There are many variations or types of online games, such as PUBG, Domino Island, Free Fire, Poker, and other online games, which create engaging gameplay. The more engaging the game, the more people play it. Online games have become a new lifestyle for students and adults. The presence of online games has significantly eroded students' motivation to learn at school, resulting in a decline in the quality of learning. This study, however, is a crucial activity in the education system. This study aims to analyze the impact of online games on high schools. This study uses a survey method using quantitative research methods. This type of research uses a survey because in data collection, the author gathered information from respondents using a questionnaire as the primary method. Overall, the research findings show that the impact of Mobile Legends on student achievement is a major concern in MAN throughout West Pasaman, according to frequency and percentage calculations. The researcher found a 72% impact of the Mobile Legend game on students. Meanwhile, the decline in student learning achievement, according to the distributed questionnaire, reached 63%. Several activities that should be created to avoid the impact of Mobile Legend are extracurricular activities and homework, as well as strict supervision of students' smartphones. It is important to maintain balance in the approach taken by MAN schools in West Pasaman. Although extracurricular activities such as KSR, Scouts, Osim, Dramband, and Nasyid provide positive benefits, they must be managed wisely to prevent students from becoming exhausted, especially if they return home late at school. With a balanced approach, these schools can help students better manage their time, maintain focus on learning, and motivate them to achieve better academic results.

The transformation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in the 21st century is a crucial response to rapid developments in technology, information, and educational paradigms. This study aims to examine how Islamic Religious Education learning is transformed in senior high schools to meet the demands of 21st-century education, particularly in fostering critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and digital literacy among students. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of learning documents. The findings indicate that the transformation of IRE learning is reflected in the integration of student-centered learning models, the use of digital learning media, and the implementation of active and contextual learning strategies. However, several challenges remain, including limited technological infrastructure, varying teacher competencies, and time constraints in curriculum implementation. This study concludes that the transformation of Islamic Religious Education learning in senior high schools requires continuous teacher professional development, institutional support, and adaptive learning strategies to ensure that Islamic values are effectively integrated with 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is a characteristic of Islamic boarding school students. However, there are still many students who are negligent in improving their memorization, so they do not reach the target. This dynamic is compounded by the inappropriate use of learning methods. The takrir method is a method used in learning to memorize the Qur'an by repeating the reading of verses until they are memorized. The takrir method is able to increase the quantity of students' memorization. Thus, this study is intended to answer the problem of how the guidance by tahfidz teachers applies the takrir method to improve the memorization of students at the Darul Mursyidin Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data sources are taken through individual and group interviews with seven informants selected using purposive sampling techniques, the informants in question are the principal, teachers and students. The results of this study are: 1) Coaching by tahfidz teachers using the takrir method to improve students' memorization is carried out through several stages, namely submitting new memorization to ustadzah, joint takrir, individual takrir, takrir in prayer and additional studies such as studying the book Tafsir verses Ahkam, At-Tibyan and Tajwid 2) Supporting factors in Coaching by tahfidz teachers in applying the takrir method to improve students' memorization at the Darul Mursyidin Islamic Boarding School are asking for blessings from parents. According to researchers, asking for blessings from parents is very important because it is one of the things that can make a memorizer enthusiastic. 3) Inhibiting factors for the development of tahfidz teachers in implementing the takrir method to improve the memorization of students at the Darul Mursyidin Islamic Boarding School. The obstacles felt by the students of the Darul Mursyidin Islamic Boarding School are: laziness, fatigue, illness and so on.
