Abstract

The interest in pursuing higher education is influenced by various factors, including promotional activities conducted by universities and the academic facilities offered. This study aims to analyze the effects of promotions and facilities on the interest in higher education at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Ibn Khaldun University (UIKA) Bogor, and examine whether promotions and facilities collectively influence the interest in higher education. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population comprises active students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, UIKA Bogor, with a sample of 75 respondents. The findings indicate that both promotions and facilities significantly and collectively influence the interest in higher education by 63.7%. Facilities have a greater influence, with each 1% increase in facilities leading to a 49.2% increase in the interest in higher education. Meanwhile, each 1% increase in promotions increases the interest in higher education by 29.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how Istitha’ah Health in the Hajj Pilgrimage is viewed in the aspect of Maslahah mursalah. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with normative juridical. The research results show that the Hajj pilgrims' health Istitha’ah must be based on the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 15 of 2016 by going through a series of health examination programs, including the first stage, second stage and third stage. Apart from that, the government is also implementing a health development program during the waiting period and departure period for Hajj pilgrims. The medical team or health management team for the Hajj pilgrims determines health Istitha’ah through a series of health checks. The first stage results in a diagnosis that is categorized as high health risk (risti) or not high risk (non-risti). The second stage determines the feasibility of Istitha’ah. The third stage is used to determine whether the Hajj pilgrims' health status is suitable for departure or not, referring to international aviation safety standards and/or international health regulations. From the perspective of Islamic law and Maslahah Mursalah, health guidance, both during the waiting period and during the departure period, is considered Maslahah Dlaruriyyah. This is related to providing convenience for fulfilling human needs, in accordance with the main principles in Islam, namely heredity, soul and reason. Thus, collaboration between the government and all elements is needed in efforts to provide outreach to Hajj pilgrims regarding comprehensive health Istitha’ah.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the priority of goals and its strategies on Islamic micro-financing especially at Islamic rural banking and Islamic cooperative. This study uses analytic network process (ANP) as data processing method. The findings are: first, maslahat of people is the most dominant goal on Islamic micro-financing both banking and non-banking service providers. Therefore, the most dominant alternative to achieve maslahat is to create empowering programs for needed people effectively. Second, internal strategy is the fittest strategy on Islamic micro-financing both Islamic rural bank and Islamic cooperative. And the alternative strategy to imply the internal strategy is to increase employment performance.

Abstract

Teacher creativity is an important factor in improving the quality of learning. However, there are still obstacles in developing teacher creativity, especially in terms of planning and implementing innovative learning. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome this problem is through periodic guidance by the principal. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of periodic guidance in improving teacher creativity at Citra Madani Cibinong High School. This study used a qualitative method with a School Action Research (SAI) approach. The research was conducted in two cycles consisting of preparation, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that periodic guidance by the principal contributed positively to the improvement of teacher creativity. Indicators of this improvement can be seen from the better attendance rate of teachers, the ability of teachers to develop lesson plans independently, and the results of principal supervision that show improved teacher performance. Findings from the first and second cycles show that teachers' creativity continues to improve along with the implementation of continuous periodic guidance. Abstrak Kreativitas guru merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam pengembangan kreativitas guru, terutama dalam hal perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah melalui bimbingan periodik oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas bimbingan periodik dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru di SMA Citra Madani Cibinong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan periodik oleh kepala sekolah berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas guru. Indikator peningkatan ini terlihat dari tingkat kehadiran guru yang lebih baik, kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) secara mandiri, serta hasil supervisi kepala sekolah yang menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja guru. Temuan dari siklus pertama dan kedua menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru terus meningkat seiring dengan pelaksanaan bimbingan periodik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Meningkatkan guru professional di sekolah adalah tugas seorang kepala sekolah sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah SMA Darul Abror Jatisampurna Bekasi yang telah meyelenggarakan workshop, seminar pendidikan dan pengajian rutin untuk guru dan tenaga pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada baik bersifat alamiah maupun rekayasa manusia yang lebih memperhatikan mengenai karakteristik, kualitas, keterkaitan antara kegiatan selain itu. Dampak positif dari kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Profesional Guru adalah meningkatnya profesionalisme dan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Selain itu juga guru-guru lebih termotivasi dalam meningkatkan professional dan kinerjanya, mereka merasa dihargai dan merasa nyaman dan terus meningkatkan kompetensinya baik paedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi professional.

