Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan kunci kesuksesan bagi lembaga pendidikan. Namun, dalam fenomenanya target kinerja guru yang diharapkan belum tercapai pada pondok pesantren se-Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan pondok pesantren dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin, serta bagaimana hal tersebut berpengaruh pada kinerja guru. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang meliputi guru pondok pesantren se-kabupaten serang berjumlah 329 guru, sebanyak 77 guru dipilih sebagai sampel, teknik sampling dilakukan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert, dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.101. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala pesantren memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sementara budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, kepemimpinan kepala pesantren berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin, demikian pula budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru terhadap disiplin. Kepemimpinan kepala pesantren secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi kinerja guru dengan disiplin sebagai mediasi. Namun, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dimediasi oleh disiplin.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital competence as a mediator of the relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem to improve the organizational performance. Performance is the focus that we want to examine and find solutions to, considering that only three of the nine Civil Service Police Units have received very good SAKIP. Four good categories and one insufficient category. This study uses a quantitative approach through structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The population of this research is structural officials of echelon 2, 3, 4 and functional officials, they obtained a sample of 107 people. Exogenous variables in this study are self-efficacy, self-esteem, digital competence, and organizational performance as endogenous variable. The results of testing four accepted hypotheses and one rejected hypothesis. Digital competence has a mediating role in the influence of self-efficacy and self-esteem on organizational performance The research results have not succeeded in showing that self-efficacy has an effect on improving the organizational performance.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions become an important factor in determining the existence of a company. Departing from the increase in numbers, and with various risks of accidents that will make the competition of insurance companies even higher. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions for motor vehicle insurance products. The method used in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The data analysis technique uses variance-based structural equation modeling (VB-SEM) through Smart PLS 3 (Partial Least Square) programs and activities. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples can be determined by approximate estimates according to Haire's opinion, so that based on the calculation of the number of samples to be taken as many as 140 people who have motorized vehicles in Serang City. The data sources in this study used primary data in the form of surveys with questionnaire instruments and secondary data sources in the form of documentation studies with observation sheet instruments. The results of the outer model test show that all indicators used are valid because they have a loading factor value > 0.70. The conclusion from the results of hypothesis testing is that 4 hypotheses are accepted and 3 hypotheses are rejected.

Abstract

Developments that move in the realm of technology seem to be an increasingly rapid reality today, where it makes each organization to always prioritize aspects of innovation in order to perpetuate its existence when dealing with competitiveness and other competitors in line with the increasingly massive reality. The specific purpose of this research is to focus on schemes to improve product innovation: the impact of transformational leadership with the role of organizational climate and knowledge sharing as mediators (case study at PT. Standar Toyo Polymer in Cilegon City). This research involves a descriptive quantitative approach that is intended for the purpose of assessing the relationship between variables and explaining why the relationship exists, so confirmatory studies and exploratory studies are used. The results of the analysis at PT Standard Toyo Polymer Cilegon show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational climate and knowledge sharing. Organizational climate and knowledge sharing are also proven to have a significant effect on product innovation. However, transformational leadership does not have a significant direct influence on product innovation. Nonetheless, transformational leadership shows a significant influence on product innovation through the mediation of organizational climate.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is a key factor in achieving company goals, and various factors such as work discipline and rewards play an important role in improving employee performance. Self-confidence is also considered a potential mediator in this relationship, but is still poorly understood in the context of private companies in Serang Regency. This research aims to examine the role of self-confidence in mediating the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the influence of rewards on employee performance, the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. As well as the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship between rewards and employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data was collected from 190 employees of private companies in Serang Regency through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques to test direct and mediation relationships. The research results show that work discipline and rewards have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, self-confidence has been proven to partially mediate the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. This mediation strengthens the relationship between these variables, showing that self-confidence is a key factor in improving employee performance. These findings indicate that increasing self-confidence among employees can strengthen the positive impact of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. Therefore, companies need to consider training and development programs that focus on increasing self-confidence as part of their human resource management strategy. This research contributes to the literature by emphasizing the importance of self-confidence as a mediator in the context of private companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Green Economy menjadi pendekatan penting dalam mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama dalam pengelolaan desa wisata yang menggabungkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Desa Lontar, sebagai objek penelitian, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pariwisata namun menghadapi tantangan terkait rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep ekonomi hijau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi edukasi mengenai konsep Green Economy dalam konteks pengembangan desa wisata, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi multimedia dan Augmented Reality (AR).  Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi edukasi ini digunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti materi edukasi Green Economy dan visualisasi AR dari objek wisata lokal. Hasil Evaluasi menggunakan uji usability, menghasilkan rata-rata skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 89,17%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna terkait penerapan Green Economy, mendukung pertumbuhan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan, serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Aplikasi dapat menjadi sarana edukasi yang bermanfaat dalam mempromosikan keberlanjutan lingkungan di desa wisata.

