Abstract

This study focused on measuring the entrepreneurial competence of MSME actors in the post-pandemic period. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to recruit the respondents. The respondents encompassed perpetrators, owners, and managers of SMEs assisted by the Indonesian Business Development Services Association (ADBSI) given government assistance (N=100). Technically, the Rasch Model was employed to measure Entrepreneurial competency since it is assumed to be the most appropriate model for quantitative data analysis in the field of human sciences. It enables the researchers to produce ordinal data. Tests with Winstep were carried out on entrepreneurial competency data in the pandemic era. They covered: summary statistics, item measures and Wright maps, item (column) fit order, item test (dimensionality), rating (partial–credit) scale test, differential item functional (DIF) test and probability value. The results of the study proved that the applied entrepreneurial competency instrument indicated good persons, Cronbach Alpha, and item reliability. The personal reliability coefficient obtained a value of 0.88. An item of 0.76 revealed good and fairly good. The results of one of the instruments were considered the most essential aspects related to entrepreneurial competencies. The competencies should be possessed by students to face the post-pandemic business competition.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out how satisfied Economics Education students class of 2020 were with the DANA application, which can be used as a medium for transactions in students' daily lives. DANA is intended to make it easier for students to make transactions that support their daily needs wherever they are and whenever they need it. However, there are some drawbacks in using the DANA application. One is that a reliable internet connection is required. This type of research uses quantitative analysis and a SWOT approach for DANA applications. Based on the findings of this research analysis, the researchers advise DANA developers to make regulations related to the development of DANA applications from the start in order to minimize unwanted risks as early as possible, handle them properly, and prevent losses to DANA parties and users. In addition, it is hoped that students will gain a better understanding and expertise of the DANA application to be able to use it properly. 75.8% of respondents to a survey conducted by researchers agreed that DANA can be applied in everyday life. And 68.9% of users are satisfied with the performance of the DANA application. These findings indicate that the DANA application is prepared for comparison among college students.

The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 software program. The results showed that the positive effect of LDR on NPL with a beta value of 0.047 and a significance value of 0.000. Positive effect of CAR on NPL with beta value 0.064 and significance value 0.036. Inflation has no effect on NPL with a beta value of -0.056 and a significance value of 0.286. Negative effect of BI rate on NPL with beta value -0.487 and significance value 0.000. These findings indicate that banks need to be careful in managing LDR and CAR which have an influence on NPL. In addition, banks need to monitor macroeconomic factors such as inflation even though it has no effect, and BI rate can help reduce NPL.

Abstract

Income Tax Reform Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations was implemented on January 1, 2022. This means that tax material has also undergone changes. This change is not supported by the existence of effective learning media. This research aims to determine the suitability of the media that will be used in the taxation learning process. The research is research and development with 4D Models, but in this research, there are restrictions on research procedures to product feasibility tests. The media feasibility test is carried out through validation to material, language, media, and practitioners experts, initial feasibility tests and broad feasibility tests. The media feasibility test consists of material, media, language and practitioner validation tests involving various experts in their respective fields. Based on the validation results of experts (material experts, media experts, language experts and practitioner experts), the ETM teaching material media (E-Tax Module) was declared valid and suitable for use as a Taxation learning media. Apart from assessments from experts, the ETM (E-Tax Module) teaching material media was tested on students which included limited trials and extensive trials. The results of limited trials and extensive trials stated that the ETM (E-Tax Module) media was declared valid and suitable as a tax learning medium. So based on these two assessments it can be concluded that the ETM (E-Tax Module) media is declared valid and appropriate as a Taxation learning media.

Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya e-Trust dalam membangun e-WOM yang pada akhirnya mendorong Online Repurchase Intention melalui mekanisme mediasi e-WOM.Kata Kunci: e-Commerce; e-Trust; e-WOM; Online Repurchase IntentionAbstract: E-Trust and Repurchase Intention: An Interaction Study with E-WOM in the E-Commerce Ecosystem. The development of digital technology has driven the increasing use of e-Commerce platforms as the primary medium for trade transactions. This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of e-Trust on e-WOM; 2) the effect of e-WOM on Online Repurchase Intention; 3) the effect of e-Trust on Online Repurchase Intention; and 4) the effect of e-Trust on Online Repurchase Intention mediated by e-WOM. A quantitative approach with path analysis was employed. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to e-Commerce consumers with repurchase experience. Statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 confirmed the validity and reliability of the model while supporting the hypotheses. Results indicate that e-Trust positively and significantly affects e-WOM, e-WOM positively and significantly impacts Online Repurchase Intention, e-Trust does not directly influence Online Repurchase Intention, and e-WOM serves as a significant mediator between e-Trust and Online Repurchase Intention. These findings emphasize the importance of e-Trust in fostering e-WOM to drive Online Repurchase Intention through mediation. Keywords: e-Commerce; e-Trust; e-WOM; Online Repurchase Intention
