Abstract

This paper aims to identify the priority of goals and its strategies on Islamic micro-financing especially at Islamic rural banking and Islamic cooperative. This study uses analytic network process (ANP) as data processing method. The findings are: first, maslahat of people is the most dominant goal on Islamic micro-financing both banking and non-bankingservice providers. Therefore, the most dominant alternative to achieve maslahat is to create empowering programs for needed people effectively. Second, internal strategy is the fittest strategy on Islamic micro-financing both Islamic rural bank and Islamic cooperative. And the alternative strategy to imply the internal strategy is to increase employment performance.

Abstract

The management of Hajj funds is a significant mandate with religious, social, and economic dimensions, and therefore requires the application of high transparency and accountability principles. This study aims to analyze the transparency and accountability of Hajj funds from the perspective of fiqh mu’amalah, by emphasizing sharia principles such as trust, justice, openness (transparency), and accountability. The research method is qualitative, with a normative approach, based on a literature review of the Qur'an, Hadith, fiqh rules, and legislation governing the management of Hajj funds. The results showed that in fiqh mu’amalah, the management of Hajj funds must be based on a clear contract, the use of funds in accordance with their allocation, and the disclosure of information to the pilgrims as shahibul maal. Transparency and accountability are not only administrative requirements but also Syar'i obligations that aim to maintain the benefit of the Ummah and prevent irregularities (mafsadah). Thus, applying the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of Hajj funds aligns with the values of fiqh mu’amalah and is key to building public trust and ensuring professional, sharia-compliant management. Abstract

This study aims to analyze potential collaboration models between sharia fintech and Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) in Indonesia and to determine which model offers the highest strategic impact according to expert judgment. Using the Analytic Network Process (ANP), this research evaluates four alternative collaboration models identified through literature review and expert interviews. The first model is Sharia Fintech as a Technology Enabler and Referral Partner, where fintech provides prospective customer referrals to BPRS. The second model is Sharia Fintech as a Technology Enabler and Distribution Channel, functioning as a fund channeling intermediary between BPRS and customers. The third model positions fintech as a technology enabler for creditworthiness assessment, focusing solely on credit scoring activities. The fourth model is Sharia Fintech as a Sharia Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Financing Enabler, in which fintech provides a project marketplace for BPRS to fund, with financing flows conducted through the P2P platform. ANP results show that Model 4 is the most preferred option, while Model 3 is the least recommended. Managerially, BPRS should prioritize Model 4 and establish a joint coordination team with fintech under the supervision of the sharia fintech association.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze knowledge conversion practices in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the SECI Model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) framework and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors influencing the process within business management dynamics. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design involving MSMEs in Bogor City. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with business owners and employees and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that knowledge conversion practices have not been fully implemented according to the complete SECI cycle and remain dominated by the socialization and externalization stages, which occur informally. Meanwhile, the combination and internalization stages have not been optimally implemented due to limitations in managerial literacy, technological utilization, and organizational capacity. Supporting factors include a communicative work culture, close interpersonal relationships among business actors, and access to training and external networks. This study highlights the importance of strengthening structured knowledge management systems to enhance MSMEs’ competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of project-based learning (PBL) in science education to enhance the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SDIT Qurrata'aini Baitussalam. Using a Mixed Methods approach with a Sequential Explanatory design, the results indicate that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model has a significant impact on the development of students' critical thinking skills. Quantitative analysis using the Independent Samples T-Test shows a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a substantial improvement in students' critical thinking abilities after implementing PBL. Observations and interviews with teachers reveal that students involved in projects are more engaged in discussions, able to formulate hypotheses independently, and more critical in evaluating information. Despite challenges such as limited facilities and time constraints, student enthusiasm and strong support from both the school and parents serve as the primary factors contributing to the success of this method. The findings of this study have implications for the education sector, including the need to enhance learning facilities, adjust the curriculum to allow more flexible time allocation for projects, and strengthen collaboration between schools and parents to support students' scientific exploration. With optimal PBL implementation, science education at the elementary school level can become more innovative and effective in fostering students' critical thinking skills.
