Abstract

The usage of advertising as a medium for marketing products/services is used by various businesses to increase profits. The advertising medium mainly used is billboards, which still use fossil energy as an energy source. The Indonesian government's 2060 Net Zero Emission Program promotes using renewable energy (RE) as an energy source, such as photovoltaic (PV) as electrical energy from solar heat. As with RE, the development of PV still has problems in products and business, but PV is ready to be used as an energy source to reduce electricity bill costs. The business idea of PV installation in the advertising company sector emerged to support the government program Net Zero Emission, making advertising companies "green jobs" and absorbing human resources from vocational schools. Business conceptual design with value chains, business model canvas, and lean canvas expected can provide an overview of business opportunities with EBT for Indonesia that are environmentally friendly and energy independent.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the debt audit procedures at PT ABC by public accounting firm Namira where this study discusses the procedures and preparation of third party debt audit work papers at PT ABC by KAP Namira. A company will need the help of a third party, namely an auditor to determine the effectiveness of internal controls and the fairness of the financial statements to be examined. With the help of auditors, evidence on the preparation of the company's financial statements can be examined and evaluated in order to improve the ability to manage funding sources for the sustainability of the company's activities and increase the confidence of users of the financial statements produced by the company. In this case the auditor must examine all the components of the company's financial statements, one of which is on the balance sheet there is an account that must be checked by the auditor, namely debt. The debt arises because the company cooperates with third parties to carry out production activities and borrow funds for the sustainability of the company. Debt itself is a liability component that greatly affects every transaction that occurs, because trade payables are company obligations that must be paid and there are nominal misstatements that are very material for the sustainability of a company. To prevent this from the debt balance, it is necessary to conduct an audit as well as an examination. Based on the final project that the author has compiled, it comes from the internship activities that have been carried out and knows the debt audit procedures implemented by KAP NAMIRA including evaluating internal control evaluations, making top schedules and supporting schedules to sending debt confirmations and also doing vouching.

Abstract

High-stress levels can trigger other diseases if emotions are not channeled to reduce the feeling of stress. The stress-releasing activity that is currently trending is keeping animals, especially cats and dogs. Having a pet triggers awareness of the importance of pet care, especially in the context of home visiting services, highlighting the need for increased effectiveness of veterinary services. Determining a short route for veterinarians to visit their patients in a certain area is necessary in planning for pet clinics with home visit services. In the context of home visits by pet clinics, the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is used to determine the most efficient route veterinarians can use when visiting many patients in a certain area by minimizing the total distance traveled to save time. This research uses the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm with 2-opt logic to solve the TSP problem. This TSP optimization was completed by utilizing Google Colab as a machine learning computing medium using Python. The results of optimizing the total distance for the best routes of home visits to pet clinics was 292.81 kilometers. This research can still be developed for more complex routes and have requirements for each route destination, such as visiting time for each patient and distance between destination points. The research is expected to impact the welfare of pets and meet community needs positively.

Abstract

Media sosial menjadi ruang utama dalam mengekspresikan opini publik terhadap kebijakan pemerintah, termasuk kebijakan konversi kompor gas ke kompor induksi di Indonesia yang menimbulkan pro dan kontra. Meskipun analisis sentimen telah banyak digunakan untuk mengevaluasi persepsi publik terhadap proyek, belum terdapat kajian yang secara sistematis memetakan metode yang paling relevan untuk konteks kebijakan publik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi pendekatan analisis sentimen dalam studi proyek sebagai dasar metodologis untuk penelitian lanjutan mengenai opini publik terhadap kebijakan kompor induksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metodologi PRISMA terhadap 15 artikel terindeks Scopus periode 2016–2022. Analisis difokuskan pada pemetaan pendekatan metodologis dan pola penggunaannya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis leksikon dan machine learning, khususnya Support Vector Machine (SVM), merupakan metode yang paling dominan digunakan. Selain itu, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) sering dimanfaatkan sebagai metode pendukung untuk mengidentifikasi topik atau isu utama dalam data opini publik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi klasifikasi sentimen dan pemodelan topik menjadi pola metodologis yang paling umum dalam literatur. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan pemetaan metodologis yang dapat menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian empiris mengenai analisis sentimen kebijakan kompor induksi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and implement the Just In Time (JIT) method to reduce production lead time and improve production efficiency in the Headrest IMV production line at PT Toyota Boshoku Indonesia. The research employs an applied research approach using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, documentation, and time studies to evaluate the current production condition and measure performance improvements after JIT implementation. The results indicate that the initial production system, which operated under a push-based approach, experienced significant inefficiencies, including high waiting time, excessive Work In Process (WIP), and unbalanced workflow. After implementing JIT, production time per unit decreased from 13.2 minutes to 9.5 minutes, representing a 28% improvement. In addition, WIP levels were significantly reduced, and the production system transitioned into a pull-based system supported by Kanban. Layout redesign and work standardization further enhanced material flow and process stability. The implementation results also demonstrated improvements in key performance indicators, including reduced production lead time, shorter cycle time, lower WIP levels, and increased overall production efficiency. In conclusion, the implementation of JIT integrated with VSM effectively reduces production lead time, minimizes waste, and improves overall production efficiency. This study provides practical and empirical insights into the application of Lean Manufacturing principles in real industrial settings.

