Abstract

The MyTelkomsel application is an alternative for Telkomsel cellular provider users. Therefore, the application is expected to have a good level of usability for its users. However, there are still users who complain and feel dissatisfied with the services in the MyTelkomsel application. Therefore it is necessary to measure the usability of the MyTelkomsel application. This study discusses the results of usability analysis on the MyTelkomsel application based on the results of data collection from questionnaires distributed to 152 respondents who are users in the Jambi City Community. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method by analyzing Usability with 5 variables: (Learnability, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Error, Memorability) as a reference for the question indicators used in the research questionnaire using the Likert scale and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. which is used to analyze the results of the data based on the 4 quadrants of the IPA Cartesian diagram. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire containing 24 questions to 152 respondents who are users of the Mytelkomsel application. In this study, all dimensions have a significant impact on the deepend variables except the fulfillment dimension.

Abstract

Android is a mobile operating system based on a modified version of the Linux kernel and other open-source tools. Due to its system efficiency and the multitude of features it offers to users, the Android operating system has taken a leading position in the technology market and often attracts the attention of cybercriminals. As malware continues to evolve, traditional methods for detecting Android malware, such as signature-based approaches, may not be sufficient to detect the latest malware threats. Therefore, this research proposes a deep learning algorithm, specifically Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Component Analysis (PCA), for feature extraction to enhance the accuracy of Android malware detection. The dataset used in this study is the CICAndMal2017 dataset. Testing results are evaluated using three parameters: accuracy, precision, and recall. Experimental results indicate that our deep learning approach outperforms many other methods with an accuracy of 91%.

Abstract

The STAI Ma'arif Jambi website is one of the media that can be accessed using the internet. The website presents information in the form of text, images, audio, using the HTTP protocol. Therefore, the quality of the services provided must be of high quality so that website users feel satisfied with the services provided. The method used is the webqual 4.0 method and importance performance analysis (IPA). Based on data from calculations using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents required was 156 people, therefore questionnaires were distributed for more than one month to students and the general public. Where the distribution of the questionnaire was carried out at STAI Ma'arif Jambi and in the surrounding environment of Jambi. Data collection in this research was taken from the results of an online questionnaire using Google Form. As a result of distributing the questionnaire, 156 respondents were obtained, where the respondents were divided into two categories, namely men and women. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. The results of this research show that the variable that has the most influence on user satisfaction on the STAI Ma'arif Jambi website is the quality of interaction, with a calculated t value of 3.846%. This variable is more significant than usefulness at 2,799% and information quality at 3,070%. The analysis results also show that the highest ranking is in the quality of service interactions (X3) with a value of 1.08%, while the lowest ranking is in the quality of information (X2) with a value of 0.93%. The average gap value (GAP) of -0.39 indicates that the quality of website performance has not met user expectations. In addition, the IPA quadrant analysis emphasizes the need for improvements to indicators in the third quadrant, because low levels of performance can influence users' interest in relying on these indicators.

Abstract

Abstract− MTS Darul Ulum Durian Luncuk Batanghari district, is one of the private MTS in the Durian Luncuk area, Batanghari district. Where the existing systems in each field are assisted by using microsofr word and microsoft excel in data processing but have not been integrated between on field an another. So that data cannod be used together in one field or between other fields and cause the required data and information to be inappropriate because of the difficulty of accessing data and information. Then te researcher proposes an enterprise architecture plan for MTS Darul Ulum Durian Lncuk Batanghari district using TOGAF ADM, because TOGAF ADM is not only a framework but also provides the process steps used in enterprise modeling which proposes systematic steps in planning enterprise architecture which consists of several phase namely, vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture and technology architecture. From the discussion above the authors propose 9 applications that can be developed to support the organization’s business strategy at MTS Darul Ulum Durian Luncuk Batanghari district.

Abstract

The management of alumni data that is still conducted manually at SMKN 1 Kempas has led to various issues, such as long processing times and difficulties in tracking alumni data. This study aims to develop an Alumni Data Management Information System that can facilitate both alumni and school officials in managing this data. The information system is developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework, following the Waterfall method. This Waterfall method includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to enable school officials to manage and monitor data efficiently, as well as to simplify the data entry process for alumni. The results of the system implementation indicate an increase in efficiency in managing alumni data, with faster processing times. Additionally, this system makes it easier for alumni to input their data and assists school officials in tracking and managing alumni data. Thus, the developed Alumni Data Management Information System successfully achieves its goal of facilitating the process of managing alumni data at SMKN 1 Kempas.