Abstract

In order to effectively navigate the changing landscape of modern work, it is crucial for human resources to possess dependable, autonomous, and proficient skills in carrying out their primary responsibilities and functions as employees. This includes demonstrating a strong commitment and a strong work ethic that aligns with their job requirements, ultimately leading to optimal work productivity. Work productivity is a cognitive disposition that consistently enhances existing conditions. An enhanced conviction in one's ability to perform a task more effectively than previously. The objective of this study is to assess and examine the impact of HR training, locus of control, and job satisfaction on work productivity, as well as the impact of HR training and locus of control on job satisfaction. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research methodology. The descriptive approach in research seeks to quantify and measure existent phenomena. Quantitative data analysis is employed to compute the statistical outcomes of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the objective of testing the hypothesis. The hypothesis test results indicate that HR training does not have a substantial impact on work productivity. However, Locus of Control has a notable beneficial influence on work productivity and job satisfaction. HR training does not have any impact on job satisfaction, while Locus of Control has a notable positive influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, it is seen that work productivity is significantly improved by HR training. The findings indicate that HR training does not have a discernible impact on productivity and work satisfaction. Work productivity is significantly enhanced by job happiness. The impact of Locus of Control on the productivity and job satisfaction of Village Officials in Lebak Regency is notably good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta peran kepuasan kerja di kalangan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Banten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 160 responden dari 333 ASN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β=0,197; t=3,331; p=0,001), serta berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (β=0,149; t=1,994; p=0,047). Pengembangan karir tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β=0,073; t=0,809; p=0,419), tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (β=0,275; t=2,261; p=0,024). Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β=0,333; t=2,653; p=0,008) dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (β=0,551; t=4,586; p=0,000). Kepuasan kerja sendiri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β=0,375; t=4,748; p=0,000). Selain itu, pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai koefisien β = 0,056 (t=2,014; p=0,045), β = 0,103 (t=2,192; p=0,029), dan β = 0,207 (t=2,973; p=0,003). Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi peningkatan produktivitas kerja ASN Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Banten dengan menekankan pentingnya pelatihan yang efektif, pengembangan karir yang terstruktur, dan peningkatan tingkat pendidikan. Strategi ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan memotivasi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inclusion on psychological well-being, work stress, psychological adaptation, and competitiveness among Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan. Using 170 respondents from the informal sector (caregivers), SEM-PLS is applied to examine variable relationships. Results show that inclusion significantly affects psychological well-being, work stress, psychological adaptation, and competitiveness. Psychological well-being enhances competitiveness, while work stress has no significant impact. Psychological adaptation plays a crucial role in increasing competitiveness. Mediation analysis reveals that psychological well-being and psychological adaptation significantly mediate the relationship between inclusion and competitiveness, whereas work stress does not. The study concludes that inclusion improves well-being, adaptation, and competitiveness, despite increasing work stress, which does not influence competitiveness. An inclusive work environment is essential to support the well-being and competitiveness of migrant workers by reducing stress and fostering psychological adaptation. Abstract

Employee performance is the key to success for a company. However, in this phenomenon, there are several reasons why employee performance has not reached the target expected by the company. This study aims to analyze the role of employee engagement that mediates perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera. This study adopted a quantitative method with a population of 442 employees of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, and 82 employees as samples using proportional random sampling techniques. This data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using Smart PLS 4.10. The results of the study from the measurement of t-statistics of the relationship between variables in this model structure showed that perceived organizational support had a negative effect of -46.25, while job satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on employee performance of 4.606. In addition, perceived organizational support had a positive and significant impact on employee engagement of 1.708. However, there was no effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance through employee engagement of 2.743.
