Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah proses dalam mengerahkan dan mempengaruhi para anggota dalam hal berbagai aktifitas yang harus dilakukan. Hampir semua pemimpin besar dan revolusioner adalah pemimpin yang kharismatik dan visioner. Pemimpin karismatik biasanya memiliki visi masa depan yang kuat, yang berupa obsesi dan mereka dapat memotivasi orang lain untuk mewujudkannya. Pemimpinan visioner adalah pemimpin yang mempunyai visi ke depan yang jelas dan realistik. pemimpinan yang kharismatik dan visioner adalah pemimpin yang antusias dan percaya diri yang kepribadian dan tindakannya dapat mempengaruhi orang untuk berprilaku dengan cara tertentu. Pemimpin kharismatik (charismatic leader) mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu melebihi kemampuannya, meski dihadapkan pada rintangan dan gangguan yang terkadang mengharuskan adanya pengorbanan pribadi.

Abstract

Cases that have been rife some time ago in Islamic boarding schools regarding sexual violence have become an introspection on Islamic educational institutions, that what is in Islamic boarding schools is not to be taken granted (not a guarantee) as if everything in Islamic boarding schools is fine. There are things that need to be examined and corrected if they are true. The purpose of this research is to analyze sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools. This research approach is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be concluded that there are several factors that cause sexual violence both internally and externally. There is also an impact experienced by students, one of which is the psychological impact. There are preventive efforts towards sex education in order to prevent cases of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools, both the efforts made by the pesantren and the government. The existence of cases of sexual violence in the pesantren environment will tarnish the good name of the pesantren, however, it is not the pesantren that are at fault but only certain elements who have tarnished the good name of the pesantren. Because in any institution no one wants to create criminal acts such as sexual violence.

Abstract

Gasab is a behavior in the form of using other people's belongings without the permission of the owner first. Gasab, as a violation of norms in Islamic boarding schools, occurs continuously. As a place for students to study and study religion, Islamic boarding schools have fostered a high sense of togetherness and solidarity in the pattern of relationships between students, which is the cause of gasab behavior among students. The items that are raped are items that are often used in the daily lives of students, such as shoes, sandals, dippers, clothes, and other items.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of forgiveness and spouse social support on marital satisfaction in working wives from the perspective of Islamic ethics. This quantitative study involved 225 participants from Indonesia and employed purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model and were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques with the aid of the SPSS 22 program. The findings show that 1) forgiveness and spouse social support variables have a simultaneous effect on marital satisfaction variables. The variables of forgiveness and spouse social support have a combined influence of 63.8% on the marital satisfaction variable, with the remaining 35.9% influenced by other unexamined variables; 2) The forgiveness variable has a partial effect on the marital satisfaction variable; and 3) The spouse social support variable has a partial effect on the marital satisfaction variable. Ethical entities such as forgiveness and spouse social support, in fact, have a significant influence in preventing larger conflicts that threaten the level of satisfaction and happiness in marriage. Happiness in general is seen as cognitive, conative, and accidental according to Islamic ethical theory. The harmonization of these three elements is crucial in Islamic ethical principles and, even further, becomes an important factor in achieving happiness. The implication of this research is that factors such as forgiveness and spouse social support play a significant role in marital satisfaction among working wives, particularly within the framework of Islamic ethics.

