Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the distribution practice method on the accuracy of lob shots in badminton. This study employs an experimental method, utilizing a One Group Pretest and Posttest design. The sample consists of 11 athletes. Data collection techniques involve tests and measurements, with the research instrument being a lob shot accuracy test. Data analysis is performed using the t-test formula at a significance level of 5%. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an influence of the distribution practice method on the accuracy of badminton lob shots. Therefore, the conclusion is that there is an impact of the distribution practice method on the accuracy of lob shots in badminton. This demonstrates that the distribution practice training method is suitable for improving the accuracy of badminton lob shots

Abstract

Cardiovascular endurance is an important component in the performance of martial arts athletes, especially in facing high and continuous physical intensity demands. One of the main indicators in assessing cardiovascular endurance capacity is VOâ‚‚Max, which is the maximum volume of oxygen that the body can consume per unit time during maximum physical activity. VOâ‚‚Max is crucial in martial arts that require endurance and speed over a long period of time. This study aims to examine the VOâ‚‚Max profile in Gorontalo martial arts athletes participating in the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra National Sports Week (PON). The study was conducted through a descriptive quantitative approach using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) method to measure athletes' VOâ‚‚Max. Data were obtained from 9 Gorontalo martial arts athletes representing various sports, such as taekwondo, karate, wushu, muaythai, and kick boxing. The measurement results showed that the average VOâ‚‚Max of athletes was 41.31 ml/kg/minute with a standard deviation of 5.26, which was spread in the categories of "very good" to "poor." These findings indicate variations in aerobic capacity among athletes, which are related to the physical needs of each martial art. Based on these results, a specific training program is recommended that can increase VOâ‚‚Max, especially for athletes in the "sufficient" and "less" categories to achieve optimal endurance. These findings provide useful input for coaches to develop training programs that are more in line with the cardiovascular needs of athletes in preparation for the 2024 PON.

Abstract

More facilities and infrastructure are needed to improve Physical Education learning in schools. This community service activity aims to overcome this problem at SMAN 1 Dulupi, Boalemo Regency, through education of Penjas learning media based on augmented reality. This activity is designed to provide basic understanding and training in using augmented reality learning media so that the learning process can run effectively despite limited facilities. The methods used in this activity include participatory education and direct assistance. Evaluation is carried out by measuring students' understanding of augmented reality technology and their practical skills. The activity results showed that 96% of participants understood augmented reality technology, and 100% knew how to use augmented reality-based learning media. This activity is expected to encourage the government to develop programs that support integrating technology into learning to facilitate students' understanding.

Abstract

Olahraga bolavoli adalah olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim dalam setiap lapangan dengan dipisahkan oleh sebuah net. Tujuan dari permainan bolavoli adalah melewatkan bola diatas net agar dapat jatuh menyentuh lantai lawan. Manajemen pembinaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam perkembangan suatu tim bolavoli, karena berkembang tidaknya olahraga itu tergantung pada manajemen pembinaan itu sendi. Sebuah keuntungan memiliki seoranb pelatih yang berkompeten memiliki pengalaman dan wawasan yang luas dibidang olahraga bolavoli menjadikan program latihan yang dijalankan menjadi terarah dan dapat bejalan pada jalanya. tugas utama dari seorang pelatih adalah membina dan mengembangkan bakat atlet untuk direaalisasi ke mutu prestasi maksimal dalam waktu yang sesingkat-singkatnya. serta seorang pelatih yang baik itu harus mempunyai kewibawaan sebagai seorang pelatih serta memounyai motivasi untuk kemajuan klub serta atlet-atletnya.

