conducted to know the discipline, motivation and competencies impacted on performance of employee at Evy Beautrec ("EB"). EB is a salon and beauty equipment manufacturer based in Surabaya. The study employed quantitative methods using saturated sampling/all respondents from the population are used as the research sample. The sample size was 33 people who are employees of EB. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting several interviews with the respondents. The methods used to analyze the data were multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS tool. The results of the research are confirmed by t-test calculations, which show that discipline, motivation and competence have a significant impact on EB employees’ performance respectively. Furthermore, the F-test results show that EB employees’ performance simultaneously impacted by discipline, motivation and competence. Of the three independent variables studied, motivation has the greatest effect on EB employees' performance, followed by competence and discipline. Previous findings have shown that still nothing variables that impacts on employees performance, and this phenomenon has attracted the interest of researchers to investigate the performance of EB employees in relation to the impacted by work discipline, motivation and competence.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the type of democratic leadership and its impact on improving services to fishing pond customers. Through a qualitative research approach, the researcher identified and analysed various aspects of democratic leadership related to improving the customer service of fishing ponds. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with managers and staff of fishing ponds that apply democratic leadership, as well as participatory observation to understand the dynamics of the work group. The results showed that strong democratic leadership plays an important role in influencing organisational culture, employee participation, and the quality of service to customers. The active participation of employees in decision-making, their involvement in designing and implementing policies, and the existence of a fair division of power all contribute to the improvement of responsive and quality services. In addition, this research highlights the importance of open and transparent communication between managers and employees, which allows for a strong sense of ownership, trust and collaboration. In the context of a fishing pond, democratic leadership creates a reliable work environment, where employees feel valued and encouraged to innovate, which ultimately impacts customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In running large-scale production, raw materials are needed in large quantities. Careful planning is needed so that raw material inventory can be managed optimally and on target, so that it can meet production needs. Inventory control is very important to achieve this goal. Control is an important aspect of inventory management, which can help companies achieve the desired profit. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach by analysing existing data in a snack food company. The results showed that the inventory analysis of raw materials for wheat flour and refined sugar in the company was not optimal. From the analysis of the EOQ method, it was found that the amount of flour raw material inventory was 11,912 kg with a purchase frequency of 30 times per year, while for refined sugar it was 10,212 kg with a purchase frequency of 59 times. In conclusion, there is a difference in total inventory costs for flour raw materials of Rp 38,670,189 and for refined sugar of Rp 122,117,065 compared to the company's current policy.

Abstract

Research in Desa Sidodadi, Bojonegoro, examined effective promotional strategies for enhancing catfish sales. Using qualitative interviews with farmers, it showed that utilizing social media and partnering with local vendors expanded consumer outreach and boosted product visibility. Digital marketing reduced distribution costs and facilitated direct customer interactions, leading to higher customer loyalty and satisfaction. Workshops and seminars raised public awareness about catfish benefits but highlighted dependencies on intermediaries and ineffective distributions needing improvement via better logistical arrangements. Analyzing SWOT helped farmers leverage strengths while mitigating weaknesses, opportunities, and threats effectively. Recommendations included upgrading digital technologies in marketing campaigns alongside educational sessions on modern marketing practices coupled with strategic alliances between farmers' cooperatives or individual producers with local retailers/restaurants aiming substantial increases in overall sale volumes.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the application of humanistic leadership values and their influence on the psychological well-being and performance of employees in a spiritual-based service organisation, namely Umi Muthmainah Berkah Umrah and Haji Travel in Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in depth the experiences and perceptions of leaders and employees. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analysed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that leaders apply a leadership style based on empathy, appreciation, and support for employees, thereby creating a harmonious, open, and trusting work atmosphere. Humanistic leadership has been proven to improve employees' psychological well-being, intrinsic motivation, and work loyalty. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of three main theories Humanistic Leadership, Psychological Well-Being, and Self-Determination in the context of religious service organisations, which emphasises the importance of spirituality as a reinforcing factor in the relationship between leadership and employee well-being.
