Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Divisi Perencanaan Terminal Petikemas Makassar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Kerja sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai yang ada di Terminal Petikemas Makassar pada Divisi Perencanaan yang berjumlah 77 orang sehingga sampel yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pegawainya yang berjumlah 77 orang. Teknik penarikan sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.00 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = - 1,915 + 0,749X. Sedangkan pada koefisien determinasinya = 0,674 artinya variabel motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 67,4 % terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil Uji-t diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel (12,588 > 1,922) dengan signifikansi 0,000 maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Motivasi dapat mendorong pegawai untuk berpikir kreatif dalam memberikan output pekerjaan mereka. Motivasi dapat membuat kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih cepat dan maksimal. Motivasi dapat membuat pegawai selalu memberikan hasil usaha yang terbaik.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja PegawaiAbstract. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Makassar Container Terminal Planning Division. The independent variable in this study is work motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the Makassar Container Terminal in the Planning Division, totaling 77 people so that the sample used was all 77 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique in which the entire population is sampled. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows. Based on the results of the study, the multiple regression equation Y = - 1.915 + 0.749X was obtained. While the coefficient of determination = 0.674 means that the work motivation variable has an influence of 67.4% on employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The results of the t-test obtained t-count > t-table (12,588 > 1,922) with a significance of 0.000 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of this study it can be concluded that work motivation is very important to note. Motivation can encourage employees to think creatively in providing the output of their work. Motivation can make employee performance faster and maximal. Motivation can make employees always give the best business results.Keywords: Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Stres Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei awal, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 orang, yang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Stres Kerja. Selain itu, Beban Kerja juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja dan Stres Kerja secara signifikan memediasi hubungan tersebut terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Beban kerja maka akan meningkatkan Stres Kerja dan pada akhirnya menurunkan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy in multinational companies in the consumption sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), both partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study uses a purposive sampling technique for the period 2019 to 2023, consisting of 13 selected multinational companies in the consumption sector. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an explanatory approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The multiple regression analysis uses SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that Return On Assets (ROA) does not have a significant effect with a significance value of 0.729 on the dividend policy of multinational companies in the consumption sector listed on the IDX. Conversely, the Current Ratio (CR) does not have a significant effect on dividend policy with a significance value of 0.575. Simultaneously, the regression model tested shows that the F statistic value indicates that the correlation between the independent variables is not strong enough to explain the dependent variable or is not significant.Keywords: Profitability, liquidity, dividend policy

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of Quality of Work Life on Work Motivation with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating variable at the Food Crops, Horticulture, Plantation and Food Security Service. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were ASN of the Food Crops, Horticulture, Plantation and Food Security Service. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 41 employees as samples, the sampling method was the saturated sampling method and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique supported by Smart PLS 4.0 software. The data analysis process includes validity testing, reliability testing, and structural model testing. The results showed that the Quality of Work Life variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. However, the effect of Job Satisfaction on Work Motivation is not statistically significant. In addition, Job Satisfaction is not able to significantly mediate the relationship between Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation.Keywords: Quality of work life, work motivation, job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja, variabel mediasi adalah motivasi kerja, dan variabel terikat adalah kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 146 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 59 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, ditemukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi kerja memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan beban kerja yang efektif dan perhatian terhadap motivasi kerja penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity on purchasing decisions in which there are four variables: (1) the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of brand association of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in South Sulawesi Province. (3) The effect of perceived quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in 2017, while the sample taken was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using two statistical method tests, namely partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that multiple regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 13.342 + 0.100X1 + 0.295X2 + 0.015X3 + 0.198X4 + 4.202 is obtained. Based on statistical data analysis, all variables are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that all indicators are normally distributed and there is a significant linear relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test results shows that 74% of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi is influenced by the variables examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Aspek Ekonomi, Aspek Lingkungan, dan Aspek Sosial. Variabel dependen yaitu Citra Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dan diolah secara langsung dari objek penelitian. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, yaitu sebanyak 92 sampel yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Aspek Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan; variabel Aspek Lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan; dan Aspek Sosial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,86 yang menunjukkan bahwa Aspek Ekonomi, Aspek Lingkungan, dan Aspek Sosial hanya mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap Citra Perusahaan sebesar 86%, sisanya 14% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy on Trading Volume Activity (TVA) in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The background of this research lies in the fact that the banking sector has the highest transaction value and that dividend policy is considered a signal of a company's prospects, which can influence stock trading activity. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data analysis obtained from financial statements and stock trading data of ten banks during the 2022–2024 period. Dividend policy is proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as the independent variable, while Trading Volume Activity (TVA) serves as the dependent variable. The analytical technique used is panel data regression. The results show that DPR has a positive and significant effect on Trading Volume Activity (TVA). The higher the dividend paid, the greater the trading activity of the bank’s stock. These findings suggest that dividend announcements play an important role in investor decision-making and market responses within the banking sector.
