Abstract

Quality assurance at higher education becomes main priority, including at private Islamic higher education (PTKIS). This study analyzes the implementation of SPMI and SPME and identifies the obstacles and strategies taken to optimize the implementation of SPMI and SMPE at STAI Al Badar Cipulus Purwakarta. This study employs qualitative approach under a case study, at which the data were collecyed through interview, observation, and document analysis. The findings of the study show that the implementation of SPMI and SPME at STAI Al Badar Cipulus Purwakarta refers to planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of education which is carried out by involving the entire academic community, including institustion leaders, lecturers, and quality management staff. In addition, the obstacles faced by STAI Al Badar in implementing SPMI and SPME consist of internal and external obstacles. Meanwhile, the strategies taken to optimize the implementation of SPMI and SMPE cover: (a) human resource training, (b) technology use training, and (c) strengthening strategic partnerships.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi evolusi sejarah dan pengaruh sosial Pondok Pesantren Cintawana, sebuah lembaga pendidikan agama dengan warisan satu abad di Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. Melalui analisis kualitatif terhadap dokumen sejarah, wawancara, dan observasi langsung, penelitian ini menyoroti ketahanan dan adaptabilitas lembaga tersebut dari waktu ke waktu. Fokus penelitian terletak pada gaya kepemimpinan, filosofi pendidikan, dan integrasi kurikulum yang memungkinkan Cintawana bertahan dan berkembang di tengah perubahan masyarakat. Hasil utama menunjukkan kontribusi para pemimpin yang berhasil menjaga keseimbangan antara nilai tradisional dan kebutuhan pendidikan modern, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung penguasaan pengetahuan agama dan sekuler. Penelitian ini juga mengilustrasikan bagaimana Cintawana telah menyesuaikan diri dengan konteks sosial-politik yang berubah, mempertahankan perannya dalam memelihara kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pembelajaran Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana lembaga pendidikan tradisional dapat tetap relevan dengan menyesuaikan tuntutan pendidikan yang berkembang sambil mempertahankan nilai-nilai agama dasar.

Abstract

This research examines the concept of adab in Islamic education and its relevance in the postmodern era marked by value crises, moral relativism, and deconstruction of traditional authority. The concept of adab in Islam includes not only modesty in behavior, but also the glorification of knowledge, respect for teachers, and awareness of spiritual and social responsibility. In the framework of the thinking of figures such as Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, adab is the core of true Islamic education. Through a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study analyzes classical and contemporary literature to explore the meaning, purpose, and application of adab in education. The results of the study show that the values of manners are still very relevant in the midst of the challenges of the postmodern era, especially in shaping the character of students that are holistic and rooted in transcendental values. The integration of manners in the contemporary education system is seen as a solution to the spiritual void and ethical crisis that colors the times.