Abstract

Kemampuan adaptasi dan penyesuaian diri pesantren merupakan factor penting yang mendasari eksistensi pesantren sehingga santri terus bertahan bahkan pesantren terus berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penyesuaian diri dengan diri sendiri, orang lain, lingkungan sekitar, dan Alloh. Pendeketan yang dilakukan adalah dengan mix method, yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian adalah penyesuaian diri santri terhadap dirinya sendiri (hab min an nafs),  Penyesuaian diri santri terhadap orang lain (hab min al nas),  Penyesuaian diri santri terhadap lingkungan sekitar (hab min al alam),  Penyesuaian diri santri terhadap Tuhan (Hab min Allah), berpengaruh dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap proses adaptasi  santri di pondokpesantren, sehingga jika penyesuaian diri sendiri baik, maka proses adaptasi menjadi mudah dan sukses.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the educational process creates students who frequently feel fatigue/boredom which has an impact on increasing levels of anxiety, suppression, repression, and depression. Various learning methods are applied to be able to overcome the boredom/burden of fluctuating thoughts and emotions, namely through implementing changes that tend to involve one's personal internal strength. The practice of contemplation is a training concept that is integrated with several schools. The purpose of this academic paper is to advance the concept of tafakkur in the discipline of education and establish a framework for developing instruments that enhance students' emotional and spiritual intelligence. Employing a qualitative research approach with a literature review and examination of information from Islamic scientific sources (the Qur'an and the Sunnah), as well as contemporary Islamic literature and Western literature for comparison. Description of a few previous research investigations on student therapy for anxiety and depression. Conclusions of the analysis of the concept of tafakkur from two perspectives, namely Sufism and transpersonal psychology, provide the foundation for thinking about school students' learning theory, which is inherent in the Islamic religious education curriculum because the content of tafakkur learning activities can present tawhid values, which function as the primary fundamentals of Islamic religious education. The utilization of tafakkur as a teaching tool will assist students to focus on their studies, which has implications for improving their spiritual and emotional intelligence. This provides students a strong soul and mentality as well as enables them to deal with the pressures and challenges of both the present and the future periods of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of digital literacy in learning. Fiqh chapter "Organization of bodies" at MAN 1 Aceh Barat. This research method uses a qualitative approach, which is sourced from primary and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from interviews with the principal, 3 Fiqh teachers, students and the results of observations. While secondary data sources were obtained from documentation such as manuscripts, archives, and photos related to the implementation of digital literacy activities in the Jurisprudence learning process in the chapter "Organization of Bodies" at MAN 1 Aceh Barat. The results of this study indicate the implementation of digital literacy in the Jurisprudence learning chapter "Organization of bodies" in class X Religion, MIPA 1 and MIPA 3 through three aspects, namely: (1) Access learning content, through LMS (learning management system) by utilizing e-modules. which can be accessed via flibook, youtube. (2) Digital literacy as a learning tool, which utilizes website-based learning media that invites students to explore various sites related to the material "Organization of Bodies". (3) Communication tool between and teachers by utilizing the platform; whatsapp group, and zoom meeting.

Abstract

Teori Fakultas (Faculties Theory) mengemukakan bahwa pikiran manusia terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian dengan fungsi khusus, seperti intelek, emosi, dan kehendak. Asal-usul teori ini dapat dilacak pada filsuf dan psikolog awal seperti Plato dan Aristoteles, dan konsep ini terus berkembang dalam konteks psikologi modern. Teori ini mengklasifikasikan pikiran manusia menjadi bagian-bagian yang berperan dalam pemikiran rasional, pengalaman emosi, dan penggerak tindakan. Meskipun beberapa aspek Teori Fakultas telah diperdebatkan dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan modern, pemahaman tentang berbagai fakultas pikiran manusia tetap relevan, terutama dalam pengembangan pribadi, kognisi, dan emosi. Dalam tasawuf, Teori Fakultas menggambarkan struktur batiniah manusia yang terdiri dari fakultas seperti qalb (hati), ruh (jiwa), nafs (ego), dan aql (akal). Konsep ini mencerminkan pemahaman tentang dimensi spiritual dan psikologis manusia dalam konteks pencarian kebenaran, pertumbuhan pribadi, dan hubungan dengan Tuhan. Setiap fakultas memiliki peran penting dalam perjalanan spiritual dan pengembangan diri. Misalnya, qalb sebagai pusat spiritual yang harus dijaga dari penyakit hati, ruh sebagai inti keberadaan spiritual, nafs sebagai ego yang harus dikendalikan, dan aql sebagai akal untuk memahami realitas spiritual. Dalam pendidikan, terutama yang dipengaruhi oleh tasawuf, Teori Fakultas digunakan untuk mengembangkan kesadaran spiritual dan intelektual. Tokoh-tokoh tasawuf seperti al-Ghazali, al-Junayd, dan al-Qushayri memberikan kontribusi besar dalam membentuk pemahaman ini. Mereka memandang bahwa fakultas-fakultas seperti qalb, ruh, aql, nafs, dan sirr dapat dikembangkan untuk mencapai kesempurnaan spiritual. Dengan demikian, Teori Fakultas tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pandangan psikologis tetapi juga sebagai kerangka spiritual yang dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara perkembangan intelektual dan spiritual. Faculty Theory (Faculties Theory) suggests that the human mind is divided into several parts with special functions, such as intellect, emotions and will. The origins of this theory can be traced to early philosophers and psychologists such as Plato and Aristotle, and the concept continues to develop in the context of modern psychology. This theory classifies the human mind into parts that play a role in rational thinking, emotional experience, and driving action. Although some aspects of Faculty Theory have been debated in the development of modern science, understanding the various faculties of the human mind remains relevant, especially in personal development, cognition, and emotion. In Sufism, the Faculty Theory describes the inner structure of humans which consists of faculties such as qalb (heart), ruh (soul), nafs (ego), and aql (reason). This concept reflects an understanding of the spiritual and psychological dimensions of humans in the context of the search for truth, personal growth, and relationship with God. Each faculty has an important role in the spiritual journey and self-development. For example, qalb is the spiritual center that must be protected from heart disease, ruh is the core of spiritual existence, nafs is the ego that must be controlled, and aql is the mind to understand spiritual reality. In education, especially those influenced by Sufism, Faculty Theory is used to develop spiritual and intellectual awareness. Sufism figures such as al-Ghazali, al-Junayd, and al-Qushayri made major contributions in forming this understanding. They view that faculties such as qalb, ruh, aql, nafs, and sirr can be developed to achieve spiritual perfection. Thus, Faculty Theory not only functions as a psychological view but also as a spiritual framework that can be applied in education to achieve a balance between intellectual and spiritual development.

