Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kharismatik-tradisional pesantren yang bersandar kepada keyakinan bahwa kyai mempunyai kualitas luar biasa yang bersifat teologis, kekuasaannya diyakini berasal dari Tuhan, serta fenomena kepemimpinan kolektif yang bersandar pada pembagian peran, tugas dan kekuasaan, sehingga lahirnya kepemimpinan kolektif di pesantren diasumsikan sebagai usaha bersama untuk mengisi jabatan baru sebagai tuntutan sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Perubahan kepemimpinan tunggal yang mengacu pada figur kyai tertentu ternyata tidak meniadakan otoritas kiai yang menjadi ciri utama pesantren, melainkan menempatkan kyai sebagai pengasuh yang terlembaga dalam dewan kekyaian (masyayikh). Abstract: This article discusses the behavior of charismatic leadership-traditional leadership which based on belief that the kyai has extraordinary  theological qualities His authority is believed derived from God, and the phenomenon of collective leadership that relies on the division of roles, tasks and powers, so the birth of a collective leadership in pesantren assumed as a common endeavor to fill the new position as the social demands of society. Changing  in  single leadership which refers to a specific kyai did not negate kyai’s authority. But it extends Kyai’s authority in the form of institution named the council of kyai (masyayikh). Abstract

Pendidikan berkeunggulan tidak hanya lahir dari sekolah umum tetapi juga dapat lahir dari pesantren yang memiliki konsep pendidikan berkeunggulan seperti di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Puncak, yaitu IICP (International Islamic Class Program). Tujuan penelitian ini, pertama, mendeskripsikan strategi pemimpin dalam promosi pendidikan berkeunggulan di Pondok Pesantren Darusalam Puncak Pamekasan. Kedua, mendeskripsikan implementasi perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan berkeunggulan. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan pemenuhan kebutuhan logistik untuk pendidikan berkeunggulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluiwawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, strategi promosi pendidikan berkeunggulan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi pada wali santri. Promosi juga dilakukan melalui media sosial, website resmi pondok pesantren, brosur, dan presentasi kepada berbagai lembaga. Kedua, implementasi perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan berkeunggulan dilakukan melalui analisis SWOT serta melibatkan tokoh-tokoh berpengaruh dan berpengalaman di bidangnya. Ketiga, pemenuhan logistik serta sarana dan prasarana menjadi prioritas utama untuk pendidikan berkeunggulan di Darussalam Puncak. Kesimpulan, strategi pemimpin dalam pemasaran pendidikan berkeunggulan di lingkungan pesantren Darrusalam Puncak Pamekasan dilakukan dengan konsep bauran pemasaran terdiri dari 7P, yaitu: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process dengan mengedepankan pada promosi, harga, hasil. Excellence education is not only born from public schools but can also be born from pesantren (Islamic boarding school) with excellent education concept such as at the Darussalam Puncak Islamic Boarding School, namely IICP (International Islamic Class Program). This study aims, first, to describe the strategy of the leader in the promotion of excellent education at Pondok Pesantren Darusalam Puncak Pamekasan. Second, to describe the implementation of excellent education marketing planning. Third, describing the fulfilment of logistical needs for excellent education. This research used a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The data collection method was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analysed by using an interactive model and the data validity was carried out by testing the credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed, first, the strategy of promotion is carried out by socializing the IICP to students’ parent. In addition, it is also carried out through social media, the pesantren official website, brochures, and presentations to various institutions. Second, the implementation of marketing planning is analysed through SWOT and involved influentialand experienced figures in their fields. Third, the fulfilment of logistics, facilities, and infrastructure are top priority for IICP. In conclusion, the leadership strategy in marketing excellent education at Pondok Pesantren Darrusalam Puncak Pamekasan is implemented with the concept of a marketing mix consisting of 7Ps, namely: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process by prioritizing promotions, prices, and results.

