ABSTRAK Trigonometri merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu Matematika yang banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang. Materi trigonometri kadang menyulitkan bagi para pendidik saat mengajarkan kepada mahasiswa. Ini dikarenakan materi â materi dalam trigonometri memerlukan suatu gambaran simulasi untuk mengajarkan konsep trigonometri kepada peserta didik. Untuk menggambarkan simulasi dari fungsi trigonometri tersebut diperlukan suatu media sebagai tuntunan mahasiswa, dimana media yang tepat untuk itu adalah Geometerâs Sketchpad. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan Geometerâs Sketchpad dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam melukis fungsi Trigonometri. Terlihat dari nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 yang menyatakan bahwa adanya peningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam melukis grafik fungsi Trigonometri. Kata kunci: Trigonometri, Geometerâs Sketchpad. ABSTRACTTrigonometry is a part of the Mathematics which is used in various science area. Trigonometry material is sometimes difficult for teachers to teach students. This is due to the materials in trigonometry requires an illustration of the simulation to teach the basic concepts of trigonometry to students. To illustrate the simulation of the trigonometric functions need a media as the guidance of students, where appropriate media for that is Geometers Sketchpad. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that learning by utilizing Geometers Sketchpad can assist students in painting Trig functions. Seen from a probability value 0.000 <0.05, which states that an increase in students skills in drawing graphs of functions Trig.Keywords: Trigonometry, Geometerâs Sketchpad.

Dalam ajaran Islam, seluruh umat muslim diharuskan untuk menguburkan seseorang yang telah meninggal, hal ini menjadi pertanyaan besar apakah dalam hal penguburan ini akan memberikan dampak kepada pemakaian lahan yang berlebihan. Dengan mempertimbangkan data dan masalah yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini, tulisan ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemakaian lahan pemakaman dan penguburan jenazah dengan model matematika. Persamaan diferensial digunakan untuk membentuk model tanah makam ini. Dari analisis model yang telah dilakukan yaitu jika tidak ada penambahan lahan, maka jumlah dari makam yang ditumpangkan adalah sebesar 98% dari makam yang terpakai. Selain itu, jika tidak ada penumpangan lahan, maka penambahan yang dilakukan sebesar 49% dari besarnya luas tanah yang terpakai.

The purpose of this study is describing the implementation of project-based learning model and analysing the student’s creativity improvement in the subject of learning media. We describe the implementation of project-based learning based on our note of the learning syntax during one semester. Then, compared the students’ product to measure their creativity improvement in the aspects of originality, novelty, and flexibility. This study used descriptive-qualitative method and involved the students who took the learning media course as its subjects. The results showed that there was an improvement of the students’ creativity in the project-based learning implementation. The improvement was measured in the making of the manipulatives. The students’ flexibility and novelty were good, while their originality was fair.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaiamana penggunaan Geometer?s Sketchpad pada pemahaman konsep Matematika dengan authentic asessment dan bagaiama hasilnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan The One-Shot Case Study dan menggunakan tes, observasi dan pemberian angket sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penggunaan Geometer?s Sketchpad pada pemahaman konsep matematika dengan menggunakan Authentic Asessment dapat dikatakan sangat membantu dalam proses perkuliahan dan konsep tentang vektor lebih mudah dipahami. Hasil dari penggunaan Geometer?s Sketchpad pada pemahaman konsep matematika dikatakan sangat baik dan terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas yang tanpa digunakan media Geometer?s Sketchpad dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Dalam bidang matematika, banyak model yang dikembangkan untuk memprediksi perubahan dalam bidang perikanan. Salah satu model yang sering digunakan untuk menganalisis interaksi ikan beserta biota laut lainnya adalah model predator-prey. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menganalisis dan membuat simulasi model predator-prey dengan Metode Runge-Kutta. Artikel ini membandingkan Metode Runge-Kutta dan metode Bulirsch–Stoer. Hasil yang diperoleh memberikan kesimpulan bahwa metode Bulirsch-Stoer yang digunakan masih perlu dikembangkan karena hasil yang diberikan metode ini tidak konvergen.

