Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan bahwa siswa masih belum maksimal dalam pengerjaan soal-soal AKMI khususnya soal Literasi Numerasi. Hal tersebut terlihat rendahnya hasil literasi numerasi juga diketahui setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan AKMI di MI Al-Maqosid Al-Islamiyyah Kuningan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik (PMRI) terhadap kemampuan Literasi Numerasi di MI Al-Maqosid Al-Islamiyyah Kuningan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperiemental dengan desain penelitian pretest postest control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan angket. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh karena mengambil seluruh siswa kelas IV A yang berjumlah 25 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas IV B yang berjumlah 26 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data yang diolah dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji N-Gain. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan pendekatan PMRI di kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan lembar aktivitas guru dan siswa dapat dikategorikan baik. Dari skor maksimal hasil tes kemampuan literasi numerasi pada kelas eksperimen 43,28 menjadi 68,84 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 37,1% sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 41,52 menjadi 54,5 hanya mengalami sedikit peningkatan sebesar 23,8%, ini menunjukan bahwa hasil kemampuan literasi numerasi pada kelas eksperimen sudah sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis independen sampel T-Test didapatkan nilai sig.< α yaitu 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya H1 diterima. Sehingga terdapat efektivitas antara pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik indonesia (PMRI) terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi di MI Al-Maqosid Al-Islamiyyah Kuningan. Dari hasil angket respon siswa terhadap penggunaan pendekatan PMRI pun memiliki kategori baik.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan PMRI, Kemampuan Literasi Numerasi Abstract This research is based on the problem that students are still not optimal in working on AKMI questions, especially Numerical Literacy questions. This can be seen from the low numeracy literacy results which were also known after the implementation of AKMI activities at MI Al-Maqosid Al-Islamiyyah Kuningan. This study aims to find out how effective the use of the Realistic Mathematics Education Approach (PMRI) is on Numerical Literacy skills at MI Al-Maqosid Al-Islamiyyah Kuningan. The approach in this study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method with a pretest posttest control group design. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and questionnaires. The sample used was a saturated sample because it took all 25 students in class IV A as the control class and 26 in class IV B as the experimental class. The data were processed using the normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing, and the N-Gain test. From the results of this study it can be seen that the application of the PMRI approach in the experimental class using teacher and student activity sheets can be categorized as good. From the maximum score of the results of the numeracy literacy test in the experimental class from 43.28 to 68.84, there was an increase of 37.1%, while in the control class from 41.52 to 54.5, there was only a slight increase of 23.8%, this shows that the results numeracy literacy skills in the experimental class are very good. Based on the results of the independent sample T-Test hypothesis test, the value of sig. < α is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted. So that there is effectiveness between the Indonesian realistic mathematics education approach (PMRI) on numeracy literacy skills at MI Al-Maqosid Al-Islamiyyah Kuningan. From the results of the questionnaire, student responses to the use of the PMRI approach also had a good category.Keywords: PMRI Approach, Numerical Literacy Ability

Abstract

Numerical literacy is one of the skills needed by students. Referring to the low results of the AKM (minimum competency assessment), especially in the numeracy literacy component, it is necessary to develop numeracy literacy from an early age in schools. This numeracy literacy relates to students' skills in representing mathematical objects or situations, using problem-solving strategies, and reasoning and giving reasons. This study aimed to identify the learning obstacles faced by students in the development of numeracy literacy at the elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, design a didactic design based on the learning obstacles found, implement the initial didactic design, and analyze the implementation process to produce a revised didactic design. This research was a Didactical Design Research (DDR). The participants in this study were 33 fourth-grade students. Data collection was carried out by tests, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that the initial didactical design is developed in the form of several didactic situations packaged in the form of a 3D Big Book by paying attention to the level of thinking and the level of students' numeracy literacy skills as well as a guidebook for teachers which contains steps of didactic situations, predictions of student responses, and didactic anticipation. In the implementation of the initial didactic design, it is found that fourth-grade students have begun to be able to develop their numeracy literacy skills. The initial didactic design was revised by adding several steps or explanations to the didactic situation to help students according to their level of numeracy literacy.