Abstract

Salah satu keunikan masyarakat Madura sampai saat ini adalah konsep kobhung yang menjadi tempat penting untuk aktivitas keagamaan maupun mengawasi aktivitas anggota keluarga. Walaupun ada fungsi lain yaitu fungsi ekonomi maupun sosial yang dimainkan oleh kobhung tersebut. Riset ini membahas peran kobhung di tengah kebudayaan Madura; yang posisinya berada di sebelah Barat (kiblat) taneyanlanjheng (halaman panjang) di setiap permukiman penduduk. Ia berfungsi sebagai pusat aktivitas laki-laki (suami) untuk melakukan transfer nilai religi kepada anak-anak atau isteri mereka. Di sisi lain, ia juga sebagai simbol pengawasan dan kontrol (panopticon) keluar-masuk anggota keluarga, terutama laki-laki (suami) atas perempuan (istri). Hal ini terlegitimasi oleh tradisi patriarkal di masyarakat Madura yang tercermin dalam konsep bhupa’, bhabhu, ghuru, rato sangat kental. Konsep ini merupakan sebuah referential standard kepatuhan masyarakat Madura terhadap figur-figur utama secara hirarkis. Oleh sebab itu, riset ini mengurai dinamika budaya dan upaya istri dalam memposisikan diri mereka di tengah budaya patriarkhi. Riset ini lebih masuk pada jenis kualitatif fenomenologi yang meneropong dinamika relasi suami-istri tersebut melalui peran kobhung. Koleksi data yang digunakan adalah tehnik interview dan observasi; sedangkan analisis data memakai analisis interaktif Miles dan Hubermann. Riset ini menemukan bahwa perempuan di panagguan tidak bisa lepas dari konsep “tri aksi”, antara lain: adhandhan, arembi’, dan amassa’(merawat diri, melahirkan, dan memasak). Konsep ini merupakan wujud dari pengabdian dirinya atas keluarga yang diyakini sebagai kodrat (takdir). Karenanya, mereka sama sekali tidak menggugat; bahkan ia menerima dengan lapang dada tentang perannya di dalam rumah tangga. Kata Kunci: Kobhung, TaneyanLanjheng, Panoptikon One of the uniqueness of the Madurese community until now is the concept of kobhung which has become an important place for religious activities and oversees the activities of family members. This research discusses the role of kobhung among Madura culture; whose position is in the west (qibla) taneyan lanjheng (long yard) in each residential area. It functions as a center for male (husband) activity to transfer religious values to their children or their wives. On the other hand it functions as a symbol of supervision and control (panopticon) of family members, especially men (husbands) over women (wives). This is legitimized by the patriarchal tradition in the Madurese community which is reflected in the concepts of bhupa’, bhabhu , ghuru, rato that was very thick. This concept is a referential standard of Madurese compliance with hierarchical main figures. Therefore, this research outlines the cultural dynamics and the efforts of the wives in positioning themselves during patriarchal culture. This research is more into the qualitative type of phenomenology that looks at the dynamics of the husband-wife relationship through the role of kobhung. The data collection used was interview and observation techniques; while data analysis used the interactive analysis by Miles and Hubermann. This research found that women in Panagguan cannot be separated from the concept of “three-action”, among others: adhandhan, arembi’, and amassa’ (taking care of themselves, giving birth, and cooking). This concept is a manifestation of the devotion to the family which is believed to be natural (destiny). Abstract

First, this study discusses the settlement in the form taneyan lanjhang, namely “kobhung” located at the western end (qibla) not only serves as a center of activity for men namely the transfer of religious values to the next generation, but also a symbol of supervision and control (Panopticon) out of the family members. Second, women in villages Madura can not escape from adhandhan, arembi ', and amassa' (self-care, childbirth or caring for the family, and cooking) as a form of devotion to her husband and family. With this condition, they did not sue even accept gracefully about his role in the household, because it has been taught for generations.

