Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang jejak kehidupan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah dan perannya dalam kepeloporan dan ketokohannya, dan dimensi transendensi Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah secara profetik mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter sebagai spirit dan kepribadian para santri. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi partisipan, studi dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, mendeskripsikan kehidupan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah waktu di pondok pesantren. Kedua, mengetahui peran Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah dalam kepeloporannya mendirikan lembaga pendidikan, ketokohannya dalam Ormas dan kearifannya sebagai Mursyid Thoriqah Naqsyabandiyah Ahmadiyah Mudzhariyah. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan dimensi transendensi profetik kepemimpinan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah dalam mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter sebagai spirit dan kepribadian para santri dalam mengelola Pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah adalah ulama’ yang telah menghasilkan karya-karya kitab terkait keagamaan, tasawuf dan kebahasaan. Kedua, peran dan kiprah Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah sebagai tokok Pendidikan Islam, tokoh Ormas Keagamaan NU, serta tokoh sufi dan Mursyid Thoriqah Naqsabandiyah Ahmadiyah Mudzhariyah. Ketiga, prilaku dan kepemimpinan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah secara profetik transenden mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter para santri berupa kepribadian yang amanah, sabar, ikhlas dan istiqamah, kesederhanaan dan rendah hati, serta tegas dalam tindakannya.

Abstract

This Research expresses about perception of pre-eminent class in fulfilling the target in improving degree and capacities of school with sample model of certain class in class level. Study productivity motivation, technological facility, educator profesionalitas, curriculum of lifeskills vocational and payload of spiritualitas development, recruitment passe the achievement value, potency test of academic and special test in field of MIPA and also English. While leadership vision is to entangle educator and teaching staff in process of decision making supported by behavior, experience and head education . Some leadership resistance influencing is psychological factor, lack of support factor and faktor of SDM low and also less wellbalanced society demand factor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi penerapan pembelajaran keagamaan model tematik dan keefektifan model pembelajaran tematik dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran keagamaan Islam di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah An- Nidzamia, dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis wawancara, hasil pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dalam penerapannya meliputi perancangan kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, dan kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran yang berperspektif pembelajaran terpadu-tematik. Sedangkan keefektifan pembelajaran tercerminkan bermaknanya pembelajaran yang menghasilkan siswa aktif, menyenangkan, komunikasi meta-kognitif sehingga prestasi belajar siswa/santri Madrasah lebih efektif.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha memotret perubahan perilaku dalam kepemimpinan pondok pesantren. Dengan menggunakan kerangka berfikir teori perilaku seperti Leader Behaviour Describtion Questionaire (LBDQ) dan Leader Opinion Questionaire (LOQ) dan hasil Riset Rensis Likert, penulis berusaha menggali kearifan (wisdom) dalam kepemimpinan pesantren. Dengan kearifan tersebut, diharapkan terjadi perubahan bandul pola kepemimpinan di pesantren dari pola kharismatik-otoriter-paternalistik menuju pola rasionalistik-diplomatis-partisipatif, sehingga diharapkan terwujud kepemimpinan pesantren yang secara simultan mampu berperan sebagai pembaharu, rohaniawan, relawan dan volunteer sekaligus tidak gagap dan gugup di tengah arus dinamika zaman yang akseleratif.

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru saat ini semakin dituntut oleh masyarakat modern, karena kerja profesional itu sendiri adalah ciri modernitas. Dalam bidang pendidikan, pemerintah sedang mengupayakan hal ini melalui proses sertifikasi guru. MBS merupakan instrumen penting dalam pembinaan profesionalisme guru, sehingga niscaya suatu saat pendidikan kita sejajar dengan pendidikan negara-negara lainnya dengan tidak mengabaikan aspek politik praktis pendidikan yang membutuhkan suasana dan iklim para bijak pendidikan. Artikel ini menghadirkan MBS sebagai sosok manajemen mutakhir dalam konteks pendidikan nasional yang memungkinkan perubahan ke arah profesionalitas guru.

Abstract

Continuous professional development is the effort made by teachers to enhance their professionalism through established standards and the advancement of knowledge, technology, and art. The research aims to understand the management of training programs and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of these training activities. The research adopts a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research result on planning, committee formation, vision, mission, objectives, empowerment of members to become training facilitators, and collaboration with cultural experts. Organizing involves assigning tasks to eight members based on their competencies. In implementation, the training attracts Madurese language teachers from all levels, from elementary to high school, through collaboration with various parties and is conducted annually. Identified evaluations include planning, certificate issuance services, and time effectiveness. Supporting factors relate to the educational background and competency of members, the possession of laptops by all members, involvement in multiple organizations for easy information sharing, clear work programs, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include stagnant grant assistance, insufficient publication techniques, and the lack of community concern for the importance of preserving local cultural heritage, especially the Madurese

Abstract

Naqsyabandiyah Muzhhariyah is a splinter of the Naqsyabandi order whose followers are scattered on the islands of Madura and Kalimantan. In Sumenep this order was first introduced by KH Ali Wafa, then continued by his son KH Thaifur Ali Wafa. This research aims to find out the method of the Naqsyabandiyah Muzhhariyah tarekat in Sumenep Regency in educating Sufi students who are members of the tarekat. The approach used is qualitative with field studies. The results of this study indicate that the Naqsyabandiyah Muzhhariyah tarekat method in Sumenep Regency is neatly structured, from the material, routine zikr meetings and doctrinal teachings that become the education of the souls of its members in wading the spiritual journey towards Allah SWT. Naqsyabandiyah Muzhhariyah adalah sempalan tarekat Naqsyabandi yang pengikutnya tersebar di pulau Madura dan Kalimantan.Di Sumenep tarekat ini pertama kali dikenalkan oleh KH. Ali Wafa, kemudian diteruskan oleh putranya KH. Thaifur Ali Wafa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Muzhhariyah di kabupaten Sumenep dalam mendidik para murid sufi yang tergabung dalam terekat tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi lapangan . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Muzhhariyah di kabupaten Sumenep terstruktur secara rapi, dari materi,pertemuan rutin dzikir dan doktrinisasi ajaranyang menjadi pendidikan jiwa anggotanya dalam mengarungi perjalanan spritual menuju Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to theoretically describe the design of training programs. Using the library research method, this study is expected to provide a detailed explanation of its objectives. The findings indicate that the implementation of training programs involves several key stages, starting from identifying training needs that focus on skill gaps and organizational goals to designing and evaluating training programs. Training programs should be designed to meet the specific needs of participants and training objectives while considering available resources. Therefore, training design includes selecting relevant materials and setting clear goals. Effective training should demonstrate the relationship between educational theory and training practices, analyze training needs, and ensure follow-up actions that enhance the management of education and training programs. Thus, a training program design based on the identification of needs and organizational objectives can improve training effectiveness, ensure goal achievement, and support the optimal development of participants' competencies.

Abstract

Many Islamic educational institutions face the challenge of translating the noble values of prophetic leadership into effective operational strategies. This research addresses this gap by analyzing the strengthening model of prophetic leadership in building an excellent organizational culture at Al-Munawwarah Islamic Elementary School. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study finds that leadership effectiveness is not merely conceptual but is manifested in specific policies. Among these are the systematic integration of Islamic values into the national curriculum, the implementation of consistent disciplinary rules for teachers and students, such as the use of a public tardiness list, and the development of a collaborative culture through intensive vision communication and motivation. As a result, an educational environment that measurably supports the formation of students' moral character is established. This study offers a practical contribution in the form of an implementable framework, demonstrating how prophetic leadership principles can be translated into tangible programs and policies, making it replicable for other educational institutions.