Abstract

The green economy significantly impacts Indonesia's economy, with agriculture, forestry, and fisheries contributing 13.70% of the GDP in 2020 and 13.28% in 2021. Coffee, as a major agricultural commodity, serves as a vital non-oil export and has a strong domestic market presence, placing Indonesia as the fifth-largest coffee-consuming country worldwide. This paper highlights the innovative potential of edutainment tourism, focusing on the Coffee Fun Trip initiative in Bogor as a sustainable method to empower local coffee farmers. The Coffee Fun Trip blends educational and recreational experiences, enabling visitors to connect with the coffee production process while exploring scenic plantations and local cultural heritage. Initial efforts involve preparing accessible coffee plantations with infrastructure like camping grounds, pathways, and roasting equipment. Activities such as guided tours, coffee workshops, and tasting sessions emphasize the unique Arabica Limow Lestari coffee, cultivated by KTH Silih Asih, a local community group. Effective marketing through digital platforms, partnerships, and influencer collaborations is vital for attracting visitors. This program diversifies farmers’ incomes, preserves cultural traditions, and drives regional economic development. The Coffee Fun Trip offers a replicable model of sustainable tourism, merging education, entertainment, and community empowerment to benefit both visitors and local stakeholders.

Abstract

Media Known as a teaching tool that must be used by teachers, but is often ignored. There is no media used in the learning process, but generally it is done for various reasons. In the learning process, teachers must use media as a tool to make it easier for students to understand the material, but it is often ignored. In the learning process there is no media, but in general it is done because of reasons. There are many causes, for example in the limited learning time prepared, in finding media that is difficult to match and not available, and so on. The cause of the low interest in learning students in Islamic religious education subjects, low performance of educators so that it is less conducive. Although in schools that do not have an Islamic nuance, but in the curriculum there are Islamic religious education subjects, in delivering the material the educator is less affective so that students have a lack of interest in learning. This study aims to determine how the use of Audio visual learning media in Islamic Religious Education subjects affects learning interest at SDN Cihideung Udik 01 class VI A. This study uses quantitative methods. from the results of the study showed that the probability value of the audio-visual media variable is smaller than 0.05 and t count is greater than t table (15.208> 2.048). So it can be concluded that (X1) audio-visual media has a positive and significant effect on (Y) learning interest in students of SDN Cihideung Udik 01 Class VIA Kab Bogor. the F count value is 231.272 with a significance of 0.000. Because the level of significance is smaller than 0.05 and F count is greater than F table (231.272> 4.20). Then H0 is rejected, so it can be said that audio-visual media has a significant effect on learning interest.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan islam. Dalam beberapa penelitian disebutkan bahwa baik atau tidaknya kinerja dari seorang guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin (kepala sekolah). Maka dalam hal ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru dan apakah mampu menjalankan perannya dalam memimpin MTs Ibnu Sobri Jonggol. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Ibnu Sobri Jonggol. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di MTs Ibnu Sobri yang berjumlah 10 orang dan diambil seluruhnya sebagai sampel (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, otoriter, bebas, dan transformasional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru berdasarkan hasil uji-t, uji regresi linear, dan koefisien determinasi. Namun, hubungan korelasi yang lemah tetap menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan arah hubungan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun gaya kepemimpinan penting, terdapat faktor lain yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja guru di MTs Ibnu Sobri Jonggol.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education learning to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. The focus of the study includes opportunities, challenges, and strategies for optimizing the use of AI, especially in supporting adaptive, interesting, and relevant learning to the needs of students in the digital era. This study discusses students' understanding of the use of AI in Islamic Religious Education learning, identifies the obstacles faced, and formulates strategies for effective use of AI so that the teaching and learning process becomes more optimal and relevant. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon in depth. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed to find patterns and meanings. The results are presented in narrative form to describe the real conditions of the research object. This study aims to describe students' perceptions of the use of AI in Islamic Religious Education learning. Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The results show how students view the use of AI in supporting a more effective and relevant learning process with the times. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian mencakup peluang, tantangan, dan strategi optimalisasi pemanfaatan AI, khususnya dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang adaptif, menarik, serta relevan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa di era digital. Penelitian ini membahas pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan AI dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta merumuskan strategi pemanfaatan AI secara efektif agar proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih optimal dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis untuk menemukan pola dan makna. Hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk narasi untuk menggambarkan kondisi nyata objek penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasilnya menunjukkan bagaimana pandangan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan AI dalam mendukung proses belajar yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.
