Abstract

Analysis of the Zoning Sistem in Senior High School SMAN 02 Pandeglang in the analysis of the zoning sistem. The zoning sistem is a sistem established by the Minister of Education and Culture. The aims are to know the determination of the area/zone and quotas in the zoning sistem, the selection sistem in the zoning sistem and to know the efficiency of education in the zoning sistem. Observations, interviews, and documentation used in this study. Sources of data are the head of the department and the principal and their staff, parents and students. This study states that the zoning sistem is quite good and efficient enough for the education sistem and education equity, this zoning sistem has the aim of realizing an equal distribution of education in Indonesia. Sistem zonasi yang telah diberlakukan masih ditemui kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan wilayah/zona dan kuota sistem zonasi, adapun rumusannya yaitu (1) bagaimana penentuan wilayah/zona dan kuota system zonasi, (2) bagaimana sistem seleksi dalam sistem zonasi, (3) bagaimana efisiensi pendidikan dalam sistem zonasi. Metode yang dipakai adalah kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data adalah kepala dinas dan kepala sekolah beserta jajarannya, orang tua siswa, dan siswa. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sistem zonasi cukup baik dan cukup efisien untuk sistem pendidikan dan pemeratan pendidikan di SMAN 02 Pandeglang. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan adalah mensosialisasikan secara berkelanjutan dan transparansi data.

Abstract

Menjaga lingkungan sekitar dimulai dengan melakukan hal-hal kecil diantanya adalah cara membuang sampah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian siswa dalam menjaga kesehatan dan lingkungan sekitar. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu siswa SMPN 3 Cisauk Desa Suradita Kec Cisauk. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada siswa mengenai permasalahan lingkungan akibat timbunan sampah dengan tujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa supaya peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Partisipasi aktif siswa dapat dilakukan dalam budaya membuang dan mendaur ulang sampah anorganik berupa botol plastik bekas minuman sebagi praktek mengolah dan memanfaatkan sampah sebagi media tanaman semi hidroponik yang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, penyuluhan dan pelatihan praktek memanfaatkan botol bekas sebagai media tanam tanaman semi hidroponik dilakukan dalam bentuk presentasi dan praktek secara daring. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara online dan offline. Kegiatan secara online dilakukan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan kegiatan offline dilakukan untuk praktik secara nyata dalam mendaur ulang botol bekas sebagai media tanaman semi hidroponik. Hasil dari kegiata pengabdian ini menunjukan antusiasme yang baik dan positif dari mitra, dimana terdapat 75% siswa ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan. Dengan demikian, harapan kedepannya, kebiasaan memanfaatkan botol bekas sebagai media taman semi hidroponik dapat diaplikasikan dalam keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat sekitar untuk mengurangi masalah sampah serta memperoleh manfaat ekonomis dan tentunya menjaga kesehatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the two variables, namely the presence or absence of the relationship between teacher competence and the learning environment with learning outcomes in the Vocational High School, Lab Business School, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative multiple regression method, with a sample of 93 students. The instrument of collecting data on teacher competence and the learning environment (independent variables) uses a questionnaire in the form of student personal data and learning outcomes (the dependent variable) uses a student's personal data questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that between teacher competency and learning environment only teacher competency variables significantly contribute to improving learning outcomes. it means that the higher the teacher's competency, the student learning outcomes will increase in business economics in the Vocational School Business School, Tangerang City School year 2018/2019.Keywords: teacher competence, learning environment and learning outcomes

Abstract

The social studies learning process tends to be teacher-centered learning or teaching staff. The use of the lecture or teacher-centered method tends to make students bored or bored and not motivated to be active in learning activities because during learning the teacher gives many lectures to pursue material attainment. The purpose of this study 1. To analyze the learning model currently used in the learning process 2. To analyze and diagnose factors that cause the learning process to be less than optimal 3. To analyze whether there is a positive and significant effectiveness between the make a match and audio-visual learning model on learning outcomes. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method approach. The regression estimation value shows that the value of t-count = -0.254> t-table = -1.6575 or the p value is sig. = 0.008 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a negative effect of the make a match method on student learning outcomes. The value of the regression estimation shows that the value of t-count = 10.682> t-table = 1.6575 or p value sig. = 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant effect of audio visual on student learning outcomes. The regression estimation results show that the P value is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence jointly between the make a match method and the audio visual on student learning outcomes. This means that the make a match method has no effect on learning outcomes without the help of other media, audio-visual media has a positive effect on learning outcomes, the make a match method and audio-visual media together have a positive influence on student learning outcomes so that student learning outcomes increase. of the minimum completeness criteria value. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and study habits on student learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The sample in this study was 62 students of class X SMK office administration who were taken using probability simple random sampling with data collection using google form. Based on the results of the calculation, the regression equation is Y = 2.922 + 0.224 + 0.355, with an F test value of 0.000 so that it can be interpreted that simultaneously self-concept and study habits have an effect on learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of self-concept and study habits on student learning outcomes of class X office administration is 68.3%.Keywords: Self Concept, Study Habits, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The implementation of PKM as a critical concern related to the classic problem of waste disposal. The text of this article is a synthesis of reports from two community service (PKM) implementations carried out continuously in two academic periods, regarding the issue of developing TPS 3R management and the dominance of household waste composition. The results of the implementation of the first edition of PKM and the second edition of PKM based on social learning, coolaboration and partnership consistently lead to a zero waste lifestyle in the future in a sustainable manner. Small surveys, conservation and socialization are part of the methodological aspects of both PKM implementation, social learning, environment, dynamic interaction and community learning methods are adopted, future expectations of the results of the implementation are both synthesized. To improve sustainable waste management, the TPS3R management development model is based on social learning through collaboration and partnership minimization towards zero waste by involving four actors (quadruple helix) who consider social and environmental elements in an innovative collaboration framework, relevant to be adopted, implemented and developed, towards a zero waste lifestyle in a sustainable future. The aspects needed to achieve the success of this process emphasize several keyword aspects, including socialization, culture, awareness, consumtion pattern (smart consumer), wise lifestyle, mindset, social learning, adaptive & innovative, immitation &; evaluative models, consistency.