Abstract

Evaluation of education and learning is a crucial element in the educational process that aims to ensure the achievement of predetermined educational goals. Evaluation not only serves to measure learners' learning outcomes but also to identify strengths and weaknesses in the learning process and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. In this theoretical review, the author will review various perspectives and theories related to the importance of evaluation in education and learning. The review covers the definition, purpose, and types of evaluation, as well as methods and techniques that can be used to conduct effective evaluation. It also highlights the challenges and solutions in the implementation of educational evaluation across different levels and contexts of education. Through a comprehensive understanding of the urgency of evaluation, it is hoped that educators and policymakers can design and implement more effective evaluation strategies to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the integration of Islamic ethics in value-based strategic management as a holistic approach in educational strategic planning. The main problem raised is the lack of application of Islamic values in education management, which has an impact on the less than optimal achievement of Islamic education goals. This research uses the literature study method by analysing relevant literature, theories and concepts. The results show that the integration of Islamic values, such as trustworthiness, justice, ihsan and deliberation, provides an effective framework to improve efficiency, accountability and sustainability in education management. This approach not only addresses the challenges of modernization, but also maintains the spiritual identity of Islamic educational institutions. The findings are expected to serve as a practical guide for educational institutions, researchers, and policy makers in managing value-based education.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the condition of the facilities and infrastructure in Daarussalaam Integrated Islamic Senior High School (SMA IT) and make a simple comparison between the actual conditions in the field with the minimum standards of facilities and infrastructure contained in Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007 concerning Standards of Facilities and Markets for Primary and Secondary Education Units. The comparisons include: 1) classrooms, 2) library rooms, 3) biology laboratory rooms, 4) physics laboratory rooms, 5) chemistry laboratory rooms, 6) computer laboratory rooms, 7) language laboratory rooms, 8) leadership rooms, 9) teacher room, 10) administration room, 11) place of worship, 12) counseling room, 13) UKS room, 14) student organization room, 15) latrine, 16) warehouse, 17) circulation room and 18) playground / exercising. The data obtained by the author is data from field observations at SMA IT Daarussalaam on November 22, 2020. The method used by the author is field observation techniques and informal and non-formal interviews with the school. From the results obtained by the authors in this study it can be concluded that 12 of the 18 categories of minimum facility standard fulfillment in Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007 has been fulfilled, although there are several facilities that are not fulfilled by the school such as: chemistry, physics, and biology laboratories, this is because SMA IT Daarussalaam is a school with a new category, namely in 2020. Therefore, currently it only has one department, namely the language department.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua di Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Al-Musri’ adalah yayasan pendidikan non-formal yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1965, yang didirikan oleh seorang murid dari KH. Rukhiyat, Cipasung dan murid dari KH. Zainal Mustofa (Pahlawan Nasional) Singaparna yang bernama KH. Ahmad Faqih, lahir di Kp. Cileunga Ds. Leuwi Sari Kec. Leuwi Sari, Tasik. peneliti menggunakan metode kualititatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kajian literatur. Deskriptif secara karakteristik bertujuan membantu untuk menggambarkan dan mempertajam penjelasan penelitian mereka nantinya dapat mempermudah dipahami oleh orang lain yang ingin mengetahui penelitian mereka. Deskriptif dalam penelitian agar koneksitas antara ilmu pengetahauan dan metode penelitian agar bisa digambarkan, sedangkan literatur peneliti digunakan untuk menuangkan gagasan, baik itu ide, maupun pandangan.

Abstract

Perkembangan fisik pada anak usia 0-2 tahun adalah masa pertumbuhan fisik yang paling cepat. Selanjutnya usia 3-6 tahun akan sedikit melambat dan kembali cepat pada masa remaja. Jika kita tidak memperhatikan perkembangan fisik anak. Salah satunya dengan tidak memperhatikan nutrisi atau asupan makanan pada anak, maka kesehatan anak akan terganggu atau anak kurang gizi. Untuk itu, perkembangan fisik anak harus kita perhatikan karena akan mempengaruhi perkembangan kognitif, perkembangan social dan perkembangan emosinya. sehingga akan mempengaruhi kesuksesan anak dibidang akademik. Yang dimaksud kesuksesan akademik anak adalah keberhasilan dibidang akademik. Anak dapat belajar di sekolah dengan baik, Bisa mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan yang banyak dan akan bermanfaat untuk masa depannya. Anak akan dapat menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi seperti S1,S2 dan S3. Keberhasilan akademik anak dipengaruhi kesehatan fisik anak atau pertumbuhan fisik anak. Demikian pentingnya kesehatan fisik pada anak untuk membantu perkembangan yang lain, maka penulis tertarik menyusun jurnal ini. Di dalam makalah ini akan dibahas perkembangan fisik anak dari masa konsepsi sampai anak usia 6 tahun dilengkapi kebutuhan nutrisi pada anak dan pengaruh perkembangan fisik yang sehat terhadap kesuksesan akademik anak. Setelah mengetahui hal tersebut penulis berharap jurnal ini akan bermanfaat untuk orang tua dan guru PAUD sehingga akan lebih memperhatikan kesehatan fisik dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan nutrisinya karena kesehatan fisik atau pertumbuhan fisik yang sehat akan mempengaruhi kesuksesan akademik anak. Dengan demikian, penulis membuat jurnal ini dengan judul “Pengaruh Perkembangan Fisik Yang Sehat Terhadap Kesuksesan Akademik anak”.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping human character, but the challenges of the 21st century underscore the importance of effective leadership. The concept of Islamic work culture leadership emerges as a promising alternative. This article uses a qualitative approach to explore its impact on the performance of Islamic religious education. The results indicate that leadership based on Islamic work culture creates a harmonious work environment, increases motivation, and strengthens individual self-esteem in Islamic religious educational institutions. Performance evaluation and consistency in implementing Islamic values ​​are key to success. Despite the challenges, implementing this approach has the potential to significantly contribute to the quality of Islamic religious education.
