Abstract

Penelitian yang penulis lakukan berjudul peranan administrasi pemasaran produk sarihusada di PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk Cabang Bandung, tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui peranan administrasi dalam proses pemasaran yang di jalankan PT Tigaraksa dalam memasarkan produk sarihusada. Dalam proses pemasaran, PT Tigaraksa banyak menemui masalah-masalah seperti adanya kontrak kerjasama yang batal atau tidak sesuai dengan yg telah disepakati sebelumnya dengan mitra bisnis lain,adanya masalah alur pengiriman barang seperti keterlambatan pengiriman,dan masalah pembayaran yang tidak lancar dari pelanggan yang menyebabkan penghentian pengorderan barang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan marketing management, PT Tigaraksa selalu berupaya mempersiapkan kemungkinan adanya pembuatan produk baru dari para pesaing yang memungkinkan memasuki pasar baru, maka dari itu PT Tigaraksa terus berupaya melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan dalam memasarkan produknya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, dalam meningkatkan pemasaran produk, peranan administrasi sangat mendukung kegiatan pemasaran, karena dengan adanya administrasi seluruh kegiatan operasional perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Selain memperhatikan administrasi dalam kegiatan pemasaran, PT Tigaraksa juga terus berinovasi dalam kegiatan pemasarannya, yaitu dengan cara memahami keinginan konsumen, mengetahui situasi pasar, dan menggelar kegiatan promosi yang menarik, sehingga bisa menarik perhatian konsumen yang secara otomatis akan terjadi peningkatan permintaan konsumen terhadap produk Sarihusada

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine endorsement as a modern social media marketing trend. This research used a descriptive type of approach using a qualitative approach. The research subject is the Awkarin Online Shop Seller who is asked to provide information about a fact or opinion. The results of the researchers in this study are in accordance with the research conducted, namely Awkarin has 4 million Instagram followers, and is dominated by young people. Few have read the newspapers or heard the radio before seeing the advertisements. In addition, the television industry is increasingly widespread, so that the ease of changing channels makes people lazy to wait for advertisements from Endors to become a trend in marketing products, and there are many advantages of endorsers compared to commercial advertisements. Endorsements or endorsements are one of the new trends in generating more dynamic marketing strategies that are more effective for increasing sales. Endorsements are a form of advertising revolution, in a more personal way. Because endorsed goods are usually made as if they are goods that seem more natural than commercial advertisements. In addition, endorsement is one way to build public trust and endorsers make the sales value increase.

Abstract

Culinary Business continue to grow significantly. The growth can be seen in the emerging of cafes, restaurants, diners, and other eateries. One of many culinary business in Bandung is Cakrawala Sparkling Nature Restaurant. This restaurant is not only a place for dining but also a place for selfies due to instagrammable place design, that innovatively attract customers. Methods used this research is quantitative research that is data gathering through google observation, documentation, and library research. This research method will produce statistic of 100 google review’s writers by using simple random sampling in the form of bar diagram. The purpose of this research is to analyze the positive impact of interior innovation as entrepreneur’s creativity to attract customers. The building is located in highland area of Punclut, therefore customers can witness the beautiful panorama of Bandung City. The restaurant’s design is so unique as to adopt modern style architecture with skyline concept in every corner, such as rainbows with colorful glass wall that can reflect lights and also galaxy like design where the sunlight will penetrate Atlantis buildings that produce dining under the ocean sensations, with auroras, sun, equator, savanas, rainbow alley, and castle gateway. Every corner area has unique and interesting concept, therefore customers can have instagrammable spot to take selfies. Analysis resulting in positive impact of interior innovations in attracting customers. This means the better the interior design the better the customer’s interest in visiting the restaurant. The conclusion of this research can be used by entrepreneurs as innovation reference in culinary business and design in the purpose of creating customers’ satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the analysis of delegation leadership and paternalistic leadership on organizational development mediated by organizational culture is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to find out whether there is an influence between variables in this study. This study used a quantitative research approach. The population consisted of 65 supervisors, whose online questionnaire was distributed to several manufacturing companies in Jababeka in January – February 2024, resulting in 65 responses. The sample size remains 65 supervisors. The collected data was analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SEM PLS series 4. Before conducting data analysis, several tests were carried out to determine the significance between variables both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is more instrumental in shaping organizational commitment than training. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to leadership development as one of the strategies to increase the level of employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