Abstract

Menurut penelitian Pollard dan Lee, kesehatan mental pada masa dewasa awal baik negatif maupun positif distimulasi oleh tindakan harga diri, gejala depresi, dan kelelahan. Rasa khawatir, anxiety, stress salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kesehatan mental diri seseorang menurun. Dalam kehidupan beragama, kesejahteraan mental ditandai dengan kepatuhan seseorang terhadap ajaran agama. Unsur agama sangat penting diupayakan penerapannya dalam kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, agama khususnya Islam merupakan keyakinan yang memiliki hubungan erat dengan kesejahteraan mental yang diawali dengan sebuah proses penyucian jiwa (Tazkiyatun Nafs). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, bahwa terdapat fakta yang terjadi dilapangan. Lebih dari 35 remaja yang mengalami gangguan mental di Pondok Pesantren Darut Tasbih Kabupaten Tangerang disebabkan karena faktor adanya kecemasan sehingga menggunakan obat-obatan terlarang dan bahkan sampai minuman keras, memiliki pengalaman trauma seperti permasalahan yang ada di keluarga, sekolah bahkan masyarakat dan juga ada yang mempelajari ilmu-ilmu hitam. Hal tersebut kegiatan pondok pesantren Darut Tasbih Kabupaten Tangerang dalam menyembuhkan mental peserta didik berbasis tazkiyatun nafs. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan oleh peserta didik 24 jam penuh. Maka, peneliti akan mengkaji tentang well being berbasis tazkiyatun nafs (studi kasus Pondok Pesantren Darut Tasbih Kabupaten Tangerang).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the practice of whirling dance within the Naqshbandiyya Haqqani Rabbani Order in Indonesia, explore the underlying understanding of its practitioners, and uncover the spiritual experiences associated with this ritual. The central focus is to examine the role of whirling as a form of dynamic dhikr and spiritual transformation within the context of contemporary Sufi practices. This research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews with whirling dancers affiliated with the Naqshbandiyya Haqqani Rabbani community. The analysis focused on the dancers' subjective experiences and spiritual reflections during the practice. The findings reveal three main points. First, the whirling dance in the Naqshbandiyya Haqqani context is not merely an artistic expression but a structured, symbolic ritual of dhikr, representing the cosmic movement toward unity with the Divine. Second, the dancers possess a deep Sufi understanding of the dance, interpreting it as a manifestation of fana (self-annihilation) and ego transcendence. Third, the spiritual experience during whirling touches on core elements of Sufi psychology—qalb (heart), nafs (soul), and ruh (spirit)—resulting in observable changes in behavior, inner tranquility, and enhanced daily dhikr quality. Theoretically, these findings contribute to the discourse of contemporary Sufism, particularly concerning the role of embodied expressions in dhikr rituals and the relevance of embodied spirituality approaches in the study of Islamic mysticism. The whirling dance exemplifies the integration of bodily movement and spiritual consciousness along the Sufi path.