Abstrak: Tujuan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan yaitu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembuatan instrument evaluasi pembelajaran digital berbasis kontekstual. Pelatihan penyusunan instrument evaluasi pembelajaran ini dilakukan melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mitra yaitu 21 guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sumberpucung. Kegiatan ini berawal dari permasalahan yang dikemukakan kepala sekolah dimana guru belum mampu mengimplementasikan maupun menyusun instrument evaluasi pembelajaran secara online. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan pelaksanaan pelatihan diawali dari kegiatan sosialisasi kemudian pembukaan berupa seminar motivasi secara luring. Selanjutnya, kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan fasilitas Zoom Meeting selama dua bulan dengan melibatkan seluruh guru mata pelajaran. Hasil pelatihan yaitu tersusunnya e-modul menggunakan aplikasi flip book dan respon guru selama pelatihan yang positif. E-modul yang disusun memuat permasalahan kontekstual yang diadopsi dari fenomena di lingkungan sekitar. Respon positifi ditunjukkan dari hasil angket yang diisi secara online dimana aspek kebermanfaatan materi pelatihan, kemudahan materi untuk dipahami, penjelasan dari pemateri, kemudahan aplikasi, dan tindak lanjut program mencapai persentase 78% dengan kategori terlaksana dengan baik.Abstract: The aimed of this training is for increasing teacher’s skills through creating digital learning evaluation instrument based on contextual learning. Training for creating instrument of learning evaluation was held through a community service program collaborated by teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sumberpucung. First of all, the headmaster explains that the teacher has not been able to implement and develop instrument of online learning evaluation. Implementation method used training that the implementation of the training begins from socialization then opened through seminar of motivation. Furthermore, the training activities conducted online using Zoom Meeting for two months involving all subject teachers. The results of training, namely the preparation of e-modules using application flip book and the response of the teacher during the training a positive. E-modules which are arranged to load the problems of contextual adopted from phenomena in the environment. Positive responses were shown from the online questionnaire where aspects of the usefulness of the training materials, the ease of the material to be understood, the explanation of the speaker, ease of application, and follow-up program at 78% with the category performing well.

The purpose of this study is to describe the mathematical communication skills based on SOLO Taxonomy in students of class XI of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Muhammadiyah 3 Batu in solving problems on matrix material. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, where the subject is 17 students of class XI MIPA. The method of collecting research data uses test instruments. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded thatas many as 4 students with very good mathematical communication skills criteria, 6 students with good mathematical communication skills criteria, 7 students with sufficient mathematical communication ability criteria and students. Whereas for students with written mathematical communication skills criteria lacking none. Students are in very good criteria, able to solve Unistructural - Relational level problems in SOLO Taxonomy. Meanwhile, students with good written mathematical communication skills are able to solve Unistructural level questions and Multistructural levels in SOLO Taxonomy. Then students with written mathematical communication ability criteria are quite capable of solving Unistructural level problems in SOLO Taxonomy.The average of written mathematical communication skills is in good criteria with the average value of written mathematical communication skills, namely 61.95, so that the average student is able to solve problems at a level Unistructural - Multistructural on SOLO Taxonomy.

This study aims to describe students' written mathematical communication skills in using open ended-based teaching materials on class VIII function relations material. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 5 students of class VIII E, SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of tests and interviews. Research results obtained by students in the category of high mathematical communication skills have the ability to convert questions into set notations, students are quite capable of transforming mathematical information into images and students are able to use mathematical information to solve problems. Students with written mathematical communication skills are having sufficient ability to convert mathematical information into the form of set notations, students are less able to convert mathematical information into images and students are able to use mathematical information to solve problems. Students with low communication skills seen from students are not able to change the questions into set notations, students are less able to convert mathematical information into images and students are unable to be less able to use mathematical information to solve problems.

This study aims at knowing and describing students' mathematical communication skills in problem-solving on Pythagorean theorem material based on Polya's procedure. The Polya's problem-solving phase consists of the stage of understanding problems, planning problem solving, implementing problem-solving plans, and re-examining. The subject of this study were 6 students from eighth-grade of Junior High School which was selected based on good, sufficient, and poor mathematical communication criteria. Moreover, this study employed a descriptive qualitative method where the data was collected by using a test and interview. The results of the study revealed that the students with good mathematical communication capabilities criteria were able to solve the problems based on Polya's procedure. Meanwhile, students with sufficient criteria of mathematical communication capability unable to solve the problem based on Polya's procedure at the stage of making plans by altering mathematical information in the form of picture, students did not realize the need for design actions first, students just go ahead and didn 't see the results of completion that have been made. Additionally, students with poor mathematical communication capabilities were unable to solve the problems based on Polya's procedure, students were not meet at the stage of making plans by changing mathematical information in the form of picture, making plans by using and selecting mathematical information or images to solve the problems, and the students did not look back at the completed results.