Abstract

One of the manifestations of humans in socializing is someone who is educated and is able to interact and create a new culture by having global insight. Awareness of the academic community about the importance of interaction with villagers in counseling and social service in the Cisarua area is the goal of this Community Service (PKM) activity. The Cisarua Village is one of the tourist areas in Bogor Regency. The method used in the direct approach, is survey, lecture/counseling, discussion, and evaluation. The activity step begins with students going directly to the field, interviewing villagers, and providing education, technology, and English education. Selina provides social assistance. The activity was carried out in Cisarua village, Bogor Regency, West Java. Through this PkM, participants/citizens who attend can increase motivation in technology education by mastering English, this makes it easier to interact with domestic and foreign tourists in the Industrial 4.0 era

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan sistem rencana dan pengaturan mengenai bahan pembelajaran yang dipedomani dalam aktivitas belajar mengajar. Permasalahan dalam kurikulum salah satunya yaitu pada penerapan. Permasalah di pondok pesantren modern Daarul Muttaqien 1 Kabupaten Tangerang yaitu pada penerapan 4C dalam kurikulum 2013. Berfokus pada Komunikasi, Kolaborasi atau kerjasama, berpikir kritis dan Kreativitas. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan agar siswa dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam proses pembelajaran, kolaborasi atau kerjasama yang baik sehingga meningkatkan sikap saling menghargai pendapat, bertukar pikiran, berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah yang menjadikan siswa berpengetahuan lebih luas, aktif dalam belajar, dan memiliki sikap kreativitas dalam belajar agar siswa tidak bosan dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif pada pendekatan pengumpulan data melibatkan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian, penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada proses pembelajaran ekonomi yang berfokus pada penerapan 4C Komunikasi, Kolaborasi atau kerjasama, berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Kesimpulannya yaitu kurikulum 2013 dan proses penerapan 4C berjalan dengan baik, tentunya akan berpengaruh pada keberhasilan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi.

Abstract

The Influence of Educated Unemployment Rate on Economic Growth in Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the level of educated unemployment on economic growth.This research was conducted in the Tangerang and Cipondoh sub-districts in Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of educated unemployment that occurs in two sub-districts, whether the level of educated unemployment has an impact on growth in the two sub-districts in Tangerang City.The method in this study uses descriptive correlational analysis of the Quantitative type. Basically to explain the relationship between the factors or various variables that influence the variable level of educated unemployment on economic growth. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents who were from 50 Tangerang sub-districts and 50 Cipondoh sub-districts in Tangerang City.Based on this research, it can be concluded that the value carried out in the T test shows that the estimation results of the regression model produce a positive educated unemployment coefficient (0.706) with a sig probability value = 0.000 < α (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, based on the test results, it can be concluded that partially educated unemployment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the two sub-districts in Tangerang City.

Abstract

Sifat manusia yang terus belajar sepanjang hidupnya memerlukan pendidikan selalu mengalami perkembangan setiap tahunnya. Sebab dengan belajar, manusia melakukan perubahan kualitas hidup sehingga berkembang perilakunya. Belajar bukan sekedar pengalaman saja, tetapi belajar juga merupakan suatu proses dan bukan suatu hasil, sebab segala aktivitas dan pencapaian hidup manusia tidak lain hanyalah hasil dari belajar. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas perlakuan X.3 SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang dengan populasi 80 siswa dan teknik pengumpulan sampel 40 siswa dalam dua kelas; kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada siswa berpikir kritis SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Hasil belajar berpikir kritis siswa kelas X.4 SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional memperoleh skor pretest minimal 50 dan maksimal 75, sedangkan skor posttest diperoleh skor minimal 60 dan maksimal 85 dengan rata-rata pretest 65,00 dan rata-rata skor posttest 75,33 dengan selisih rata-rata siswa berpikir kritis sebesar 10,33 . Hasil berpikir kritis siswa kelas X.3 SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw memperoleh nilai pretest minimal 56 dan maksimal 79, sedangkan nilai posttest memperoleh nilai minimal 78 dan maksimal sebesar 98 dengan rata-rata pretest sebesar 69,88 dan rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 86,33 dengan selisih rata-rata berpikir kritis siswa memperoleh hasil sebesar 16,45. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X.3 SMAN Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2022/2023 jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 86,33 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 75,33, selisih rata-rata sebesar 11 menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dengan menggunakan IMB SPSS Statistics 25 diperoleh Sig(2-Tailed)<α atau (0,000<0,05). Jadi berdasarkan kriteria tes dapat dikatakan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antar subjek penelitian dan dapat dikatakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan berpikir kritis siswa di SMAN 14 Kota Tangerang.