Abstract

Youth unemployment in Tapaluluo Village, Gorontalo Regency remains high due to limited vocational skills and low interest in entrepreneurship, even though barbershop and sport massage businesses have promising potential. This community service program aims to enhance the skills and entrepreneurial readiness of Karang Taruna members through the BARSAGE training. The method includes strengthening entrepreneurial knowledge, practical service training, and assistance in the use of digital media. Evaluation was conducted through knowledge assessments, observation of practical performance, and participant satisfaction surveys. The results showed an increase in entrepreneurial knowledge from an average score of 57.4 to 83.6; 24 out of 29 participants (82.7%) achieved competency in service practice; and participant satisfaction reached 91%. The program contributed to creating new business opportunities and encouraging youth economic independence, with sustainability potential through continued mentoring and the establishment of a Karang Taruna-based business unit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui peran olahraga tradisional Benteng- bentengan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian inidilakukan di SD Negeri 89 Sipatana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, prosedur pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi, dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas IV dan V dengan jumlah siswa 40 orang Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional, khususnya Benteng-bentengan, merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, terutama di kalangan siswa laki-laki. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas fisik dan permainan tradisional seperti Benteng-bentengan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas fisik yang melibatkan strategi dan kerja sama tidak hanya memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. tetapi juga membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan kognitif. Permainan ini tidak hanya membuat suasana belajar lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif, tetapi juga membantu siswa memecahkan masalah, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan bekerja sama dalam tim, yang semuanya merupakan keterampilan penting dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas neuromuscular training terhadap stabilitas dinamis dan risiko cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) pada pemain sepakbola remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pemain sepakbola remaja yang dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan program neuromuscular training yang meliputi latihan keseimbangan, propriosepsi, dan kekuatan otot inti yang dilakukan secara terstruktur dan bertahap, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menjalani latihan konvensional sesuai program rutin. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Y-Balance Test untuk mengukur stabilitas dinamis dan Landing Error Scoring System untuk menilai risiko cedera ACL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan stabilitas dinamis yang lebih optimal serta penurunan risiko cedera yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa neuromuscular training efektif dalam meningkatkan kontrol neuromuskular dan mengurangi risiko cedera, serta berpotensi menjadi strategi latihan preventif yang efektif pada pemain sepakbola remaja. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of neuromuscular training on dynamic stability and the risk of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in adolescent soccer players. This study employed a quasi-experimental design using a pretest–posttest control group approach. The participants consisted of adolescent soccer players who were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received a structured and progressive neuromuscular training program consisting of balance, proprioception, and core strength exercises, while the control group followed conventional training based on their routine practice. The instruments used were the Y-Balance Test to assess dynamic stability and the Landing Error Scoring System to evaluate ACL injury risk. The results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated greater improvements in dynamic stability and a more significant reduction in injury risk compared to the control group. It can be concluded that neuromuscular training is effective in enhancing neuromuscular control and reducing injury risk, and it has strong potential as an effective preventive training strategy for adolescent soccer players.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani dalam pembuatan artikel ilmiah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 240 mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani yang mengambil mata kuliah literasi digital, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket skala Likert 1–4 yang terdiri atas 15 butir pertanyaan dan mencakup empat aspek literasi digital, yaitu kultural, kognitif, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung skor persentase pada setiap indikator, kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa berada pada tingkat yang bervariasi. Aspek bertanggung jawab menunjukkan capaian paling baik, yang mencerminkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap etika akademik dan pentingnya kejujuran ilmiah. Sementara itu, aspek kultural, kognitif, dan kritis masih menunjukkan kelemahan, terutama dalam memilih sumber yang kredibel, menganalisis informasi, serta menyusun argumen ilmiah secara logis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih memerlukan penguatan literasi digital secara komprehensif agar lebih siap dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan pembelajaran literasi digital di perguruan tinggi. Abstract This study aimed to analyze the digital literacy skills of Physical Education students in writing scientific articles. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consisted of 240 Physical Education students enrolled in a digital literacy course, and the sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire (1–4) consisting of 15 items covering four dimensions of digital literacy: cultural, cognitive, critical, and responsible dimensions. Data were analyzed by calculating the percentage scores for each indicator and then classifying them into specific categories. The findings revealed that students’ digital literacy skills varied across dimensions. The responsible dimension showed the strongest performance, indicating students’ awareness of academic ethics and the importance of scientific honesty. Meanwhile, the cultural, cognitive, and critical dimensions still showed weaknesses, particularly in selecting credible sources, analyzing information, and constructing logical scientific arguments. These findings indicate that students still need comprehensive reinforcement in digital literacy to be better prepared for producing high-quality scientific articles. This study provides important implications for the development of digital literacy learning in higher education.
