Abstract

This study aims to build an automatic classification system to identify shellfish types based on shell images by applying the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. This study classifies three types of shellfish, namely blood cockles with the scientific name Anadara granosa, green mussels (Perna viridis), and scallops (Amusium pleuronectes). Image data was obtained from the internet and each class consisted of 150 images, so the total dataset was 450 images. The research stages include image pre-processing to normalize image size and quality, feature extraction to obtain visual information in the form of texture (with GLCM), color (RGB histogram), and shape (Canny edge detection), and classification using SVM. This application is web-based and functions to receive uploaded shellfish images from users and provide automatic shellfish type recognition results. The test results show that the developed SVM model is able to classify shellfish types with high accuracy, reaching 93,83%. This research is expected to contribute to the development of digital shellfish species identification technology to support the fields of fisheries, marine resource conservation, and marine biota research.

Abstract

This study examines how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects the perception of PT. PLN (Persero) in Medan City in early 2025. Secondary data collection (literature 2017–2025) and primary data through 60 respondents in the CSR beneficiary community by applying a quantitative approach. With data analysis carried out by applying multiple linear regression with SPSS V20. The findings from the validity and reliability tests indicate that the instrument is valid (R count is greater than R table 0.2542) and reliable (Cronbach Alpha is greater than 0.60). In addition, the multicollinearity and normality tests are met. Heteroscedasticity tests do not occur; however, the partial T test shows that economic responsibility (H1) and social responsibility (H2) do not have a significant impact on the company's image partially; on the contrary, the F test shows that economic responsibility and social responsibility have a positive and meaningful impact on the company's image simultaneously. Thus, PT. PLN (Persero) can be improved by implementing both responsibilities simultaneously.

Abstract

Perang dagang antara Amerika Serikat dan China sejak 2018 telah memberikan dampak signifikan dan multidimensi terhadap pasar tenaga kerja dan industri di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan analisis tematik untuk mengkaji dampak konflik perdagangan tersebut, baik dari sisi tekanan negatif berupa penurunan permintaan ekspor, disrupsi rantai pasok, dan risiko PHK massal di sektor manufaktur berorientasi ekspor, maupun peluang strategis melalui diversifikasi pasar ekspor, trade diversion, dan relokasi industri manufaktur dari China. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perang dagang memicu tantangan seperti pengangguran struktural, kesenjangan upah, dan volatilitas produksi, namun juga membuka kesempatan untuk reposisi industri dan peningkatan kapasitas nasional. Kebijakan adaptif berbasis evidence, meliputi reformasi pasar tenaga kerja, diversifikasi ekspor, penguatan substitusi impor, dan peningkatan iklim investasi, diidentifikasi sebagai kunci keberhasilan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan dan daya saing ekonomi Indonesia di tengah dinamika global.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical companies or drug companies are commercial business companies that focus on researching, developing and distributing drugs, especially in health matters. They can make generic drugs or brand name drugs. This research uses quantitative methods, quantitative methods are research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations and samples. This study used 20 samples from pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2021. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable on company value has a value of 0.060 > 0.05 and a Tcount value of 2.025 > Ttable 2.131. So it canbe concluded that profitability partially has a positive but not significant effect on firm value.The Sig value for influencing the capital structure on firm value is 0.004 <0.05 and the Tcount value is 3,381 > Ttable 2,131. So it can be concluded that the capital structure partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Sig value for influencing liquidity on firm value is 0.161 > 0.05 and the Tcount value is 1,470 <Ttable 2,131. So it can be concluded that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. And based on the value of Fcount 5.775 > from Ftable 3.24 it indicates that the results of the study accept H4 which means that there is an influence on profitability, capital structure, and liquidity which simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Adinda Delima Rameisyah (2024). Enhancing Speaking Skill of the Eleventh Grade Students of SMA Negeri 2 Sigi Through the Use of Tik Tok Application. English Education study program Language and Art Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University, under the guidance of Mochtar Marhum and Andi Patmasari. The purpose of this study to find out whether the use of the Tik Tok Application has a significant effect as a teaching tool and in enhance the speaking skills of elevents grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sigi. This study uses a experimental class and control class. The numbers of this study were 25 students, the sample was elevents grade students at Sma Negeri 2 Sigu. Data were obtained before and after treatment, students were given a pre-test and post-test, while data were analyzed using the T-test and data obtained from the pretest and posttest were analyzed through SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant difference in students' speaking scores. Based on the sig value of the paired sample test (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that the use of Tik Tok Application has a significant effect on enhance the speaking skills of elevents grade students of Sma Negeri 2 Sigi.

Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan aset penting bagi sebuah institusi pendidikan dan untuk itu perlu diperhatikan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa. Tinggi rendahnya keberhasilan mahasiswa merupakan cerminan kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Kualitas perguruan tinggi di Indonesia diukur berdasarkan akreditasi yang dilaksanakan oleh BAN-PT. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk prediksi kelulusan adalah algoritma Naïve Bayes. Algoritma Naïve Bayes digunakan untuk memprediksi peluang masa depan berdasarkan pengalaman atau data di masa lampau. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagi data menjadi dua yaitu sebagai data latih (training set) yang diambil dari data histori lulusan sebanyak 129 data, dan data uji (testing set) dari data mahasiswa di tingkat 3 atau semester 6 yang belum menyelesaikan masa studinya sebanyak 10 data. Pada penelitian ini atribut yang digunakan adalah jenis kelamin, asal daerah, jurusan sekolah, indeks prestasi kumulatif, dan status kelulusan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak Institut Medika Drg. Suherman sebagai langkah preventif untuk menghindari penurunan kelulusan mahasiswa setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are independent businesses, with certain assets and do not include land and buildings. People's economic activities are small scale and need to be protected to prevent unhealthy competition between other businesses. This community service aims to increase the potential of food MSMEs that can be developed in the future, the main step that can be taken is by creating a business brand to make it easier for MSMEs to promote their products both offline and online and as a marker of the characteristics of the products being sold. . This activity was carried out in several stages including interviews, planning and implementation. Based on the analysis of the results of this activity, it provides benefits and makes it easier for MSMEs to create brand design in the form of stickers that will be affixed to product packaging or on online media which is expected to increase MSME business income in Kelurahan Sei Sikambing

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengimplementasikan sistem irigasi tetes untuk mengatasi keterbatasan air pada pertanian hortikultura skala rumah tangga di Desa Biccoing, Kecamatan Tonra. Pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif melibatkan kelompok perempuan Dasawisma melalui pelatihan, pendampingan instalasi, dan mentoring berkelanjutan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi penyiraman sebesar 50%, penghematan air yang signifikan, serta keseragaman pertumbuhan tanaman cabai dan tomat yang lebih baik. Selain manfaat teknis, program meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan pertanian dan memperkuat kolaborasi sosial di tingkat komunitas. Studi menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi teknologi tepat guna sederhana dapat efektif mendukung ketahanan pangan rumah tangga sekaligus mengoptimalkan sumber daya air terbatas. Model ini menunjukkan potensi replikasi bagi komunitas pedesaan serupa yang menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan air.

Abstract

Apresiasi drama merupakan sebuah bentuk penilaian, memahami, dan menghargai suatu karya sastra yang dilakukan oleh seseorang, kegiatan tersebut bukan hanya membaca dan menonton drama tersebut melainkan ikut berusaha untuk masuk ke dalam dunia drama tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis naskah drama “Ayahku Pulang” karya Usmar Ismail melalui pendekatan struktural untuk membantu pembaca dalam memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh penulis. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatitf, dapat dilihat pada naskah drama itu sendiri yang terdapat pada strukturnya atau unsur-unsur intrinsiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai religius, dan nilai-nlai pendidikan karakter yang bisa dilihat maupun dibaca pada setiap dialog, selain itu ada juga tentang pengorbanan dan penyesalan yang terjadi antara Raden Saleh dengan Gunarto.