Gunasari Village in Sumedang Regency has a rich and unique tradition of making Uyun Brooms, but this tradition is threatened with extinction due to modernization and globalization. The use of plastic materials in the production of Uyun Brooms is increasing, while the interest of the younger generation in continuing this skill is decreasing. To overcome this problem, the Social Entrepreneurship Innovation Training program in Sustainable Uyun Broom Production was designed with the aim of returning production methods to the use of natural materials, improving social entrepreneurship skills, and developing sustainable production models that support economic and environmental prosperity. This program will be implemented through several stages, preparation, namely by meeting participants and preparing training modules, implementing intensive training which includes theory and practice, mentoring by mentors through field visits, implementing demonstration plots as a solidification of sustainable production techniques, as well as consultation and social engineering to increase participation. public. Evaluation and reporting will be carried out to assess program achievements. The targeted outputs are Broom Uyun products that use entirely natural ingredients, increasing business management skills and sustainable production among craftsmen, sustainable social entrepreneurship models, effective marketing strategies, and preserving the tradition of making Broom Uyun.

Abstract

Kegiatan berbagi takjil di bulan Ramadhan merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian sosial yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan makanan berbuka puasa, khususnya bagi yang kurang mampu atau masih dalam perjalanan saat waktu berbuka tiba. Masjid Al-Ukhuwwah Kota Bandung menginisiasi program ini sebagai bagian dari upaya mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah serta menumbuhkan semangat berbagi di kalangan umat Muslim. Kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk panitia, donatur, dan relawan, yang bekerja sama dalam pengumpulan donasi, penyediaan takjil, serta pendistribusiannya kepada masyarakat. Agar kegiatan berjalan efektif dan tertib, diperlukan koordinasi yang baik serta perencanaan yang matang. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan berbagi takjil, mencakup mekanisme pengorganisasian, pembagian tugas, serta evaluasi program. Melalui program ini, diharapkan tidak hanya membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan, tetapi juga memberikan kesempatan kepada jamaah masjid dan masyarakat sekitar untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian dan kebersamaan. Dengan demikian, berbagi takjil tidak sekadar memberikan makanan, tetapi juga menjadi wujud nyata dari nilai-nilai kebajikan yang dianjurkan dalam Islam, terutama di bulan suci Ramadhan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris siswa SDN Sirnagalih, Kabupaten Bandung, khususnya dalam kemampuan mendeskripsikan orang atau benda di lingkungan sekitar. Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar sering kali masih terbatas pada pengenalan kosakata tanpa banyak kesempatan praktik berbicara, sehingga siswa kurang percaya diri dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara aktif. Melalui program kelas kreatif bahasa Inggris, kegiatan ini dirancang untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan dan kegiatan ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan manajemen pembelajaran yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilakukan secara interaktif, serta refleksi hasil kegiatan. Siswa dilibatkan dalam berbagai aktivitas, seperti pengenalan kosakata, permainan bahasa, role play, pembuatan poster, dan presentasi kelompok. Guru juga didampingi untuk mengembangkan variasi metode dan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa, penguasaan kosakata yang lebih luas, serta keberanian mereka dalam mendeskripsikan orang atau benda di lingkungan sekitar menggunakan bahasa Inggris sederhana.

Abstract

Pelayanan yang optimal di Posyandu sangat bergantung pada kapasitas kader untuk menyampaikan informasi yang jelas, menarik, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Namun demikian, di RW 13 Gading Tutuka 1, Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung, banyak kader Posyandu yang masih belum mengenal teknologi digital fundamental, seperti Microsoft Office dan Canva. Hal ini berdampak pada penyusunan laporan kegiatan yang tidak memadai, pelestarian data tentang balita dan ibu hamil, serta penyuluhan masyarakat yang belum disampaikan secara kasat mata dan informatif. Program ini berupaya meningkatkan kecakapan kader Posyandu dalam memanfaatkan Microsoft Word untuk pembuatan laporan, Excel untuk dokumentasi data, PowerPoint untuk presentasi penyuluhan, dan Canva untuk perancangan materi pembelajaran dan inisiatif promosi. Metode pelatihan dilaksanakan secara bertahap dan mencakup latihan praktik, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keterampilan peserta. Tujuannya agar kader Posyandu dapat meningkatkan kapasitasnya dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat berbasis digital dan meningkatkan dokumentasi dan publikasi kegiatan Posyandu secara mandiri. Pelatihan ini merupakan tahap awal dalam membangun posyandu yang responsif terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan memberikan layanan berbasis informasi yang unggul.