Abstract

Situasi keuangan klien yang tidak stabil atau manajemen keuangan yang buruk merupakan penyebab umum risiko gagal bayar kartu kredit, yang merupakan masalah besar bagi industri perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk mengkategorikan risiko gagal bayar kartu kredit klien bank. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data, preprocessing, pelatihan model, evaluasi, dan analisis faktor penting menggunakan dataset publik yang berisi 30.000 data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest mencapai tingkat akurasi 81% dalam hal penilaian risiko gagal bayar. Algoritma tersebut secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kriteria utama seperti riwayat pembayaran sebelumnya, batas kredit, dan jumlah tagihan. Meskipun model menunjukkan performa yang baik untuk nasabah yang tidak gagal bayar, tantangan tetap ada pada klasifikasi nasabah yang gagal bayar, terutama karena ketidakseimbangan data. Selain meletakkan dasar untuk perbaikan model di masa mendatang, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Random Forest berguna untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan sektor perbankan.

Abstract

This study identifies the obstacles faced by CV. Naila Fathiyah Farah in monitoring project progress on a daily basis, mainly due to difficulties in operations and coordination between teams. Supervisors report daily data via telephone, which often causes recording errors, and the lack of project visualization reduces the effectiveness of supervision by managers. To overcome this problem, this study produces a prototype of a web-based Project Management Information System using UML (Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagram) and the Balsamiq Wireframes application. This system allows for more effective project monitoring with clearer visualization, reduces recording errors, and increases the efficiency of reporting and decision making. The main features of the system include managing employee data, clients, activities, payments, processes, documents, project teams, discussions, and reports.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan era disrupsi dimana terjadi transformasi cara kerja konvensional menjadi modern dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang banyak digunakan adalah media sosial. Media sosial yang populer dikalangan para kalangan masyarakat adalah facebook. Facebook menawarkan sejumlah fasilitas, selain untuk jejaring pertemanan, sarana komunikasi, hiburan, dan berbagi informasi, facebook dapat digunakan untuk bisnis. Namun disisi lain ada isu keamanan, facebook dan media sosial lainnya, dapat menjadi platform kejahatan berinternet dengan memanfaatkan data pribadi yang ada pada pemilik perangkat atau media sosial. Penyalahgunaan data pribadi terjadi karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang data pribadi dan pengamanan data pribadi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pengamanan data pribadi kepada para santri di Ponpes Nurul Iman Muaro Sebapo. Metode yang disampaikan dalam sosialiasi ini melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara pre test dan post test. Dari hasil post test yang diperoleh didapat bahwa pemahaman para santri mampu mengetahui apa itu data pribadi, bagaimana mengecek kebocoran data pribadi dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya dengan baik.

Abstract

he mental health of college students is a global concern due to the impact of academic pressure, social issues,and lifestyle changes. In Indonesia, around 20% of the population is estimated to suffer from mental disorders, with morethan 12 million people experiencing depression. The increase in suicide cases, including among college students in Jambi,shows the significant impact of stress on mental health. To address this issue, early prediction of mental health disorders is animportant step so that intervention can be carried out earlier. This study compared the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes algorithmand logistic regression in predicting the mental health of college students in Jambi Province. Data were collected from 300students at three different universities. The results showed that Naïve Bayes had an accuracy of 99.58% on the training setand 100% on the testing set, while logistic regression only reached 61.67% on the training set and 63.33% on the testing set.These results indicate that Naïve Bayes is superior to logistic regression in predicting the mental health of college students.These findings can be the basis for the development of more effective early detection tools, so that educational institutionscan design appropriate intervention strategies to support student well-being

Abstract

Abstract: Ineffective drug demand management can lead to problems such as imbalanced drug distribution, excess stock, or shortages in community health centers. To address this, data mining can be utilized to support the planning and control process of drug inventory. Clustering techniques were chosen because they are able to group drug data based on certain characteristics, thus identifying stable and unstable drug supply patterns. This study aims to group drug data at Simpang Kawat Community Health Center in Jambi City, which can be used as a reference in planning drug needs in the next period. Data grouping is divided into three categories: slow-moving, medium-moving, and fast-moving. The research data includes attributes of drug name, initial stock, receipt, inventory, usage, and final stock, with a total of 1758 data sets, which were processed using the CRISP-DM framework through the RapidMiner application. Cluster quality evaluation was carried out using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The results showed that the K-Means algorithm obtained a DBI value of 0.175, smaller than K-Medoids which obtained a value of 0.354. Because a smaller DBI value indicates better cluster quality, K-Means provides more optimal clustering results than K-Medoids. Through these clustering results, community health centers can utilize drug cluster information to support more efficient drug procurement planning, as well as reduce the risk of excess or shortage of stock.