Abstract

This research changed students' low critical mathematical thinking abilities. To overcome this problem, researchers developed comic-based teaching materials to enhance college students' critical mathematical thinking skills. This study aims to supply comic-based coaching materials that are legitimate and practical. This research uses the R&D method with a 4D development model. This research design uses data collection techniques, validation sheets, and practicality questionnaire sheets. The subjects in this research were 20 students in class V. From the research results, it was found that the media expert's score was 96.66%, which was categorized as very appropriate. The linguist scored 88% in the very appropriate category, the material expert was 80% in the proper category, and the teacher practitioner was 92% in the very appropriate category. For the practicality of comic-based teaching materials, the teacher's practicality score was 96%, and the students' practicality score was 87.7%, categorized as very practical. Therefore, comic-based teaching materials can be used as a solution for educators to improve critical mathematical thinking.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing student worksheets based open ended problem on the topic of dividing whole numbers. The aim of this development is to produce feasible and effective student worksheets. The research method used is research and development with the ASSURE development model. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and tests. The subjects of this research were 29 class III Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. The research results showed that the media expert's score was 3.75 (very valid), the language expert's score was 3.44 (very valid), and the material expert's score was 3.56 (very valid). Based on the test scores for problem solving ability for dividing whole numbers, average results were obtained pretest 55.38 and posttest 70.14 there is an increase of 0.30 with moderate criteria. As well as from test results paired sample t-test obtained sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that open-ended problem-based student worksheets media is declared effective in improving students' problem-solving abilities. So that student worksheets media is based open ended problem This has met the valid and effective criteria so it can be used in the learning process. Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of food security on economic stability in Pandeglang Regency during the period of 2019-2022. Food security, which encompasses availability, accessibility, and quality of food, is a fundamental element in supporting community welfare and economic stability. As an agrarian region, Pandeglang faces significant challenges such as production fluctuations due to climate change and supply chain disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research findings indicate that food security positively contributes to price stability and purchasing power of the community. However, there are obstacles such as limited infrastructure and access to agricultural technology that need to be addressed. This study recommends policies to enhance food diversification and strengthen the agricultural sector to bolster local food security.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model on students' self-efficacy. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study consisted of fifth-grade students at SDN Sekecamatan Kesambi, Cirebon City, which holds an A accreditation. The sample consisted of 21 students from SDN Mega Eltra, the experimental group, and 26 students from SDN Karya Winaya, the control group. Data were collected using a self-efficacy questionnaire. Statistical tests included normality, homogeneity, the Mann-Whitney U test, and the N-Gain test. The analysis results showed moderate N-gain scores in the experimental group and low N-gain scores in the control group. This analysis suggests that the implementation of the RADEC learning model has a more significant impact on improving students' self-efficacy compared to the conventional image-assisted learning model, even after accounting for the initial score differences between the two groups.

Abstract

Persepsi terhadap status sosial memengaruhi pilihan karier di kalangan lulusan di Indonesia. Banyak yang lebih memilih pekerjaan bergengsi dan cenderung menolak posisi yang dianggap rendah statusnya, meskipun sebagian besar tidak melihat status sosial sebagai hambatan utama dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Beberapa percaya bahwa pendidikan tinggi tidak menjamin posisi jabatan tinggi, menekankan pentingnya pengalaman dan keterampilan. Lingkungan sosial juga memengaruhi keputusan, dengan responden menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial memengaruhi pilihan pekerjaan mereka. Secara keseluruhan, status sosial berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan karier, tetapi bukan satu-satunya faktor penentu keberhasilan kerja lulusan. Perceptions of social status influence career choices among graduates in Indonesia. Many prefer prestigious jobs and tend to reject positions perceived as low status, although most do not see social status as a major barrier to employment. Some believe that higher education does not guarantee high-ranking positions, emphasizing the importance of experience and skills. Social environment also impacts decisions, with respondents indicating that social surroundings affect their job choices. Overall, social status plays a role in career decision-making, but it is not the sole determinant of employment outcomes among graduates.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the development process of the "Jelajah Geometri" animation media based on virtual reality (VR) to enhance critical thinking skills in fourth-grade elementary school students, as well as to determine the students' responses after using the "Jelajah Geometri" animation media based on virtual reality (VR) to improve critical thinking skills in fourth-grade elementary school students on the topic of composition and decomposition of flat shapes. This research was conducted at SDN Penggung I, involving 20 fourth-grade students as respondents. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RD) based on the ADDIE development model, which consists of five main stages: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) implementation, and 5) Evaluation. Based on the validation results from the expert team, the media feasibility levels are as follows: media expert 96%, language expert 100%, and material expert 95%, all of which fall into the very valid category. After revisions were made to the media and materials according to the suggestions from the validators, the researcher proceeded to the implementation stage, or trial, with 20 fourth-grade students. The implementation results indicate  that the media received a score of 76%, which falls into the "good" category.

Abstract

The low level of computational thinking skills among elementary school students in Indonesia poses a major challenge in 21st-century education. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on students' computational thinking skills. The research method used was a quantitative experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects consisted of two classes: an experimental class using the PjBL model and a control class using conventional methods. Data collection techniques included tests and observation. The t-test results showed a significant difference with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The average post-test score of the experimental class was 82.13, while the control class was 68.75. Thus, the PjBL model is proven to be effective in improving elementary school students' computational thinking skills.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia salah satunya ditopang oleh aktivitas manufaktur melalui perubahan Indeks Produksi Manufaktur yang secara langsung memengaruhi fluktuasi nilai ekspor bulanan hasil industriPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Produksi Manufaktur terhadap nilai ekspor bulanan hasil industri di Indonesia selama periode 2023–2024. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi nilai ekspor bulanan sebagai variabel dependen dan Indeks Produksi Manufaktur sebagai variabel independen utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penerapan uji asumsi klasik serta pengujian hipotesis pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Produksi Manufaktur memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor bulanan, yang berarti peningkatan output industri manufaktur cenderung diikuti oleh peningkatan kinerja ekspor. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan aktivitas dan kapasitas produksi manufaktur secara langsung berkontribusi pada kenaikan nilai ekspor bulanan. Dengan demikian, penguatan sektor manufaktur menjadi faktor strategis dalam menjaga konsistensi ekspor hasil industri. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perumusan kebijakan yang mendukung stabilitas produksi manufaktur dan optimalisasi kinerja ekspor Indonesia.