Abstract

Pengelolaan stok bahan baku termasuk hal yang krusial dalam memastikan kelancaran proses produksi dan optimalisasi biaya pada industri manufaktur. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT XYZ yaitu masih kurang efektif pada pengelolaan stok bahan baku RBD stearine, yang ditandai dengan frekuensi pemesanan yang tinggi serta potensi kekurangan bahan baku yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas produksi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji implementasi metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menetapkan kuantitas pembelian yang paling efisien, serta menghitung persediaan pengaman, titik pemesanan kembali, serta minimum dan maksimum stok. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini, lalu selain itu juga menggunakan data historis perusahaan yang diolah dengan metode EOQ. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa kuantitas pembelian yang efisien sebesar 1.529.706 kg dengan tingkat pembelian bahan baku selama satu tahun sebanyak 23 kali, lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan ketentuan perusahaan sebelumnya. Selain itu, diperoleh nilai safety stock sebanyak 8.592.695 kg, titik pemesanan kembali (ROP) ketika mencapai nilai 9.321.568 kg, total inventory cost sebesar Rp 6.941.807, serta maksimum stok sebanyak 10.122.401 kg. Penggunaan metode EOQ juga dapat meminimalkan total inventory cost sehingga pengelolaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode EOQ mampu mendukung upaya perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan pengendalian stok bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dianjurkan untuk mengimplementasikan metode EOQ secara berkelanjutan atau konsisten, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala guna meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku.

Abstract

Keamanan sistem informasi merupakan aspek krusial dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak modern,terutama dalam era transformasi digital yang masif. Salah satu metode pengujian keamanan yangberkembang saat ini adalah bug bounty, yakni sistem penghargaan kepada pihak eksternal (eticalhacker) yang berhasil menemukan celah keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis danmerancang sistem informasi dengan pendekatan keamanan proaktif berbasis temuan bug bounty. Studidilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus pada sistem absensi wajah berbasis web yangtelah mengalami beberapa eksploitasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa desain sistem yangmempertimbangkan umpan balik dari bug bounty lebih tahan terhadap serangan dan memiliki tingkatrisiko yang lebih rendah

Abstract

PT API merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang otomotif yang menghadapi tingkat cacat tinggi pada proses injection khususnya produk Duct S/A Air 8921. Berdasarkan data September–November 2025, ditemukan beberapa jenis cacat seperti NG Bubble sebesar 49%, NG Shortmold sebesar 25%, NG Shinkmark sebesar 17%, dan NG Scratch sebesar 9%, dengan NG Bubble sebagai yang paling dominan. Permasalahan ini dapat menurunkan kualitas produk dan efisiensi produksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ( FMEA ) untuk menentukan prioritas risiko kegagalan berdasarkan nilai Risk Priority Number ( RPN ), serta Fault Tree Analysis ( FTA ) untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab cacat secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama cacat berasal dari sirkulasi air chiller yang tidak lancar, parameter setting yang tidak stabil, nozzle bocor, dan material yang masih lembab. Hasil perbaikan menunjukkan penurunan tingkat cacat yang sangat siginifkan.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat kesadaran hukum (legal awareness) karyawan terhadap aspek hukum ketenagakerjaan masih menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam menciptakan hubungan industrial yang harmonis. Kondisi ini juga ditemukan pada PT. Arah Rezeki Berkah, di mana sebagian karyawan belum memahami secara optimal hak dan kewajiban dalam hubungan kerja, mekanisme penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial, serta perubahan regulasi ketenagakerjaan setelah berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahpahaman yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitas hubungan kerja di perusahaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum karyawan melalui penyuluhan hukum ketenagakerjaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penyuluhan hukum, diskusi interaktif, pembahasan studi kasus, serta penyusunan media edukasi hukum yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman karyawan mengenai hak dan kewajiban pekerja, perlindungan hukum dalam hubungan kerja, serta mekanisme penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial. Selain itu, media edukasi yang disusun dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana pembelajaran berkelanjutan di lingkungan perusahaan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu membentuk budaya sadar hukum, meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan ketenagakerjaan, serta mendukung terciptanya hubungan industrial yang lebih harmonis dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The growing demand for customized products and shorter delivery times has intensified the pressure on logistics and warehouse operations to become more efficient, flexible, and responsive. In this context, selecting an appropriate automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) is a complex multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem that requires a systematic, quantitative evaluation approach. This study proposes an integrated decision-making framework that combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to determine the most suitable automated storage technology for warehousing operations. Four key criteria were identified—Throughput, Accuracy, Ergonomics, and Space Utilization—and three alternatives were evaluated: Miniload, Vertical Carousel, and Vertical Lift. The AHP method was used to derive the relative importance of the criteria, producing consistent weights with a CR value of 8.28%. These weights were subsequently applied in the TOPSIS analysis to rank the alternatives based on their closeness to the ideal solution. The results indicate that Vertical Lift emerged as the optimal choice (CC = 0.6657), followed by Vertical Carousel (CC = 0.4657) and Miniload (CC = 0.3688). Sensitivity analysis, conducted through both One-at-a-Time (OAT) and scenario-based approaches, confirmed the robustness of the decision model under varying preference scenarios. This research contributes to the body of knowledge on warehouse automation decision-making by providing a transparent, quantitative, and adaptable framework that supports managers in enhancing operational performance and optimizing resource utilization.