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Putro Wali di Ponpes Nurul Ulum Tagrineh Manoan Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan perlu diberikan penguatan, diantaranya dengan model Lesson Study yang terdiri dari plan, do, dan see. Hasilnya terbukti  dapat memberikan penguatan pembelajaran  diantarnya  para guru antusias dan akan akan menerapkan secara kontinyu pasca pelaksanaan PKM. Model lesson study sebagai salah satu model pengembangan pembelajaran bagi guru yang menarik untuk dilakukan. Di samping sebagai sarana sillaturahim juga membuat pembelajaran semakin menarik disebabkan dipikirkan secara bersama melalui plan (perencanaan) termasuk dalam pembuatan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Selanjutnya pada tahap do (pelaksanaan) yaitu apa yang sudah direncanakan dilaksanakan oleh guru model yang sudah disepakati saat perencanaan. Sedangkan para guru lain menjadi pengamat sekaligus mencatat hal-hal yang ditemukan. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah see (refleksi) dengan mengevaluasi secara bersama-sama dibawah koordinasi guru model. Pada saat do siswa dalam hal ini si pebelajar di PKBM Putro Wali  menjadi menyenangkan, karena mereka diamati serta dapat merinteraksi dengan para guru yang mungkin belum pernah ditemui saat pembelajaran di PKBM. Si pebelajar juga bersungguh-sungguh sebab banyak guru yang melihat proses pembelajaran di PKBM sehingga juga menjadi motivasi sekaligus bisa disebut shock terapi.

Abstract

The educational institution must have a strategy in bringing about an improvement or change. Where strategy is a way in the process toward the goal. The progress of educational institutions today is highly demanded because of the strong flow of competition among educational institutions. Ability to compete with other institutions is a succes of educational institutions or the ability to give trust to the communit. Succes in an educational institution depends on the management applied within an institution. As well as the role of managers in embracing management systems, educational organizations and education planning to become a conducive educational environment. Because if the managed management is so good then the result to be achieved in the education will run effectively and produce a succes. Thus institutionsshould be able to embrace change management strategies in improving the quality of managerial education of Islam well.

Abstract

The existence of the community is one of the keys to the success and progress of the quality of educational institutions because when educational institutions are able to provide trust in the community they always support the activities of the institution. in accordance with the opinion of Mujammil Qamar in his book, that one of the keys to the progress of educational institutions is public trust, when they have trust in educational institutions, they will fully support, not only by sending their children to the education institution, but also recommending others to do so the same as him. Conversely, when the community does not believe, they do not not include their education institution's sons and daughters, but even influence their neighbors or employees, this means that the community is a strategic component that must be given full attention by education managers.

Abstract

Dalam memandang pendidikan Ibnu Khaldun berdasarkan pada hipotesis sesungguhnya manusia pada dasarnya “tidak tahu” (jahil), dan menjadi “tahu” (alim) melalui belajar. Maknanya, manusia termasuk dalam kelompok hewan, namun Allah telah memberikan suatu keistimewaan akal pikir, yang memungkinkan bagi mereka berperilaku secara teratur serta terencana, yang disebut akal pemilah (al-‘aql al-tamyizi); atau memungkin memahami macam daya pikir dan pendapat, timbal balik pada tata hubungan dengan sesama, yang disebut akal eksperimental (al-‘aql al-tajribi); serta memungkinkan bagi mereka untuk menggambarkan realitas-empiris dan non-empiris, yang disebut akal kritis (al-‘aql an-nadzori). Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis library reseach (kajian pustaka) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode analisis data Content Analysis (analisis isi). Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat kesimpulan pertama, menurut Ibnu Khaldun tujuan pendidikan setidaknya meliputi tiga aspek, yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemikiran, peningkatan kemasyarakatan, dan aspek pengembangan iman dan takwa. Kedua, materi dalam pendidikan Islam menurut Ibnu Khaldun dapat dibagi kedalam Ilmu-ilmu naqliyah (ilmu agama) dan ilmu-ilmu ‘aqliyah (ilmu umum). Ketiga, beberapa metode yang ditawarkan Ibnu Khaldun dalam proses pembalajaran antara lain metode menghafal, diskusi atau dialog, widyawisata (riẖlah), pentahapan (tadrīj) dan pengulangan (tikrar).
